An open letter to Congress

Gentlemen, Ladies,

I am truly sorry I intrude on your work so often - but the truth must be heard.


We are facing a National Security crisis of a magnitude unknown in our history.
I wrote you earlier today of the "state department" involvement in the Ukrainian uprising - and the possibility the "state department" may have been involved in the Russian oil refinery destruction.
I wrote that if Prime Minister Putin found indisputable evidence our "state department" was involved in the latter - we, as a Nation and people - might find ourselves in dire circumstances indeed - as Russia may take action against our Nation - possibly in force.

While I pray that does not happen - below is an article I discovered from the Turner Radio Network showing there is something else going on you really should be paying attention to.

The US State Department issued a statement on August 11th in an African newspaper http://mg.co.za/article/2013-08-11-us-condemns-baghdad-attackers-as-enemies-of-islam?

which condemns the Bagdad bomber (August 10th) as "enemies of islam".

 

It now appears this administration has taken their own gloves off - as they appear to believe Americans will not notice nor care what they say or do. This administration has now announced in print to the World that they are Islamic based - not Christian as claimed.....

 

I personally believe it is time we made a major effort to wake up the rest of America and let them see what sort of government we currently have... just how badly they have been played.

THE BORDER HAS NEVER BEEN SAFER

That was Janet Napolitano’s testimony recently. She praised her Department’s accomplishments (in other words: boasted in her own) saying that the border “has never been stronger.”

Check it out for yourself in the video and don't be surprised when you get pulled over and it's not law enforcement, but instead it's DHS. The next words you'll hear are everyone please exit the vehicle and keep you hands where we can see them.

And she has evidence to back this up. The number of illegal aliens apprehended by the Department of Homeland Security has never been lower. Obviously, this means that fewer of them are managing to penetrate our border security and arrive in this country illegally. Obviously, we have less to fear than ever before as far as a foreign terrorist getting onto US soil with a plan and a weapon.

But perhaps you can think of another possible implication of the fact that DHS is catching fewer illegal aliens than ever before. Even under the best of circumstances, it would be possible that more illegal immigrants are escaping detection than ever before. How do we know that DHS is really doing its job? Can DHS offer us any way of double checking that this?

I don’t know if Janet Napolitano has an answer to that question. I could understand that it is hard to prove a negative. But there is a further problem. Rather than attempt to give us assurance of that point, DHS has changed their record-keeping to make it even harder to find out if they are really keeping the border strong. Fox News reports that DHS “no longer measures illegal immigrants who get away — only those it catches.”

Got that? Every single suspected or identified illegal alien who is pursued but who evade capture goes unreported and unaccounted for. So while she’s bragging on her record, she has actually made that record less accurate and herself less accountable.

These people are not our protectors, they are our prison guards. If some terrorist actually did manage to breach our border and kill Americans, we all know that the immediate response would be to give more power and money to DHS. That’s become the American way. No one with authority and a duty to guard Americans has anything to fear from a disaster. Quite the opposite. When Americans die, new powers are given to government agencies and new programs That really doesn’t matter. You simply can’t keep people safe if the most important overseers of safety know they will never be held to account. That may seem like a cruel truth in the case of a genuine anomaly, but it is still true. Presidents are supposed to protect the American people, not high ranking friends.

So no wonder Napolitano isn’t bothering to keep records that would give her a clue as to whether or not she was really doing her job. If no attack comes, she’ll brag on her record. If an attack comes, she’ll demand more money and power. She knows from history that we have a long tradition of never actually blaming the people in charge when anything goes wrong.

In the meantime, DHS is out there stopping Americans and interrogating them without cause within a hundred miles of a border. We’re not protected. We’re in prison.

State Sen. Dan Patrick, chairman of the senate education committee, told Fox News he is very disturbed by the photograph as well as reports that students were exposed to a story that blamed Egypt’s turmoil on democracy – rather than the Muslim Brotherhood.

“Parents are very sensitive to any issue that seems to be anti-American – that blames democracy for some sort of trouble in the world,” he said.

A Texas mom became outraged after she discovered a Facebook photo of her child wearing Islamic garb.

The lesson on Islam was taught in a world geography class at Lumberton High School.

California Democrat Dianne Feinstein will introduce legislation in January calling for the fingerprinting and registering of all gun owners in the United States.

On her Senate web page, Feinstein states her proposed legislation will add fingerprinting and photo identification to the National Firearms Act.

A firearms seller must currently submit Form 4473 to the government containing the name, address, driver license information, NICS background check transaction number, serial number and model of the firearm, and a short federal affidavit stating that the purchaser is eligible to purchase firearms under federal law. Feinstein’s bill will add a substantial layer of bureaucracy to the existing regulations.

The effort to expand firearms registration will include weapons grandfathered prior to the enactment of Feinstein’s proposed legislation. In other words, all gun owners will be required to register their constitutionally guaranteed firearms with a federal government inimical to the Second Amendment.

Feinstein’s registration process will likely surpass New York City’s handgun permit process, which is a bureaucratic nightmare. In addition to non-refundable fees totaling over $500, the permit process demands two recent color photos, a birth certificate, proof of citizenship and residence, a blizzard of affidavits, and other red-tape hurdles. Applications are routinely denied for spurious reasons, including non-violent misdemeanors and depression.

As Dean Weingarten notes, gun registration is de facto gun confiscation. Following mandatory gun registration, the government “will know who has legal possession of each firearm. They will know where the firearm is stored. When physical possession of the gun is desired, they can order you to turn it in. This has happened repeatedly,” most notably in Nazi Germany, Red China and Soviet Russia.

More recently, it has occurred in Kosovo, Great Britain, Australia, New York, and California. If Feinstein has her way next month, it will happen across America.

Democrats and their Republican co-conspirators are going all out to ban firearms. Feinstein’s bill will ban the sale, transfer, importation, and manufacturing of 120 specifically-named firearms, including semiautomatic rifles, handguns, and shotguns that can accept detachable and fixed magazines and have “one military characteristic.”

In addition, Feinstein’s bill will outlaw flash suppressors, bayonet mounts, thumbhole stocks and bullet buttons on firearms.

Make no mistake about it. Obama and his anti-Second Amendment allies in Congress are coming for your guns. If they have their way, the only legal firearms in America will be rifles with 10 round magazines and single shot and bolt-action rifles – and those firearms will be registered with the government and may be confiscated at any moment.

Texas School Children need our Help

Dear Patriots,

We have spent the last four years fighting the progressive ideology that has taken over our country. While at the same time our children in Texas are being indoctrinated with the same ideology with the use of a curriculum called Cscope. Over 80% of Texas schools use it. Does yours? Check here. Cscope is based on progressivism and marxist ideology. The curriculum is pro Islamic (lessons attached) and anti Christian. For the most part there are no text books and children do not bring home homework. Parents are not allowed to see the curriculum (if they did they would not understand what they were looking at due to use of their new "educanese" wording. Teachers had to sign a non disclosure statement that they would not disclose the content or say anything negative about it.

My reading of the preamble of the "Declaration Of Independence" according to DHS profiles me as a potential domestic terrorist.

  • "Extreme Right-Wing groups that believe that one’s personal and/or national “way of life” is under attack and is either already lost or that the threat is imminent (for some the threat is from a specific ethnic, racial, or religious group), and believe in the need to be prepared for an attack either by participating in paramilitary preparations and training or survivalism. Groups may also be fiercely nationalistic (as opposed to universal and international in orientation), anti-global, suspicious of centralized federal authority, reverent of individual liberty, and believe in conspiracy theories that involve grave threat to national sovereignty and/or personal liberty.

I thought this was the essence of being an American... To QUESTION authority and have that authority under the control of citizens who empower them to enforce our laws. Need we be reminded that alphabet agencies and peace officers do not insure our freedom and/or safety...  Our bill of rights does this by constraining these groups. Please imagine all these agencies without the constraint of the governed... We are now completely upside down as those in power have all but completely usurped power not granted. Need proof... Consider the following...

 

  • October 1, 2012: Incandescent light bulbs will be illegal in America... We will now be FORCED to use a product that we do not want or like and requires a HAZMAT procedure when broken...

  • The FEDS weep for illegal immigrants that are raped, sold into slavery, used for child prostitution and left for dead in the desert will not close the border to stop it...
  • A drug war that does more to create foreign cartels and U.S. prison colonies than protect the Liberties or safety of the American people.
  • A man who has ascended to the office of President who could not even get a  birth certificate that does not cause so many concerns.
  • The perpetual violation of the 1st, 2dn, 4th, 8th, 9th, 10th 14th sec1,   and the sprite in which all these amendments to the constitution were established.

 

It would seem very evident that America is currently under a full scale attack. Our Founding Fathers would be horrified by what the American people have allowed to transpire over the last 235 years. It is my profound belief that we are at a very critical point in world history. We are about to determine weather America will become a failed project of liberty and responsibility or will WE restore it to that great nation which the world so often envied.

 

Lets discuss a Prudent Course of Action        

We could continue with the exponential growing list of constitutional violations. But I do not think we have the time left in America to do so. The clock of non violent action is ticking to fast for us to just complain and re-iterate the obvious abuses. We must seek diligently a course of action that would restore us to the governed that "all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness".

 

We are under a full scale attack in America and we do not know what is an appropriate response... 

I do have an idea that may help...

How about we start at the state level and DEMAND that our state legislature, Local Peace Officers and the Sheriff's of every county REJECT the watershed of UNCONSTITUTIONAL mandates coming out of Washington DC. Furthermore let us REVOKE authorization from the DEA, ATF, EPA, FDA and the rest of the alphabet agency's who in like zombie like fashion arrest and incarcerate citizens over unconstitutional laws overtly violating the bill of rights.  We should withhold funding that facilitates these atrocities

 

As was the case with our founders, We here do not seek any violent resolutions... Contrarily it would seem that the only ones who seek violent resolutions to our complaints are the left and those in power.

  • as evidenced by simple news reports of their Occupy  protests and gatherings that leave Filth, Property Damage, Raping of their own people and Injuries to Peace Officers.

  • Bomber Bill Ayers who killed a San Francisco police officer

  • FEMA in New Orleans
  • ATF in Ruby Ridge and border patrol killings, Waco MURDERS, and countless unnamed victims of  citizens turned into criminals by 242 pages of  regulations that are written so interpolation is in the eye of the ATF beholder. The use of power is to primarily disarm the American people through JACK BOOT intimidation and/or incarceration of FFL's and confiscatory policies over procedural violations

In my understanding the founders considered the disarming of the American people an act of aggression.

  • DHS (PATRIOT ACT) Oh Lord where do I even begin...
  • DEA Provides an appropriations vehicle to militarization law enforcement and build sprawling prisons factories of destroyed lives.
  • EPA This innocuous entity has done more to destroy wealth in America and facilitate the killing of American solders than has any other entity. Their prohibition on oil production and impeding any hydro electric development is insane! They continually regulate small and large businesses into extinction in the manner of  a cult or Nazi like fashion... Oh by the way, They are arming these people now days.
  • FDA
  • TSA
  • IRS This is the Queen seed barer that that perpetuates all the preceding acts of violence by this insanity coming from Washington.

On Sovereignty

On Sovereignty

 

We, the people are the rightful masters of both Congress and the courts, not to overthrow the Constitution, but to overthrow the men who pervert the Constitution.

Are we in the United States sovereign individuals? I believe we are according to the U.S. Constitution. The purpose of this treatise is to investigate and expose the principals of not only what it means to be sovereign, but of sovereignty in general and whether the U.S. Constitution actually guarantees the individual sovereign status. This discourse will touch on the differences between republicanism, democracy and the actual make-up of the United States with regard to the U.S. Constitution as well as the beliefs of our founding fathers.

What is sovereignty? Black’s Law Dictionary 2nd Ed. Defines sovereignty, “The possession of sovereign power; supreme political authority; paramount control of the constitution and frame of government and its administration; the self-sufficient source of political power, from which all specific political powers are derived[ii].” By definition, sovereignty gives the ownership of power; ultimate political power to determine; preeminent direction over the make-up and structure of not only the government, but the administration of the government as well; the provision for one to supply for his own needs, sansexternal assistance; and the source of our ability to act with regard to politics.

According to 1215.org Lawnotes[iii], “A republic and a democracy are identical in every aspect except one. In a republic the sovereignty is in each individual person. In a democracy the sovereignty is in the group.” This may seem like a very small distinction, but the difference is great. The individual’s sovereign status cannot be taken by the majority in a republic, with the exception in the U.S. being “100% of a jury convicts, then the individual loses sovereignty and is subject to group-think as in a democracy.” But, in a democracy, “The minority only has those privileges granted by the dictatorship of the majority.” A republic is, “That form of government in which the powers of sovereignty are vested in the people and exercised by the people, either directly, or through representatives chosen by the people, to whom those powers are specially delegated.” A Democracy is, “That form of government in which the sovereign power resides in and is exercised by the whole body of free citizens directly or indirectly through a system of representation, as distinguished from a monarchy, aristocracy, or oligarchy.” So, “In a republic the group only has advisory powers; the sovereign individual is free to reject the majority group-think.”

Article IV, Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution states, “The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government.” Article VI, Clause 2 states, “This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof…under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land[iv].” As unequivocally stated in the U.S. Constitution, the sovereign power which is vested in the people through Republicanism is guaranteedby the supreme Law of the Land, the Constitution of the United States. There can be no doubt, our forefathers, believed in the sovereign individual or the U.S. Constitution would clearly state, we the people of the United States are a democracy. Yet nowhere within the U.S. Constitution is the word democracy even mentioned.

The Constitution is not an instrument for the government to restrain the people, it is an instrument for the people to restrain government.

Are our Constitution and our sovereignty inviolate? I would argue, by Law, i.e. the U.S. Constitution, and by definition, our possession of sovereign power; the answer is undeniably yes, both are inviolate. But if you look not only at our modern day society, but to some of the founding fathers themselves, it is obvious there is a debate on this issue. Modern day discussions involve such matters as the 2nd Amendment[vi] to the U.S. Constitution. The Supreme Court[vii] has “Ruled the 2nd Amendment to the U.S. Constitution confers and individual right to possess a firearm for traditionally lawful purposes such as self-defense,” in District of Columbia v. Heller. In United States v. Cruikshank, the courts view was the 2nd Amendment “has no other effect than to restrict the powers of the national government.” Of course, one case (D.C. v. Heller) wasn’t for criminal enterprise, while the other (U.S. v. Cruikshank) was, yet what is interesting is the wording, “No other effect than to restrict the powers of the national government.” But in the case United States v. Miller, Mr. Miller and another person “Were indicted for transporting an unregistered sawed-off shotgun across state lines in violation of the National Firearms Act of 1934.” Mr. Miller’s argument was, “That the section of the National Firearms Act regulating the interstate transport of certain firearms violated the Second Amendment.” The U.S. District Court agreed with Mr. Miller, but the U.S. Supreme Court reversed the decision. The reasoning was, “The absence of any evidence tending to show that possession or use of a [sawed-off] shotgun…has some reasonable relationship to the preservation or efficiency of a well regulated militia, we cannot say that the Second Amendment guarantees the right to keep and bear such an instrument.” Obviously, one has the tendency to believe none of the Supreme Court justices at the time, had ever been in the military. I can only believe with regard to Mr. Miller’s case, as well as present day politics, We the People may as well refer to the Supreme Court as Nine Empty Chairs.

Unlike the U.S. government’s belief in dictatorship, whether it’s Executive, Legislative, Judicial, Federal, State or Local, I personally believe, as I believe many of the founding fathers of this nation believed, the government needs to be restrained by the people for good reason; they cannot be trusted. Let’s take 12 of the founding fathers of the nation, 6 truly believed in a Republican form of government; Madison, Jefferson, Franklin, Mason, Wilson and Randolph, but 6 truly believed in a Federalist form of government; Washington, Adams, Hamilton, Morris, Sherman and Jay. Which 6 were correct and which 6 weren’t? All 12 men believed in the U.S. Constitution, the Federalists simply believed in a stronger national government while the others believed in more of a Republican form of government where the individual and not the government maintained the power. Yet to the British, they were all traitors, and none of the founding fathers of this nation believed in an overreaching government or wanted one. The men who fought for Independencerisked their lives, families, wealth, property and their positions for Liberty and Freedom. Now we have just the opposite. We live in a country which is governed by force, the people are fed lies, the economy is a joke, our foreign policy is that of murder and our so-called elected officials are what appear to be Satanists who thrive on killing in order to satiate their thirst for blood.

Whenever governments mean to invade the rights and liberties of the people, they always attempt to destroy the militia, in order to raise an army upon their ruins.

Just exactly what the etymology of sovereign or sovereignty is, is also a matter of debate, which I will not go into. I have no doubt the Supreme Court or any other court in this nation would argue I know nothing, but what I do know for a fact, is the men who wrote the U.S. Constitution, ordained and ratified it, for the people. But the Hussein Obama administration and the rest of our self-centered narcissistic leaders have apparently once again proved their love for Liberty, Freedom and the People of the United States by awarding ATK[ix]a contract to supply 450,000,000 rounds of hollow point ammunition to the Department of Homeland Security! By all appearances, the U.S. government doesn’t believe in the sovereign individual.

James Madison wrote in the Federalist papers No. 37, “Among the difficulties encountered by the convention, a very important one must have lain in combining the requisite stability and energy in government, with the inviolable attention due to liberty and to the republican form[x].” In Federalist No. 39, Madison posed the question and gave the answer, “Whether the general form and aspect of the government be strictly republican. It is evident that no other form would be reconcilable with the genius of the people of America; with the fundamental principles of the Revolution; or with that honorable determination which animates every votary of freedom, to rest all our political experiments on the capacity of mankind for self-government[xi].” The individual citizen is guaranteed a Republican form of government by the U.S. Constitution, so why does the individual who is guaranteed sovereign status by the Law of the Land, the U.S. Constitution, have to seek remedy before the court with regard to his sovereign status? Has the Judicial branch of government violated the very Law which they have taken an Oath to defend, protect and preserve; the U.S. Constitution? The obvious answer is yes, but the Supreme Court with their life-time appointments have, in effect, furtively elevated themselves to what they consider to be the level of Godhead.

It is not only his right, but his duty…to find the verdict according to his own best understanding, judgment and conscience, though in direct opposition to the direction of the court.

Has the 14th Amendment[xiii] to the U.S. Constitution been misconstrued and ill applied by the courts? The true purpose of the 14th Amendment was to ensure a Constitutional guaranteed right was not abridged, such as States enacting “Jim Crow Laws[xiv]” which were portrayed as “separate but equal” but were in effect, “separate and extremely unequal” in order to circumvent the 13th Amendment. But isn’t the 14thAmendment which should be viewed as “basic fundamental fairness” viewed as “Federal supersedes State instead?” Federal should only supersede State when the Constitutional guaranteed right of the sovereign individual has been violated by the State or for example, if by some strange reason the State of North Dakota decided to invade either of the Provinces of Saskatchewan or Manitoba. The Federal role in this is merely to assure the State cannot violate the individual, the Federal government has no authority to decide how the individual exercises freedom, nor does the State, unless the individual has committed crimes.

If you consider the fact that in a Republic it is the guarantee given in the U.S. Constitution, that the individual is sovereign and the State is sovereign, the Federal government cannot take away that guarantee; the tail cannot wag the dog, as the Federal government is nothing more than the tail and We the People, which make up the States, are the dog itself. The hierarchy within the United States is the sovereign individuals, which make the sovereign States, which in turn make up the sovereign Nation. The power and responsibility within a Republic is vested in the People, not the government; who serve only at our pleasure. Picture if you will, a pyramid. The triangular point at the top is the Federal government’s three branches, the middle portion would be the States and the bottom portion would be the People. In a democracy, this would be an accurate depiction of the power structure. But in a Republic, where the People are guaranteed a Republican form of government, where the individuals are sovereign and the States are sovereign, the pyramid must be inverted. The portion or base which is at the top is the People, the middle portion the States and the bottom triangular portion is the Federal government. Everything flows down to the State and the Federal levels through the People. And as the People are the power of the United States, it is ourduty to ensure the government, whether State or Federal, are defending, protecting, preserving and furthering the U.S. Constitution which is the Law of the Land or they need to be removed and held accountable for their actions.

But the usurpers of the Republic of the United States are the government officials at every level. They have done nothing more than attempt to destroy our Law, the U.S. Constitution, and this has been done in many ways. The manipulation of our monetary policy[xv]; a weak dollar, low interest rates, excessive debt, unchecked spending, the surreptitious voiding of the gold standard and the creation of a worthless fiat currency, as well as voodoo economics where the belief that wealth trickles down to the people, when the wealth actually trickles down to the State and Federal governments fromthe people. The destruction to our Law has also occurred through a very destructive and misguided foreign policy agenda which clearly debilitates our nation’s stature as well as our wealth and has an appearance based on nothing with any semblance of peaceful diplomacy. The national policy of the United States is one which appears to be, and is in effect, governance by force.

So, are we in the United States sovereign individuals? I believe we are supposed to be, according to the founding fathers of this nation, but in reality, we are slaves to the Federal and State governments. Are we a sovereign nation? Once again, I believe we are supposed to be, according to the founding fathers, but in reality, our so-called leaders are really nothing more than puppets of the Illuminati[xvi]; the destroyers of men and nations and the proponents of a one-world government or New World Order[xvii], where no man is Free and Liberty is non-existent.

We must not let our rulers load us with perpetual debt. We must make our selection between economy and liberty or profusion and servitude. If we run into such debts as that we must be taxed in our meat in our drink, in our necessities and comforts, in our labors and in our amusements, for our callings and our creeds...our people…must come to labor sixteen hours in the twenty-four, give earnings of fifteen of these to the government for their debts and daily expenses; and the sixteenth being insufficient to afford us bread, we must live… We have not time to think, no means of calling the mis-managers to account, but be glad to obtain subsistence by hiring ourselves to rivet their chains on the necks of our fellow suffers.  Our landholders, too...retaining indeed the title and stewardship of estates called theirs, but held really in trust for the treasury, must...be contented with penury, obscurity and exile…private fortunes are destroyed by public as well as by private extravagance.

This is the tendency of all human governments. A departure from principle becomes a precedent for a second; that second for a third; and so on, till the bulk of society is reduced to mere automatons of misery, to have no sensibilities left but for sinning and suffering... And the fore horse of this frightful team is public debt. Taxation follows that, and in its train wretchedness and oppression.

The Constitution of the United States[i] is much more than just a piece of paper; it is a document written by God fearing men who believed in Liberty and Justice for all who are citizens of this great nation and their Posterity. While the U.S. Constitution is a guide for ourselves and for those who represent us, the U.S. Constitution is much more; it is the “law of the land” and should be viewed as such, as well as considered whenever any of the three branches of government, i.e., Executive, Legislative or Judicial, enact new laws or perform the duties of their respective offices. I also believe every Citizen of the United States should question themselves with regard to their actions; are we Just, are we promoting the general Welfare, are we striving to ensure Liberty, are our actions helping to form a more perfect Union? These ideals cannot simply be for one, they must be for all, as eloquently stated by our fore-fathers, “We the People of the United States.”

 

On the 17th day of September in 1787 the ordination and Establishment of the Constitution was ratified. This document gave us reasonable guidelines by which to govern ourselves in a responsible and civil manner and the delineation of the process by which we elect government officials, the formation and function of the three separate branches of government and the duties of each within the boundaries of the Constitution of the United States. Article IV, Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution also guarantees to each and every State in the Union a “Republican Form of Government,” whereby the individuals as well as the States themselves are sovereign.

 

Enough cannot be said about the value and intent of the words within the U.S. Constitution itself. Article II, Section 1 clearly states the President shall, “Preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.” Article VI clearly states, “This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States; shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.” Article VI goes on to further state, “The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution.” Undeniably, the framers of the Constitution of the United States demanded the continued preservation, protection, defense and support of the Constitution in perpetuity for the People of this great nation. There can be no doubt the Constitution of the United States is the Law of the Land. Our leaders are bound by the oaths of their offices to uphold the Constitution of the United States.

 

The U.S. Constitution is a means to promote not only the general Welfare, but to promote an equitable system of governance, through just laws which provide the framework to form a more perfect Union. As stated in Article III, Section 2, “The judicial Power shall extend to all Cases, in Law and Equity, arising under this Constitution, the Laws of the United States, and Treaties made, or which shall be made, under their Authority.” The U.S. Constitution is the conception of an ideal by decent, free thinking men, whose sole purpose was to live a life free of tyranny from those who would oppress us, and to ensure those same ideals existed for their Posterity.

 

The United States of America is, in effect, not only a conglomeration of people, but of ideas as well. Through the supreme Law of the Land, the U.S. Constitution, sovereign citizens of sovereign States, within a sovereign nation act to establish a just and equitable society, where Liberty is unfettered and the government exists to serve the People.

 

While the art of articulation does not elude me, I find myself unable to match what I consider to be a perfect man-made statement of Truth and Wisdom: We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and to our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

(WND) Another lawsuit has been filed asking state officials to remove Barack Obama’s name from the 2012 election ballot because he has not documented that he is eligible for the office, but this case in Florida has a twist: It was brought by a Democrat.

The case was filed by Larry Klayman of Freedom Watch USA on behalf of Democrat Michael Voeltz, “a registered member of the Democrat Party, voter, and taxpayer in Broward County, who was an eligible elector for the Florida Primary of Jan. 31, 2012.”

As part of his responsibilities, the lawsuit explains, Voeltz took “an oath to ‘protect and defend’ the U.S. Constitution.”

The complaint cites widely reported suspicions that Obama might not have been born in the United States and the fact that his father never was a U.S. citizen. It contends that because of those circumstances, Obama is not a “natural-born citizen” as the Constitution demands of the president.

Named as defendants are Florida Secretary of State Ken Detzner and the state Elections Canvassing Commission.

“The requirement for natural-born citizenship, which is found in the U.S. Constitution, was intended to prevent foreign influences from ‘influencing’ an American president,” Klayman said as the action was being filed.“These ‘influences’ have regrettably been witnessed by the American people during President Obama’s term in office. It is clear the Founding Fathers intended to avoid such a situation, where an American president seems to frequently sympathize with and take actions benefitting foreign interests.”

Take Over the Party - From the Inside

Many of you may have heard about the Precinct Committeman project where we encourage patriots to get involved with their local parties and actually *govern* their parties from the inside.

Of course, the theory is that many of us will be drafted upward to state and even RNC service where we can exert real influence and finally have the party we desire.

But in the next few days and weeks, there is an opportunity in many states to bypass that local level and acquire a seat directly on your state party committee.

Many state committees have a bylaw that allows candidates (even in UNsuccessful races) to make one or several appointments to their state party committee. If you worked on one of these campaigns, you are certainly in a position to request one of those appointments.

Those appointments certainly won't go to people who do not ask for them!

Our Country is becoming a Nanny State

A while ago I have written a article about how our Government wanted to become our parents and treat it's entire citizenry like untrusted children.

Also it gets worse. The state claims that it created a law requiring even little kids running Lemonade Stands to have a permit from the goodole health department.

Even though the 7 year old girl did keep her Lemonade Sanitary as possible, used hand sanitizer, kept her lemonade container closed, andused a scoop for the ice, it was not enough for Nanny State because theyknow whats best for the people.

They wanted her to pay a license to the Health Department of $120 even though she did keep her Lemonade sanitary. The reason the HealthDepartment got created in the first place was suppose to help protectthe Health of the populace which has protected us from rat and bug infested foodbut now it has been converted into a organization to exploit and extortlittle children in the governments ongoing battle to force us to paypermits for everything and anything we do.

So now Government Agencies which were suppose to be all for positive purposes has fallen into believing that us people are dumb animals thatwould walk off a cliff for a single loaf of bread, so now theGovernment now wants to tell us what to do all the time now. The realreason we are heading for a Nanny State is because it allows theGovernment to control, extort, exploit, and even pacify the people.

The Government wants to control our Health and DNA, our mind, our thoughts, our food supplies, our seeds, our pets, and wants to control every facet of our lives under many guises including saving the Environment.

But all hope it now lost that is why the Nanny State Liberation Front was created was to go against the Nanny State.

Most theme parks condition you to accept the Police State but at Dollywoodthey did not do Thumb Scans, not even bag searches.

While I was at Universal Studios, Disney World, and Kennedy Space Center they didone or more of the following to me while I was there:

  1. Searched my bags
  2. Checked my cameras to make sure they were cameras by forcing me to turn them on and show them the display screen.
  3. Made me go through a Thumb Scan
  4. Made me give some form of Identification or personal information

I had went through tyranny in 3 theme parks and it is all for the guise of NationalSecurity and stopping Terrorism.

While I went to Dollywood all I had to do was buy the ticket (They accept untraceable cash as well),take it to the gate along with my camera bags, the gate guards onlychecked my ticket and told me to go through and that was it. There wasno bag search, there was no retinal scan, there was no thumb scan,there was no request for Identification, there was no no-fly list thatcompares names of random people, the theme park was relaxed and had noneed for any bag searches.

Dollywood may lead the way to what Theme Parks used to be like before 9/11. The way all theme parks usedto be was if you didn't want to pay three to four bucks per drink youcould sneak a couple cans and nobody would be the wiser, and if youhave diabetes you can sneak candy and never have to pay loads just for abit of candy because since nobody searches your bags they can't bounceyou from the theme parks due to being unable to keep paying loads perdrink.

Dollywood is the only American theme park these days that doesn't tyrannize and force their patrons to pay loads more on food.

So while Universal theme park has a thumb scan database and other theme parks are heading that way Dollywood which is technically a themepark that has faith doesn't fear the terrorists so they don't give anypower to the globalists and their fake terrorist forces that are beingfinanced by the Rothschild controlled banking groups.

When all theme parks begin to do things such as forced thumb scans, forcedretinal scans, forced drug testing, forced Identification and forcedsocial security number requests, and forced bag searches the themeparks begin to precondition us to support the Police State, that aslong as we are safe it is ok to be tyrannized and in fact the themeparks sponsored by globalists may even promote these tyrannical securitymeasures as something fun, flashy, or something cool to get everybodyinto being used to Police State measures.

The Globalists want us to accept the Police State and bag searches everywhere like it is thenorm, that there is no Constitution, that we do not need a fair justicecourt, that only precrime and invasive bag searches at every facilitycan save us from the cursive terrorists.

I believe we need to boycott all theme parks except Dollywood because since they don'tsearch bags and don't give into to tyrannical police state measures weneed to make a positive example out of this and spread the message tothe world that we don't need to let the terrorists put us in fearbecause if we do then we Have NO Human Rights because security willdissolve Liberty.

Tell everyone to only visit Dollywood not just because they don't search bags but also because they don't believe inushering in the Police State for a One World Government run by a tinyelite.

I soon found out out that recruiting candidates to run for office is not such an easy task, for after 3 weeks we had only recruited 2 candidates with our presuppositions. So, with one week to go before the filing deadline, I decided that I ought to run and find out first hand what everyone was so apprehensive about. Again, with the permission of the California School Project Board, I filed to run for the California State Senate in the 30th District where I live (La Mirada, Whittier, Norwalk, Santa Fe Springs, Montebello, East LA, etc) to run against Ron Calderon, the Head of the State Banking and Finance Committee. By March 12 my name was qualified to be placed on the June 8 California Primary ballot.

Amazing! Retired missionary, now running for the CA State Senate. Am I qualified? I certainly know how to vote "No" on an unbalanced budget, so maybe in the view of the Liberals, I am not qualified, but then that one thing makes me more than qualified then all of them in my mind.

This is a very interesting education and a much bigger undertaking than I had imagined. No wonder most express reluctance to run for an office. And then there are are the two formerly unknown big questions that suddenly loom....(smile) "What if I don't win?" and the other (even bigger smile) "What if I do win?"

Yes, it’s true, society has changed dramatically since the beginning of the end of the last half of the 20th Century. Fifty years ago, in 1960 when the Donna Reed Show and

Father Knows Best broadcast their visions of the ideal American family, 88% of all American children were raised living with both of their biological parents until they reached adulthood. While that statistic is hugely altered for all Americans, it’s become unrecognizable for Black Americans.

Today, like Obama himself, 80% of all Black children in America are conceived out of wedlock. The president has hidden his birth information fairly effectively so we can’t say for sure about him, but 70% of today’s Black children are born to unmarried women. Whatever happened to the Black family? More importantly, how does this occurrence impact today’s Black child? And how, does this disintegration of the once proud Black family impact today’s political climate, and what does it portend based upon Mr. Obama’s actions? Before answering the first and third question, let’s deal with the second.

In the aggregate, statistics tell a depressing story for all American families, once the bastion of our nation. However, the Black statistics tell a tale of utter ruination. If White society has trouble understanding the Black experience, it is more than anything else a result of the massive changes that have occurred since 1965 to the Black community. Today, less than half of all children – all races examined together -- are raised entirely by their birth parents and 33% of all children are born to unwed mothers. Another 33% of all those children born to married couples will find their parents divorced well before the child reaches adulthood, for Blacks these statistics are much worse.

Looking briefly at just the White children . . . the educational, economic and family stability advantages of being White drop totally away for White kids raised in a family without a father. The high school drop-out numbers for White kids are roughly 3.5 times higher if raised in a family without a father. Such children are between four and five times more likely to live in families with incomes below the poverty line and about three times more likely to divorce or never get married and raise their own children in one-parent families and thus perpetuate the cycle so intimately linked to poverty.

Not too surprisingly, the huge number of fatherless families in the Black community has a slightly less debilitating effect. This situation is the norm among Black families now and almost 90% of Black families exhibit one-parent status. The Black community as groups and individuals have institutionalized some fairly effective responses, often based upon multi-generational families which have tended to be matriarchal. However, that “norm” is certainly not beneficial for mother or children. Living without a father increases the school dropout likelihood for Black children to 175% compared to intact families (and, by the way, for Hispanic children to 196%) compared to 250% for Whites. The impact of living in a fatherless home, however, is definitely even bigger economically for all races.

As a whole for Blacks, as well as Whites and Hispanics, the single biggest social disadvantages seem to align with fatherless families. Since Black families are much more likely than White families to begin below the poverty line and 2.8 times more likely to begin with an unmarried woman at the helm – the economic challenges are much, much greater and the consequences for the Black children are generally negative.

The one-parent household, typically headed by a divorced- or never-married mother, has significantly fewer financial resources than intact families do. Poverty statistics from the U.S. Census Bureau, show approximately half of households headed by single mothers in 1995 were below the poverty line, in contrast with the 10 percent figure for two-parent households. Yes, many of these families were poor before divorce, and a significant proportion were headed by mothers who never married. Nevertheless, the lack of a father's income has dire consequences for household finances. Even in well-off families, the fatherless home can suffer disproportionately. The newly established home headed in the vast majority of cases by the principal bread-winner holds typically far fewer members and receives the lion’s share of the divided resources . . . so the economic status of the mother often plummets dramatically.

The most obvious thing is that most children raised in a one-parent family, regardless of race, face a far greater chance of economic hardship. For Black mothers raising children without a father, this situation is much more common and much more devastating. How did the once-proud Black family get to this point?

Lyndon B. Johnson’s “Great Society” programs begun in 1965, hold some of the answers. The Civil Rights Bill, Kennedy had sought was signed by LBJ, an unmitigated boon to all of society and the Black community especially. But Johnson didn’t stop there. He launched his “War on Poverty.” The goals of the Great Society were twofold and entirely laudable on their face: elimination of poverty and elimination of social injustice. Truly the greatest of LBJ’s actual accomplishments was the Voting Rights Bill.
The hallmark of all the Great Society effort, from misguided liberal point of view was, however, “Affirmative Action launched by an LBJ speech** on June 4, 1965.” Its ghost haunts the Black citizen still today. Like most government spending and government interference boondoggles (GSBs and GIBs), however, much of the GS programming produced entirely the opposite effect at enormous expense. The cost of the Welfare State and the $74 Trillion in unfunded obligations arising from LBJ’s Medicare and the federal portion of his Medicaid today has been enormous and largely negative . . . and that’s just the dollar and cents cost.
In fairness to Johnson and liberal Democrats, the Johnson programs expanded greatly under Republican presidents Nixon and Ford before dramatically taking off under Carter, a Democrat. Under Carter the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA of 1977), the first mortgage-guarantee boondoggle (to be followed later by three more expansions in 1992, ’95 and ‘98) ultimately set us on the path that led to the sub-prime lending crisis and didn’t that turn out well? But mostly, they were “great notions – good intentions” that, like most government programs just weren’t thought out in accord with human nature. Humans need incentives not handouts.

And then there was . . . the juxtaposition of the War on Poverty and Affirmative Action with the undeniable fact that in 1964, after sixteen years the disaffected mostly-southern Democrats known as the Dixiecrats finally found a new home and voted as a bloc for the Republican presidential candidate. Barry Goldwater, who authored “The Conscience of a Conservative,” attracted the Dixiecrats and that was not lost upon the nation’s Blacks. The G.O.P., the party of Lincoln, now in the eyes of Blacks had become the party of Strom Thurmond. In 1968, 72% of Black voters went Democratic . . . in 2008, 95. 8% of Black votes went for Barack Obama. The Dixiecrats found their home and the Black’s found a new political home. The unfortunate result of that fissure was that the Democratic party has become greatly tied up with the notion of advancing Black well-being. Their electoral survival has depended upon it and the Democrats are seeking to add Hispanics as 90% loyal Democrats as well.

The “government dependency” syndrome for the Black community that’s grown out of that situation has had a horrendous effect upon Blacks. It is no exaggeration to say that the Black community is far worse off today than it was before the Democrats started helping them. Black Republicans like Clarence Thomas, Michael Steele, Thomas Sowell, Condoleezza Rice, Colin Powell, and Claude Allen are without exception such an anomaly in the Black community that all of them have encountered Black backlash for their “betrayal” and “Uncle Tomness.” Democratic Black leaders, for example, excoriated Clarence Thomas during his confirmation hearings. Black people who succeeded without relying upon Democratic largesse are uniformly held is disdain, a sad state of affairs that says more about Black problems today than just about anything else you might think of. The most successful of Blacks outside of the athletic field and show biz are disdained by the Black populace as a whole.

All of this is bad enough, but now we are dealing with a president who, though he promised to unite us, is clearly the most divisive influence in race relations since the Ku Klux Klan. The American Dream is disappearing from our shores with each utterance of Barack, the Divisive, now committed to a policy of creating race war for political benefit. On the one hand, for the first time in history it appears one generation of America will not leave their children better off than they themselves were – the point at which all political discussion should begin.

Barack Obama has decided that the battle will NOT be fought upon that ground, however, but on one of his choosing. Deplorably, the mainstream media has abetted him in this ugly switch of emphasis. Deplorably, too large a percentage of Americans don’t choose to understand the issues, but only to listen to the mainstream media rhetoric seldom sung with evidential accompaniment. He is playing to the weakest part of our natures. Only those locked into self-doubt so deep as to believe they cannot make it without huge amounts of help from the government favor socialisms and dependency, but many do and the media perpetuates that self-limiting stereotype at every opportunity. Instead of really helping poor people by teaching them the skills and attitudes needed to transform themselves, Blacks are almost always portrayed as helpless victims of the system, the only Black success stories routinely shown lie in two fields of endeavor: show business and sports.

Obama, unable to win on the factual basis of his promised job-creation ability has played the “race” card like a master of cacophony. His latest target is one of the most cynical and hateful ploys ever played upon the American public. His sneaking attempt to make Puerto Rico^^ a state; his lying attacks upon the Arizona immigration law, while doing nothing federally to attack the problems that spawned that law; and his hoped for coup de gras Amnesty and overnight citizenship for 14 million illegal aliens is all designed to make the “dependency class” permanent and much, much bigger; and permanently enshrine a whole host of Democratic-favoring welfare-dependents into the voting rolls. Never mind the devastation to the country as a whole. “Hispanicos, que siempre vivan fuertes e independientes y nunca como esclavos del dictador Obama, jamas!” (“Hispanics, may you stand strong and independent and never become slaves to Obama’s oppression!”).

** LBJ paid brief lip service to the fact that Black (he called them “the NE-gro”) economic status had risen dramatically since the end of World War II, but all the other statistics he cited in the speech were about differences between Black and White earning power and how government must intervene in the interest of fairness. Mandated social justice has never worked. Like the American Revolution, Martin Luther King, Jr.’s marches and sit-ins and Gandhi’s non-violent opposition that eventually gained India her freedom, social justice is largely earned or it does not occur. Just imagine . . . what kind of shift would occur in Black consciousness if Clarence Thomas was suddenly considered a prime role model for black youth rather than Rangel, Jesse Jackson, and Sharpe. Unfortunately, the easy way doesn’t work well or frequently, but it’s always more popular than the way of character. Black Americans hearing MLK’s inspiring “I Have a Dream” speech must truly take to heart the sentence about “the content of their characters?” That is the sentence that defines the American Dream.

^^ Obama knows little about the proud people of Puerto Rico. The “51st State” issue is not a hot-button Puerto Rican issue. Puerto Rican people, when they consider “la situation Puertoriquen~a” think independently. This issue comes up routinely for vote about once every decade and is a frequent visitor at kitchen table discussions. Roughly 34% of the islanders called “Independistas” think Puerto Rico needs to become an independent nation. Roughly 32% (the “Estadistas”) hope for big advantages if they were to become an official part of the United States. Meanwhile 33-34% of the populace like things just the way they are. They like the upside of being U.S. citizens without a lot of the downside, they represent the “Estatus Quo” and they always win whenever “la situation” is voted upon. The size of the voting base for each group changes only slightly over time. Two thirds of Puerto Ricans are NOT interested in statehood, period. No act of congress can change that. All said, the racism of Obama is clear and evident and unbelievably, the mainstream media can't see it.
