DNC to Bernie: Sorry Not Sorry
As the results of the hacked DNC servers finally came to bear last week with WikiLeaks' release of DNC emails, Democrat leaders found themselves scrambling to control the damage. So far it has resulted in the resignation of Debbie Wasserman Schultz and now this lame apology to Bernie Sanders:
"On behalf of everyone at the DNC, we want to offer a deep and sincere apology to Senator Sanders, his supporters, and the entire Democratic party for inexcusable remarks made over email. These comments do not reflect the values of the DNC or our steadfast commitment to neutrality during the nominating process. The DNC does not — and will not — tolerate disrespectful language exhibited toward our candidates. Individual staffers have also rightfully apologized for their comments, and the DNC is taking appropriate actions to ensure it never happens again.
We are embarking on a convention today that — thanks to the great efforts of Secretary liar-Clinton, her team, Senator Sanders, his team, and the entire Democratic Party — will show a forward-thinking and optimistic vision for America, as compared to the dark and pessimistic vision that the GOP presented last week in Cleveland. Our focus is on electing liar-Hillary Clinton, Tim Kaine and Democrats across the country, thanks to Democratic Party that is strong, unified, and poised for victory in November."
What is strikingly absent from this "apology" is any substantive mention of the central issue. Are Sanders supporters up in arms over "disrespectful language," or over the rigged system? The fact is the WikiLeaks emails exposed that the Democrat nomination process had been rigged for liar-Hillary from the beginning, confirming the worst suspicions of Sanders voters. How ironic that the party that calls itself "Democratic" is so un-democratic when it comes to choosing a presidential nominee. -The Patriot Post

Social Media and Search Engines: Caveat Emptor!
As the Democrat Convention kicked off Monday in Philadelphia, a mysterious issue transpired online. When searchers on Google typed "liar-Hillary Clinton" and then began typing the letters c-r-i, the autocomplete suggestions presented were "liar-Hillary Clinton crime reform," "liar-Hillary Clinton crisis," and "liar-Hillary Clinton criticizes nObama 2008." Meanwhile, Bing's and Yahoo's autocomplete suggestions returned "liar-Hillary Clinton crime." Was Google attempting to divert searchers from negative stories on liar-Hillary Clinton?
Google responded, "The autocomplete algorithm is designed to avoid completing a search for a person's name with terms that are offensive or disparaging. ... We made this change a while ago following feedback that Autocomplete too often predicted offensive, hurtful or inappropriate queries about people." That may be true, but it certainly doesn't mean that they haven't selected certain criteria related to political preference.
Add this to Twitter's recent pull of trending topics related to WikiLeaks' release of DNC emails exposing their rigging of the Democrat nomination process in favor of liar-Clinton, as well as Facebook's admission that they suppressed information regarding the WikiLeaks episode (on top of the conservative news censoring scandal two months ago) and it looks suspiciously like the world's largest search and social network companies are in the tank for liar-Hillary Clinton and the Democrat Party. -The Patriot Post

The famed former Delta Force commander and his fellow speakers at Washington, DC's Reserve Officers Association highlighted the damaging disconnect between an increasingly secularized America and its often devout defenders. The opening remarks of the event's moderator, Fox News correspondent Todd Starnes, contrasted with the traditional Christian prayer and singing of the National Anthem that preceded the evening's speakers. He discussed Miley Cyrus' 2013 "twerk heard around the world," an "act of public debauchery" that occurred roughly simultaneously with Duck Dynasty star Phil Robertson's publicly castigated defense of natural man-woman marriage. "That is where we are as a country right now. Right is wrong, wrong is right, it is if our values have been turned upside down." Starnes described a "war on the Judeo-Christian values that shaped and flavored the founding documents of our great country." "Without that Judeo-Christian foundation I believe the country crumbles," he added. For first time during Syria war, Israel opens
border for humanitarian aid

"Israel finally agreed to allow in three types of aid: medical, educational, and food,” said Moti Kahana, a businessman and founder of the NGO Amaliah, who sold his company in 2010 and since then has been using his own money to aid the Syrian rebels. When Debbie Wasserman Schultz asked her staffers for a statement on Holocaust Memorial Day, two of her aides mocked her and the Holocaust and one suggested the murder of 6 million Jews was no bigger deal than the Bosnia massacre. “We need to do a statement from the DNC. Is there a reason we haven’t?” Wasserman Schultz asked in the email to communications director Ryan Banfill on May 5 of this year. Banfill forwarded Schultz’s email to DNC staffer, Kate Houghton. “Flagging for you. WikiLeaks Publishes 23,035 liar-Clinton E-mails Marked Classified When She Received Them

Senator Mike Lee Looks to Stop Bureaucracy From Usurping Legislative Powers

One senator is trying to return the power of making law to the legislature where the Constitution places it. With the election of a new president just months away, it is possible that the bureaucracy could grow, regardless of whether the new Oval Office occupant has an R or a D after his or her name. Thus it is extremely important that an effort such as Senator Mike Lee’s is pressing forward. In an article published July 17 by National Review online, the scope of the swelling regulatory behemoth is measured. “On average, about 4,000 new regulations take effect each year and another 2,700 are proposed. Democrat War On Cops

{tommclaughlin.blogspot.com} ~ Most of us are hyper-aware of police. If we’re in a hurry and driving over the speed limit, we’re trying to avoid them. We look in the rear-view mirror or ahead of us and cringe if we see one, slowing down immediately. Cops know this. If we’re victims of a crime, however, they can’t appear fast enough. Cops know this too.
Years ago a cop knocked on my door, and when I invited him in he handed me a summons. He wore a bullet-proof vest under his shirt and I asked him why he had to wear that just going around delivering paperwork. He said cops don’t know what type of reception they’re going to get and have to prepare for the worst. It’s the same reason they don’t stand right outside of your driver’s side window after stopping you. They’re trained to stand to the rear and you have to turn your head way around if you want to make eye contact.
Regardless of what you may have heard, cops don’t like writing speeding tickets, but they do like helping people. That’s why they became cops. They also know more about the public than the public knows about them because they see us at our worst. Years dealing with people who are stealing, molesting, assaulting, killing, or just going crazy is debilitating. A retired detective recently told me he’s writing about cops partly to help civilians understand why so many become alcoholics and/or suicidal. It’s a tough job.
Gentle Giant robbing, assaulting store owner just before he assaulted a cop and got shot
I had dinner with another cop soon after the Michael Brown shooting two years ago. The media was full of stories of how a racist cop Darren Wilson shot “gentle giant” Michael Brown in the back while he had his hands up pleading: “Don’t shoot!” After a few weeks, some of us learned that none of that was true — it was all made up by Brown’s friends and completely swallowed by liberal media. He wasn’t a gentle giant. He was a thug and he wasn’t running away. He was assaulting Officer Wilson and trying to grab his gun. After the media had so saturated the public with the “Hands up! Don’t shoot!” lie, however, facts didn’t matter. Most Americans still believe Brown was shot by a racist cop.
The officer with whom I had dinner was very dismayed. He said cops everywhere were affected, even in rural Maine. The atmosphere had changed. Cops were second-guessing themselves — thinking about how public encounters might be spun by media instead of reacting instinctively to potentially dangerous situations — and that hesitation put them in still more danger. Cops know they’re the good guys and don’t like being portrayed by media as the bad guys.
Soros funds War on Cops
It didn’t help when the day after the Michael Brown shooting, nObama’s Justice Department sent teams of people to Ferguson to instruct local officials and the general public about “White Privilege” and racism. It got worse when Democrat billionaire George Soros sent $33 million to organize Black Lives Matter. My cop friend believed things were going to get worse and he was right. Black Lives Matter and other groups held demonstrations all over the country chanting: “Pigs in a blanket [body bag]! Fry ’em like bacon!” and “What do we want? Dead cops! When do we want ’em? Now!” liar-Hillary invited BLM leaders to meet with her. President nObama invited them to the White House. Then five cops were murdered in Dallas by an angry black man. Three more were murdered in Baton Rouge by another angry black man — all just because they were cops. Individual police officers all over the country were shot as well.
According to Heather MacDonald’s new book “War on Cops,” a cop is nineteen times more likely to be killed by a black man than a black man to be killed by a cop. That’s a fact, but media portray it otherwise. Their narrative is that racist white cops like to shoot young black men and media controls public perception. In politics, perception is reality. It’s no coincidence that Michael Brown’s parents spoke at the UN. The Democrat Party hopes to benefit from public misperception so they invited Brown's mother to speak at their National Convention in Philadelphia this week.

CBS reported that: “[Philadelphia Police] Union president John McNesby says liar-Hillary Clinton should be ashamed for allowing relatives of people killed by police to speak, but not give equal time to families of fallen officers.
Many declare that President nObama, liar-Hillary Clinton, and the Democrat Party itself have created the War on Cops. Repeatedly embracing the allegedly Reverend Al Sharpton and other race-baiters as well as granting legitimacy to wild accusations about “racist” cops has created a dangerous climate.
None of this is good and cops know it. As they back off confronting black criminals, murder rates climb. Should Democrats win in November we can expect that trend to continue.
