NY Post Bombshell Report Means
Rosenstein Massively Rigged Cohen Trial
{ westernjournal.com } ~ Sometimes I wonder if Donald Trump knew what he was really getting himself into when he decided to run for president and drain the swamp... Everywhere he’s turned he has met roadblocks, opposition and betrayal as he tries to infuse policy he thinks will make America great again. And ever since he was accused of colluding with Russia to sway the 2016 election, the constant turn of events have played out like a bad daytime drama. The latest twist in the plot centers around Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, and if reports are true, he could be in a heap of trouble. On Saturday, Michael Goodwin wrote in the New York Post that Rosenstein ordered United States Attorney Geoffrey Berman to recuse himself from the investigation into the Michael Cohen case, which in turn would leave his office staffed with scumbag/liar-nObama administration holdovers from Preet Bharara’s tenure as Berman’s predecessor. Berman was appointed to the Southern District of New York position by President Trump after he fired Preet Bharara, an scumbag/liar-nObama appointee...GOP rep touches off firestorm with claim
FBI leaked info, used stories to get FISA warrants
by Brooke Singman
{ foxnews.com } ~ A Republican congressman touched off a firestorm Tuesday after claiming on Twitter that his office had information suggesting the FBI leaked information... to the press and used the resulting articles to help obtain surveillance warrants. "We've learned NEW information suggesting our suspicions are true: FBI/DOJ have previously leaked info to the press, and then used those same press stories as a separate source to justify FISA's," House Freedom Caucus Chairman Mark Meadows, R-N.C., tweeted overnight. The claim stemmed in part from FBI intelligence analyst Jonathan Moffa’s Friday testimony behind closed doors before the House Judiciary and Oversight committees. But what exactly Moffa told the committees is a matter of dispute. A source with knowledge of the testimony initially told Fox News that Moffa said FBI personnel would use media reports based on information they leaked to justify applications for Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act warrants, echoing Meadows. The source said Moffa, who worked with controversial former FBI officials Peter Strzok and Lisa Page, acknowledged this “had been a practice in the past.” But an FBI official pushed back, telling Fox News the initial claims about Moffa’s testimony were incorrect... http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2018/08/28/gop-rep-touches-off-firestorm-with-claim-fbi-leaked-info-used-stories-to-get-fisa-warrants.htmlLimbaugh: Why are scumbag/liar-nObama, liar-Hillary silent on hacked server?
by JOE KOVACS
{ wnd.com } ~ In the wake of news reports this week that liar-Hillary Clinton’s email server was hacked by a Chinese-owned company... talk-radio host Rush Limbaugh is wondering where the denials are from the former U.S. secretary of state and former President scumbag/liar-nObama. “Has anybody seen Barack Hussein scumbag/liar-nO or liar-Hillary Clinton on TV denying the news story that the Chinese government had real-time hacked access to liar-Hillary Clinton’s computer, her home-brew server and network when she was secretary of state? I haven’t seen that,” Limbaugh said on his national broadcast Wednesday. “Has anybody seen scumbag/liar-nObama and liar-Hillary indignant? Has anybody seen them on television flat-out refusing, denying, saying this is absurd? Anybody seen that? You haven’t.” As WND reported Tuesday, the private email server through which Mrs. liar-Clinton transmitted classified information as secretary of state was hacked by a Chinese-owned company, according to sources briefed on the matter who spoke to the Daily Caller News Foundation. Copies of nearly all of liar-Clinton’s emails were forwarded to the company in real time through a code embedded in the server as part of an intelligence operation, the sources said. The FBI failed to act when the Intelligence Community Inspector General warned of the problem, Rep. Louie Gohmert, R-Texas, said at a July 12 House Committee on the Judiciary hearing, as WND reported...Robert Mueller needs more time
to decide to retry Paul Manafort in Virginia
{ washingtonexaminer.com } ~ Federal prosecutors for special counsel Robert Mueller are asking for more time to decide whether to retry Paul Manafort in Alexandria, Va... The former Trump campaign chairman was convicted last week on eight of the 18 bank and tax fraud charges brought against him by Mueller’s team — and the federal judge overseeing the case declared a mistrial on the other ten. Prosecutors had until the end of Wednesday to declare their intent — or not — to retry Manafort. Mueller’s team wants to wait until Manafort’s defense team files their post-trial motions on the eight guilty counts before they make a decision. “Because the defendant’s post-trial motions have not been filed or ruled on, the government does not at this time have sufficient information to make an informed decision on whether it will seek retrial of the remaining counts,” prosecutors wrote, asking the deadline to be extended to one week after the court rules on Manafort’s post-trial motions....
Why Trudeau suddenly danced to Trump's NAFTA tune
{ washingtonexaminer.com } ~ As my colleague Sean Higgins reports, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau rapidly decided to dance to President Trump's NAFTA tune... the moment a U.S.-Mexico agreement was announced. We learned as much on Wednesday when Trudeau announced that "the Americans and Mexicans very much want to try and get things done by Friday and we’re seeing if we can get to the right place by Friday, but as I’ve said all along it has to be the right deal for Canada and that’s what we are staying firm on." Trump had given Trudeau a deadline to join a U.S.-Mexican trade deal by Friday or face exclusion. But while Trudeau's caveat of "the right deal" might sound like he's playing tough, the opposite is true. In fact, the Canadian chief executive has been outmaneuvered by Trump's phone-call-announced deal on Tuesday with Mexican President Enrique Pena Nieto and his incoming successor, Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador. So why is Trudeau, who had until now played hardball with Trump, changing his tune? Because he has little choice. With Mexico agreeing to dislocate from the existing NAFTA arrangement, its leaders illustrated to Canada that they would accept NAFTA's broader implosion in return for new deals with Trump. Canada cannot accept that outcome because to accept NAFTA's free trade collapse would be worse for Canadians than for Americans....

The Charity-to-Abortion Funding Pipeline
by Jordan Candler: Most people define charity as helping to buoy someone’s livelihood, not end it. Unfortunately, that’s not how all “charities” operate. United Way is one such philanthropic organization whose functions are sometimes profoundly antithetical to the moral convictions of those who offer financial assistance. Abortion, for example, is loosely but undeniably embedded in United Way’s mission.
The watchdog 2ndVote, which has chronicled United Way’s association with Planned Parenthood for several years now, recently presented new research. The group reports, “Analysis of the most recent IRS Form 990 filings and other documentation found 62 United Way affiliates sent $2,756,799 to Planned Parenthood organizations in tax year 2016. 2ndVote’s latest findings indicate an increase of $168,806 from the $2,590,994 United Way funneled to Planned Parenthood in 2015.”
Executive Director Robert Kuykendall extrapolates the cruel implications: “According to Planned Parenthood, an abortion can cost up to $950. This means United Way dollars essentially paid for the equivalent of at least 2,901 Planned Parenthood abortions over the course of a single year.”
The 62 affiliates that help fill Planned Parenthood’s coffers are spread across 29 states. In a statement, United Way exonerates itself by citing this “small number” along with their autonomy: “United Way Worldwide does not control funding decisions by local United Ways. … Out of 1,129 local United Ways in the United States, only a small number (less than 3 percent) provide direct support to Planned Parenthood. The amount of financial support represents less than one tenth of one percent of total United Way revenue.”
Regardless, the only acceptable amount of money United Way should be sending to Planned Parenthood is zero. This is a policy that corporate headquarters could easily implement but won’t. Furthermore, as 2ndVote responded, “Planned Parenthood donations are used to fund abortions, and each United Way dollar which goes to Planned Parenthood is responsible for the murder of an unborn child. Money is fungible, and any argument to the contrary is simply dishonest.”
Years ago, the Komen Foundation was similarly outed for its multimillion-dollar cash flow to Planned Parenthood. This not only is ironic, but there is absolutely no moral reason that charities should be bankrolling death. It’s also important that the moral-minded know exactly what their benevolence is funding and respond accordingly.
