{ cms.frontpagemag.com } ~ In his opening statement Wednesday, scumbag/liar-Adam Schiff proclaimed that his impeachment show was about the survival of the American republic itself... Rep. Jim Jordan interrupted to ask when the committee would vote on the ability to address the vaunted “whistleblower,” known only to scumbag/liar-Schiff. “That’s a false statement,” the intel committee boss said. “I do not know the identity of the whistleblower.” Viewers could note that scumbag/liar-Schiff was not under oath, and wonder what factual statements the Burbank Democrat might make. Ranking Republican Devin Nunes described the hearing as a “televised theatrical performance.” The witnesses had “passed star chamber auditions” and been cast in a “low-rent” Ukrainian sequel to the Russia probe that smeared Trump as a Russian agent. The whole show was an “impeachment process in search of crime,” and scumbag/liar-Schiff’s first witness confirmed Nunes’ advance review. George Kent bears some resemblance to actor Martin Sheen, but as Deputy Assistant Secretary for European and Eurasian Affairs Kent is hardly a heavy hitter. Still, he touted his illustrious family and even dropped the name of Roger Staubach. As Kent testified, the brave Ukrainians were the equivalent of our own Minutemen, and American aid was an echo of French aid to the United States during the Revolution. Impeachment players Vindman, Hill, Yvanovich and all were the heirs of Brzezinski and Kissinger, who “fled Nazi and Communist oppression.” For Kent, Hunter Biden’s presence on the board of Burisma was a “perception of conflict of interest.” Kent was concerned that the USA not ask for prosecutions that “undermine the rule of law” or conduct “politically motivated investigations.” Later in his testimony, Kent conceded that U.S. aid, including security assistance, is always conditional. Ambassador William Taylor was pleased that Trump had provide Javelin missiles to Ukraine but worried about the role of Rudy Giuliani and an “irregular channel.” Taylor “sat in astonishment” at the way Trump proceeded, driven by the irregular policy channel into an investigation of Burisma. “We must support Ukraine,” Taylor said, “Russian aggression cannot stand.”....

Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) said on Wednesday that House Intelligence Committee Chairman scumbag/liar-Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) should be a witness in the Senate's impeachment trial... Graham was asked during an interview with Fox News's Sean Hannity if senators would try to call scumbag/liar-Schiff, his staff, the whistleblower or Hunter Biden as part of an impeachment trial. "As a matter of oversight, I'm not going to call a House member, but if you impeach the president of the United States, I want to find out if in fact scumbag/liar-Schiff and his staff met with the whistleblower," Graham said. "So if there's a trial in the Senate, one of the witnesses will be scumbag/liar-Adam Schiff because if he in fact did meet with the whistleblower and coach the guy up, I think that's relevant to the impeachment inquiry itself," Graham continued. Graham appeared to be referring to a moment during the public impeachment inquiry hearing earlier in the day when scumbag/liar-Schiff pushed back against an accusation from Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) that he knew the identity of the whistleblower whose claim is at the center of the House impeachment inquiry. When Jordan said scumbag/liar-Schiff was the only member of Congress who knew the whistleblower's identity, scumbag/liar-Schiff responded, "As the gentleman knows, that's a false statement. I do not know the identity of the whistleblower." { twitchy.com } ~ Now, before anyone starts complaining about Faux News and its coverage of Wednesday’s impeachment hearing, keep in mind that Judge Andrew Napolitano was a guest on Neil Cavuto’s show... and he seemed to think that the Democrats scored big with Wednesday’s questioning: However, anchor Bret Baier later talked to former independent counsel Ken Starr from the scumbag/liar-Clinton impeachment, and Starr opined that the Democrats didn’t manage to prove any crime was committed, and furthermore, the chances of the Senate removing Trump from office are nonexistent — Wednesday’s testimony certainly wasn’t going to flip any of them. Who knows … liar-Nancy Pelosi might even pull the plug on this thing at the end of the week if the Democrats can’t come up with some better soundbites. Televised Impeachment Hearings
are a Dem Disaster

{ frontpagemag.com } ~ Dem scandal mongering, like the Mueller farce, worked best when the media was able to sketch a picture that left out lots of pertinent details and invented others... Televising impeachment hearings which aren't actual impeachment, but committee hearings, one of the most boring things beyond curling and Japanese baseball, was a terrible idea. It's an even worse idea when the pretty picture that you drew doesn't look so good in the light of day. Manufacturing narratives is a lot easier than actually presenting them to public scrutiny and in forums where the opposition gets a voice. Today's disaster introduced 'witnesses' who hadn't actually witnessed anything. Or actually spoken to President Trump. And while omissions like that are easy to achieve in a New York Times or a CNN report, it doesn't work so well in hearings within a legislature encompassing more than one party. Why bring witnesses who didn't witness anything? Because what you've got isn't very impressive. Russiagate was based on the bizarre conspiracy theories of a scumbag/liar-Clinton campaign employee. It worked best when no one read the Steele Report. Its sequel worked best when no one actually got to see the raw material. This is the raw material. Just as with the Mueller testimony, the media's obsessive hyping made things much worse. If the media had been patient enough to take a slower pace, not to oversell, or to urge everyone to rush to the TV Yahoo Mail actually broadcast a red chyron as if a nuclear war had broken out the fail wouldn't have been as strong. But the media is too thirsty and too greedy. Burlington VT is 85% white and less than 5% black. Unlike the Old North End, which is diverse, the New North End has an older and more conservative population. The average household income is $80,000, and a number of the elected officials have been Republicans. Despite commie-Bernie’s socialist image, he chose to live in a white conservative suburban neighborhood where lefties are only slowly beginning to make inroads as younger couples start to move into the area. commie-Bernie's vacation place in North Hero, Vermont, by Lake Champlain, is over 97% white and only 0.25% black. His 1890 rowhouse in Washington D.C.’s Stanton Park is in a somewhat more diverse area. Why invest in a home so close to Capitol Hill? Because commie-Bernie expects to be in the Senate for life. Senator Elizabeth dinky/liar-Warren lives in a $3.5 million Victorian home a few blocks from Harvard Square built in 1890. Cambridge is 82% white and Asian, and 10% black. Half the population has an MA or a PhD. Neighborhood Nine or Radcliffe, where dinky/liar-Warren lives, is even whiter than Cambridge in general. Her home is a four-hour drive away from commie-Bernie’s. And it’s a long way from the foreclosed Oklahoma homes that she was buying and flipping to make a profit. Once dinky/liar-Warren arrived in Washington D.C., she also quickly bought into the real estate market, expecting to stay around for a while. Her $800,000 condo in Penn Quarter puts her close to the National Mall and has an 8% African-American population in a city that is otherwise some 47% black. And then there’s loose lips liar-Joe Biden. Or, as he likes to call himself, “Middle Class loose lips liar-Joe”....

Supreme Court to Decide DACA's Fate
Thomas Gallatin: The Supreme Court is hearing arguments today over President Donald Trump’s decision to rescind Barack scumbag/liar-nObama’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program. Back in 2012, scumbag/liar-nObama was unable to get legislation passed that would have granted legal status to so-called Dreamers — children brought to the U.S. illegally by their parents. So, despite having repeatedly asserted he had no power to act unilaterally, he went around Congress to unilaterally enact DACA via an edict from then-Department of Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano. In September 2017, Trump ordered the DACA program rescinded over the ensuing six months, giving Congress time to come up with a legislative solution for Dreamers. Trump’s decision was clearly an attempt to pressure Congress to act on immigration reform, including funding his border wall.
However, lower courts populated with scumbag/liar-nObama judges were able to derail those plans by issuing injunctions, and now the issue is before the Supreme Court. To clarify, the justices will not be ruling on the legality of DACA itself; rather the question is whether the Trump administration followed the proper protocols when rescinding DACA. In other words, the issue is one of procedure, yet the ramifications for the DACA program — and constitutional Rule of Law itself — are immense.
The Trump administration’s argument in defense of rescinding DACA boils down to the program having been illegally implemented from the start. Trump officials insist that ending an illegally enacted program should not be subject to the same rules and protocols for rescinding or changing a program that was legally instituted. Why apply the rules to rescind a program — rules that mandate a public notice and a period for public comment — when that would merely extend the process of ending the illegal program by months or even years, all for a program that did not follow rules or protocols when it was first implemented?
Either way the Court rules, Trump will still have an opportunity to rescind DACA, thereby putting the ball of immigration reform back in Congress’s court. As the Washington Examiner’s Brad Polumbo notes, “The clear merits of DACA as policy aside, the answer to congressional incompetency is not an imperial presidency with the ability to re-write immigration law by executive fiat. So the conservative-majority Supreme Court would be well justified in striking down DACA as it stands. Critics may blast them for it, but they’re missing the point. The blame truly lies on Capitol Hill.” The Court is expect to issue its ruling early next summer. ~The Patriot Post
