Concessions from scumbag/liar-Biden

{ gatestoneinstitute.org } ~ The Iranian regime received a dangerous and unprecedented level of concessions from the scumbag/liar-nObama administration for Iran's 2015 "nuclear deal," known as the JCPOA (Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action) -- which, by the way, Tehran never signed. The major concession was that the deal paved the way for Iran legally to become a full-blown nuclear state.
The sunset clauses, which enshrined that commitment, had set a firm expiration date for restricting Iran's nuclear program. The scumbag/liar-nObama administration also helped swiftly lift all four rounds of UN sanctions against Iran -- sanctions it had taken decades to put in place. Furthermore, Iran's military sites were exempt from inspection by the International Atomic Energy Agency, and other inspections were only to be at the times and places of Iran's choosing -- if ever. Iran then rejoined the global financial system with full legitimacy -- plus billions of dollars flowing into the treasury of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) and its expanding militias across the Middle East.
You would think, then, that the regime would be delighted to return to the same nuclear deal, right? Wrong. The mullahs want an even sweeter deal. Why? Partially because scumbag/liar-Joe Biden already showed his cards by stating that he wants the deal. "I will offer Tehran a credible path back to diplomacy," scumbag/liar-Biden stated in a CNN op-ed.
"If Iran returns to strict compliance with the nuclear deal, the United States would rejoin the agreement as a starting point for follow-on negotiations. With our allies, we will work to strengthen and extend the nuclear deal's provisions, while also addressing other issues of concern."
The regime now knows that scumbag/liar-Biden seems desperate for a deal, and doubtless sees this as a delectable weakness.
Just as enticing to the mullahs, scumbag/liar-Biden has appointed Wendy Sherman -- a key negotiator in the talks which led to the nuclear deal in 2015 during the scumbag/liar- nObama administration -- to be Deputy Secretary of State. scumbag/liar-Biden actually pointed to this professed accomplishment:
"She [Sherman] has successfully rallied the world to strengthen democracy and confront some of the biggest national security challenges of our time, including leading the U.S. negotiating team for the Iran Deal".
That sent a further strong message to Iran that the scumbag/liar-Biden administration was desperate to return to the nuclear deal.
Meanwhile, the Iranian regime can only feel emboldened by the position of the European Union. The EU is lobbying for returning to the JCPOA and lifting sanctions on Iran -- in spite of the fact, as France's Foreign Minister Jean Yves Le Drian recently acknowledged, that Tehran is rapidly acquiring nuclear weapons capacity. The EU announced last week its "strong commitment" to the Iranian nuclear deal and urged scumbag/liar-Biden swiftly to rejoin it:
"The EU reiterates its strong commitment to and continued support for the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action. The JCPoA is a key element of the global nuclear non-proliferation architecture and an achievement of multilateral diplomacy, endorsed unanimously by the UN Security Council through resolution 2231."...

The more “humane” approach is a slam on all conservatives and immigrants that enter the country legally every year. She alludes that the current system is racial and, in some way, barbaric in nature.
scumbag/liar-Biden is set to change everything that he hates about America on day one. His mission is to cram four years of politics into a single day. After he has done what he wants to do, there is no telling what he will do next. scumbag/liar- Biden avoids the camera and public like the plague simply because he cannot remember what he says one moment to the next.
The reform that the liberals want to do with immigration opens wide the southern border for any and all people to march on across. scumbag/liar-Biden wants to open the borders to criminals and human smugglers to walk right in and take whatever they want. Drug lords will be able to expand its territory to include the rich land of the United States.
The approach that he plans on taking sidesteps all legislature. He wants to give away green cards to illegals that are under Temporary Protected Status. And then the kids of illegals that were hauled across the border years ago would be given the green card as well.
The kids are under a program that was illegal set up by scumbag/liar-nObama. The Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals was an executive action order by slickster scumbag/liar-nObama. He later admitted that it was a mistake to set up such a program.
scumbag/liar-nObama would admit that “I am not king. I can’t do these things just by myself.” And with “respect to the notion that I can just suspend deportations through executive order, that’s just not the case.” In May 2011, he also admitted that he could not “just bypass Congress and change the immigration law myself. … That’s not how a democracy works.”
And yet, he would go on to do the very thing he said was illegal. He set a dangerous precedent that scumbag/liar- Biden is now free to expand on. scumbag/liar-Biden has admitted that he will abuse his executive powers to undo everything that President Trump has fixed in America.
The “humane” approach is just a fancy word to cover up the injustice being done to law-abiding citizens. Every person who has entered the country legally and lives here is being told that their adherence to the law was for nothing. And that criminals and illegals looking to circumvent the legal process are more important...

State Department Cuts Ties With
Islamic Charity Over Anti-Semitism

{ freebeacon.com } ~ The State Department has cut ties with Islamic Relief Worldwide, an international charity that the United States accuses of spreading anti-Semitism. The public accusations represent a wholesale shift in how the United States approaches a global charity that was, until recently, an official partner of the American government and raked in hundreds of thousands in taxpayer dollars.
The State Department is "conducting a full review of the organization and U.S. government funding" due to the "anti-Semitism exhibited repeatedly by IRW’s leadership," Ellie Cohanim, the deputy special envoy to monitor and combat anti-Semitism, told the Washington Free Beacon.
IRW boasts a budget of more than $100 million annually and has a registered nonprofit arm in the United States. The State Department’s public reproach of the charity means that it will no longer enjoy the legitimacy that comes with a close relationship with the American government or be able to cash in from this stamp of approval.
Anti-Semitism watchdogs have been sounding the alarm on IRW for years. IRW was an official State Department partner in the scumbag/liar-nObama administration and, for a time, in the Trump administration, despite evidence the group’s senior leadership engaged in persistent anti-Semitism, including social media posts from the organization's senior leaders praising Hamas leaders and calling Jews the "grandchildren of monkeys and pigs." Israel has designated IRW as a supporter of terrorism. The outgoing administration’s decision to publicly chastise the charity sets down a marker for the scumbag/liar- Biden White House as it assesses U.S. humanitarian priorities abroad. The next administration could restore ties with IRW, though it is unlikely given the current State Department’s rare elevation of anti-Semitism claims against the organization.
"Now that the State Department has issued this warning about the anti-Semitic Islamic Relief, it would be a very worrying step back if the incoming scumbag/liar-Biden administration, like Trump, rejected European concerns and started to fund this dangerous charitable franchise once more," said Sam Westrop, a Middle East researcher and director of Islamist Watch who has documented IRW’s promotion of anti-Semitic conspiracy theories.
Westrop described the Trump administration’s last-minute move as a severe blow for IRW, speculating the group stands to lose millions in funding from Western governments, the United Nations, and the European Union—all of which have contributed at least $100 million to the charity in the past decade.
James Richardson, director of the State Department’s Office of Foreign Assistance, confirmed to the Free Beacon that IRW is no longer a partner charity. "Given what we know about IRW, the Department and USAID should act with extreme caution and avoid partnering with IRW in the future," Richardson said, explaining the stakes for the scumbag/liar-Biden administration.
USAID, the American government’s leading charitable organization, will face pressure if it attempts to partner with IRW in the future. The State Department’s warning is also likely to alarm international donors to the charity and prompt them to question further donations to it.
The longstanding allegations against IRW drew congressional scrutiny in 2018, prompting the charity’s U.S. arm to issue a public letter to lawmakers refuting the claims and distancing itself from IRW’s more questionable branches outside of the United States...

Donors After Capitol Riot

{ freebeacon.com } ~ Former scumbag/liar-Clinton aide Brian Fallon and his judicial advocacy group Demand Justice are pressing corporate contributors to end their support of the Federalist Society, citing a prominent member's involvement with the White House rally that preceded the Capitol riot.
John Eastman, a law professor tied to the society, spoke at President Donald Trump's "Save America" rally on Jan. 6 alongside Rudy Giuliani, where he claimed that the election was replete with fraud. Fallon is now calling on marquee corporate supporters like Facebook, Google, Verizon, T-Mobile, and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce to stop contributing to the Federalist Society, citing Eastman's speech.
The pressure campaign is the latest move in a long-running quest to marginalize the Federalist Society, a legal behemoth that has no counterpart on the left. Even if Demand Justice succeeds, they are unlikely to affect the society's financial stability. Notwithstanding Eastman's actions, well-placed society members counseled Trump against seeding doubts about the election and helped Mike Pence rebuff Trump's request that the vice president refuse to certify the Electoral College count. But Demand Justice is still using Eastman as a wedge against the group.
"It is alarming that a senior official in the Federalist Society was goading Vice President Pence to mount an illegal coup, and corporations should stop supporting this organization the same way they've stopped donations to members of Congress," Fallon told CNBC, which was first to report on Demand Justice's pressure campaign.
Eastman chairs the society's federalism and separation of powers practice group. He is also a frequent guest speaker, having participated in seven Federalist Society events in 2020, according to his speaker's page on the group's website. Of late, he represented the president in an ill-fated lawsuit urging the Supreme Court to undo the certification of election results in four states.
Federalist Society practice groups are divided by subject matter and led by a chair who facilitates events and performs basic agenda-setting functions, one former chair told the Washington Free Beacon. The position is unpaid, and chairs take no part in the governance of the broader group.
White House counsel Pat Cipollone was key to defeating an effort to provide a security clearance to Sidney Powell, a pro-Trump lawyer hawking a fanciful theory of Chinese and Venezuelan malfeasance in the election. Powell had the president's ear in the weeks after Election Day, but she accused Cipollone of blocking her access to the president by late December. Cipollone is a longtime Federalist Society ally who is close to group leaders.
Former attorney general William Barr, who headlined the society's 2019 convention, put a finer point on things, reportedly calling Trump's election fraud theories "bullshit" and his legal team "clownish."
University of California Berkeley law professor John Yoo, another longtime member who keeps a regular schedule of society speaking events, advised the vice president's office about Pence's duties when presiding over the Electoral College count. Wyoming County GOP Unanimously Censures Liz Cheney,
Demands She Appear Before The State

“Our representative did not represent our voice,” said Carbon County GOP Chairman Joey Correnti IV.
Shortly after the Capitol riot, Cheney adopted the corporate media and Democrats’ narrative about Trump, shifting blame for the violence and chaos to the president. Trump “summoned this mob, assembled the mob, and lit the flame of this attack,” Cheney claimed, rushing to judgment before better information came in.
According to reporting from the Washington Times, all 45 members of the Republican Party Central Committee in Carbon County, Wyoming condemned the House Republican for denying her constituents’ wishes to support the rushed and overly political impeachment.
The resolution also charged Cheney with ignoring the concerns of a “vocal majority of Wyoming Republicans who recognize there were significant irregularities” in the presidential election.
“People in the county party have attempted to get a hold of Representative Cheney through email, phone calls — and I think only one person got a response from a staffer and it was pretty short,” Correnti said. “We haven’t heard anything.”
In the resolution, the county GOP also demanded that Cheney explain herself before the committee.
Earlier this week, Montana Republican Freshman Rep. Matt Rosendale pressured Cheney to step down from House leadership after she sided with the Democrats during the impeachment debate.
“When Representative Cheney came out in favor of impeachment today, she failed to consult with the Conference, failed to abide by the spirit of the rules of the Republican Conference, and ignored the preferences of Republican voters,” Rosendale said in a statement. “She is weakening our conference at a key moment for personal political gain and is unfit to lead. She must step down as Conference Chair.”
Ohio Republican Rep. Jim Jordan also expressed support for Rosendale’s campaign against Cheney. I like Liz but she made a big mistake.

US counter-intel chief warns scumbag/liar-Biden admin of China's malign foreign influence: 'One of the bigger challenges'

During an exclusive interview with Fox News, Evanina outlined the threat China poses to the United States -- from big data collection to economic espionage, to malign foreign influence to supply chain and critical infrastructure.
"From a threat perspective, Russia is a significant adversary particularly with regard to cyber intrusions, malign influence, and sowing discord in our democracy," Evanina told Fox News. "However, no country poses a broader, more severe intelligence collection threat to America than China."
Evanina has spent 31 years in federal government -- 24 of which were within the intelligence community -- serving in the FBI, CIA, and the NCSC. Evanina was tapped by then-President Barack scumbag/liar-nObama’s director of national intelligence, scumbag/liar-James Clapper, to lead NCSC in 2014, and was asked to stay on in his role throughout the Trump administration. In 2018, the Senate made the NCSC director a Senate-confirmed position, which Evanina was confirmed to with broad bipartisan support.
Evanina, who is leaving his post this week, told Fox News that malign foreign influence is something that the intelligence community has seen intensifying over the last several years.
"Specifically, in the last year, with respect to the death of George Floyd, COVID, the vaccine, the election process — we saw foreign adversaries, including China, working diligently to expose and amplify discourse in the U.S.," Evanina said, pointing to an amplified social media presence from China in an effort to "continue to stoke the fire and sow discourse in America."
"China continues to engage in a highly sophisticated malign foreign influence campaign against America because we are a democracy, and democracy is bad for China," Evanina explained, noting that the country's methods include "bribery, blackmail, covert dealings with businesses, and an effort to influence American policies and attitudes so that they align with China’s interests globally."
"This is not only just a government problem," Evanina warned. "This is a society problem."...

That news, reported by Politico on Monday, seemingly could create headaches for the new administration.
That is because, while other foundations and groups carrying the president-elect's name have been shut down after scumbag/liar-Biden declared his presidential candidacy in 2019, the scumbag/liar- Biden Institute continues to exist and fundraise. In fact, the research center at the University of Delaware is in the middle of a $20 million fundraising campaign.
A perception that donors might be seeking favors certainly seems possible.
Some ethics experts said scumbag/liar-Biden and his family should have severed ties with every scumbag/liar-Biden-named organization to avoid drawing allegations of wrongdoing.
"They should at the very least disclose their donors, and I think the scumbag/liar-Biden family should at the very least take their name off if they're going to continue to raise money," Richard Painter, the chief ethics lawyer in President George W. Bush's White House, told Politico.
"I just don't think it's worth it."
A scumbag/liar-Biden transition official emailed Politico to say the new administration would be taking steps to prevent any real or perceived "ethically compromising positions."
"The administration will adhere to high ethical standards and ensure any affiliations with outside groups will not result in special access or treatment," the official said.
Not only did a University of Delaware spokesperson say the scumbag/liar-Biden Institute was not compelled to make its list of donors public in a 2019 interview, the Penn scumbag/liar-Biden Center, a foreign policy center opened by scumbag/liar- Biden at the University of Pennsylvania in 2018, also said it would keep its donor list secret.
The Washington Free Beacon reported foreign donations to the University of Pennsylvania tripled between 2016-20, going from $31 million to more than $100 million, with China being the biggest donor.
The scumbag/liar-Biden family has been dogged by allegations of impropriety and charges that scumbag/liar-Biden's son Hunter swapped access to his then-vice president father to land multi-million deals in China and Ukraine, per the New York Post.
The Beau scumbag/liar-Biden Foundation for the Protection of Children, founded by scumbag/liar- Joe Biden following his eldest son's death in 2015, will begin making public its donors Wednesday.

Who knew about and planned the “insurrection?”
By Cliff Kincaid { renewamerica.com } ~ The violence on January 6 was planned ahead of time, and we should not be surprised to learn that the same intelligence agencies that have been trying to bring down the Trump presidency knew about this in advance and were planning to blame it on the president. Evidence has already surfaced—from a liberal media source—regarding FBI knowledge in advance of what happened on Capitol Hill on January 6.
Remember that Democrat Sen. Chuck scumbag/liar-Schumer had said, in response to Trump’s criticism of those agencies, “Let me tell you, you take on the intelligence community, they have six ways from Sunday at getting back at you.”
Rushing to judgment on the events of January 6, the ACLU endorsed Trump’s impeachment.
Yet, at the time of scumbag/liar-Schumer’s comments about the CIA and other agencies getting back at Trump, an ACLU official by the name of Jay Stanley commented, “…If it’s really the case that dissing the intelligence community might result in retaliation by that community against a politician, then the lines of power in our political system have become dangerously distorted.”
That has certainly been proven by the events of the last four years.
He went on to say, “It’s not clear what the ‘six ways from Sunday’ are that scumbag/liar-Schumer has in mind. Presumably they could range from antagonistic leaks, to concrete actions overseas to undermine a president’s foreign policy, to darker forms of sabotage and blackmail.” He explained that “our spy agencies are professionals at manipulating and interfering with governments—though all such activities are clearly illegal if applied within the United States or to U.S. persons.”
Strangely, in regard to the events of January 6, the Washington Post, a mouthpiece for the CIA, has reported, “A day before rioters stormed Congress, an FBI office in Virginia issued an explicit warning that extremists were preparing to travel to Washington to commit violence and ‘war,’ according to an internal document reviewed by The Washington Post that contradicts a senior official’s declaration the bureau had no intelligence indicating anyone at last week’s demonstrations in support of President Trump planned to do harm.”
This report has all the earmarks of a CIA leak to the paper based on intelligence information the agency received and passed on to the FBI. It looks like the CIA is trying to fix blame for failing to prevent the violence on the FBI.
Investigative journalist John Solomon also offers evidence of a planned attack. Hence, it was not a spontaneous riot emanating from Trump's speech. Such a charge, still popular in the dishonest mainstream media, was bogus in the first place, since Trump called on his supporters to march to the Capitol peacefully and patriotically.
Even while catching the FBI in a lie about the agency’s knowledge in advance of a planned attack on the Capitol, the Washington Post phrase “in support of President Trump” is misleading, since Trump had no control over the various groups—including Antifa and drug abusers—who showed up.
Cases are too numerous to mention, but one stands out: an arrested protester who was a notorious drug dealer specializing in LSD and marijuana.
We have recorded an interview with an eyewitness of evidence that marijuana smokers, typically on the “progressive” side of the political spectrum, were in force in the demonstration on January 6.
Letting those events proceed without real hindrance—and then blaming the violence on Trump—has to now be seen as part of a plan to force Trump to leave office in disgrace, rather than allow him to continue the fight for election integrity.
It could be one of the “six ways from Sunday” cited by scumbag/liar- Schumer.
In addition to foreknowledge of the plot, federal agents may have been conducting agitation and propaganda activities.
“Over the past several weeks,” declared Gab CEO Andrew Torba, “I have been openly warning the Gab community to be on the lookout for fedposters [federal agents posting provocative messages] and threats or encouragement of violence on Gab. This PSYOP campaign started back in early December with newly created accounts popping up out of nowhere and making threats of violence. We have zero tolerance for this behavior and it is absolutely not free speech.”
Gab is an alternative to Twitter, run by Jack Dorsey, which has censored Trump.
Torba referred to psychological operations modeled after something called “the CIA Mockingbird Media complex” and recorded a video about this, noting how the New York Times provided the initial report blaming Gab for various threats that is then repeated ad nauseam.
Mockingbird, the name of a bird that mimics other bird sounds, is also the name of a CIA project that targets journalists, either through surveillance or their use as intelligence assets, or both.
In practical terms, what we see is that media outlets, seemingly in unison, echo the claim that conservatives, Christians, and other such people are behind any violence which then occurs.
On a deeper level, the plan may be to provoke violence in order to justify a crackdown that gives more power to intelligence and law enforcement agencies to go after Trump supporters.
In a statement, Gab noted the double standard: “Over the course of 2020, political violence across the United States has been normalized by Democratic Party politicians and the mainstream media who excused away and refused to enforce the law against ‘peaceful protestors’—in reality violent agitators and domestic terrorists—who embarked upon various outrages including the occupation of several square blocks of Seattle, the setting fire to small businesses and federal buildings across the U.S., and yes, even forcing D.C. to board up on more than one occasion.”
Referring to the events of January 6, the statement said, “What happened today is not as unprecedented as the political class would have us believe. This is not the first mob that has attacked a government building in the United States this year—courthouses and police stations all over the United States have been attacked by anti-police activists year-round. Only six months ago, scumbag/liar-Nancy Pelosi decried law enforcement’s work to stop a dangerous mob from burning down a federal building in Portland as ‘political games’ and ‘abuses of power.’”
All Americans should be demanding that Congress, especially those who voted to impeach Trump on bogus charges of “incitement,” expose the roles of the CIA and FBI in the “insurrection.”
