How do I get out of this madness, this is the worst site I've visited after FOXnews, why so hard to navigate????

Why can't I use an alias rather than full name; why can't I upload a pic; why can't I find answers without having to JOIN a Help Desk; what's with NO Contact Us link on EVERY page of EVERY sent email; If you can't do better than this, you shouldn't be allowed online!!!!
No small wonder that you can't kick the libturds to the curb, you don't know what you're doing!!!! They should have been rendered helpless over the past 3+ yrs!!!! I don't think so!!!! GET IT TOGETHER!!!!

Hey my friend... You seem to find all that is wrong very efficiently however have you attempted to find what works here?? If we continue to act like if it is not perfect and catered to me then you are absolutely right... we are lost. Look we are a group of people that work our ass off to pay taxes for others to sit at their computers on college loans and welfare to pump out the crap that keeps us sunk. Why not offer you input so as to help pave the path rather than complain about the potholes.
I am computer illiterate and still can navigate the site,maybe its the user?
