Dear Friend,
As you know from the enclosed letter, a U.S./Mexico Social Security Treaty will place a massive and unnecessary burden on our already troubled Social Security system. And you have probably read how passage of the Treaty takes place automatically UNLESS Congress acts to stop it.
There are other reasons why EVERY taxpayer, Social Security recipient and concerned American should OPPOSE the proposed totalization agreement with Mexico:
- It will cost the Social Security Trust Funds hundreds of millions of dollars in payments to Mexican citizens – including illegal workers and their dependents.
- The Treaty will encourage massive Social Security fraud among the approximately 10 million or so illegal workers and their dependents, thereby costing the Trust Funds (and the taxpayer) millions and probably billions of dollars more.
- It will pay Social Security retirement benefits to Mexican citizens based on work they performed while in the U.S. illegally – thus rewarding illegal behavior.
As millions of “baby boomers” retire, the last thing we need to do is add millions of additional recipients.
I believe it is a terrible Treaty, and comes at the worst possible time for our Social Security system, which is already in financial trouble.
Which is why I introduced a special Resolution into the House of Representatives to DISAPPROVE the Treaty and thereby help block it from going into effect. The Senior Citizens League is a leader in the campaign to make sure the Treaty does not pass. Please take a minute to help them make sure Congress acts BEFORE it is too late and the Treaty goes into effect.

sufficient investment back into the country.
It doesn't matter we the people are getting the shaft. And all others are getting a free ride on the tax payers dollar.

Here is another issue that our polititicans have screwed the American people over. Why are we tax payers paying for everyone who comes into this country but yet the people who has paid into this country's social security system are being robbed of what is rightly theirs. Its time we the people question this DHS informant about what else he knows concerning this country. I have had enough of corrupted government and my tax dollars being used againist me and given to people who just walk into this country illegally.
King Obama here is a treaty for you to sign with Mexico: Get your drug cartel controlled government out of power, get a new president, take all your potential tax paying mexicans back to your country, keep them out of our country, in fact close your borders and ship your drugs to afganistan becuase we are leaving that country for God to deal with! If you dont do this battle tanks and B!s will be on the way to a town near you in mexico soon!! We are very scared and unhappy with the thousands of US deaths your country is responsible for and the trillions of dollars your country cost ours yearly and we are stooping this problem now. I couldn't find any info on how the treaty was handled.
The leaders dont believe in our country. They run all over the world apologizing for our actions. Now we are going to hand out free money to the citizens of Mexico. Maybe this is a reward for all the violent crime and drugs they bring to our land. We are living in bizarre times. The logical end and probable future is bleak.
Obama and his gang of Leftists must be growing impatient with the amount of time it's taking to turn the USA into a Third World country. They are blatantly stealing what we have paid into our entire lives while referring to it as an "entitlement." Now wish to give away what's left to those who never paid into it and are not even our countrymen. If they wish to subsidize Mexico let them give away the money they have "earned" for the "work" they have done in hamstringing our country. Enough is enough.
