The Supreme Court ruled last week that Big brother has the right to take your DNA sample and store it in a National database even if you are found innocent. This is a direct violation of the 4th Amendment. the Constitution as George Bush so eloquently said is a just a G-Ded piece of paper.

@Nancy Williams, to sign a UN Treaty is one thing, I doubt if anyone in the UN or DHS has the cajoles to enforce it door to door.
So we have to put all our faith and fate in what scientists say? Seems VERY corruptible to me. Science or the manipulated concocted for political purposes type is the new RELIGION we have to worry about. Who are you going to believe?

Gradually liberty is being eroded, and no one in congress or the senate seem to care. Liberal justices are trying to rewrite the US Constitution
O'bummer is by far the worst thing that ever happened to America ,but George W. Bush was no angel,but I who can't stand either one never heard of that constitutional comment coming from him please elaborate . I do know George W. Bush said "Socialism is not such a bad form of government as long as I'm the dictator " . But never heard of the one up there.
The patriot Act is what put a lot of these usurpation(s) of the Constitution rolling. Just about every president has written executive orders or signed Unconstitutional laws into law. The thing to keep in mind is both party's are making this happen. To believe the Republican Party will stop this nonsense is false.
