ACTION

The root cause of the border crisis is directly attributable to President Barack Obama’s executive amnesty created under the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) plan. DACA created the incentive for illegal aliens to break our laws as Obama deliberately undermined our nation’s sovereignty by simply creating his own. American’s must realize that this administration is solely responsible for the breakdown of our southern border. The factual evidence cannot be refuted.

This map is provided by NumbersUSA and it outlines how systematically widespread the relocation of unaccompanied minors has become throughout our country. Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, California, Oregon, Washington, Illinois, Michigan, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, Florida, and Oklahoma have literally been invaded. As of today, 16 states have confirmed “relocation centers” that are currently responsible for housing illegal immigrants.

The map below outlines the states who have implemented these centers (red triangles), proposed centers (yellow), and rejected centers (blue pins).

These states were not chosen at random either. The evidence proves this in the form of grants awarded by the Department of Health and Human Services to Non-Profit Private Non-Government Organizations. The grants were specifically awarded to organizations under the Office of Refugee Resettlement. While there are hundred’s of organizations who were awarded grants, they pale in comparison to the amount awarded to the Baptist Child and Family Services organization and the Southwest Key Programs.

The Baptist Child and Family Services (BCFS) is labeled as “a global system of non-profit health and human service organization’s operating programs throughout the U.S., Europe, Latin America, Asia, and Africa”. In the United States their principle offices are located in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, New York, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, and Washington, D.C.

To say that this organization is massive would be an understatement given that HHS has awarded them $280 million this year alone. When you combine that with the $61 million in 2013, $64 million in 2012, $18.9 million in 2011, and $11.7 million in 2010, the total equals $457 million. In short, BCFS has been awarded more money this year then all of the previous years combined, but why?

The answer comes in the form of an official BCFS announcement given after they had been awarded $190 million on July 7, 2014. According to the announcement, “BCFS will be expanding with 6 new regional hubs for BCFS’ new family support and evaluation programs“. The new hubs will be located in, “New York, N.Y., Miami, FL., Houston, TX., Dallas, TX., Sacramento-area, CA., Los Angeles area, CA.”

The President and CEO of the company is Kevin C. Dinnin. According to the San Antonio Business Journal, “Dinnin concluded FY 2012 with more than $100 million in revenue”. Meaning, his nonprofit organization made $36 million that year.

BCFS actually has its own Emergency Management Department (BCFS-EMD) which, according to the official BCFS-EMD website “is a nonprofit partner of federal, state, and local government and private industry”. These are the so called “Brown Shirts” who have been tasked to convert military bases throughout the country into shelters.

They have been tasked to Joint Base Lackland, SA., Fort Still, OK., Joint Base Lewis – McChord in Dupont, Wash., and Naval Base Ventura County, in Port Hueneme, Calif.

The second organization, Southwest Key Programs, is just as concerning as BCFS. According to their official website, Southwest Key is “the largest provider of services to unaccompanied alien children in the United States”. Similar to BCFS, they are connected to the Office of Refugee Resettlement of Health and Human Services.

Southwest Key currently has over 65 operating programs throughout the country. They have 4 in California, 3 in Arizona, 18 in Texas, 15 in Georgia, 1 in Wisconsin, 1 in Delaware, and 2 in New York.

Health and Human Services awarded Southwest Key its largest grant with $122 million this year, following a pattern similar to BCFS. When you combine that with $86 million in 2013, $50 million in 2012, $35 million in 2011, and $30 million in 2010, the total equals $324 million.

The $122 million awarded to Southwest Key this year suggests that they will continue to expand and their ideology is driven by something much more sinister than the “pursuit of happiness”.

The President and founder of Southwest Key is Dr. Juan Sanchez. Mr. Sanchez founded the program in 1987 and today it has become the 4th largest hispanic-led nonprofit organization in the country. Juan Sanchez also serves on the board of the National Council of La Raza.

Like any other Patriot who loves their blessed land, I felt it was my responsibility to report two illegal aliens and the agricultural based employer who hired them. I had names, addresses, and every detail I would need to file this report with ICE. Thinking I was doing my part to keep our future safe for our children and grandchildren I went to the website to make my report; however, I was angered when I read the first few paragraphs.

It starts out by saying "Americans Working to Stop Illegal Immigration". That part sounded right but after reading a little more it tells you that 'they always explain that broader political involvement is needed because our government is barely enforcing any of the existing immigration laws at this time." In the next paragraph they tell you that "the chances of ICE taking any actions on your report is slim to none", but they still encourage Americans "to do their part in this struggle".

This sound like a sick joke and an insult to all Americans. It's like they are telling us to go ahead and make our reports (but they'll be ignored); ICE won't do anything so you're wasting your time. I'm not pleased with this and I don't know of anyone who would be. If such government agencies aren't doing their jobs why do they still 'pretend' to exist and waste our tax dollars?

I'm fed up with such stupidity and I'm fed up with Obama. We, the American People, are stranded in an ocean of uncertainty on a raft that could sink anytime. Let's take our country back!

Jose' has full medical and dental coverage through the state, local clinics and, emergency hospitals at a cost of $0.00. Jose still has $31,200.

Joe makes too much money so, is not eligible for food stamps or welfare. Joe pays $500.00 per month on groceries or, $6000.00 per year. Joe now has $18,031.00.

Jose' has no documented income so, is eligible for food stamps, WIC and welfare. Jose still has $31,200.00.

Joe pays $1200.00 per month in rent or, $14,400.00 per year. Joe now has $9,631.00.

Jose' receives a $500.00 per month Federal Rent Subsidy. Jose pays out that $500.00 per month or, $600.00 per year. Jose' still has $31,200.00.

Joe pays $200.00 per month or, $2400.00 for car insurance, some of which is to cover uninsured motorists. Joe now has $7231.00.

Jose' "Insurance! We don't need no stinkin' insurance!" Jose still has $31,200.00.

Joe has to make his $7231.00 stretch to cover utilities, gas etc..

Joe now works overtime and gets odd side jobs. His family life suffers.

Both Joe and Jose's children attend the same elementary school.

Joe sends the kids to school with Ramen Noodles.

Jose' qualifies for government sponsered lunches.

Joe's children go home after school.

Jose's anchor babies have an after school ESL program.

Fast forward to college: Joe has been paying state school taxes all these years but, his children may still not qualify for scolarships, grants or other tuition for college.

Jose's kids "go to the head of the class" because they are a minority.

Both Joe and Jose' enjoy the same police and fire services. Only differnece is Joe payed for those services and Jose' did not.

If you support politicians that supports illegal aliens, you are a part of the problem.

When we hear things like "government shutdown" we understand you folks on the Hill are arguing with each other and have not reached a solution... this time, under this president, a few among you have decided, "They must pay" and are causing as much "pain" to the People of the Nation as you can possibly cause.... all for a political agenda the majority of people in this Nation do. not. support....

There was conjecture in the press yesterday that this “government shutdown” might blow-up in the faces of President Obama and the Senate Democrats - well, now you know how it's going to begin...

Folks; yawl ought to educate yourselves before you open your mouth or act... as eventually all your chickens are gona come home ta roost. This government shutdown is likely the most serious miscalculation you have made to date!

The federal government leases land and buildings to individuals and private business - and with orders originating from the White House ordering these properties “closed” - yet the federal government gave up legal right to “close” by leasing them out to said individuals and private business.....

Those in this administration and in Congress who are forcing this shutdown neglected to consider that a LEASE runs for an average period of twelve (12) months. Since the leasee now owns legal rights to that property (and paid for those rights) - the federal government has NO right to "close" it............ And the leasee has every right to sue the federal government in a Court of Law - since the federal government is already, obviously and unconstitutionally in the wrong - no questions as to the outcome of all the countless lawsuits that will eventually be filed.... and the damages the Courts will inflict on the federal government the taxpayer is going to end up paying for....

This will probably be held true as the same reasoning for open air Veterans Memorials that are privately funded - but on federal property and we have Federal Law Enforcement directed by the White House preventing U.S. Military Veterans access........

There have been all kinds of accusations that Veterans who speak out against the injustices our current administration forces on Americans are simply crazed, PTSD'd conspiracy theorists....  This administration has been the champion of those accusations, even in your own Senate - it was Diane Feinstein claiming all Military Veterans had PTSD and should not have the ability to own a weapon.

I submit to you that on 7 April 2009 the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) issued a document to all Law Enforcement agencies in the United States, document IA-0257-09, titled; "Rightwing Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment".

Congressman Smith wrote a letter to Janet Napolitano - and she apologized to Veterans.... yet Congress failed to demand this document be immediately revoked. It stands today as this administration's flag effort in conspiracy and the "legal" (sic) means they are utilizing.

I submit to you that the Department of Veterans Affairs has been removing the 2nd Amendment rights of Veterans at an alarming rate - without due process of Law - and reports have the number now at greater than 160,000 Veterans who have lost their rights. Veterans are fighting this unlawful action in Court... but that means they must expend monies they do not have - to fight an illegal  government action they should not have to fight in the first place!

I submit to you there is a government program called "Operation Vigilant Eagle" that profiles Veterans as terrorists, gives this administration a "legal" cover  - as this administration is the author of this program...... DHS document IA-0257-09 is their basis and focus.

Why, under Congressional testimony, do you think the FBI told Congress they were not looking for these Islamic individuals who bombed Boston? Their focus was on us.... not them.

And Gentlemen - the last time I heard.... "profiling" was illegal.

So I have a question for you. I really do not need an answer - what I want to see is action;

When, exactly, does this scenario go from being a theory of conspiracy - to a bona-fide, recognized conspiracy? How does Congress figure that out?

It seems to me - and a few million others - you have all the information and evidence you could possibly want and require. This administration was the provider.... and it's all lying openly in front of you for review.

When Sir's, are you going to connect the dots and realize this administration is determined to remove and silence every Veteran they can, every Veteran who speaks out against the corruption, abuse of power and illegal acts this administration does? Claiming they are a terrorist...

When are you going to realize this is not a "conspiracy theory" but a very real conspiracy - one perpetrated by our own government... that same government I spent 26 years of my life serving as a Soldier.

When are you going to act and remove this administration in its entirety? This is not a partisan action... this is an issue that involves Veterans of all political affiliation and should be treated as such! This is a Constitutional issue and the rights granted every American - not just Veterans. If this administration is allow to continue their path, the next ones will certainly be Christians. There is already proof that is the direction they are headed.

And a sidebar; at some point Congress will be deemed irrelevant and you too will be removed. I pray you act before that happens.

While we are told the border “has never been so secure“, and that there is a ‘zero net migration’ from Mexico, and that the ‘Gang of Eight’ amnesty bill won’t cause a new influx of illegals coming in – the constant, steady, MASSIVE stream of illegal aliens continues across our border…unabated and mostly undefended, as the video below – posted this very morning – demonstrates. 

The Administration slashed the number of National Guard troops on the border by 75% last year. There’s been zero progress on the double-layer border fence that Congress mandated since 2006. The Border Patrol has been ordered away from “wilderness” areas to “protect endangered wildlife” – exactly where the largest flows of illegals are taking place. And they keep on coming.

A recent broadcast stated pro-amnesty savings were $35 billion based on an illegal alien cost of $402 billion offset by wage savings of $437 billion in consumer costs!    Nobody is outraged!   Claiming consumer price savings during excessive inflation is outrageous!    Government’s phony 11 million headcount says illegal aliens cost $36,545/yr each!   Government tyrants watch citizens 24 hours a day, scans their bank and credit card accounts, and jails tax cheaters; but “don’t know” if there is 11 or 30 million illegal aliens, anything about then, or who’s going to get killed next.

For the record, aliens who enter this country are law breaking multi-count criminals, any who harbor or employ them are law breaking criminals, and any officer of government, judicial or law enforcement who doesn’t enforce the Constitution & laws as written breaks the law, oath of office, and is a criminal and traitor!

20+ million citizens have been cast out of the workforce!!!  Assuming a criminal slave labor conspiracy generates $437 billion of anything useful is preposterous!   Citizens are suffering record financial woes as government spends $1.25 trillion more than revenue while their treasury cranks out another $1 trillion a year in counterfeit currency!    A legislature that is trying to pass a bill that will cost citizens $1 to $3 trillion per year to buy criminal alien votes deserves unlimited scorn and a lifetime in prison!

GET REAL!   When an alien displaces a citizen worker a $43,500 avg. wage is lost, that worker goes on $20,000++/yr UC comp & other benefits, and the criminal alien jumps on government’s $36,545/yr gravy train to work for maybe $5/hr. cash on a criminal plantation.   The annual cost each is $43,500 to the citizen and $56,545 to a pathologically perverted government!    That $100,045 total cost each, @ 11 million criminals is $1.1 TRILLION to $3.0 TRILLION @ 30 million criminals!

It’s like putting money in a bank that lets anybody write a check on your account!    When there’s nothing left to steal, history unequivocally proves they’ll begin killing!   We don’t need amnesty or new laws!   We need officials who will enforce the Constitution and existing law NOW.    That requires prosecution, impeachment, and harsh just punishment of corrupt officials and law enforcement!    That begins with DOJ Holder and the gang of eight, then the president and the legislature

RE: DHS Hollow Point Ammo

Dear Senators,

It has come to my attention, and you need to know if you do not already, that DHS has ordered over a BILLION rounds of Hollow Point Ammo.

(IF you are unaware of this reported action, SHAME ON YOU)

To my knowledge, please instruct me if I am wrong….

• Hollow Point bullets are outlawed for International use.
• The US Department of Homeland Security is NOT authorized for “extra-National “, meaning International, activity
  • In my simple world, DHS is restricted to actions and activities WITHIN the USA
  • SO, the ONLY possible authorized(?)  use of Hollow Point ammo would be WITHIN the USA.
  • Please join me, and many other Citizens, to extract an explicit admission from Obama; not ANY of his henchmen, but Obama personally, that the US Government will NOT use Hollow Point ammo on ANY citizens.
  • IF we need another Filibuster, I’m available to “stand” and help.
  • We do not want ANY wishy/washy, qualified, ambiguous, comments about combatants, terrorists, or whatever, from any Obama operative of any kind. Illegal to use internationally includes within the USA where I come from.
  • REGARDLESS of any International Law loop holes, we want a clear, unequivocal, simple , irrefutable commitment that HOLLOW POINT AMMO will NOT be used by ANY US Government Department, Agency, Branch or other part of the Federal Government on US Citizens; either Internationally or on US Soil.
  • In case I haven’t covered any of the many slippery, bi-bifurcated, weasel-worded, pronouncements that politicians can invent, the simplest, most complete, unambiguous statement we want is………
    • NO PART of the US Government will EVER use HOLLOW POINT AMMO on US SOIL….
    •  IF the above mentioned language needs to be refined or strengthened, I welcome your suggestions

Finally, GIVEN such a statement, Obama personally needs to instruct DHS to distribute any and all such purchased ammo to Citizens on application from them.

THAT should warm the cockles of Bureaucracy…. The need to administer distribution/sharing of over 1 BILLION rounds of Hollow Point ammo to the Citizens; hopefully NOT to terrorists or illegal aliens.

Please provide a specific reply, not a “template reply” , about your agreement or DIS-agreement  to support the issues/actions in this note.

I am awaiting your specific (versus general, one size fits all, Thank You template letter) and pointed reply to this request.

There are millions of AMERICANS out of work and you want to keep nearly 12 to 20 million ILLEGAL ALIENS that are sucking away very precious US CITIZEN PAID RESOURCES ? DO YOU WANT TO CUT ENTITLEMENTS AND WASTED EXPENSES FROM THIS GOVERNMENT ??? DO OUR SO-CALLED REPRESENTATIVES IN OFFICE NOW WANT TO JOIN THESE ILLEGAL INVADERS OF OUR COUNTRY IN DESTROYING THIS NATION ?

Dear Mr. Gamble:

Thank you for sharing your concerns about immigration reform. No matter how anyone feels about this issue, we all can agree the system we have is broken--and it needs to be fixed.

But if we try to deport the 11 million people who are working in this country with undocumented status, it would devastate our economy. So, I agree with the bipartisan group of senators, that there are steps we can take to ensure we're not amplifying the problem.

Their plan for immigration reform has a number of key elements, the first of which is that there is going to have to be real border security. It's hard to patrol a border of thousands of miles, particularly where people can merely walk across. But it has to be done in the context of overall immigration reform.

We also need to have an effective way for employers to verify whether the people they hire are eligible to work here. This also has to be part of any immigration reform.

I think the principles laid out for them by the bipartisan group are very good. Anyone who is here must follow the rules, not have a criminal record, pay a fine, learn English, and go to the end of the line to have an opportunity to get a green card. Those who are unwilling to play by these rules should be deported.

Be assured that in this debate I'll work to strengthen border security and for the creation of a guest-worker program that is functional. Please do not hesitate to contact me again in the future.
