Colbert Congress Clown Act as Nancy Applauds;

Leftist Corruption Spills Over onto

Defense Funding Authorization Bill;

MS Media Go Along with Dem’s Ploy

The Democrats controlling both chambers of the congress have apparently lost all sense of decorum and more importantly, all sense of duty to the people. At congressional hearings costing $125,000 to the taxpayers, they invited Stephen Colbert to perform his comedy act in congress in the guise of serious treatment of the illegal immigration issue. Mr. Colbert partway through his routine was asked to leave and make a written report by a wise Democrat, but refused. While Mr. Colbert was entertaining . . . .

1. We still have no defense funding . . . because . . . .

Thursday, September 22, saw another Obamanation of a bill killed on the Senate floor in a 56-43 vote. Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid and his left-favoring friends needed 60 votes to move the bill forward. Reid had practically guaranteed the bill’s failure by limiting the debate on the bill to three Democratic amendments and by attaching a wide menagerie of leftist gobbledygook to the bill. Including in all the INappropriateness were: 1) a provision for repealing the so-called “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell bill which prevents openly gay recruits and openly gay actions in military surroundings 2) the so-called “Dream Bill” which would give illegal aliens green-cards for attending our high schools and invite illegals into the military 3) Hate Crimes legislation 4) A ban on transfer of prisoners from Guantanamo to the United States for any reason 5) Repeal of NSPS, the National Security Personnel System 5) Wind Turbine legislation 6) and a direct tie-in to Obamacare.

2. We still do not have a federal budget for this fiscal year

3. 100% of the leftist print media and broadcast media covered Colbert but gave NO coverage to Republicans and Democrats telling why they would not vote for the Defense Authorization.

4. 100% of the leftist print media and broadcast media covered Colbert but none gave coverage to the Republican Party’s “Pledge to America” released yesterday.

http://www.foxnews.com/projects/pdf/pledgetoamerica.pdf

5. 100% of the leftist print media and broadcast media covered Nancy Pelosi’s enthusiastic response to Colbert but gave no coverage to the need for a vote on extending the Bush Tax Cuts.

6. 100% of the leftist print media and broadcast media covered Colbert but failed to cover the Civil Rights Commission revelations of new testimony against Eric Holder and Julie Fernandez and the Department of Justice on two issues a) dropping the case against the Black Panthers caught on videotape intimidating voters at a Philadelphia polling place in 2008 and b) their revelation that Fernandez and other top DOJ appointees had said that the DOJ had zero interest in prosecuting or investigating cases of Black intimidation of White voters or other civil rights violations against Whites.

7. Colbert’s antics got far more coverage than Obama’s weak response to Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad defiance of the Obama administration’s policy of appeasement and useless sanctions and Ahmadinejad’s accusation that America was the actual perpetrator of the villainy of September 11, 2001.

8. $125,000 worth of taxpayer money funds the time required for the average congressional hearing.

Great job Dems, great job mainstream media.

Nine Reasons to Hold the Republican Party

in Contempt, One Reason to Hope

1. 1. Despite the natural advantages of being a conservative group, they’ve been largely impotent since Ronald Reagan’s days.

All surveys for decades show the country is center-right in fiscal matters and Constitutional matters. Yet the direction the country has moved in since 1964, has largely been dictated by the ultra-progressive wing of the Democrats not by Republicans.

2. 2. The Republicans are inarticulate.

Except for Reagan, no one seems to have caught on to the simple Buckley-Will trick of speaking to 95% of the issues as opportunities to clarify exactly what Fiscal conservativism means and exactly what Constitutional conservativism means on a personal level to the voter-citizens. As a result, the lies and propanda of the left have dominated the political argument for decades.

3. 3. Republicans in the last 20 years have become Progressive Lite

Progressivism (we need to “progress” beyond the outdated and flawed U.S. Constitution) is an insidious cancer eating away at the American way of life; Americans’ freedoms and wealth; and the American Constitution and far too many Republicans such as our two Maine senators are continually voting progressive. Citizens can’t trust Republicans to be Republicans.

4. 4. Most Americans think being a “Pure Democracy” is a good thing and have never heard terms like “tyranny of the masses” because Republicans are seemingly afraid to defend Republicanism.

5. 5. Most Americans do not know that the most Republican Document in the world after the Declaration of Independence is the Bill of Rights to the U.S. Constitution (the first 10 Amendments).

6. 6. Most Americans do not even know what the 10th Amendment is. Nor do Americans appreciate that above all other concepts, this is the one that makes America a place where you can vote “with your feet” and that keeps the size of government under control and the power of government as small as possible. Because of the 10th Amendment no place in America can get too oppressive (with taxes, for instance) because people can pack up and move to a place where more respect for the taxpayer is evident.

7. 7. Republicans are perceived as “holier-than-thou” and sexists and have proven they aren’t willing to be the major party in the country.

Unfortunate as it may be, abortion is the law of the land. Thanks to ridiculous Republican constraints against (very young girls; victims of rape; victims of incest; and women whose lives are endangered by childbirth) sentiment against the right-wing stance has hardened into virtual “abortion on demand” in this country. Commonsense says Republicans need to never say another word against any abortions but late-term ones for about 40 years and stick to areas where the country can agree with Republican stands (fiscal and Constitutional conservativism only). 56-60% of women vote against Republicans routinely because Republicans are seen as a male-dominated party and males, not getting pregnant, have NO RIGHT to decide the decisions that belong between a woman and her God.

8. 8. Unwilling to lose the most radical 8% of the ultra-right, Republicans willingly abandon the combined 27-30 % of conservative Independents and conservative Democrats. Ideas are important, but practical politics is all about winning too. The Republican Party has not since Reagan latched on to pure fiscal conservativism and Constitutional conservativism, common sense small government and integrity in politics as its guiding principles. And the present mess is just part of the price America has paid because the country's major conservative party has expressed very little common sense.

Some Republicans apparently are nearer to fundamentalist Islam than they are to patriotic Americans . . . that is, they believe their religion should be the dominant or perhaps only one allowed in the country. When Republicans willing ignore the doctrine of separation of church and state and insist upon teaching Christmas carols in public schools; and that Creationism must be taught in public school science classes they earn utter contempt. This is why school voucher programs are important . . . send your kids to private or parochial schools as you prefer, but don’t attempt to proselytize your version of religion upon the whole country. If Mormons tried to get “predestinationism” into public school science classes we’d all be outraged . . . what’s good for the goose is good for the gander.

9. 9. Neither positively nor negatively have the Republicans shown any stomach for the fight over ideas. Every ridiculous progressive argument holds ten times more value in Americans’ minds than the most sound of Republican ideas. For example: 80% of the people believe these lies are true (they’re discussed** in the footnotes).

a. Nazis were Fascists

b. Nazis and Italy’s Fascists were both conservatives

c. Communists are liberals and the opposite of Nazis and Fascists

d. Communism is a benign philosophy at worst, and has worked well for many countries

e. Right-wingers are racists and are ruining the country

f. Feminism has been a great positive and belongs to the left

g. “Creeping Socialism” is a natural evolution and has been totally positive

h. The rich are the country’s enemies and need to be forced to do their share by super-high taxes

i. Government can create jobs

j. Socialism works real well and protects the poor

k. Just a little government tinkering can make good free-market systems much better

l. Lack of regulatory control played a major part in causing the present financial debacle

m. G.W. Bush and Conservatives put us in our present fiscal hole. That is, drove us into Obama’s metaphorical “ditch.”

n. Barack Obama is a great American patriot and statesman

o. ACORN has little to do with Obama or the Democrats

p. Bill Clinton was a great president

q. Bailouts and stimulus from government eventuall do work and put the economy back on track

r. Once we get past this present bump in the road, it’ll be smooth sailing for America

And meanwhile these truths go unspoken and unknown in America:

There is, however, one great reason for hope. A large group of natural conservatives, many of whom have great disdain for the Republican Party have taken upon themselves the role of activists pushing for fiscal conservativism, Constitutional conservativism, dramatically smaller common-sense government and integrity in politics. I give you the single-most Republican document in America since the Bill of Rights, the TEA Party’s “Contract from America” hopefully about 85% of Republicans (and perhaps 20% of Democrats?) will sign this pledge at:

http://www.contractfromamerica.com/Idea.aspx

The Contract from America

We, the undersigned, call upon those seeking to represent us in public office to sign the Contract from America and by doing so commit to support each of its agenda items, work to bring each agenda item to a vote during the first year, and pledge to advocate on behalf of individual liberty, limited government, and economic freedom.

Individual Liberty

Our moral, political, and economic liberties are inherent, not granted by our government. It is essential to the practice of these liberties that we be free from restriction over our peaceful political expression and free from excessive control over our economic choices.

Limited Government

The purpose of our government is to exercise only those limited powers that have been relinquished to it by the people, chief among these being the protection of our liberties by administering justice and ensuring our safety from threats arising inside or outside our country’s sovereign borders. When our government ventures beyond these functions and attempts to increase its power over the marketplace and the economic decisions of individuals, our liberties are diminished and the probability of corruption, internal strife, economic depression, and poverty increases.

Economic Freedom

The most powerful, proven instrument of material and social progress is the free market. The market economy, driven by the accumulated expressions of individual economic choices, is the only economic system that preserves and enhances individual liberty. Any other economic system, regardless of its intended pragmatic benefits, undermines our fundamental rights as free people.

1. Protect the Constitution

Require each bill to identify the specific provision of the Constitution that gives Congress the power to do what the bill does. (82.03%)^^

2. Reject Cap & Trade

Stop costly new regulations that would increase unemployment, raise consumer prices, and weaken the nation’s global competitiveness with virtually no impact on global temperatures. (72.20%)

3. Demand a Balanced Budget

Begin the Constitutional amendment process to require a balanced budget with a two-thirds majority needed for any tax hike. (69.69%)

4. Enact Fundamental Tax Reform

Adopt a simple and fair single-rate tax system by scrapping the internal revenue code and replacing it with one that is no longer than 4,543 words—the length of the original Constitution. (64.90%)

5. Restore Fiscal Responsibility & Constitutionally Limited Government in Washington

Create a Blue Ribbon taskforce that engages in a complete audit of federal agencies and programs, assessing their Constitutionality, and identifying duplication, waste, ineffectiveness, and agencies and programs better left for the states or local authorities, or ripe for wholesale reform or elimination due to our efforts to restore limited government consistent with the US Constitution’s meaning. (63.37%)

6. End Runaway Government Spending

Impose a statutory cap limiting the annual growth in total federal spending to the sum of the inflation rate plus the percentage of population growth. (56.57%)

7. Defund, Repeal, & Replace Government-run Health Care

Defund, repeal and replace the recently passed government-run health care with a system that actually makes health care and insurance more affordable by enabling a competitive, open, and transparent free-market health care and health insurance system that isn’t restricted by state boundaries. (56.39%)

8. Pass an ‘All-of-the-Above” Energy Policy

Authorize the exploration of proven energy reserves to reduce our dependence on foreign energy sources from unstable countries and reduce regulatory barriers to all other forms of energy creation, lowering prices and creating competition and jobs. (55.51%)

9. Stop the Pork

Place a moratorium on all earmarks until the budget is balanced, and then require a 2/3 majority to pass any earmark. (55.47%)

10. Stop the Tax Hikes

Permanently repeal all tax hikes, including those to the income, capital gains, and death taxes, currently scheduled to begin in 2011. (53.38%)

More than ever Americans need a strong conservative choice offered to them in the voting booth and the Republican Party has abandoned that initiative and the country has suffered greatly. Now, if ever, is the time for a renaissance in the Republican vision.

History-Changers Fool

Some Americans ALL the Time

That great American philosopher Forrest Gump once said, “Stupid is as stupid does,” in other words not by their words but by their deeds do we know who people actually are. The next time you hear someone who loves America called a racist, sexist, or a fascist or whatever, by the left wing progressives or the liberal media remember, that despite all their efforts to change history the Democratic Party is . . .

. . . the party of slavery which justified the practice as “economic necessity” for the plantation system of cotton- and tobacco-growing.

. . . the party of slavery which forbid Black’s learning to read.

. . . the party of slavery which condoned White males raping Black women.

. . . the party of slavery which insisted upon creating new slave states as the young nation expanded westward, just to keep themselves in power.

. . . the party of Robert E. Lee who summarily hung John Brown for freeing slaves.

. . . the party of flogging slaves for minor violations; and hanging them for trying to get their freedom.

. . . the party of selling slaves for profit and breaking up their families.

. . . the party of Jefferson Davis who presided over the Confederacy which was created to keep slavery intact and inviolate.

. . . the party of the Ku Klux Klan.

. . . the party of Dred Scott and allowing slave-chasers to pursue runaways into northern states.

. . . the party of Jim Crow laws for almost 100 years.

. . . the party of ‘separate but equal’ for almost 100 years.

. . . the party of lynching.

. . . the party supporting honor killings by husbands of unfaithful wives.

. . . the party of Woodrow Wilson, the greatest racist who ever occupied the White House.

. . . the party of D.W. Griffith, the racist film-maker who premiered his racist masterpiece “Birth of a nation for Wilson in the White House.

. . . the party of Woodrow Wilson, who first created the idea of propaganda and proved to be the most Fascist president in American history jailing those who talked against his administration; closing down newspapers opposed to his agenda.

. . . the party of Franklin Delano Roosevelt, who prolonged an ordinary downturn 8 ½ years (until the Second World War saved the economy) into a GREAT Depression.

. . . the party that segregated the armed forces under Wilson.

. . . the party of FDR who forced people to relinquish gold at $20.76 an ounce and then raised the price of gold to $35 per ounce effectively stealing 61% of all private wealth for the government.

. . . the party of Richard Cloward, Frances Piven and George Wiley who deliberately used Cloward-Piven Strategy to bankrupt New York City and just missed bankrupting New York State.

. . . the party of Wade Rathke (Wiley’s lieutenant) who created ACORN and the SEIU and sought to use ACORN to get what Wiley’s National Welfare Rights Organization could not: guaranteed national income.

. . . the party of Jimmy Carter who created the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA ’77) which required mortgage companies to make very bad loans that ACORN could take advantage of.

. . . the party of the Black Panthers as clearly Fascist a group as the last half of the 20th Century ever created

. . . the party of Bill Clinton, the first ACORN president, who oversaw three expansions of CRA ’77 and creation of the Motor Voter Act which he signed in a ceremony with Cloward and Piven standing directly behind him.

. . . the party of ACORN which used the weak Motor Voter Act to attempt all sorts of voting fraud.

. . . the party of ACORN which used the various CRA ’77 expansions to get zero-down payment $300,000 homes for people without ID; people without jobs; people who listed food stamps as “income”; people with horrific credit ratings; people without even a rental history; people on welfare; illegal aliens; and all manner of people who had NO hope of ever repaying their home loans.

. . . the party of Barack Obama who worked parts of three years as an ACORN attorney brow-beating and shaking-down lenders who tried to avoid making bad loans to deadbeat clients . . . Barack Obama who slashed the brake lines and fouled up the steering cables that put our national economy “in the ditch.”

. . . the party of ultra-left progressives who jumped all over George W. Bush for firing U.S. attorneys that refused to prosecute voter fraud; voter intimidation and to investigate allegations of Motor Voter Act discrepancies.

. . . the party of Barack Obama, a community organizer who taught classes in Saul Alinsky’s “Rules for radicals” in conjunction with ACORN.

. . . the party of Obama appointee Deputy Attorney General Julie Fernandez, who dropped the case of the New Black Panthers intimidating White voters in Philadelphia and threatening a Black poll watcher with a beating; who also instructed Department of Justice (DOJ) employees NOT to pursue cases of voter intimidation or other crimes against Black perpetrators if the victims were White; and instructed DOJ employees to cease investigations of Motor Voter Act discrepancies “because that will just lower turnout.”

. . . the party of Barack Obama who gave us in one law (Obamacare) almost 390 new government agencies.

. . . etc., etc., ad nauseum.

Damon Dunn is a Republican being put in the position to be nominated for the Secretary of State of California is actually a registeredDemocrat in border-bottom: medium none;"">Florida since 1999 according to Dr.Orly Taitz. The speech by Dr. Taitz about the Election Fraud was foundon YouTube by theuser William Wagener.

Dr. Taitz is also running to be nominated for Secretary of State so Damon Dunn who is competing in the nominations for California Secretaryof State is who she is up against in the elections.

According to Dr. Taitz Mr. Dunn has violated three Elections codes of California. Those California Elections codes are §8001(a)(2),§18203,and §18500which has been searched up on the California Governmentcode search engine.

For those who don't know what three Elections Codes were violated I will explain all three.

According to §8001(a)(2)

No declaration of candidacy for a partisan office or for
membership on a county central committee shall be filed, by a
candidate unless

(2) the candidate has not been registered as

affiliated with a qualified political party other than that political

party the nomination of which he seeks within 12 months, or, in the

case of an election governed by Chapter 1 (commencing with Section

10700) of Part 6 of Division 10, within three months immediately

prior to the filing of the declaration.

So somebody that is already affiliated with a qualified political party has to state their change to another political party 12 monthsprior to running for office.

According to §18203

Any person who files or submits for filing a nomination
paper or declaration of candidacy knowing that it or any part of it
has been made falsely is punishable by a fine not exceeding one
thousand dollars ($1,000) or by imprisonment in the state prison for
16 months or two or three years or by both the fine and imprisonment.

So in simple terms for this one if anybody who files for, makes a declaration for, or submits a filing for Nomination or Candidacy knowingthat the information put on the filing was false information then thatis considered fraud according to California Election Code (CEC). So inother words if I filed that I am not affiliated with any political partyeven though I was years ago then I am lying about my politicalaffiliations to a Government registration facility which is what fraudis. So if I told the FBI my name was Sally Joe then I am committingfraud in a Government office. So you get the picture of what fraud is.

So the last Code is §18500 and so according to it

Any person who commits fraud or attempts to commit fraud,
and any person who aids or abets fraud or attempts to aid or abet
fraud, in connection with any vote cast, to be cast, or attempted to
be cast, is guilty of a felony, punishable by imprisonment for 16
months or two or three years.

So according to this law if somebody aids, commits, approves, encourages, or supports Fraud then they are held liable and is guilty ofa Felony.

So now I explained what all three California Elections Codes Damon Dunn has violated according to Dr. Taitz.

Dr. Taitz claims she wants to become the California Secretary of State to expose all the inner political corruptions within California.Dr. Taitz has also been fighting in court for months to years overObamas Birth Certificate issue over the fact that Mr. Obama did notrelease a valid long form Birth Certificate before his inauguration toPresidential office.

Also according to William Wagener's video description it says

Across America, TEA PARTY fakes are endorsing and Pushing RINO's to win
the Republican Primaries. RINO = Republican In Name Only. Damon DUNNis the man who had forged Signatures on his Nomination Papers, in theCalifornia
Secretary of STATE GOP primary. See Proof, in "Nomination FRAUD" onY.T.
Mr. DUNN had been a registered Democrat all his life, publically statedObama is His "Hero", in a Stanford Blog interview, and voted only in2009 one time. ONE TIME. Yet, he makes wonderful speeches and wantsus to believe he is qualified to run the States Elections, having votedONE TIME, prior to the June 2010 Republican Primary.

So according to William Wagener there are democrats who have became Republicans just to get elected even though that is a false Declarationof affiliation for a political party. It is nomination Fraud whensomebody does not declare that they begin to affiliate themselves with adifferent political party because of the corruption and infiltrationthat breeds from the sudden change in political parties. So that is whystates have passed law codes that anybody who changes a political partyhas to wait a certain time period plus has to declare that the person isready to change to another political party.

Even though the Standford Interview is mentioned by William Wagener I am unable to source it at this time until somebody notifies me of thesource of the Interview.

http://uswgo.com/wp-content/uploads/HLIC/a727f9b2a228efd53e2f8f7e9e941003.png

Damon Dunn got a scholarship into Stanford University then got into Football. Dr. Dunn also played in the NFL for the Jacksonville Jaguars,Cleveland Browns, New York Jets and Dallas Cowboys.

Damon Dunn has also been affiliated with the Democrat party according to Dr. Taitz.

Damon Dunn also thought of Obama as his hero according to a Stanford Blog Interview.

Exactly Why Progressivism Sucks,

FDR’s/Obama’s Second Bill of Rights

and our Actually $212 TRillion PROBLEM

You do recall candidate Obama’s pledge not to raise taxes on anyone earning less than $250,000 a year? A pledge already worthless? Well consider this, in just a bit over five months, all the Bush tax cuts we’ve been enjoying will be rescinded, but that’s not a tax increase is it? Well, welcome to Bill of Rights Hell, Obamastyle . . . .

Barack Obama would like to take all the credit/blame for his radical legislative program but it’s been around since there have been left-wing progressives interested in “progressing beyond” the United States Constitution which they regard as “outdated” or even “an inferior and ill-conceived document.” Barack Obama himself calls it outdated and adds that it’s merely “a catalog of negative rights.”

Woodrow Wilson was the first recognized Progressive (Teddy Roosevelt was actually the first and mildest** one, however). Wilson, an educator and President of Princeton University wrote several books re-writing history and most particularly the history of the founding of the nation and of the founders. Wilson, according to real history – not progressive history, was an abject racist and the first to segregate the armed forces since Civil War Days. D.W. Griffith’s racist silver screen masterpiece “The Birth of a Nation” which glorified the Ku Klux Klan as the most vital element in post Civil War history, was premiered at the White House for Wilson and his Cabinet.

Herbert Hoover, a Republican like Teddy Roosevelt, believed in government involvement in peoples’ lives to a much greater extent than Teddy did. He sought to involve the government in welfare schemes and to give price supports to farmers among other progressive farm programs. He dramatically reversed the Harding-Coolidge trend of substantially lowered taxes and substantially lowered government spending (over a 45% reduction in both cases in response to the “Invisible Depression” Harding had inherited from Wilson). After the Crash of October ’29 under Herbert Hoover, the Depression was ending with the bottoming out of the stock Market three months after Franklin Delano Roosevelt’s inauguration (in March, in those days). FDR had run on a promise to return to common sense and cutting taxes and cutting government spending which had cut Wilson’s Depression down to size very quickly and left it known as the “Invisible Depression.”

FDR’s policies extended the Depression another nine years from taking office and presumably would not have ended the Depression at all except for the U.S. entry into the war in December of 1941. In the United States that period in history is known as the “Great” Depression but the rest of the world had a rough three years and simple call it a little ‘d’ depression.

FDR’s Second Bill of Rights was aimed, as many progressive schemes are, at redistributing wealth and its been adopted in whole cloth by Barack Obama. The harm done by FDR was incalculable. Hoover only created two new government agencies, FDR created forty. Barack Obama’s Obamacare health care “reform” has created 390+ new government agencies in just one law. Again, as most people sense, Obamacare has little to do with health care and will NOT cut health care costs it is just a method of grabbing more control for the government and redistributing wealth.

Before FDR’s 1944 inauguration (his 4th!) speech he paid homage to the idea but he’d already come out specifically talking about his agenda of redistributing wealth during his earlier 1944 State of the Union Address. The “Second Bill of Rights” according to FDR are “positive rights,” that is what government can do for or to its citizens (after taxing them unmercifully for the money to do it with). He included:

1. The right to a useful and renumerative job

2. The right to earn enough to provide not only food and clothing but

also recreation

3. The right of every farmer to raise and sell his products at a return that

would give him and his family a decent living

4. The right of every family to a decent home

5. The right of every businessman, large and small, to trade in an atmosphere of freedom from unfair competition and domination from monopolies at home and abroad

6. The right to adequate medical care and the opportunity to achieve and enjoy good health

7. The right to a good education

8. The right to adequate protection from the economic fears of old age, sickness, accident and unemployment.

Quite the socialist agenda, whereas the Founding Fathers said, we’ll keep the government out of your hair and maximize the money you can keep from what you earn and thus maximize your freedom to take care of your needs as you perceive them, FDR said we’ll tax the hell out of you and then give you some of your money back in the form of cradle-to-grave Nanny-state protection, not noticing that this would destroy the economy’s ability to create jobs and make it a lot less likely that anyone would have money to be taxed. This is clearly virtually identical to Lyndon Johnson’s “Great Society” progam.

Let’s look at item #4, in 1977 Jimmy Carter and his dual-chamber Democratic majority in congress passed the CRA of ’77 (Community Reinvestment Act) which for the first time required banks and local lenders to knowingly make bad home loans to otherwise ineligible clients. Fanny Mae and Freddie Mac were added to this travesty in 1992; these “rights” were expanded again twice in 1995; and the Bill Clinton final expansion in '98 (the third expansion under Slicky Willy) put the whole process on steroids and with the help of the Cloward-Piven Strategics of ACORN . . . created the sub-prime lending crisis at the root of today’s economic debacle.

And think of this, the United States had enjoyed for over half a century by far the world’s highest home ownership percentage (62-65%) so there was no problem. What exactly is wrong with renting a home, especially when one is young? What about the rights of landlords to operate their business and perform a clearly useful service?

Item #2 has raised its ugly head often since LBJ’s days, the right to a “guaranteed income.” Wow! Do you mean the right of the lazy and unproductive to extort money from those who earn it fairly by trading their goods and services and talent and education in the free market?

Item #8 is likewise quite interesting. This is the welfare “RIGHT” is it not? At present, our country not only has a $14TRillion national debt, but also $110 TRillion of UNfunded liability courtesy of Social Security, Medicare and the federal side of Medicaid. No one ever talks about these things or this UNfunded liability . . . but something that’s even less obvious and even more secret: roughly $88 TRillion in UNfunded welfare liability is also coming our way in the next 44-45 years.

#6 is Obamacare and its travesties are just coming to light. It is a nightmare fiscally, will destroy the health insurance industry and the health care industry as we know it. Count on old folks dying courtesy of the rationing which the newly-appointed health care director openly expressed. As well, a lot of infants also will prove to be “not viable enough” to warrant all the health care bucks and services and time that would be needed to keep them alive. And from having the highest cancer cure rate in the world, count on the United States gravitating toward the rate of Great Britain where early intervention against cancer is somewhat of a joke.

#7 is the right to a good education. Wow, Ph.D’s for everyone? Rajjpuut went through college courtesy of the GI Bill he earned and five different jobs he held and wound up with a 3.92 GPA despite taking as many as 29 hours in two different quarters. A lot of people getting through on mommy’s and daddy’s money wasted their education and their time in Rajjpuut’s not-so-humble opinion . . . what’s wrong with people working to put themselves through college? Why should anyone be guaranteed a college education as Barack Obama has promised to provide?

#1 the right to a useful and remunerative job. Really? What about the right of an employer to hire who he needs and only who he needs and to pay them what he must to get good work out of them all the while keeping his company afloat? Study after study has shown that minimum wage laws just put more people out of work and threaten the solvency of more businesses . . . so much for government interference in the marketplace.

#3 means that an inferior farmer has the right to survive and charge enough to cover his ineptitude. He grows cotton in the north and succeeds in half the years but is frozen out in the other half, why should anyone give him more than top dollar for an inferior, at best crop?

#5 Sounds pretty nice. Actually, the policies of FDR favored big business and cut the throat of small business which is one great reason why the Depression lasted almost ten more years after FDR came to power. But if it really were true, big IF that, just as in the case of the farmer, why should someone be forced to pay more than top dollar if the product is inferior or the process to produce it is inefficient? So much for the “Second Bill of Rights!

In other words, FDR who gave the country almost ten extra years of Depression and who ran promising to cut taxes and cut spending but did just the opposite, was the king of the early progressives and the first clearly socialist president and was aiming to move the country toward something quite close to communism. And remember he only created 40 new government agencies Ol’ FDR, while Obama created 390+ just in one law: Obamacare. Gotta love them progressives, don’t you?

Ya’ll live long, strong and ornery,

** Building the Panama Canal and establishing National Parks have to be called progressive by anybody, not that they were bad but that the people had NO say in their implementation; why not have a parks amendment voted on? Teddy feared it wouldn't pass or it wouldn't pass quickly enough or wouldn't set aside enough money, etc., etc., so he abrogated the people's right to decide the issue . . . .

‘Poll-Bounce’ from Slick Obama Speeches
Not Lasting Nearly So Long These Days
There’s a strange dichotomy – a weird chasm -- in the brains of those on the Left. Much more slowly than the conservatives in this country, but oh so slowly and oh so surely the Left has been noticing the deeds of Barack Obama and he’s been dropping steadily in their esteem as a result. For example, Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for today, Saturday, June 5, 2010 shows that 25% of the nation's voters Strongly Approve of the way that Slick Barack is performing his role as president while 42% Strongly DISapprove, giving Obama a Presidential Approval Index rating of -17. And yet, every time that’s happened (for example ten days back his strong approval was at 23% and his strong disapproval was at 44%) he’ll make a “key speech” and suddenly he’s bounced back to only -7 or -10 in the polls again. That pattern has gone on now for well over a year.
Yes, Obama’s approval rating has gradually slid lower and lower. But the surprising thing is how much credence the “great man’s words” carry with the adoring Left. While Unaffiliated voters and Republicans grade him on his deeds, clearly the Left is just sitting at home waiting to be inspired by his voice over and over and over again. One good thing, however, is that each time Obama’s silver-tongued 'bounce' has lasted for a shorter and shorter time. The last bounce came when he gave his “the buck stops with me” (about the Gulf oil spill) speech nine days ago early in the day on Thursday, May 27. In contrast, when he addressed Congress on Obamacare the “tongue-bounce” lasted almost a full month. More and more Americans are grading Obama on his deeds rather than his promises and more and more are finding the president grossly wanting on GO, despite his always intriguing SHOW.
It all comes down to the American Dream . . . . According to info from the Rasmussen Consumer Index surveys, most Republicans (57%) believe the economy is getting worse while a plurality of Democrats (46%) say it is getting better. Among those not affiliated with either major party, 29% say better and 43% worse. However, when asked about their own personal finances, a plurality of Republicans, Democrats, and unaffiliated voters all say “things are getting worse.”
According to Rasmussen, “It will take several days before the impact of yesterday’s jobs report is reflected in the daily consumer confidence updates,” but the situation on the home owner front is perhaps the single-most bleak aspect of the present economy: right now, one in seven homeowners (14%) expect to miss a mortgage payment in the next six months but only 55% of homeowners believe their home is currently worth more than the mortgage. This data show that Mr. Obama’s mortgage-relief plan has been a dismal failure and has done exactly the opposite of what it was supposed to do as foreclosure rates keep rising around the country.
Most recently, Mr. Obama is seemingly enjoying flaunting his "superior" intellect in constant opposition to the will of the American people as he did on Obamacare. For a recent example, Rasmussen polls showed that 70% of voters favor strong sanctions against employers who hire illegal immigrants; 50% favor sanctions on landlords who provide housing for illegal immigrants; and 58% say a child born to an illegal immigrant in this country should NOT become a U.S. citizen automatically. Mr. Obama is deliberately NOT protecting our southern borders; has made five-weeks worth of nasty remarks about Arizona’s efforts to protect her own borders and now opposes an earlier Arizona law from his own Homeland Security Secretary Napolitano when she was Arizona governor imposing sanctions on employers who knowingly hire illegal aliens.

That law has already been tested** and passed muster by the most liberal federal court in the country, but Obama is now seeking to take it all the way to the U.S. Surpreme Court. Among Rajjpuut’s friends, 96% believe that Mr. Obama’s “Comprehensive Immigration “Reform” is just a euphemism for
making 13-20 million illegal aliens into virtually automatic U.S. citizens expecting 80% of them to vote Democrat and insure him his second term.
Despite actions, rhetoric and figures like those above and the most truly gruesome first fifteen months in office of any of our first forty-four presidents, Democrats in particular, find it difficult if not impossible to criticize Obama. Overall, 45% of voters say they at least somewhat approve of the president's performance. Fifty-four percent (54%) disapprove. The lowest presidential overall approval has been 42% so far. In Ol’ Rajjpuut’s eyes anything above 7% strong approval by 100% of the certifiable 7% of maniacs in this country means the nation is standing up to its neck in deep doggy-doo.
Ya’all live long, strong and ornery,

** It jives 100% as it should with the applicable 1986 federal immigration law. In fact, the federal law gives the right to license or remove licensing for companies due to immigration violations to the states and forbids the federal government from getting involved.

After combining results from several polls, Rajjpuut found a curious and pessimistic picture for America’s and Obama’s future. Unless you’re a Black, Democratic-voting California woman, you might have felt severe doubt about the competence of the Obama administration sometime during this last month. Nationally, California is the only state still approving of President Obama’s job performance by double digits at +13% (55% YES 42% NO). Overall Obama’s national numbers reached their lowest ever two days before his recent press conference with only 24% of voters strongly approving of his performance and 42% strongly DISapproving; while 42% at least somewhat approved and 56% said they DISapproved at least somewhat. Except for Blacks, the political class (typically government-employed white-collar workers) regardless of color or gender are most likely to strongly approve of Obama’s work.
The gloomiest place to find oneself on the polling agenda was to be a White, Republican Male from Louisiana or other Gulf State. Men, overall are much less likely to approve of Obama’s job performance than women. Men were also much more consistent in their opinions. Only 16-17% of men strongly approve while between 37-42% of women disapprove depending on which survey and when it was given. Blacks, who once gave Obama 94% overall approval and 72% strong approval, now give the president 66% overall approval. Democrats now give the president 45%-52% approval in the various polls while Republican numbers are as low as 6% in some polls. 24%-26% of non-affiliated voters approve of the job the President’s done.
Pessimism shows up clearly when questions like Rasmussen Reports' “Will the United States be the most powerful nation on earth at the end of this century?” “Is the country safer now than it was before September 11, 2001?” and “Is the country going in the right or wrong direction?” are asked. Rasmussen (which only counts ‘likely voters’ rather than all adults) in its surveys has been the most consistently accurate in predicting precise percentage outcomes over the last three general election cycles. 42% of all likely voters say the U.S. will NOT be #1 at the century’s end while 32% say it will and 26% are not sure. Democrats are almost twice as likely to say the country will be #1 than Republicans are, but 52% of non-affiliated voters say we will not. African-American voters are the most optimistic of all; while younger voters are much more likely to be pessimistic than older ones are. 72% of the politcal class say “YES,” while 53% of the mainstream voters say “NO.”
Only 28% of all American voters believe the country is on the right track, but 60% of Black voters say it is. Just 24% of Whites and 21% of other ethnicities agree with them. The question is even more divisive politically than it is racially . . . 55% of Democrats say the country is heading in the right direction, but only 6% of Republicans and 20% of voters not affiliated with either party would agree. 39% of Democrats feel the country is heading down the wrong track. These findings have changed very little over several weeks of Rasmussen polling. One of the big contributors to this “wrong-direction” appraisal is Obamacare.
The current level of voters calling for “repeal of the health care plan” stands at its highest ever 63%. More and more people are blaming Obama for the present economic woes, 43% in the latest survey by Rasmussen . . . however, the Congress is far less loved than the president at only 24% approval. More people (41%) agree with the statement “A randomly selected sample of people from the phone book could do a better job than congress” than disagree. Only 27% believe “the legislators have any idea what they’re doing when it comes to the economy.” This last opinion despite the fact, or perhaps because of the fact, that they’re now putting the finishing touches on legislation giving vast government control over the U.S. financial industry and 60% control over the entire economy . . . .
Democrats are still way more likely to give Bush the blame for our current problems and Republicans slightly less likely to say Obama’s policies are the major factor doing us in now, but Rajjpuut found it very interesting that by a 48% to 38% margin, voters UNaffiliated with either major party blame the policies of Obama for the nation's continuing economic woes. Of course, 95% of the political class** point the finger at Bush, while 53% of Mainstream** voters think Obama's policies are the problem.
60% of voters trust their own judgment more than Obama’s when it comes to economic issues affecting the nation, while just 26% trust the president more. Fourteen percent (14%) are undecided. The number of voters who trust their own judgment has remained fairly consistent since early June of last year. However, the number of voters who place more trust in Obama’s decision making is down six points from the end of last month and has reached its lowest level measured since early February 2009. 82% of GOP voters and 70% of Unaffiliateds trust their own economic judgment more than the president's. 50% of Democrats put more confidence in Obama.
Ya’all live long, strong and ornery,
Rajjpuut
**The questions used to calculate the Political Class-Mainstream Index are:
A. Generally speaking, when it comes to important national issues, whose judgment do you trust more - the American people or America’s political leaders?
B. Some people believe that the federal government has become a special interest group that looks out primarily for its own interests. Has the federal government become a special interest group?
C. Do government and big business often work together in ways that hurt consumers and investors?
Each response earns a plus 1 for the mainstream YES answer or a minus 1 for the political -class NO answer, and a 0 for not sure.
Respondents scoring 2 or higher are considered part of the Mainstream. Those who score a -2 or lower are considered to be aligned with the Political Class. Those who score +1 or -1 are considered “leaners” in one direction or the other.
In practical terms, if someone is classified with the Mainstream, they agree with the mainstream view on at least two of the three questions and don’t agree with the Political Class on any.

WHAT BARACK OBAMA IS THINKING

So, Obama thinks he's the second coming of FDR, but he has a rude awakening. He's not, and it's not the 1930's. America has come a long way in 70+ years, and once again the left wing radicals have underestimated the American people. It would also take someone far more experienced than this guy, who is the "least qualified, and least experienced guy in the room". But, that will not stop him from trying to 'fundamentally transform' us.

Socialism?!
$7 out of Every $12
Now Begins in Government Hands
Are you still denying reality? For those of you who doubt the word “socialism” has any meaning in America today, consider these four no-longer surprising facts:
  1. Slightly over 58% of all income in the country now comes from government sources at either the local, state or federal level.
  2. When the financial bill now in congress gets reconciled into law, almost 60% of the U.S. economy will be controlled by the federal government.
  3. Barack Obama and progressive Democrats are still pushing for Cap and Trade legislation (now called “America’s Power Act”) which would put us very close to a communistic-style near-total domination of the economy by the federal government.
  4. Obama and his Progressive Democrats are also seeking “Comprehensive Immigration Reform” which means that 13-20 million now illegal immigrants would become eligible for citizenship. Expecting that 75-80% of the newcomers would vote Democratic, the present government-domination of the economy would become locked-in, perhaps for all time.

ps: Greece just got its socialist union-controlled society bailed out; Spain's had its bond-strength levels dropped twice just this month. Belgium, Ireland, Italy and Portugal are in big trouble. U.S. Taxpayers helped temporarily bail out Greece with $78 Billion and will soon be helping pull Spain out of the abyss (temporarily) via the International Monetary Fund (IMF) . . . all the while Obama is not only socializing the country more and more but accentuating globalization of all aspects of the United States with every breath he takes . . . enough to take the country's breath away, permanently.

The recent primaries have unleashed a miriad of emotions, which must be paralleled to a sign of our time. Never in our short history has there been such turmoil, and that is not to diminish the very difficult times America has fought herself through.

You have to admit that what we witnessed this past week is a first, and has infuriated the majority of American citizens. It's almost as though this was planned by a cunning and crafty president.

An awful lot of Republican incumbents as well as Democrats are feeling a bit nervous these days. Attribute that situation to the existence of the recently created TEA (taxed enough already) Party. From the git-go, Democrats have reacted with undisguised hostility and sought to besmirch and marginalize the TEA Partiers and dismiss their concerns with constitutionality and fiscal responsibility as the ravings of racist extremists. That policy is not only ignorant and loathsome, it also hasn’t worked and has only served to highlight just how out of touch the Obama administration and Democratic leadership as a whole has become.

Republicans are also “edgy” about the future created by this new activist force. Blogs are springing up all over conservative websites saying some version of this . . . “The tea party seems to be thinking they can pick our candidates for us, and they openly prefer candidates that are not incubents or not already “part of the establishment . . . of course, they’ll want us to fund the campaigns for these newcomers. This doesn’t make any sense to me . . . “ Republicans are treating this situation as a quagmire when they should be embracing it as raw opportunity. If Rajjpuut were named Head #1 Republican Honcho tomorrow here’s how he’d approach the “problem.” It’s been said, there is none so blind as he who will not see. It seems that Republicans canNOT see the future clearly because they don’t know their own history? Allow Rajjpuut to refresh some memories . . . .

Sixteen years after the Dixiecrats walked out (at the Democratic National Convention that nominated Harry Truman) during Hubert Humphrey’s speech in favor of civil rights legislation, they found a home in 1964 favoring Republican conservative Barry Goldwater. To be blunt, they were about the only truly enthusiastic voters for Barry. Four years later, Nixon courted them as the “Silent Majority” and the Republican Party stopped being the “Party of Lincoln” in the eyes of many minorities and that condition still exists today. Times have changed, but perceptions haven't. For example, Obama received more White votes and a higher percentage of White votes (almost 48%) than either Kerry or Gore, but McCain only received 4.3% of the Black votes . . . so the Democrats could fairly be excused of having the most racist party. In any case, politically there was an enormous plus for Nixon and many Republicans . . . the G.O.P. was now a much more conservative party and since in any given year, 65-70% of the voters describe themselves as “fiscal-conservatives” Republicans since Nixon’s days have had a natural advantage that has led them to winning seven of the last eleven presidential elections.

With those numbers in their favor, Republicans are a natural “slam-dunk.” Frankly, however, the G.O.P., from the standpoint of Conservative Democrats and Independents (a good percentage of the 65% fiscal-conservatives in America) especially, has gone so far out of the way to make itself UN-attractive that in local, state and national elections they have largely squandered their birthright and continually snatched defeat from the jaws of victory. Four key perceptions in many voters’ eyes have cemented inside them the picture of numerous Republicans as Racists, Old-Fashioned, generally intolerant and an even “ugly” group because . . . .

• They believe that the party is “wagged” by its tail, that is, they believe that former Dixiecrats control the party to this day and they are still racists.

• They disagree with the party’s UNcompromising Stand on abortion even when the woman’s life is in danger, or in cases of rape and incest or for retarded mothers.

• They abhor demands for teaching Creationism in public school science classes and teaching Christian songs in public schools. This is why God created private schools . . . and the founding fathers created Separation of Church and State! This is the TEA Party’s only constitutional beef with Republicans but it is a big one. However, they believe that the Democrats are trying to destroy the Constitution.

• Their perception is that the Republican Party is a sectional (southern) party and not really involved in national issues . . . even for people who don’t regard the G.O.P. as “racists” this view is widely-held.

(Setting aside the detractions mentioned above perceived as “Republican” weaknesses,) here’s what observation and common sense tell us about the TEA Party movement. It is a fiscally-conservative movement. It is a constitutionally-conservative movement. The members of the TEA Party are somewhat older, somewhat wealthier, and somewhat better educated than the average Republican and much moreso than the average Democrat. In short, the TEA Partiers are naturally aligned with the Republican Party, but oooops -- there is that “Republican ugliness” to contend with. So they are definitely an anti-Obama group; anti-progressive group; anti-socialist group and much, much more likely to vote against a Democrat than for one. The problem Republicans are really worried about, however, is that many Republicans feel as threatened by the TEA Party as the Democrats do. They could split the conservative vote for many years to come and ensure a long continuation of Democrats in power nationally and on the state and local levels as well.

Let’s bring our history lesson up closer in time: three potentially great things have happened relatively recently:

1) the TEA Party came into existence and is threatening to hold ALL incumbent politicians’ feet to the fire . . . and isn’t that about time? Big spending irresponsible Republicans should face the same ignominious fate as big spending irresponsible Democrats. Our nation is in a constitutional and fiscal crisis and the voters must solve the problem.

2) The Republican Party finally wised up. They abandoned their old ugly-right “litmus testing.” Instead they took to heart Ronald Reagan’s words, “If a fellow votes with me eight times out of ten, I regard him as a friend.” They created the “Republican Purity Test”:

http://uscommonsense.net/blog/2009/11/25/republican-purity-test/

You’ll remember that the need for such a test arose when the Republican Party chose a candidate to run for a seat in Upper New York and funded her with over a million dollars. It was a conservative region and the locals had not wanted her and were hopping mad. Their ire increased when it came to light that this was a candidate possibly to the left of Barak Obama and that the Democrat running against her was far more conservative. A real conservative entered the race as an Independent Conservative against them both and almost won after the TEA Party money and fury; and national contributions forced the FAKE Republican to withdraw with only about 7% of the voters committed to her. Her parting shot was to ask her supporters to support the Democrat who won by roughly 2.5%. Unfortunately, the G.O.P. as a whole has not acknowledged the purity test and as far as I know has not enforced the purity test before the primaries. So it appears that this very good idea is just lying dormant.

3) The TEA Party released its “Contract From America” as part of their rambunctious “Tax Day” protests on April 15th:

http://www.contractfromamerica.com/Idea.aspx

Looking closely at the two documets with Reagan’s jelly beans over his eyes, Rajjpuut suggests that if the G.O.P. Purity Test rates an 8.2 on a scale of ten, then the TEA Party document deserves an 11.0!

So, in answer to the worries about the TEA Party. How exactly does the Republican Party respond to their presence and even exploit the common ground between the two political entities?

Rajjpuut (as #1 Head Honcho Republican would suggest the following ACTION PLAN for exploiting the common ground existing between the TEA Party and the Republican Party. What should the nominees and candidates do?

1. Ignore the TEA Party. Don’t kowtow to them; don’t treat them as special. Don’t go out of your way to welcome them as likely-Republican-voters or to exaggerate the commonalities. In other words, don’t be political at all. Treat all voters and all campaign contributors the same (with respect but without debasing yourself).

2. Look over their “Contract From America” and see if 8, 9 or 10 of these items can be adopted/adapted for the G.O.P.

3. Look over the “Republican Purity Test” and seriously consider leaving items #9 and #10 out of the picture. 9 is redundant and 10, while important, is about 30th on any sensible list of crucial items for dealing with the crisis year 2010.

4. Using the phraseology of the “Republican Purity Test” modify and combine the two lists and with big drumming and fanfare announce the “Finalized Republican Purity Test” of about fifteen items. Then see which Republican primary candidates meet the purity test and which do not and let the party faithful know who had 15/15; who had 14/15/; who scored 13/15; who had 12/15 and who did NOT pass the test.

5. Ignore the TEA Party and set about fielding a slate of true statesmen and true stateswomen who meet the new Republican standards at least 12/15 and emphasize the key fifteen points at every step of the campaign.

6. Impress the TEA Party and all voters by seeking NOT to impress anyone, but steadfastly and seriously approaching the challenge ahead without pause until voted into office (Then take a break for about three weeks to refresh body, mind and spirit. Read the Constitution and start planning for your swearing in and beyond).

7. Defeat every possible Obama sycophant across the board and start repealing all his garbage. Consider impeaching the communist SOB for not upholding his oath of office and constantly attacking the U.S. Constitution.

Ya’ll live long, strong and ornery,

Rajjpuut
ps: the strategy outlined here was what Bill Clinton did in response to the Republican sweep (in 1994 aligned with their "Contract With America") that derailed all his leftist initiatives. Republicans might not be able to pass a bill or might even pass a bill which Clinton would veto. Then he'd take basically the same bill and move it five or ten degrees to the left with a few deft changes and this time have his Democrats initiate it or bi-partisan sponsors. Wonder of wonders the bills would all pass with large majorities. If the Republican Party co-opts the wisdom of the TEA Party and makes it part of the Republican "planking" for 2010 . . . similar results will occur.

OBAMA AND DEMS WITH ADVANTAGE?

Last Sunday morning, as I basked in the sunlight outside a coffee shop with the New York Times, I came upon an op ed piece entitled "Big Money's Alarming Political Edge."

The occasion for naming a new Supreme Court Judge has rekindled the liberal bitterness among some in the media over the Court's Citizens United ruling in January which gave freedom of speech protections to corporations, unions, and non-profits.

Theuse of the word "Alarming" in the article title no doubt meant that theauthor felt republicans would benefit more from the Court's decision.

Any doubts were erased when the article was read.

According to the author of this piece, due to the ruling the US Chamber of Commerce was putting into action its "most aggressive drives ever" to raise money "to favor mainly republicans" in 50 races this fall....

..."most aggressive drives ever" the piece said, while unions were merely "working to keep pace" for their democrat favorites.

Really? Merely "working to keep pace?"

According to data on OpenSecrets.organd provided by the Federal Election Commission as of March 21, 2010,union donations to democrat candidates and causes have amounted to morethan "working to keep pace."

Since 1990, those unions rated in the top 50 of industry donors as ranked by OpenSecrets.org have donated $636 million to democrats while donating $52 million to republicans (92% vs. 8%).

ServiceEmployees International Union President Andy Stern said, "We spent afortune to elect barack obama." To which Joe Biden would later reply," we owe you."

Republicans enjoy no such huge advantage from any industry in OpenSecret's top 50 rankings.

Nosingle industry group on the list donated more than $333 million torepublicans over the same time period when unions were investing over ahalf billion to democrats.

Even the oil and gas industrydonations fell short of the unions while donating a paltry $186 millionto republicans such as Bush/Cheney since 1990.

The writer of the NY Times piece suffers from the same misconception of republicans and big business donations and lobbying efforts as most of the public.

APew Research Center Report in February 2010 found that commondescriptions of the republican party were, "for the rich, corporateinterests and greed."

Democrats were seen in the same report asthe party that "stands for the average person, the middle-class and theworking class."

Asked which party is more influenced bylobbyists and special interests, 40% of respondents said thatrepublicans were, while 32% chose democrats.

Thus, it is not surprising from this report that many across the U.S.A. would incorrectly figure that the Citizen's United ruling would favor republicans.

Excludingunions from the OpenSecrets top 50 industry list, we find that since1990 total industry donations to political campaigns/causes/lobbying ofdemocrats equals $3.959 BILLION, while the same source of donations torepublicans over the same period totaled $3.954 BILLION....virtuallyeven but democrats with slight edge.

If you add the unions backinto that mix, then totals to democrats go to $4.595 BILLION, whilerepublicans increase to $4.006 BILLION (53% VS. 47%), a larger edge todemocrats.

Since Citizens United was the political action groupresponsible for this ruling, let us look at how liberal groups andconservative groups compare over the last 20 years in supporting theirrespective causes/candidates.

Democrat/liberal groups, such as MoveOn.org,have since 1990 donated or invested $141 million in political races andcauses, while republican/conservative groups, such as Citizens Unitedhave given $106 million to their side...again, a slight edge todemocrats.

If we look at just the top 10 industry groups whichhave donated to political causes/campaigns over the last 20 years(includes biggies like lawyers/law firms, securities/investment, realestate, health professionals, insurance, and oil and gas industries),we find that dems lead this top 10 group with $2.45 billion compared tothe $1.99 billion received by republicans...edge to democrats.

Non-profits?

Since1990 non-profit organizations have donated $47 million to democratswhile only $15 million has gone to republicans...edge to democrats.

Thismisconception about big business being in the pocket of republicans isperpetuated by ignorance and false rhetoric from the media and thegovernment.

Chris Good writing for the Atlantic (Jan. 21, 2010)said: "as the pro-business party in US politics, republicans have had aclose relationship with business than have democrats."

Right.

CNN's"legal expert" Jeffrey Toobin said on Mar. 15, 2010: "The politicaleffect of, if not intention for, the decision was clear: Citizens United looks to be a big win for republicans, who are the likely beneficiaries of the newly lubricated corporate largess."

Uh huh.

Democrat Senator Arlen Spector called the Court's decision, "conservative activism."

The Slate'sNathaniel Persily was silly in writing on Jan. 25, 2010: "Corporationmoney will flow in great amounts towards ads supporting republicancandidates. Union money will flow as well, but not as much, so democrats and their causes might be at an disadvantage."

But not as much. horny.gif

A New York Times (Jan22, 2010) story said about the Court's ruling: "A conservative majorityhas distorted teh political system to ensure that republican candidateswill be at an enormous advantage in future elections."

Reporting for the Washington Post (2/17/2010), reporter Dan Eggan stated: "Corporations have traditionally favored republicans in their contribution patterns."

Really?

Obama Dirty Tricks Groups Expand
Internet Efforts to Disrupt TEA Party Tax Day Protests

This coming Thursday is April 15, a.k.a. Tax Day, the day when the TEA Party will unveil its “Contract From America." For several months Americans have been voting on which of the top twenty-one TEA Party concerns they believe belong among the top ten American issues this year and thus will become the 2010 TEA Party Contract from America. TEA means “taxed enough already” for most people and “taken enough abuse,” but if some shady Progressives get their way . . . then count on the TEA Partiers to take a lot more abuse . . . .

One TEA Party organizer quoting Gandhi, put it like this: the attempt to destroy our movement is evidence the message is resonating. "We've been ignored, we've been ridiculed. Well, now they're coming after us," said Judy Pepenella, a co-coordinator for the New York State Tea Party. "Gandhi's quote is one we understand: 'First they ignore you, then they ridicule you, then they fight you, then you win.'"

Obama and his Marxists admiration society have not only recently stepped up the hate attacks on the TEA Party via -- their always ready to broadcast (but never ready to check out the facts) Democratic hate messages -- the lamestream media . . . but have now expanded their internet efforts to recruit thugs and agitators to disrupt the group’s meetings; make them appear stupid in line with the lamestream media’s perceptions; do fake interviews; shout racist and inflammatory slogans in hopes of getting air time for negative perceptions of the group and otherwise using their dirty tricks to (they hope) do what truth won’t do: discredit the TEA Party movement. Here’s a typical website: one of about 200 that have sprung up in the last month:

which is owned/operated? by someone named Levins according to first impressions Rajjpuut garnered in looking things over. By the way, just type in "crash the tea party" or "crash the tea parties" and you'll get almost one million hits, ain't that interesting?

Opening the site, one is greeted by this joyful message: Welcome to “Crash the TEA Party” and then the lies start.

Under “About Us” we find . . . “Who we are:”

“A nationwide network of Democrats, Republicans and Independents who are all sick and tired of that loose affiliation of racists, homophobes and morons; who constitute the fake grass-roots movement which calls itself “The Tea Party.”

Having been to TEA Party events Rajjpuut can tell you, he’s yet to hear a single racist or homophobic comment and would put the population density of TEA Party morons at about 5% what you’d find at a union rally or among the progressive Democrats. The only hate spouted is by TEA Party detractors not by its members in Rajjpuut’s experience. Comments about “astro-turf” and “fake grass-roots movement” began with Nancy Pelosi and come from only one place: the Democratic Party, the only group mentioned who has a lot to lose because of the existence of the TEA Party movement. The TEA Party is an intellectual defense of the U.S. Constitution. Since the Democrats dare not openly attack the Constitution except in 5,000 page bills that attempt to tear American tradition and American values to shreds . . . they have been singing a tune of lies for over a year now trying to discredit the movement. The site’s message continues . . . .

“What we want:”

“To dismantle and demolish the TEA Party by any non-violent means necessary.”

This is another lie, the union goons that have thrown eggs, shouted curses, and tried to pick fights and beaten lone TEA Party members have shown no interest in non-violence. Goons are goons. Violence is their thing. Saul Alinsky in his “Rules for Radicals” advocated starting fights and confusion and then blaming it all upon the victims as standard operating procedure whenever facing opposition. Let’s see more from the website:

After talking about the disruptions and possible mayhem they hope to cause, the site mentions its goal: “to distance them from the mainstream of America and damage the public’s opinion of them.” And then ends with this joyful thought:

Sound like fun? It is! If you’d like to join us, just click on the word ‘CRASH!’ Below.” Which takes you to this link:

http://www.crashtheteaparty.org/phpBB3/

Which gaily salutes the user with the message, “Hello, Party Crashers!”

Then you have to register to become part of the “fun.” Sean Hannity mentioned the site earlier today and the humorous comments filling it up by TEA Party sympatizers overwhelmed the serious Party crashers cyberspace: Here are a few . . . a user called “Veritas Warrior” had this to say:This may be the fastest growing conservative website on the internet!! With a picture of the signing of the Declaration of Independence and the caption: "Rightwing Radicals" describing the founding fathers in the painting.

A contributor called “Common Sense” said, “Just trying to figure this site out because it doesn't make much sense to me. The site says that they want to show how racist, hateful, and stupid the tea party people are by infiltrating their events and shouting racist hate speech and holding intentionally misspelled signs. Umm, if the tea party people are stupid, hateful, racists, why do you have to show up and act stupid, hateful, and racist in front of the media? Isn't it your position that they already are?

I have this sinking feeling that this is a parody website and I'm looking really foolish right now for not getting 'the joke'.

But seriously, what is this?”

In answer to Common Sense, a real Party Crasher replied, “How 'bout we just bust a boot off in your skinny, white, racist tebagging butt? Naaah...Waste of a perfectly good boot.” Which proves that all Party Crashers are not humorless.

The response his humor received was this:

"Great spirits have often encountered violent opposition from weak minds." Albert Einstein. From a user named HeyMentallyIllLibs.

Not finding any authentic Party Crasher content, Rajjpuut slid over to another subject in their forum: Tea-Baggers are Racist Radical Terrorist (Proof) (excuse their grammar). Someone calling himself enhancelogic: said,

You Tea-Baggers perversely murder in the name of 9/11.

You shout racial hateful words at your protests.

You all belong in jail with your Christian Militia friends.

GTFO my country you stupid racist radical tea-bagging terrorist!

_________________
GTFO my country you stupid racist radical tea-bagging terrorist!

And he got this response:

LMAO. Quoting the huffers at huffing post and cbs. LOLLLLLLLLLLLLLL

Couldn't you get a quote from bill ayers or jeremiah wright?

lol. The Tea Party is your worst nightmare. You and your parents may even eventually have to get a job.

Someone called Party-of_Kuffar with 86 posts on the site to his credit asked,

Jesus-fuc__ng-CHRIST. Who's gonna throw the first Molotov already?” Rajjpuut edited out two letters from his message.

You get the idea, Rajjpuut is sure. The real haters, now that they’re known are being overwhelmed by polite but firm TEA Party responses.

Then something very strange and possibly verifiably true, but who knows?? Rajjpuut is only copying it here, because it gives you the flavor of what’s going on at the Party Crashers site . . . whatever you do, do NO violence, it could even be deliberately false information, again, who knows? But here it goes, from a user calling himself JohnLocke:

So, on balance, it seems CrashtheTeaParty.org really did turn into a “fun” site after all . . . but, remember some 200 such sites have sprung up . . . so expect violence and confusion at the TEA Party celebration and protest over Tax Day . . . .

Ya’ll live long, strong and ornery,

Rajjpuut

OBAMA'S PLAN IS NOT WORKING

Yet, similar to how he won the election, his admirers and most important, he himself, are satisfied that usingrhetoric to exaggerate the extent of his successes will be enough toindoctrinate far too many of the voting citizenry with a belief insuccessful change.

The nation's unemployment rate as of February 2010, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, remains just under 10%.

This despite the promise that billions for a shovel ready jobs bill would bring it down below 8% within a year.

And they've added billions more to it while also tying every bill that comes before them as being a jobs creator.

The rhetoric and the reality do not match.

Then there was the trillion dollar purchase of mortgage backedsecurities...to save people's homes and ignite the home buying market.

For the past 12 consecutive months foreclosures have averaged over 300,000per month and sales of new homes in Feb. 2010 fell by 2.2% to an annualpace of only 308,000, the slowest rate of growth since records werefirst recorded in 1963.

The government's purchase of these securities is expected to end this month, the special $8,000 tax breakis due to end in April, mortgage rates are expected to rise, and withonly 170,000 mortgages restructured as part of this plan, they areapproimately 3.8 million restructured mortgage short of their goal.

The rhetoric and the reality do not match.

Then there's the transparency we were promised. Bloomberg News and Fox Newshad to file separate lawsuits, which a federal appeals court ruled onin their favor, to gain access to documents that show which banksreceived emergency short term lending from the the Federal Reserveafter obama's government denied their requests.

And now we have great rhetoric being hurled about on his healthcare "reform." We havethe line in the sand with Iran being continuously redrawn. We haveChina telling us no, Israel telling us no, and Russia making it looklike Carter is still President.

obama's track record leaves us with little hope.

While those that criticize him do so for the most part with remarkably little informed criticism, the rhetoric wins.

OBAMA WINS WAR OF RHETORIC

..but the republican effort was quite lame.

Despite what the majority of the public thinks (50.8% opposed,RealClear Politics poll average, 3/28), obama and the main stream mediaare all giddy over the passing of obamacare.

He has won the war of rhetoric and since we will not know for sure thatthis bill is a front and a fraud for another 7-10 years, obama has thewon the privilege to run about the country as egotistical as ever.

Some in the media will print what lies in the bill below obama'sguess-work rhetoric and expose what the bill really means to theaverage American.

Despite the sensibility of some of these discoveries, some exposed byfacts, obama has the advantage in knowing none of it will be actuallyproven until his presidency is dead and gone.

What a wonderful position for a sleazy politician to find himself.

obama has put off the guts of the bill for another 5 years and untilthen he and his foot soldiers will be able to cast any opposingopinions on the bill as right-wing, tea-bagging nonsense...as politicsas usual and as actions of the status quo.

He'll use pretty speeches and half-assed comedic statements on thestump to energize and indoctrinate his already blind supporters inbelieving his continued rhetoric.

Because we will not see the tragic consequences of this bill's passing until it slaps us up side the head.

obama's staff has told us that they have a mega-marketing campaignplanned to get the word out on what is in the bill. Shouldn't thishave been something they did months ago?

Actually they have, using the same rhetoric and dragging out some poorcrippled person or cancer patient to exploit for political gain.

They will not tell us what is actually in the bill or what it willactually mean to us, really, what they will tell you is how greatchange is and this is something you can believe in.

If you are not questioning why we never heard detailed specifics on howthis bill will work and its affects on the country from obama, his footsoldiers, and the media, then obama's rhetoric will fire you up sillyand you will clap your hands with glee while God blesses your ignoranceand the Constitution protects it.

We will be indoctrinated, not informed, with the message theadministration wants us to believe this bill will do and what itmeans. Unless we dig and search for the truth, obama has the advantageof hiding behind the curtain and providing us only with bright lights, pretty words, and stories of woe.

Most presidents will seek support from the public before a bill ispassed, obama has changed this method by first passing the bill nomatter what the public thinks.

Why?

Because he is well aware of how infatuated the public can be overpretty speeches and clever denouncements of the opposition's silly, offfocus antics; especially when supported by a biased and unprofessionalmedia.

With that infatuation, that indoctrination, obama can claim a hugevictory for change and thus an even bigger 'I told you so' at electiontime...yet, like his election, a claim based solely on style andlacking substantive substance.

It could have been different. Republicans in Congress should have donetheir job and reported to their constituencies the more egregiouselements of this bill. Similarly, the voting public could have donetheir research and added a little thought to imagine what couldactually happen under this bill and its affect on further legislation.

Republicans instead stuck by the "scrap it and start over" plan whichwas not a crowd pleaser and which was heavily criticized by the media. Not a good plan.

They played into obama's play on the obstructionist angle and they paid for it.

Then when they did offer 29 amendments to change the bill, obama's foot soldiers gleefully rejected the whole lot.

Yet it did not matter, obama has won the war of rhetoric.

obama could sleep with eldrick's leftovers now and it wouldn't matter for health care...he has won the war of rhetoric.

BEWARE THE EMBOLDENED LEFT

As the left rejoices over their monumental victory, conservatives double down on the upcoming 2010 elections and their campaign strategy. "Repeal the Bill" is a good start, but should not be the focus, as it will be a difficult road and Obama will veto any attempt.

The eye-opening shenanigans by the left such as the backroom bribes, payoffs, and threats in their eternal quest for big government; the takeover of the private sector in financial institutions, the car industry, insurance companies, and now health care; their road to a socialistic re-distribution of wealth; the doubling and tripling our deficit .... should be their focus.

FIVE REASONS NOT TO DESPAIR

We have much to be grateful for, and more importantly, a need to fight on for the all important November 2010 elections. They are only a short 7 months away, and as Erick Erickson of Red State said, the time for fence sitting is over. It's time to choose and campaign with all we've got, and keep our chin up. Proud to be an American.

Being a very young single mother during the mid-60s and 70s, my liberal upbringing took a beating and got a breath of reality. As I struggled on my own (without depending on anyone or any government) to keep a roof over my little boy's head, food on the table, and clothes on his back, I watched young people collecting welfare, food stamps, free clinics, free eye-glasses, asking me for "some change", while marching themselves in protest of the government that gave them these freebies. College campuses were another great stage for more protests, and let us never forget the likes of Hanoi Hannah, Jane Fonda.

These hypocrites (hippies for short) are now running our government, and are very close to their lifelong goal of redistributing wealth by destroying our economy. But in the process, they have underestimated the American spirit, inbred for many generations, now fighting back to preserve the American Dream and our Founding Father's vision.

Ever notice when the Republicans used the reconciliation process, it was called Nuclear. But when the Libs use it, it's conveniently called reconciliation, euphemistically now called "a majority vote". This is an excellent dissertation on the use of "Reconciliation" by Newt Gingrich at Human Events:

What Is "Reconciliation" And Why Is It A Threat? And why, exactly, is it so controversial a move...

THE SHAM WOW SUMMIT

Yesterday was a glorious day. The Republicans finally had their day in court, and they came well prepared. It's not as though this is new to them. They have been trying to get their ideas on the table for over a year, and have been dismissed, ignored and shut out for the same amount of time. The Republicans looked intelligent, thoughtful, articulate and committed, while Obama looked more obvious that ever before. His contempt, antipathy, arrogance and loathing was so apparent it was almost laughable, except for the fact this man is in the White House.

After a year of anguish, frustration and sorrow for Americans who have felt their sovereignty slipping away, Obama's dog and pony show "summit" was a sight to behold.
