budget (45)

2016 Republican Party Presidential candidate, Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) has a untainted record for you and me:

  1. For introducing and supporting legislation to reduce our ‘out-of-control’ spending;

  1. To restore, save, and protect our Constitutional freedoms based on Judeo-Christian Values; and,

  1. For protecting our American flag, US Military, our nation, and our Veterans.

Many Republican Party Capitol Hill legislators have ‘crossed the aisle’ and caved in to ‘liberal’ Democrats on fiscal, social, and national security issues for too many years.  ‘Crossing the aisle’ to support Democrat Party legislation is not usually better for the American taxpayers and/or our citizens.

This is why American taxpayers now been ignored; even abused:

  1. An upcoming $19 Trillion National Debt,

  2. Why our US Senate Republicans have voted ‘YEA’ to confirm Presidential left-wing         Judicial nominees,

  3. There are several 2016 GOP Presidential candidates who wish to continue to  cave-in

on Illegal’ immigration by just allow all the ‘illegals’ to continue to live the same as

Americans Veterans have gone to war for America and other nations to save (y)our and others sovereigns,

  4. And why America is at war against ‘Islamic’ nation governments and Terrorist groups while Americans are funding some of these terrorists’ warriors against our own Military.

    For your own view, http://www.youngcons.com/ted-cruzs-resume-is-very-impressive-should-make-him-standout-amongst-other-candidates/

In placing out-of-state purchases on the Internet, North Carolina’s and associated local county/city governments receive their appropriate portion of the applicable sales tax based on the home purchasers’ home address origination.

On the other hand, when I purchase a product via telephone in NC, the sales taxes are distributed to the county/city government(s); based on the businesses address location; not the purchasers’ home address origination.

If a salesperson calls on you at home, purchased applicable local sales taxes go to the county/city government(s); based on the applicable businesses address location; not the purchasers’ home address origination.

When you and I purchase products in person from our homes, on the telephone, on the Internet, etc., the applicable local sales taxes should go the county/city of purchasers’ home address origination.

Sales taxes paid on purchased products in a store you visit in another county should continue as with the current county/city government sales tax distribution.

New legislation is essential in correcting an overdue wrong by providing working men and women of NC and their local governments a fairer way to assure that ‘sales taxes paid at home stay at home’.

Since 9/11/01, Americans have been forced to pay Trillions of dollars in protecting our citizens, properties, and more importantly, Constitutional freedoms from Islamic terror.  Radical Islamic terrorists demand Americans to abandon our Constitution, God, and (y)our Holy Bible; all to be replaced by an unacceptable covenant: Islam, Quran, and Sharia Law.

President Obama, most Capitol Hill Democrats, a few RINO Republicans, and oil-producing nations have squeezed Americans’ budgets by decreasing production of oil and gasoline; thus, increasing demands and prices.

US Government agencies deny entrepreneurs drilling rights for domestic oil on proven public properties and in oceans’ known potentials.

Radical Islamic nations in the Middle East and North Africa depend on oil sales.  They rely on further assistances from, primarily, the USA; only for these governments to provide military support to terrorist groups within their own kingdoms and elsewhere.  These same terrorist groups are at war with America.  Sound crazy?  Well, it is!

As Americans produce and purchase its own oil and sell more to other nations, America is becoming more oil-independent and fiscally sound by reducing consumers’ energy of transportation and residential heating costs.  Our economy is aided with lower manufacturing costs leading to greater export sales.

America can become oil-independent and economically boundless.

Increasing domestic oil and gasoline production will bolster our economy while reducing radical Islamic nations from bankrolling radical Islamic groups; leaving Islamic militants into financial starvation.

Simple economics could restore peace, again!

Senator ‘Chuck” Schumer (D-NY), Governor Andrew Cuomo, and New York Mayor Bill de Blasio, all essentially indicate that they, and ‘the people’ of New York, apparently have no desire to accept, support, and/or defend the Constitution of the United States, and more specifically, the Bill of Rights.  Sen. Schumer says the 1st Ten Amendments to the Constitution are being taken too literally. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HeFBGaKJk7o.

Sen. Schumer is particularly referencing the First Amendment and the freedom of speech.  Are we to release these rights?  Will the voters of New York advocate that we surrender this and other ‘Bill of Rights’ to the Government?

Gov. Andrew Cuomo says pro-life activists along with anti-gay activists, and other supporters of the Second Amendment, are not welcomed in New York.  By my personal observation, this may have been Gov. Cuomo’s first exploratory remark as he chases a pursuit to become a 2016 Democrat Party Presidential nominee.

NY Mayor Bill de Blasio appears to be duplicating President Obama’s plan of ‘redistribution’ by proposing, “A tax on the wealthy to pay for free pre-school education for every four-year-old. He has already launched measures to expand paid sick leave to another half a million employees.  He has promised to work for 200,000 new affordable housing units, and to rebuild trust and confidence in the police.”

Does New Yorkers know and understand our US Constitution and/or New York’s History?  US Congress convened for the 1st time in New York City on March 4, 1789 in approving the Bill of Rights?

Do New Yorkers know, or have they forgotten the sacrifice of attaining ‘Independence’ from the Revolutionary War?  Have New Yorkers been taught or have they forgotten the Battle of Harlem Heights, Battle Hill, the Battle of Stony Point that later allowed Washington to cross the Hudson, other Revolutionary War, and additional war history?  Are these failures instrumental of your public education system as may be taught in public schools?

Have Sen. Schumer, Gov. Cuomo, NY Mayor de Blasio, and New Yorkers forgotten "9/11/01"?  Do you remember how our entire Nation rallied around New York during and after these terrorist attacks?  Have Sen. Schumer, Gov. Cuomo, NY Mayor de Blasio, and New Yorkers forgotten the honor, the sacrifices, and the lives of New York’s and others’ police officers, firemen, and our soldiers in defense of our Constitution?  Have Sen. Schumer, Gov. Cuomo, NY Mayor de Blasio, and New Yorker's forgotten our Founding Fathers’ precious freedoms in our Constitution with inserted Christian values?

Freedom is not free.  Constitutional freedoms are fought and won at a heavy cost; Americans’ blood.  More than 600,000 American soldiers have died in combat for protecting our Constitution, our Nation, and our American flag.

Why do Sen. Schumer, Gov. Cuomo, NY Mayor de Blasio, and New Yorkers continue efforts to disassemble our Constitution?  How do New Yorkers fail to understand, and appreciate the price and values of ‘freedoms’?  Do New Yorkers fail to understand the loss of ‘freedoms’, and whom then elect, appoint, and/or direct officials in the State of New York as in other states?  Will Sen. Schumer, Gov. Cuomo, NY Mayor de Blasio, and other New Yorkers awaken before we, they, and/or others lose these precious ‘freedoms’?

The Army's Oath of Enlistment states that “I, (NAME), do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; …”  Every American should proudly ‘pledge, honor, and obey’ this ‘Oath’.

Patriotic Americans must be asking, “What rights do New Yorkers have in dismantling our Constitution comprised to insure all Americans may remain free from an oppressive government?”

It is a duty for each voter to elect and/or re-elect ‘responsible’ representatives.  If the voters of New York fully support Constitutional values, Americans will discover that New Yorkers are ‘Patriotic’ to our USA.  Your representatives will ‘honor’ the sacrifices of over 600,000 American soldiers; including your ancestors who fought and died for these values embedded within (y)our Constitution.

Up front, and based on election results, it is logical to assume that Sen. Schumer, Gov. Cuomo, and NY Mayor de Blasio are speaking for the people of New York.  If so, many of us are saddened.  Most of us anticipate that may change.

Currently, if Sen. Schumer, Gov. Cuomo, and NY Mayor de Blasio are not domestic enemies to our Constitution, who is?  Each element in our Constitution today is just as relevant now as our Founding Fathers inscribed in the 18th Century.

To Obama & Congress - We Have Your Bags Packed

4063830032?profile=original

It’s time to write a letter to “Congress” and discuss their reckless spending and their reluctance to be good stewards of our money. Obama and Congress have lost our trust – we actually are beginning to realize that they in fact are our enemy. OBAMA & CONGRESS YOUR BAGS ARE PACKED!

“We need to relay the message in plain English don’t spend more than you take in – it’s called a budget.” We’re not interested in each politician’s “sacred cows,” and pork delights – we’re interested in a Government that works for the people, not against the people.

The House of Representative’s job is to insure that neither political party misuses our money for personal ideology or interests. The House has lost touch with reality, they not only allow misappropriation of our money they are the problem – they’ve sold their souls to Obama, DEMS, Unions, Lobbyists, US Chamber of Commerce and personal political gain.

They allowed our 787 billion dollar stimulus money to go to Obama’s big bundlers, public sector unions and very wealthy Democrats and corrupt lenders who were in charge of the “housing bubble.” All together about 75 percent of loans and grants have been given out to companies run by Obama supporters. The stimulus money supposedly was to get our economic wheels rolling again through job creation, but Congress didn’t honor that commitment.

Billionaire Democrat donors who received a lot of money from the Obama administration include: Solyndra owner George Kaiser; Tesla Motors owners Leon Musk,Larry Page and Sergey Brin; NRG Energy owners Warren Buffett, Steven Cohen, and Carl Icahn; Abound Solar Manufacturing’s Pat Stryker; and Siga Technologies’ Ronald Perelman. Among other wealthy Democrat winners were former Vice President Al Gore whose investment in Fisker Automotive was rewarded with a $529 million loan guarantee. This is a brief from FOX news By John Lott Published March 23, 2012 FoxNews.com

Yearly our politicians orchestrate the dog and pony show pretending to be worried about the senseless spending by the Government and promising to get a handle on the situation via some kind of off the wall budget that none of us understand or ever comes to fruition.

The “debt ceiling” fiasco always ends up allowing the Government to continue their spending binge, which in all reality is spending money frivolously that we the people don’t need or benefit from. Neither Republicans or Democrats have learned from the devastating experience European Countries have suffered due to the insane philosophy of spending more than you take as an answer to our problems.  This  always ends up in a lose, lose situation for the hard working class (the taxpayers.)

Please excuse me, I understand that one should not express their personal opinions and thoughts when writing, but as a grandmother of eight awesome angels and four adult children today I’m climbing on my soapbox.

I really don’t care if Congress and the President have to take a hit on salaries – let’s think about the very little amount of time that Obama spends working for us versus his partying, lavish vacations and using our Air force One like it’s his personal taxi cab. Air force One should only be used for emergencies at this time. We’re broke, our Nation has an extremely high National Debt with an ungodly amount of interest that goes with this debt created by Obama and Congress.

Congress should be paid only for time in their offices working for “we the people.” Their days off which are more than days on the job would allow them to get a second job, because they certainly have proved that they’re incapable of running a Government for the people, of the people and by the people.

Let’s quit carrying these sophisticated politicians (that like the “entitlement society”) think we owe them a living, we don’t. Let’s get a budget, which will mean cutting out a mass of redundant Government programs, stopping the senseless funding creating Government dependency.

Time to rescue all people who have been entrapped by our Government – create jobs, jobs and more jobs help people get off the food stamp and entitlement kick. Dump Obamacare and while we’re at it dump Obama, Podesta, George Soros, The US Chamber of Commerce, the old Republicans establishment and Hillary Clinton.

Like Rick Perry said, retrieve our money and start at “zero” for foreign aid – if money is handed out to foreign Countries , it is to be monitored noting who is receiving the money, how much, what it is being used for and damn sure verify that every penny sent to foreign Countries is monitored and accounted for…  Taxpayer’s money is being used to fund the Muslim Brotherhood and terrorists!

Ditch the politician’s sacred cows and pork delights, downsize the Government which means ruthlessly cutting their deranged spending agenda. Do not spend one penny more than is taken in – it’s called a budget and millions of Americans would be most willing to show politicians how to budget since they seem to be in “La La” land.

It’s time to quit talking and demand action from those who pretend that they’re working for Americans and America. Every politician is a public servant who was hired to work for us – I really don’t care about their political elite clubs and dirty schemes behind closed doors. It’s time to “take back our Country, America.”

Thanks for lending an ear,

As Always,

Little Tboca

http://www.gop.com/act/presidential-straw-poll

By Oscar Y. Harward

The Republican National Committee (RNC) sends out a ‘bait-and-switch’ poll asking for money.  This ‘deceitful’ poll includes several ‘very qualified and potential’ Conservative TEA Party Republican candidates for US President.

Why would the RNC spend any effort to ask or beg for money from Conservative TEA Party Republican supporters?

I believe RNC Chairman, Reince Preibus; Republican Senate Minority Leader, Mitch McConnell; Republican speaker of the House, John Boehner; and US Chamber of Commerce President and CEO, Thomas J. Donohue and others have agreed they will spend Republican National Committee (RNC) money to defeat Conservative TEA Party Republican candidates in GOP primaries.

Are these RINO Republicans now trying to ask, beg, and/or rob resources from conservatives, only to give this money and more to other RINO Republicans who will not even ‘enforce’ or ‘support’ the Republican Party Platform?

Whenever these GOP officials join in with Chamber of Commerce President Thomas J. Donohue, that they will spend GOP resources to defeat Conservative TEA Party Republican candidates in GOP primaries, this must be defined as a ‘bait-and-switch’ poll; or maybe even further, in support of ignoring the ‘social’ issues while allowing more ‘deficit spending’ for President Obama and Capitol Hill Democrats; more debt left for our children, their children, etc.

Senate Democrats violate ‘WE, THE PEOPLE’

By Oscar Y. Harward

Sen. Harry Reid (D-NV) and Senate Democrats did not follow ‘Rule 22’ requiring a 3/5 vote to make Senate changes in approving President Obama’s Judicial nominees.  President Obama is appointing Judicial nominees with more ‘left-wing’ political views that may be inserted within their rulings’ as he/she rules.  Senate Democrats are approving these Obama nominees; loading up our Federal Courts across America with President Obama’s Judicial nominees whom likely will ‘order’ for more anti-Constitution and more anti-American assessments as more well-defined by our Founding Fathers.

Furthermore, Sen. Reid and Senate Democrats change of ‘Rule 22’ has already been expanded to include other legislation(s).  Our Founding Fathers anticipated, proposed, and included a ‘filibuster’ measure, with their signatures, as a protection to guard ‘WE, THE PEOPLE’ from change(s) made by a ‘radical’ government.

Under Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid’s (D-NV) and the Senate majority Democrat Party’s change to stop all ‘filibusters’, Sen. Harry Reid and the Senate Democrats ‘crammed more Liberalism and anti-Constitutional’ positions down (y)our throats without any right to object’; even for 49 of the 100 US Senators.

Sen. Reid and Senate Democrats Constitutional changes would have required a 3/5 vote of approval for ‘Rule 22’ Senate changes.

The Character of our politicians

This is likely one of the most redundant BLOGS available.

Little needs to be said about their Character....

But somebody suggested that I post questions I posed to then candidate Mark Sanford.

The questions were originally sent via email, with no reply.

Later I went to a campaign event where sANFORD was THE speaker.

I asked, in public, why I got no reply to my questions.

He said... must have slipped through the cracks.

I then asked if he would accept a written copy of my questions and provide answers to them.

He said, in public, sure.

I then handed my questions to him.

THAT was the END. I never got a reply nor did I get even a courtesy "beg-off".

I leave the rating of his Character to you.

...and you can apply your rating to others as you see fit.

Here are my questions..... were they reasonable?....

Have you been "stiffed" by your servant?.... Put some sunshine on them.

 = = = =

To: M Sanford, E Busch

Balanced Budget Act of 2013 Rev - 01

I asked for ideas.......and came up with one myself

Here is the revised layout....you might want to skip the initial part... jump down to the 10/15/13 line.

 = = = =

The Internet is Great.

This might be my most brilliant idea….. ever.

But like most “why didn’t I think of that” it didn’t just “pop”.

This idea had help from an internet blog. I replied, but the idea would not leave

So, the Balanced Budget Act of 2013 bill is being sent to my politicians…FAT chance THEY will do  anything with it.

Balanced Budget Act of 2013

  1. This doesn’t have any of those whaeras, herein, ibid stuff
  2. The President WILL submit a budget to Congress no later than TBD, or he is automatically dismissed from Office with no perks, pensions, etc.
  3. Congress WILL make all adjustments to balance the budget.
  4. IF Congress fails to Balance the Budget, funds to do so come FIRST from the salaries, perks, health subsidies, pensions, etc of Congress and the White House.
  5. IF the total of funds in #4 are not adequate to achieve Balance, additional funds WILL be taken from Congressional and White House Staffers, czars and other appointees, followed by Government Employees, excluding any/all serving  or who have served in our Armed Forces.
  6. Finally, if that is not enough the remainder  needed to balance will be taken as an across the board cut of each and every line item in the budget.

This is DRAFT #1. Do you have any suggestions to improve it?

10/15/2013 12:26 PM  Rev - 01

Well, I guess I gave toooooo much latitude to our DC dudes. WE NEED a budget  target else we can have an impossible to execute balanced budget ( at unachievable revenues).

So, what should the target be? Firstly it is agreed that the level should be expressed as a % of GDP. After that the figures range from 20% to 30% and even as high as 40%. Most all reflect needed changes in Federal Policy; changes to entitlement programs ( reductions).

One thing IS clear. Federal Policy changes ARE needed, or we will collapse. True, they have to recognize the impact of a different America.  However, they also have to admit that past policies were unwise and address reductions in entitlements.

Here are two charts that illustrate the underlying thought.

http://www.cbpp.org/cms/?fa=view&id=3246

  1. Figure 1 shows the “do nothing” result….
    1. Social security is flat at about 5%, Medicare/Medicaid GROWS by 10%  to 17% of GDP, and Debt Interest grows by about 13% to become 16% of GDP
    2. b.      The “do nothing “policy results in a budget of 40% of GDP; A DISASTER - WE MUST DO SOMETHING!
    3. Figure 3 shows several different scenarios that involve different degrees of reductions.
      1. I like 23 %.. and choose it for MY target.
      2. Strangely these do not explicitly address the “poverty” entitlements or “disability “ benefits which are being severely abused; as much by Government as by the addicts.
        1. In passing here is an immediate challenge to our Congress

                                                               i.      IF you choose to do nothing about the abuses as (exemplified by Jason Greenslate) are you willing to personally pay his ( and his cohorts) benefits?

The spiteful king

Every day that the "shutdown" continues reveals just how mean and spiteful obama is

Check out these examples

America Washington is Imploding

How many examples do you need?

His strategy is simple, but we have laws against spewing hate.

Please send this to everybody in your email address book and also to you Senators and Representative.

PS...sorry about the formatting...this editor is not the best................

Imagine That

Imagine that.

The WW II Memorial was OPEN and unattended prior to the shutdown deadline at midnight.

Now, WHO decided that employees to fence off the Memorial were Critical ( the opposite of non-essential) and issued the order to barricade the Memorial? Was it Boehner?, Cruz?.... WHO... WHO has that authority?

I saw the ...unattended... barricades and thought.....wouldn't it be wonderful if citizens decided to pitch in and help out. They could volunteer to open the barricades for our Honored Veterans.

Would Harry Reid. Send in the troops?

This morning I read that obama sent in more guards… you know… the ones who were furloughed because the "Republicans" shut down the Gov’t.

  1. I learn something new every day

Some Gov’t employees can’t be furloughed because they are “critical to the Nation’s Defense”… they are needed to defend against the 80+ year old Veterans who want to visit THEIR Memorial

But I still have an ongoing mystery. If you know anything that will help me out, please share it. Here is my Mystery

Which Republican issued the command to shut down the Gov’t? …. Who?... Which one? …. Rep Mark Sanford?... Who?.... Who has that authority?

I have a second Mystery. My understanding is that the House of Representatives is assigned the responsibility (check the Constitution) to authorize funds to operate the Gov’t.

= = = =

Congress has authority over financial and budgetary matters, through the enumerated power to lay and collect taxes, duties, imposts and excises, to pay the debts and provide for the common defense and general welfare of the United States. The Sixteenth Amendment, ratified in 1913, extended power of taxation to include income taxes.[1] The Constitution also grants Congress exclusively the power to appropriate funds. This power of the purse is one of Congress' primary checks on the executive branch.[1]

Check it out       Power of the Purse

= = = =

But Gang Obama and henchmen reid and pelosi  call it blackmail or extortion.

They know blackmail and extortion well from getting obamacare passed into law.

I think I read that piglosi said we HAVE to Open the Gov’t to see what’s in it......

I think NOT.... it is evident that our Gov't has been hijacked.

When Congress does its job and exercises Power of the Purse, obamadoesn't llike it and throws a terrible-twos TANTRUM

Keep it shut down and SAVE $$$$$$$$$$$$

Boycott Las Vegas ?

Las Vegas, Nevada . . . America's playground and a city that promises "Whatever Happens There, Stays There."  With attractions such as these, it's no wonder why Vegas holds a special place in American's hearts, as well as their wallets . . .

Yet . . . as much as American's have earned a "well deserved getaway," they also understand that our country is undergoing a transformation to the likes and speed it has "never" experienced before . . . and sadly, not for the better.  No doubt, there's plenty of blame to go around in both the Republican and Democrat parties but there is no disputing that Harry Reid and a majority of Democrats "want total control over our country" rather than "humbling themselves" to the requests of their EMPLOYER'S . . . the American people !  This arrogant and authoritative attitude has been blatant and unyielding, revealing there is no plan to act on behalf of those they're there to serve because Harry Reid and minions know better than the American people.  Of course, the latest example of this is Mr. Reid's tirade in the Senate, unwilling to compromise on any of the issues, American's backed "post ponement" of Obamacare and last but not least, blaming The Tea Party for the gridlock and government shutdown.  All the while the Dems. have forced a government shutdown, not one scandal has been addressed, terrorist are increasing their attacks across the world but of utmost urgency, their attacks here at home !  As I write this post, the news announces that a Bosnian immigrant brought a bomb into the Jacksonville, Florida airport, to which it has been evacuated . . .

How many more attacks, shutdowns, sequestrations, scandals, etc... etc... etc...  can go unaddressed before America implodes ?  I believe we are witnessing that the "majority of Americans" don't want to wait around to find out but rather are desperately seeking immediate ways to change course - hence, boycotting the city that got Harry Reid elected ?  When voices of reason go unheard . . . THE POCKETBOOK SPEAKS VOLUMES !

Let me know your thoughts . . . for I am one who actually appreciates the input of my fellow Americans !

SC Sen. Lindsey ‘Flimsy’ Graham says he believes that the Republicans may be “in a demographic death spiral”.  Sen. Graham, the only ones that may apply are Moderate to Liberal Republicans In Name Only (RINO) like you, Sen. Lindsey ‘Flimsy’ Graham (R-SC) who are attempting to redirect our Conservative South Carolina and other states to a more-Liberal Democrat Party.

You, Liberal Democrats, and RINO members of your ‘Gang of Eight’ want to add an additional $6.38 Trillion of National Debt to (y)our children, and their children, just to subsidize and grant ‘Amnesty’ to 11 Million ‘illegal immigrants’.

Sen. Graham was the Majority Senate Manager in President Bill Clinton’s Impeachment trial in 1999 for his removal from office; however, Sen. Graham was ‘ineffective’ in swaying some of his fellow Republicans and most Democrats; ending as a failure of removal on a 50 to 50 vote.  SCOTUS did later find President Obama guilty to ‘lying’ under oath; denying him to ever act as an attorney in the US Supreme Court.

‘Flimsy’ Graham verbalizes that he is ‘pro-life’; however, ‘Flimsy’ Graham makes it clear how he votes contradictory to his own words, as he votes in support of President Obama’s two most left-wing, anti-Christian, Pro-abortion SCOTUS nominees ever, and others.  Wasn’t it ‘Flimsy’ Graham who said in support of President Obama’s nominees, “Elections have consequences,”

South Carolinians have a lot of good ‘old-fashion’ ‘common-sense’; an ‘element’ lacking in ‘Flimsy’ Graham.  Giving credit where credit is earned, ‘Flimsy’ Graham is usually reliable in supporting our US Military, but isn’t he on that payroll, also?

There is serious concern asking ‘Flimsy’ Graham and others as to why should the USA send and/or provide our men and women of our US Military, any military equipment, financial resources, or anything else for either member side in the ‘civil war’ in Syria; whereas, both sides in this war ‘openly’ hate the USA and everything America is supposed to represent?  Americans and/or our other resources should not be sent anywhere in the world, just to die.

It is apparent that being a US Senator must be a very easy job.  With an assembly of taxpayers’ paid staff, ‘Flimsy’ Graham spends a considerable amount of time ‘chasing’ TV Media cameras.

South Carolina has many potential 2014 GOP Senatorial nominees who will be more respectful to their citizens, their political values and their principles.

30 Senate RINO Republicans joined all Senate Democrats and President Obama to ‘add’ an additional ‘$6.38 Trillion’ onto our National Debt.  Where will the ‘$6.38 Trillion’ come from?  Who will RINO Republicans and Senate Democrats blame for this additional ‘$6.38 Trillion’ onto our National Debt?

How will 30 RINO Republicans and all Senate Democrats justify their vote to ‘increase our National Debt’ for an additional $6.38 Trillion, as ticketed by the CBO, to cover their votes on S. 744 of ‘inviting’ some 11 million ‘illegal’ Latinos for USA ‘citizenship’?

30 ‘RINO’ Republicans voted to ‘invite’ ‘citizenship’ to some 11 million ‘illegal’ Latinos at a cost of an additional $6.38 Trillion on an additional National Debt; Alexander (R-TN), Ayotte (R-NH), Blunt (R-MO), Burr (R-NC), Chambliss (R-GA), Chiesa (R-NJ), Coats (R-IN), Coburn (R-OK), Collins (R-ME), Corker (R-TN), Cornyn (R-TX), Fischer (R-NE), Flake (R-AZ), Graham (R-SC), Grassley (R-IA), Hatch (R-UT), Heller (R-NV), Hoeven (R-ND), Isakson (R-GA), Johanns (R-NE), Johnson (R-WI), McConnell (R-KY), Moran (R-KS), Murkowski (R-AK), Paul (R-KY), Portman (R-OH), Rubio (R-FL), Thune (R-SD), Toomey (R-PA), and Wicker (R-MS)

Only 15 ‘Conservative’ Republicans voted to ‘deny’ ‘citizenship’ to some 11 million ‘illegal’ Latinos at a cost of an additional $6.38 Trillion onto our National Debt; Barrasso (R-WY), Boozman (R-AR), Cochran (R-MS), Crapo (R-ID), Cruz (R-TX), Enzi (R-WY), Inhofe (R-OK), Kirk (R-IL), Lee (R-UT), Risch (R-ID), Roberts (R-KS), Scott (R-SC), Sessions (R-AL), Shelby (R-AL), and Vitter (R-LA) voted to save our USA from Trillions of Dollars more National Debt.

Do you know what Capitol Hill Democrats are doing to you?  Are you aware of Senate and House Democrats’ efforts to add more government debt on you and I as well as more taxes from your take-home pay, and/or leave more owing debt to (y)our children and their children; for them to pay?  Republicans have offered a list for cutting $2.5 Trillion spending.  Capitol Hill Democrats reject almost all spending cuts.  Why does Capitol Hill Democrats refuse to cut out-of-control spending to balance the budget?  Repeal of ObamaCare, alone, would save Hundreds of Billions of dollars for Americans’ working taxpayers.

What does Americans know about ObamaCare?  Importantly, a current Rasmussen Reports finds that 54% think the U.S. Health Care System will likely worsen over the next couple of years.

What Americans do know, they do not like.  Regardless, Senate Democrats continue to ‘cram ObamaCare down (y)our throats’.

On March 22, 2013, the US Senate voted on a Sen. Ted Cruz’s (R-TX) Amendment for full repeal of ObamaCare.  The Amendment is totally clean: ‘To establish a deficit-neutral reserve fund to provide for the repeal of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act and the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010 and to encourage patient-centered reforms to improve health outcomes and reduce health care costs, promoting economic growth.’

With all of these and more barricades harming Americans and our US economy, on a March 22, 2013 Roll Call, the US Senate Democrats rejected ObamaCare repeal.  All 45 Republicans voted “YEA” to ‘repeal’ ObamaCare.  All 52 Democrats and 2 Independents who usually vote Democrat (Exception- Lautenberg (D-NJ)-No Vote) voted “NAY” on repealing ObamaCare.

Based on the Congressional Budget Office, ‘ObamaCare is still projected to have a gross cost of over $1.6 trillion from 2013 to 2022.’  Reports now say Americans’ consumer costs under ObamaCare will double their current insurance costs.  With a failing economy with more and more Americans losing their jobs under President Obama’s economic hardship, how will our people survive?

Who is responsible for paying ObamaCare for ‘Illegal immigrants’?  On March 23, 2012, Senate Democrats rejected new legislation that would have prevented ‘illegal immigrants’ granted legal status and federally subsidized health care.  All 44 Republicans except Sen. Murkowski (R-AK) voted “YEA” to stop ObamaCare from insuring ‘illegal immigrants’.  All 52 Democrats and 2 Independents who usually vote Democrat (Exception- Lautenberg (D-NJ)-No Vote) voted “NAY” in allowing ObamaCare to insure ‘illegal immigrants’.

The Hill says, ‘Comprehensive immigration reform could make millions of people suddenly eligible for assistance under President Obama's healthcare law, assuming a final deal paves the way for undocumented immigrants to receive papers.’

In most states, owners/operators of most cars, trucks, and other motorized vehicles driven on our public roads and highways are required to maintain liability insurance.  The liability insurance costs are based on his/her vehicle(s), their personal and/or hazardous lifestyle, their personal history, their driving record, and/or other histories, etc.  Each individual’s liability insurance cost is reflective to the individual and their vehicle(s), and each person must pay accordingly.

Under ObamaCare, the more “good living and healthier lifestyle” individuals are “penalized” and “forced to pay” the excessive costs for the “not so good living with a more different, and, perhaps, dangerous lifestyle” individual.  Regardless of anyone’s age, sex, personal, and/or hazardous lifestyle (illegal drugs, alcohol. etc.), and/or any other reason, all individuals and their costs are treated exactly the same; just as others in Socialists and/or Communists countries.

The Wall Street Journal reports, ‘Central to ObamaCare are requirements that health insurers (1) accept everyone who applies (guaranteed issue), (2) cannot charge more based on serious medical conditions (modified community rating), and (3) include numerous coverage mandates that force insurance to pay for many often uncovered medical conditions.’

Rep. Tim Huelskamp (R-Kan.) says, “Defunding Obamacare would save the government a few billion dollars."  Beyond that, Huelskamp said "it will help millions of Americans keep their current employer-sponsored health insurance, it will stop HHS (Health and Human Services Department) from continuing to implement a very unpopular law that's driving up premiums."

Repeal of ObamaCare will benefit all working Americans personal budgets while helping to create and expand more jobs leading to an American economic recovery.

In today’s society, there are folks who ‘work for a living’, and there are folks who ‘vote for a living’.  These prior listed motives include and are revealing as to how President Obama and Capitol Hill Democrats are playing Santa Clause spending (y)our taxpayers’ money on countless ‘giveaways’ to others who ‘vote for a living’ as well as on issues to ascertain ‘illegal immigrants’ in voting on elections, if approved.  Are there any uncertainties?

OLD GUARD REPUBLICAN FORMER REP. STEVE LATOURETTE RESORTS TO CHILDISH NAME CALLING

This is the transcript from the Chris Wallace show to day on Fox News.

WALLACE: The Conservative Political Action Conference held its annual meeting this eke and if you can believe it, a presidential straw poll for 2016.

Here are the results -- Tea Party favorite, Kentucky Senator Rand Paul, won with 25 percent. Senator Marco Rubio was a close second at 23 percent. And former presidential candidate Rick Santorum, a distant third, at 8 percent.

The CPAC meeting highlighted the disagreement over the best way for the party to broaden its base.

Matt Kibbe is president of FreedomWorks, a leader of the Tea Party movement.

Former Congressman Steve LaTourette is head of the Republican Main Street Partnership.

And, gentlemen, welcome to "Fox News Sunday."

LATOURETTE: Thanks.

MATT KIBBE, FREEDOMWORKS: Thanks for having me.

WALLACE: Congressman LaTourette, during the lame duck session in December, you talked about the 40 to 50 chuckleheads -- your phrase -- in the House, who are blocking senator -- rather, Speaker Boehner, from making a budget deal with the president.

What is it about the Tea Party freshmen that make them chuckleheads?

FORMER REP. STEVE LATOURETTE: I don't think I would say it's all of Tea Party freshmen. I'd say it's 40 or 50 in 112th Congress that seemed more interested in voting no and going home than governing and that comment was made after "Plan B." And you have to recognize, Chris --

WALLACE: And "Plan B" was to just raise taxes on people making over a million dollars.

LATOURETTE: Yes. And it was the opening gambit and would have given the speaker the opportunity to go to the White House and over to the Senate and say, "Here, I have a package, and, let's continue our negotiations."

When you take it down, as the speaker said in our meeting after that, you send him to the White House naked. He's got no armor. He's got no tools.

WALLACE: Well, looking forward, Mr. Kibbe, what is it about the Tea Party and its views on spending and taxes that members of the Republican establishment, like Congressman LaTourette, don't get?

KIBBE: Well, you have to take a step back and understand the only reason we are talking about a balanced budget, the only reason that we're having a serious debate about $16-plus trillion in debt, is because of the Tea Party class in 2010 and, the folks we had in 2012. You have to stop this process, this bipartisan process, of just kicking the can down the road, creating these artificial crises on New Year's Eve and say, let's put ideas on the table, let's stop playing this game.

And that's what we have done.

And we're never going to fix the problem just by pretending that the process of bipartisanship somehow gets to real problems, because that's how we got here. This crisis was created by both Republicans and Democrats not willing to make tough choices.

LATOURETTE: I'll tell you, that flies in the face of what we did in the 1990s, Bill Clinton was the president, John Kasich was the budget chair, and, Newt Gingrich was the speaker, and we created the Balanced Budget Act in 1997.

And quite frankly, it was during the Bush years of spending, multiplied now by the Obama years that we have this mess.

And at the end of the day, my difficulty with the Tea Party freshmen is not the true passion that they bring to this. They are an important part of the Republican Party. My difficulty is at the end of the day, you have to govern. Just saying no doesn't get you anything, and it creates these false crises.

And you can get past the false crises if you work something out. And it doesn't mean surrendering principle. It doesn't mean becoming a Democrat or a RINO or a DINO. It means working together in a way you get 60 percent of what you want.    KIBBE: Well, you've got to go back, because I don't think the Tea Party has created the budget crisis. We came in with our members, and tried to do something about it. I remember a day when April 15th is when the House and Senate had to pass the budget resolution.

I remember when they had to reconcile the 13 appropriations bills, I remember a day when the president actually had to introduce his budget, and today we don't do any of that stuff. And that's how we got to the $16 trillion.

And there is something rational about standing on the tracks and saying, you know, we can't do it this way anymore, we have to do it some other way.

LATOURETTE: Listen, if that was -- if that was the way these guys were operating, I'd be all for that.

But for instance, we couldn't get even -- I was an appropriator. We couldn't get our labor, health and human services bill, the biggest of the bills besides defense out, because three of our members would not support the chairman's mark. Now, that's not trying to solve the problem.

KIBBE: We'll get too weeds in here.

LATOURETTE: Sorry. But I'm telling you, you can't get it done. And, just voting no and then holding your nose and saying, boy, if it passes, then I can go home to my local Tea Party groups and say, "I voted no," that's ridiculous. That's what makes them chuckleheads.

WALLACE: Let me switch to another subject.

Mr. Kibbe, one of the recent splits in the party -- and we saw it in the last week, has been over national security. You backed Rand Paul's filibuster of the president's drone policy in the Senate. You also backed the sequester of across the board cuts even in the Pentagon.

But isn't one of the GOP's strengths with the American people that it's tough on national security?

KIBBE: Well, you can be fiscally responsible and tough on national security. I think it would be --

WALLACE: Well, the drone has nothing to do with fiscal issues. That's a --

(CROSSTALK)

KIBBE: Certainly. So there's two issues. One is about basic civil liberties and I think the new GOP reflected by Rand Paul's willingness to challenge the status quo in both the Republican and Democratic Parties, that's a healthy thing.

And, young people in particular, they are looking for leadership that's willing to challenge the idea that the government is always right. I think that's where we are, as well.

But on defense, and on, frankly, any budget, any program, any department of the federal government, let's all acknowledge that there is waste and things that need to be eliminated. And, a trimming of defense would be a very healthy thing.

And you have to put everything on the table. You can't say that this sacred cow cannot be touched. I think the GOP has made that mistake.

WALLACE: Congressman LaTourette, Rand Paul in his speech at CPAC talked about defense hawks like John McCain and Lindsey Graham, as stale and moss-covered. There is a war-weariness in the country. Should the Republican Party, and it's trying to grow the party and appeal to new voters, should it be pulling back on national defense?

LATOURETTE: Well, you know, I grew up in the era of the $800 hammer and $600 toilet seat. So, yes, there are efficiencies there.

But if you're looking to the Constitution for something that government is supposed to be involved in, it is defending the country.

And the sequestration was the most ham-handed way of dealing with things and we only got there because of the dysfunctions that exist, because the Democrats won't give an inch, and, you know, it's incumbent upon us to find the sweet spot. Boehner tried to do it with the president and the president isn't willing. But, we've got to find that sweet spot that includes the Pentagon.

WALLACE: But you said dysfunction and you kind of motioned in Mr. Kibbe's direction. Do you think the Tea Party is adding to the dysfunction in Washington?

LATOURETTE: No, not at all. I think the Tea Party is an important part of the coalition that is the Republican Party. But my difficulty with not necessarily Mr. Kibbe's group but others like his, is that there is some -- now some kind of litmus test what makes a good Republican or a bad Republican.

And the reason that we don't have a Republican president, today, in my opinion, is that we don't represent the whole country. We don't have one member of congress who is a Republican from the entire eastern sea coast. You get down to the Carolinas and Virginia. You can't govern the country unless you look like the country.

And so, I think they are an important part of the coalition but they are not the Republican Party. They are part of the Republican Party.

WALLACE: How do you respond to that? In a sense you may have energized the party, but you've also narrowed it?

KIBBE: Oh, I don't think so. If you look at CPAC, you look at the rock stars of the GOP, the next generation, the people we are excited about, these are Tea Party freshmen -- Rand Paul, Ron Johnson from a very purple, maybe blue state.

WALLACE: Ron Johnson?

KIBBE: Pat Toomey from Pennsylvania and, of course, Marco Rubio. We have brought diversity, we have brought energy and, most important, I think we brought ideas because we are color blind about all of this stuff.

But if you want to come to the Senate, come to the Congress and offer a plan to balance the budget, we're going to support you. Put your ideas on the table. That's what's lacking in the whole debate.

LATOURETTE: Well, I've got to say, that sadly what they've also got is Harry Reid as the majority leader continuing in the Senate. If you look at the Nevada race, Sharron Angle, if you look at Richard Mourdock in Indiana, if you look at -- I forget her name, the witch in Delaware.

WALLACE: Christine O'Donnell.

LATOURETTE: Thank you.

You -- we can have functional today, but for this litmus test that exists today --

WALLACE: There were a lot of establishment candidates, Republican candidates, who went down in this last election, too.

LATOURETTE: But they went down from the standpoint that they lost to Democrats. Unlike some of these -- Mr. Mourdock, for instance. I mean, we are supposed to wonder --

WALLACE: Richard Murdoch in Indiana.

LATOURETTE: Indiana. Why we don't have the women's vote in this country when we have a candidate suggesting that a child born as a result of rape is a gift from God? I'm not wondering why we don't have more women voting for Republicans.

WALLACE: But let me ask you about that and that's the last thing we're going to get into here, Karl Rove -- and he's going to be on the panel -- started something called the Conservative Victory Project to try to get into the primaries, to make sure that there are more electable Republicans, people that can win the primaries and that go on and win the general election.

Congressman LaTourette, you're about to start your own super PAC to promote electable candidates in Republican primaries.

LATOURETTE: Right.

WALLACE: Do you have any problem with that because I -- well, what do you -- first of all, why do you think that's wrong?

KIBBE: Well, I think the definition of electable is what we're debating and you look at who has been winning elections, it's been interesting, exciting, young, energetic people like Ted Cruz, like Marco Rubio. And I think if you apply this sort of establishment litmus test which tends to be biased for people that are already in office, you're not going to get that new energy. Would we have gotten Pat Toomey?

Remember, Karl Rove supported Arlen Specter as far back as 2004, against Pat Toomey, because the logic was Pat Toomey can't possibly win. Arlen Specter later flips party when it was convenient for him and became the 60th vote for Obamacare. So, I think we need to be careful about what it means to be electable.

Certainly, the Tea Party doesn't bat a thousand, but at least we're winning elections. We're bringing new people into the party. And we're not in a position where the Democrats can jam something through 60 votes in the Senate because of the Tea Party.

LATOURETTE: So, I've got to tell you, there is no litmus test at the Republican mainstream. I'm happy to have anybody who labels him or herself as a Republican and wants to represent the entire country.

We're not talking about electing the governor of South Carolina, or the governor of Texas, the governor of Utah. If we want to be a national party, we have to look like America. Today, we look like a bunch of we were a bunch of guys, white guys, from below the Mason- Dixon line.

WALLACE: So, how do you look more like America?

LATOURETTE: You have to begin to talk about issues in the way that I have to talk about issues.

For instance, I never read anything in my Republican playbook and I have been a Republican since the day I was born, that says that Republicans and trade unionists can't get along together, the carpenter, the operating engineer. But, somehow, this whole war on prevailing wages is now become a plank of the Republican Party? No, it's not.

And the same thing with the environment. I live on Lake Erie, we don't have to be opposed to everything that helps us get clean air and clean water. That's not a Republican test.

But if you look at the key votes that some of these groups are scoring, and 18 votes was scored by Mr. Kibbe's group out of a thousand that took place, last year. It's not -- you can make -- it's like a poll, you can make it look any way you want to.

WALLACE: All right. You get the last word.

KIBBE: I think if you look at the new Republican Party, the party that stands for something, you look at names like Tim Scott, and Ted Cruz and Marco Rubio and Raul Labrador and Justin Amash. Mia Love almost got through.

This is the new future and it's based on ideas. We don't care about the color of your skin.

WALLACE: We're going to have to leave it there. But, to be continued.

Mr. Kibbe, Congressman LaTourette, thank you both for coming in.

We'll stay on top of this debate. And, in addition, up next, we'll continue this conversation with our Sunday group. What does the GOP need to do to attract more voters?

SEN. JOHN MCCAIN, R-ARIZ.: If Mr. Paul wants to be taken seriously, he needs to do more than pull political stunts that fire up impressionable libertarian kids in their college dorms.

SEN. RAND PAUL, R-KY.: The GOP of old has grown stale and moss-covered.

You know, this President has allowed pettiness and arrogance to reach record levels.

1.  He invented the "sequester" to provide himself cover during an election year.

2.  He said during the debates that the sequester would not happen.  How he could know that is beyond me, unless he meant he was going to make necessary cuts.

3. Upon re-election, he immediately began beating the drum that it's all the Republicans fault.  Of course, most of the media joined in that fantasy.

4.  When that wasn't working, he began talking about the sky falling if he didn't get his way.  His administration began doing all types of agregious things, like releasing illegal aliens because of "anticipated, future budget cuts.  Then they lied about who authorized the release.

5. Now, he's intentionally trying to make life difficult where it doesn't have to be.  Why?  Because he's acting out the role of the petulant child.  He didn't get his way, so he'll make everyone pay.

What a horse's ass!

See the following article on more evidence to this effect:

We have a President who spends like a drunken sailor (I apologize to all of you current and former drunken sailors for comparing you to him).  He refuses to even consider the fact that the Federal government has grown so huge that it consumes far more than the tax base could ever support--even if we taxed the "rich" at 90%!

That's a fact.  Yet Pelosi, Obama, and the other "progressives" still deny that Washington has a SPENDING PROBLEM!  They actually continue to lie to the American people and decry that we have a revenue problem.  Their solution is class warfare, envy, and a mantra of TAX THE RICH.  Unfortunately, between a complicit press propaganda machine, ignorant "low information voters", the envious, greedy, takers, and the intelligentsia elitists who, for all of their diplomas have no concept of how an economy works, he is winning.

Here's the truth:

This past year, Washington received more tax revenue than any other time in our history!

This past year, Washington SPENT 30% more than they took iin as revenue!

The "sequester" doesn't actually cut, i.e. reduce existing expenditures, at all.  What it does is reduce the future budget increases slightly.  Effectively, the government will spend more next year than they did this year.

And the President has the gall to tell you he'll have to shut down airports, close down critical military missions, stop restraining illegal aliens, etc.!  If you aren't disgusted and mad as hell, then it's too late to help you.  Drink some more Kool Aid, believe the lies of the President and the media, and go lay down.
