Were you one of the six Obamacare enrollees, which according to Fox News, made it through on the first day of Obamacare while 700,000 got caught up in the avalanche of the launch disaster? Secret notes from an Obama administration HHS War Room meeting revealed only six people made it through the rollout gauntlet, while another 248 succeeded the second day. These unfortunate souls are now well aware of the sticker shock which awaits all other who must now succumb to the President’s purposeful lie, “"If you like your plan, you can keep your plan, I guarantee it!" - Barack Obama.

After a month, according to the Washington Times the actual numbers of enrollees remain a well protected mystery. What is known is that Rep. Darrell Issa, (R-Ca) chairman of the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, is enraged that America and the 2 million citizens who had their insurance policies terminated may be left in an Obamanized limbo. Subpoenas are sure to be flying fast and furiously from his committee to HHS and the White House to seek the truth.

Unfortunately for the 2 million of an expected 14 million individuals scurrying for affordable healthcare coverage, this is only beginning of their difficulties. With each persistent lie by Obama the stinging reality of its impact has cut at the very heart of American families and undermined their own economic and health freedom. The nightmare spiral of the president’s deception is just beginning.

Whether you are a young hard working family with children in Ohio, or a middle aged couple in Florida or an individual in Kentucky trying to live paycheck to paycheck, the vicious lie of Obamacare is strangling you no matter which way you try to turn. October was bad, but November and December will get worse.

           Obamacare launch failure sends President’s Poll numbers plummeting

If you are one of the unlucky 2 million Americans who received an insurance termination notice due to Obamacare, then help may be on the way. It turns out that according to Fox News, the president’s plummeting poll numbers largely due to the disastrous launch of his signature legislative piece may be driving his fellow democrat lawmakers into the congressional weeds.

According to NBC News a newly released WSJ/NBC News poll shows that the failed launch of the president’s Obamacare has resulted in approval rating of 42 percent. In fact the president’s poll support numbers slid 5 points from the month before. Meanwhile White House officials and democrat lawmakers are cringing from disapproval numbers on Obamacare escalating to 47 percent.

The falling poll numbers of the president coincide with each day’s revelation of another set of insurance cancellation horrors confronting the American people and you pick the state. According to Bloomberg, in Florida, “Blue Cross and Blue Shield, is dropping 300,000 members and California’s Blue Shield and Oakland-based Kaiser Permanente will terminate a projected 280,000 who are insured.” In Pittsburgh alone, 40,000 insurance customers will lose their plans. Obamacare is wrecking havoc on American families and their healthcare costs all over the nation.

Well, this healthcare nightmare ride may been seeing a little sunlight on the horizon due to the President’s 5 point drop in the polls in less than a month since the torturous launch. With each family being kicked off of the insurance rolls, a new blue state or red state anti-Obama and democrat voter is created.

What is also occurring inside the halls of the House and Senate are Democrat lawmakers worried that the 2010 Tea Party victory may be a stream compared to what could happen in 2014. Democrats know not a single Republican voted for passage of Obamacare which makes it easier for angry voters to target any and all Democrats.

Food stamps are the most inefficient, vastly expanding social welfare program in the country, according to a new study.

Forty-seven million people participate in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), commonly known as food stamps, and costs have increased over 358 percent since 2000.

The increase in recent years cannot be attributed to the economic recession, according to Michael Tanner, a senior fellow at the Cato Institute, but lax eligibility requirements and an aggressive campaign by governments to boost their rolls.

“This program has expanded rapidly over the last decade in a way that is not justified by the recession that we went through,” Tanner said.

When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

In my opinion, it is time for loyal and THE dedicated to freedom Americans, to re-date and update this proclamation with 50 states included.  It is time to stand up to our 535 elected representative in Congress, who do not in fact represent us at all, and demand action now to rid our country of the traitor to the Constitution of the Republic of the United States that now resides in the White House.  The People's White House - a fact he has not recognized to date. 

I have personally sent the following resolution to the Congressional Delegations in Montana and Florida.  I strongly suggest that you do the same sending the resolution to your representatives.  It is "all in" and prepared by a constitutional lawyer, a real one,  not the likes of Barack Hussein Obama, who is NOT even a lawyer.

The Resolution:

Resolution Impeaching Barack Hussein Obama, President of the United States, for high crimes and misdemeanors.

Resolved, That Barack Hussein Obama, President of the United States, is impeached for high crimes and misdemeanors and that the following articles of impeachment be exhibited to the United States Senate:

Articles of impeachment exhibited by the House of Representatives of the United States of America in the name of itself and of the people of the United States of America, against Barack Hussein Obama, President of the United States of America, in maintenance and support of its impeachment against him for high crimes and misdemeanors.

Article I

In his conduct while President of the United States, Barack Hussein Obama, in violation of his constitutional oath to faithfully execute the office of President of the United States and, to the best of his ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States, and in violation of his constitutional duty to take care that the laws be faithfully executed, has willfully corrupted and manipulated the executive branch to increase its power and destroy the balance of powers between the three branches of government that is established by the Constitution of the United States.

The means used to implement this course of conduct or scheme included one or more of the following acts:

(1)  Shortly after being sworn in for his first term as President of the United States, Barack Hussein Obama began creating new departments and appointing Czars to oversee these departments. These Czars were never submitted to the United States Senate for approval as required by Article 2, Section 2 of the Constitution. In addition, these Czars and the Departments have budgets that are not subject to being controlled by Congress as provided for by Article 1, Section 8 of the Constitution. He also made recess appointments when the Senate was not in recess.

(2)  Article 2, Section 3 of the Constitution mandates that the President of the United States “shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed…” Barack Hussein Obama, in violation of his oath of office has repeatedly ignored this Constitutional mandate by refusing to enforce laws against illegal immigration, defend in court the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA), and refusing to enforce Federal voting laws.

(3)  Article 1 of the Constitution establishes the legislative branch of the U.S. government and sets forth the powers of the Senate and House of Representatives to make laws. These powers are exclusive and the Constitution does not grant the President the power to either make laws or amend them on his own. Barack Hussein Obama has ignored these provisions and made or changed laws by either issuing unconstitutional executive orders or instructing governmental departments to take illegal and unconstitutional actions. Specific actions include, but are not necessarily limited to:

A.   Ordering the Environmental Protection Agency to implement portions of the Cap & Trade bill that failed to pass in the U.S. Senate.

B.   Ordering implementation of portions of the “Dream Act” that failed to pass in Congress.

C.   Orchestrating a government takeover of a major part of the automobile industry in 2009.

D.   Ordering a moratorium on new offshore oil and gas exploration and production without approval of Congress.

E.   Signing an Executive Order on March 16, 2012 giving himself and the Executive branch extraordinary powers to control and allocate resources such as food, water, energy and health care resources etc. in the interest of vaguely defined national defense issues. It would amount to a complete government takeover of the U.S. economy.

F.    Signing an Executive Order on July 6, 2012 giving himself and the Executive branch the power to control all methods of communications in the United States based on a Presidential declaration of a national emergency.

G.  Signing an Executive Order on January 6, 2013 that contained 23 actions designed to limit the individual right to keep and bear arms guaranteed by the Second Amendment to the Constitution.

H.  Amending portions of the Affordable Healthcare Act and other laws passed by Congress without Congressional approval as required by Article 1 of the Constitution.

Article II

(1) Article 2, Section 3 of the Constitution mandates that from time to time the President “shall give to Congress information on the State of the Union….” Implicit in this is an obligation for the President to be truthful with the Congress and the American people. Barack Hussein Obama has repeatedly violated his oath of office and the requirements of the Constitution by willfully withholding information on important issues or actively taken part in misleading the Congress and the American people. Specific actions include, but are not necessarily limited to:

A.   Using Executive privilege to block Congress from getting documents relating to the DOJ’s Operation Fast and Furious and the death of U.S. Border Patrol Brian Terry.

B.   Had members of his administration provide false information about the act of terrorism committed in Benghazi, Libya on September 11, 2012 and refusing to allow the State Department and other federal agencies to cooperate in the Congressional investigation.

C.   Falsely labeled the mass murder of American soldiers at Ft. Hood, Texas as “workplace violence” instead of the act of Islamic terrorism it was.

D.   Falsely labeling the IRS targeting of conservative and Christian groups as a “phony” scandal and refusing to order an active pursuit of the investigation into who was ultimately responsible.

E.   Refusing to order an independent investigation of the actions of Eric Holder and the DOJ in targeting the phone records of members of the news media.

F.    Telling the American people on a television show that the NSA was not prying into the emails and phone calls of Americans when the facts prove otherwise

(2) The oath of office of the President of the United States requires him to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution. This obviously includes what may be the most important part of the Constitution, the Bill of Rights. Barack Hussein Obama has repeatedly violated his oath of office by seeking to limit both the individual rights and the rights of the States guaranteed in the first ten amendments to the Constitution. Specific actions include, but are not necessarily limited to:

A.    Having the Department of Health and Human Services order religious institutions and businesses owned by religious families to provide their employees free contraception and other services that are contrary to their religious beliefs. This is being done under the auspices of the Affordable Health Care Act and violates the religious freedom clauses of the First Amendment.  

B.    Having the military place restrictions on the religious freedom of Chaplains and other members of the military in order to favor gay rights advocates and atheists in violation of the First Amendment.

C.    Having the military place restrictions on the freedom of speech of members of the military and the civilian employees of the DOD in violation of their rights under the First Amendment.

D.    Using Executive orders and government agency actions to limit Second Amendment rights. This includes actions by the Veterans Administration to disarm American veterans without due process as required by the Fifth Amendment.

E.    Having the National Security Agency intercept and monitor the private communications of millions of Americans without a court order and in violation of the Fourth Amendment.

F.     Joining with foreign governments in lawsuits against sovereign U.S. states to prohibit them from enforcing immigration laws. This is in violation of the Tenth Amendment.

G.   Filing suits under the Voting Rights Act against sovereign U.S. states to prevent them from enforcing Voter ID laws despite rulings by the Supreme Court upholding these laws. This is another violation of the Tenth Amendment and the balance of powers.

(3) Under Article 2, Section 2 of the Constitution the President of the United States is the Commander in Chief of the United States military and as such is responsible for using them in a manner that best serves the national security of the United States and protects our soldiers from unnecessary risks and harm. Barack Hussein Obama has violated his oath of office in this regard. Specific actions include, but are not necessarily limited to:

A.   In the name of  “political correctness,” he imposed unnecessary and dangerous rules of engagement on our troops in combat causing them to lose offensive and defensive capabilities and putting them in danger. Many American service personnel have been killed or wounded as a result of this policy.

B.   Releasing the identity of American military personnel and units engaged in dangerous and secret operations such as the killing of Osama bin Laden by Navy Seal team 6.

C.   Article 1, Section 8 of the Constitution gives Congress the exclusive power to declare war. Yet, without consulting Congress President Obama ordered the American military into action in Libya.

In all of this, Barack Hussein Obama has undermined the integrity of his office, has brought disrepute on the Presidency, has betrayed his trust as President and has acted in a manner subversive of the rule of law and justice, to the manifest injury of the people of the United States.

Wherefore, Barack Hussein Obama, by such conduct, warrants impeachment and trial, and removal from office and disqualification to hold and enjoy any office of honor, trust or profit under the United States.

This resolution was prepared by Michael Connelly, Constitutional Attorney, a U.S. Army veteran, Executive Director of the United States Justice Foundation, and a published author, freelance writer, and teacher. 

IT IS SELF-EVIDENT THAT THE 535 INCOMPETENT SLUDGE IN CONGRESS WILL NOT DO WHAT'S RIGHT AND IMPEACH BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA IF WE THE PEOPLE DO NO STEP UP AND DEMAND THAT THEY DO UNDER THE PENALTY OF REMOVAL OF EACH OF THEM SUMMARILY!

The American King has got EVERYTHING , but he's not Eligible to be President

American's have seen first hand the last year with over a dozen scandals as well as this week the progressive agenda of someone in the White House who thinks he can bypass Congress. Obama completely disregarded Congress's purse strings and a report now from the Huffington post declares Obama the most cloaked and controlling quoting, "http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/10/10/obama-press-freedom-cpj_n_4073037.html,"Downie said he was persuaded that concerns about lack of government transparency are legitimate. Those interviewed, he wrote, “could not remember any precedent” to the Obama administration’s aggressive crackdown on leaks and efforts to control information."

In the article it seems "The Press" is just now catching on to the Fraud in the White House's 'activity, but they still haven't quite linked point A to Obama not being a natural born citizen qualified for the Office of the President with Point B, exactly what someone who is not qualified as a natural born citizen for the office of the President's actions would be.

This lends to the really dunce theory that once someone's in office illegally in the first place, all you can do is pull your hair out if your unsatisfied. America is waking up to the facts but Obama still is charging ahead convinced his imperialistic character will win the battle over the Constitution. 

While Congress is at an impasse with the White House it is very important to seize the day with the information to Congress to take a stand for the Constitution. The House of Representatives has indeed pulled the cord on Obamacare recognizing its the biggest tax in American history and it violates the independence of each American with a mandate over control of healthcare. 

Before Americans wake-up with their paycheck garnished empirically, because Obamacare was not signed by a qualified President, the House has got to fight this all the way and go back to point A wherein the Constitution says you must be a natural born citizen defined very well as those born in American to Citizen parents, and hold hearings with the information brought by a Candidate for President with standing that includes the Cold Case Posse evidence Obama's long form birth certificate is nothing more then a fabrication and he is not qualified.

My fight for the Eligibility of the President began in 2007-8 with Judy v. McCain, so leave your comments at the garbage of those who claim its only a 'racist' argument, and mine certainly has included Obama and as my Dec. 2007 letter to the U.S. Supreme Court explained is based on the principle of the Constitution for which re-construction is prohibited unless authorized expressly by Amendment.

Of course I continued that legal representation in 2012 with Judy v. Obama 12-5276 that in2012, and 2013 were encased in the United States Supreme Court without a hearing, and with some very shady things happening I have rehearsed in other entries.

This could be so valuable to the Republicans in the House at this time if they would only see it and decide tis better to take a stand for the Constitution then compromise with the enslavement of a Nation. Pass it on to your Senators and House Representatives in your home state, because coming from you it will make a difference to them.

As negotiations are rambled about about the shutdown, I can only hope that House Speaker Boehner see's and hears from you exactly what needs to be heard at this time, first that the Eligibilty Card is the Ace, and second that compromise is not an option with FRAUD, FORGERY, and THEFT of many American generations.

                   Protesters Rally against Obama Syrian Military Strike

The red line in the sand was drawn by President Obama in August of 2012, and it was at that point he committed America to a rendezvous with war in Syria. The president only managed to respond publically in the hopes that the mainstream media and the liberals in the nation would view his tepid response as being presidential.

The president said this nearly as flippantly as he has commented on other pressing domestic or foreign issues, in the hope that his obedient mainstream media would ignore it and move on to shoring up his then re-election bid against challenger Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney.

Since then, the president’s red line has moved with each international focus on the Syrian civil war conflict. In each event, Obama has kicked the can down the road. Several times this year when it was clear that according to international chemical weapon experts the deadly weapons of mass destruction were used, Obama feigned responsibility. This was not a failure to act, but a failure to lead.

Meanwhile, during his absence on the international stage as America’s Commander in Chief, he looked the other way as 100,000 plus Syrians died in the conflict. He first spoke about regime change in 2011, during the Syrian street demonstrations, but did little else, but played golf and found new and innovative ways to circumvent the U.S. Constitution.

Now, with the world watching Obama could not kick the can down the road because videos surfaced showing 1,400 Syrian victims of Sarin of a gas attack. The horror of seeing women and children murdered by yet unproven rebel or government officials had to move Obama to unavoidable action. Now in front of the entire nation and the world he had to accept responsibility for his own August 2012 words which have come back to haunt him.

Yet, he even managed to dither back and forth about what he said and what he meant. In each incarnation of Obama’s remembrance of how he would punish Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, he somehow could not make up his mind about sending Assad a well telegraphed love tap of missiles to keep him in line, while the Syrian president moved all of his military assets and chemical stockpiles.

While Obama could not determine which account of the red line he would erase next, country after country, including Britain have decided he had not made the case for war. In fact, according to the Washington Post they found 208 solid no votes against Obama's war resolution. Even as late as Sunday afternoon, ABC News has the House members leaning heavily in favor of voting the Syrian military use resolution down to defeat.

                       Are Hollywood actors cowards about Obama Syrian military action?

As President Obama prepares the nation to go to war through his apparent ‘go it alone’ strategy where are the screams of alarm from Hollywood? Remember when the left cost Hollywood elite accused former President Bush of “Cowboy Diplomacy?” Now, with Britain on the sidelines with the rest of Obama’s coalition of the unwilling, his charm offensive at the G-20 Summit in Russia is under performing. Hollywood’s liberal millionaires are currently deafeningly silent.

This is in strange contrast to the continued poisonous verbal assaults by Hollywood actors lobbed against then President George Bush. Unlike Obama, Bush worked tirelessly to build an international 46 nation “Coalition of the Willing” to join the United States in war against Iraq.

Obama on the other hand cannot seem to muster a 2 nation Coalition of the Unwilling. Barack Obama has not made his case to America nor to the world and it is totally apparent to Americans to many of the former American Iraq and Afghanistan allies. This is Obama’s War and its launch has more to do with his embarrassment over a red line in the Syrian soil which even now he has attempted to erase.

As U.S. military forces prepare for war through its Mediterranean battleship presence, Hollywood with its liberal Obama yes men and women, seem to be hiding and strangely and uncharacteristically silent about possible military action and war.

Seann Penn, who like Hanoi Jane Fonda has had a penchant for visiting wartime enemies of America has not flung one typically profane word or otherwise toward Obama. Where is the outrage Penn is famous for when he attacked Bush as a war monger? Are 100,000 dead Syrians and 40 thousand of them innocent civilians in this civil war conflict not enough for Penn and his conscience of convenience?

What about Jaime Foxx who has no problem playing a president on the big screen and also attacking Bush with comments over the Iraq war in 200. He then told MSNBC in an interview, "I think George Bush and the guys that are there, just don't have the charisma to pull off the things that they're trying to do.”

Now fast forward to November 2012 when Foxx stood on stage at the Soul Train awards and called President Obama, “Our Lord and Savior.” Where is the charisma that this same “Lord and Savior” was supposed to possess to dazzle and impress the world’s nations with? Foxx, like his fellow actors are cowards whose principles shift with the box office printouts of their latest movies, and took cover when Obama decided to use military action as a run up to a possible war.

The day after Egypt’s 9-11, Anti-Birther Glenn Beck served up a healthy dose of Obama’s Fraud in a monologue more couched in relaying symptoms than in exposing the root of the disease; however the intelligence reported is also tightening the circle drawn around Obama’s neck by drawing out the poignant questions we ask not only ourselves but each other:

1- Why is it important to expose a Fraud?
2- What are the actions or deeds of a Fraud?
3- What are the consequences of a Fraud?

Five hundred forty nine people died yesterday in Egypt and thousands more injured as military forces cracked down on the Morsi-Obama backed Muslim brotherhood protesters angry about the Fraud of their leader being exposed or discovered that ended with a military take-over of the Country which the People supported.

Fanning the flames of terrorism and developing the anger against Americans once again, Obama finds himself at odds with the conundrum of an Administration arming the Revolutionist with a dictatorial agenda represented by military ousted Mohamed Morsi. Morsi who suspended the Supreme Court, suspended the Constitution, and gave himself Supreme authority to institute Sharia law whose Muslim Brotherhood is now using women and children also as shields?

The destructive path is indeed problematic and was clearly understood in my 2012 election campaign commercial where I highlighted the quagmire created by taking sides of any particular religion in the embattled State of Libya. The same thing is happening in Egypt now to the tune of two billion dollars a year in the guise of “democracy” over and above the Republic for which we stand.

Obama now finds himself with the ousted Morsi Muslim Brotherhood sponsored regime that once claimed the high ground of “democracy” ,ousted with the very weapons provided; and now, either against the Muslim Brotherhood, against the people of Egypt, or against the whole of the military of Egypt.

Will Obama support the Muslim brotherhood as he has, or will he turn on the Muslim brotherhood and throw them under the bus? Either way now, Obama has kindled a fire that undoubtedly will bring a fierce anger on the shores of American citizens but what Glenn Beck and many anti-birthers don’t recognize is these are the actions of a Fraud.

Now the Egypt Fiasco as many other Arab springs classified religious extremist movements embodies much more of an agenda centralized in control rather than a true subsidy of the promotion of liberty and freedom for the people that is mirrored domestically by the actions of fraud; as well as a Fraud. 

The American People themselves now face in the mirror the actions of fraud and of a Fraud in the destruction of the Republic and our principles of freedom of speech, freedom of the press, freedom to assemble, and of course freedom of religion as well as the threatening destruction of many institutions outlined in the Constitution: Oh, like the U.S. Supreme Court, the Navy, The Air force, The Congress? 

The first step in removing an institution of the Constitution is by making it “moot” or paralyzing its relevance the same way you do a principle. The goal is to make it irrelevant, in the same manner as say a rodeo clown’s freedom of speech is criminalized, or a man’svideo is blamed for the anger against an Embassy, oh, say in Benghazi? 

The actions of a Government embroiled in fraud are of course directly associated with following a Fraud. Obama is neither qualified as a natural born citizen demanded by the Constitution (if you thought his birth certificate was legit), because his father was not a Citizen at the time of his birth, but he has not shown any verifiable evidence he was born in the United States either.

Born in the United States to Citizen Parents unless you were a Citizen at the time of the adoption of the Constitution are indeed the requirements of our Constitution’s demand for a ‘natural born citizen’ in the Office of the President unlike the different requirements of a U.S. Senator and U.S. Representative also outlined as different and distinct as say, the light of the constellations?

Why are there any differences at all in the Offices of the Representatives and Senators if there is no difference required for the Office of the President? Yet Birthers, people taking a stand for the truth, receive the harshest criticisms and persecutions of journalist and reporters of Main Stream Media and anti-Birthers.

The actions of fraud are what? Lying – Stealing – Controlling? 

The Scandals riddling the Obama Administration in NSA spying, A.P. Reporter wire-tapping,Fast & Furious, Benghazi, the Verizon Customer phone-gate, Osama bin Laden, Arab Springs, Solyndra and IRS Profiling conservative tax payers. Ohhh, wish upon a star Obama would simply have shagged an internist and lied about that? Is that what you’re wishing in the face of the American People being profiled?

Obama's identification fraud in representing himself as qualified, when he was not a natural born citizen according to the United States Constitution's demands for the office of the President yet remains the root and the only scandal that has the Constitutional Teeth to unseat the usurpation of the office with national security in mind. Obama is using National Security to skirt all the other scandals successfully and Congress has to buy it.Congress doesn't have to buy something that is NOT Constitutional and is a walking talking violation of the Office of the President and should open hearings immediately!

The mask of fraud is wrapped up Obama’s long form birth certificate certified by expert testimony in documentation professional analysis, by legitimate legal authority, and has been served to the New Hampshire Supreme Courts, the Georgia Supreme Courts, the Alabama Supreme Courts, the Florida Supreme Courts and many other state courts including the United States Supreme Courts in Judy v. Obama 12-5276 in 2012 and 2013 as a complaint of hi-jacking election funds and election votes both in the primaries and in the general elections.

The gears of America are shifting towards Birthers like the 18 Wheeler approaching the downgrade decline where brakes are of no more use and you can palatably smell and see the smoke rising from the wheels. When your knuckles on the steering wheel clinching become white and your heart is pounding at the corner coming up in the wonder of the hairpin turn that you hope you’ve slowed down enough to make without peeling your load off the road completely.

The roar of the diesel engine grinds down low screaming loud in protest but you know it’s the only way of making the road ahead safely and so you’re buckled up prepared as any for the truth of the Birther corner to unfurl as America begins to connect the dots that reveal the most nefarious fraud perpetrated upon the American Republic for which we stand.

Rush Limbaugh’s voice has cracked this week like the whip across America calling the commander-in-thief by his reality show famed name -“Barry Soetoro” - announcing to all of quit-wit an emperor with no clothes on and the haunting facts of the fraud. 

Glenn Beck, in the days of 2008 Gov. Sarah Palin and Sen. (McNasty) McCain’s campaign once a “Republican Party Dandy”, this week resembled the tearful Pastor confessing to a world-wide audience in humble recognition of the power of truth that we just can’t pick and choose what parts of the Constitution we’re going to uphold and which parts we’re going to ignore. 

Beck even went so far as to hold R -Rep. Michele Bachmann’s feet to the fire when she defended the NSA’s intrusion upon American’s privacy and the morphed mentality that security trumps freedom summed up as, “If you’re not doing anything wrong you shouldn’t be worried about the Government in bed and in the bathroom with you, just like prisoners are treated”. The Birthers have been fighting for freedom and liberty all across America all along. Glenn Beck stated in so many words, independence and libertarian ideals have permeated the destroyed Republican Party based on its affair with neo-con progressivism Newt Gingrich idols himself as. It’s no secret that this basically allowed the Fraud-in-Chief to waltz into the White House without a thought of the qualifications of the Office of the President demanded in the United States Constitution.

The only ones left in the shadows of dark crevices are the U.S. Senators and U.S. House of Representatives trembling on the controls of election magnificence in debating the fear of the multitudes and the popularity contest which freaks them out every two years, in the discernment of which hot poker they prefer.

It is rather telling when the guy who thought up “The Patriot Act” which loosened the controls of the Judicial Branch upon the Executive Branch, stated in regards to the NSA’s invasion of America’s homes, bedrooms and bathrooms, that this is out of control and we shouldn’t be spying on our own people. 

Now CNN is actually making a move for what they see as a ‘nitch’. The “nitch” is actually called journalism and is a move away from the solidarity of the White House, and towards “The People”. Imagine the concept? It's the capitalistic way shall we say? 

Obama/Soetoro has long quit providing the dollars for the Media and while the stocks of the Media Moguls crash in the fight for dollars has ABC, NBC, and CBS scrimping on things like pencils and paper-clips, a new strategy has to be invented to survive.

Truth aims to destroy things like robbery and thievery. Obama 12-5276 in 2012 and 2013 ,a case that came up through the State Courts of New Hampshire and Georgia, that showed Obama’s long form birth certificate to be nothing more than a long form fabrication with over 2500 hundred hours of investigation by professional law enforcement agencies, the breaking news of the NSA’s involvement in spying on Americans has completely unveiled the mystery.

What Americans just barely found out was true, as far as being spyed on, has been entrenched in the mind of the Justices and elected officials long before 2008. American’s are reeling from the realization just the same way that Congress and the Justices across America have already gone through long since.

Ever wondered why no Birther Cases got any action in Georgia? Well, Georgia’s pussy-sport-port has been supported by Obama and is making news today. Glenn Beck was laughing at Obama’s gaffe claiming North & South Carolina and Georgia were part of the Gulf and this port had to be opened up. Glen and Stu were open mouthed in laughter as they debated the intelligence of perhaps opening the port up to the Gulf underneath the Continent from Georgia to Texas. They surmised “that’s probably what O was talking about” as the god-king whose smarter than all.

Connecting the dots is a little game where you connect the dots with lines and then start to see the answer to the mystery picture that hasn’t been seen or has been hidden by a lack of lines in the maze of dots. That is exactly what is happening now as America is informed that the NSA has indeed been spying on them and is collecting their data and info.

How do you feel about living under the same conditions that prisoners live under America? 

The biggest problem with that is Elected Officials can easily be manipulated to say, “not investigate the occupier of the White House whose blatantly handed out to the Press in the White House Press core room a known fabrication of his identity.                   Why did McCain Presidential Campaign Silence Palin discussion 

                                on Rev. Wright and domestic terrorist Bill Ayers?

When truth is prevented from ever reaching the ears of the American public during a presidential campaign the consequences can often be tragic. Consider the case of the 2008 mainstream media cover up and strict avoidance of Obama’s long time connection to Black Nationalist minister Jeremiah Wright and his firebrand racist comments. The media shackled the truth and allowed then U.S. Senator Obama to skate all the way to his election as president.

What is even worse was former Alaskan Governor Sarah Palin’s recent revelation that the John McCain presidential campaign actually banned her from talking about Rev. Jeremiah Wright or anarchist Bill Ayers. Think about the repercussions of how an informed American public could have at least had the opportunity to discuss as well as evaluate this information with the fullness a vice presidential candidate’s focus would have offered.

Typically it is the vice presidential candidate who is given the task to reveal the underbelly of the opposition’s campaign and bring attention to issues that a presidential candidate seeks to avoid discussing.

But instead of engaging in a fully spirited public campaign discussion that would have given Sarah Palin the ability to point out these glaring inconsistencies she was silenced. She is right to be appalled. The nation needed to see a presidential campaign question how a former community organizer from Chicago’s south side managed to have his state senate campaign launched in the living room of the co-founder of the violent anti-war group Weather Underground.

The nation needed a Republican presidential campaign demand the details on how Obama embraced the racist-laden preaching of Rev. Wright. Instead, Palin was forced to stand on the sidelines and watch the McCain campaign throw the towel in without even a whisper.

What this did in effect is to undermine the ability as well as the intelligence of the American people to make a determination to evaluate the fitness of a presidential candidate who offered shadowy explanations for his past record of radical and socialist associations.

The mainstream media was given a pass by the John McCain campaign to not look deeper into Obama’s past associations because they wanted to write a narrative that was actually race-based. McCain campaign appeared to not want the truth about a known radicalized element in Obama’s past; because it would somehow upset the voters he was seeking to convert to support his election as president.

What would you do if you knew the top Democrat running for president was lying about his past?

That is the question I was faced with in 2008. I had met the young Barack Obama while he was a sophomore at Occidental College, and I knew that his commitment to socialism was deep, genuine and long-standing.

I had been a leader of the Marxist students at Occidental College myself starting in 1976 when I founded the precursor of the Democrat Socialist Alliance on campus. The young Obama I knew was a Marxist socialist who would have been quite comfortable with Communist party members like his Hawaii mentor Frank Marshall Davis, retired domestic terrorists like Bill Ayers, or active socialist politicians like Illinois State Senator Alice Palmer.

The Obama I knew was nothing like the life-long, pragmatic centrist that he was pretending to be in the 2008 presidential campaign. When I talked politics with the young Obama, he expressed a profound commitment to bringing about a socialist economic system in the U.S. – completely divorced from the profit motive – which would occur, in his lifetime, through a potentially violent, Communist-style revolution. In this context, I saw my report on young Obama as a key piece of evidence suggesting a profound continuity in his belief system.

Although I was surprised by Barack Obama’s insistence on his mainstream ideological credentials, I was shocked that my attempts to spread the news about young Obama’s Marxism failed to gain any media traction during the 2008 presidential campaign with reporters, activists, or campaign staffs.

Once I saw the significance of my face-to-face observations on the young Obama, I went out of my way to get my story on record with the Orange County Register. I tried to contact, among others, Ann Coulter, Sean Hannity, Bill O’Reilly, the folks behind the Swift Boat ads, and the McCain campaign.

I thought I would get a phone call back from Fox News - someone, somewhere – and I still do not understand why no one seemed to catch on to the urgency of the situation. I understand I did not have audio tape of young Obama. I did not have any photos or home movies. Nevertheless, I was extremely active in the leftist politics and counter cultural milieu of Occidental College in the 1970s.

As a younger man, I had earned a Ph.D. in political science from Cornell which, I would think, gave me some credibility in measuring young Obama’s ideological convictions. I quickly saw other people who had known the young Obama were featured in various news articles. It seemed to me I should have been just another interview for any journalist, producer or campaign consultant interested in checking out my story and testing it against the facts.

In frustration, I was also posting what I knew on The Caucus Blog site at the New York Times. My expectation was someone from the Times would call me and follow-up on the leads I was sending out. Here is a sample of what I was doing in October 2008 to get the word out about Obama’s Marxist ideology.
I even thought of scheduling my own press conference on the campus of Occidental College through their campus Republican club. Internally, I was conflicted by the urgency of what I knew and the sense it was best for the story to break out in a manner supportive of the McCain campaign.

What shocked me about my experience in the summer of 2008 is that I thought my background as a Williams College political science professor, as a small business owner, and as a visible presence in the Orange County community would allow my message to immediately go to the very top of the McCain campaign. I thought my story would be welcomed by Fox News.

Since then, things have slowly gotten better. My story on the young Marxist Obama has appeared in Michael Savage’s Trickle-Up Poverty, Paul Kengor’s Dupes, Stanley Kurtz’s Radical-In-Chief and Jack Cashill’s Deconstructing Obama.

Nevertheless, I think there is something broken in our media and campaign system. I do not think most independents or conservatives understand, or fully appreciate, the tremendous advantages the left derives from having the mainstream media serve as the fully paid, completely sympathetic, Dan Rather-level opposition research team of the Democrat party. It is a system that methodically ignores damaging information about flawed candidates like Sen. John Edwards and Rep. Anthony Weiner while routinely elevating minor errors among Republicans to the status of Watergate investigations.

If Republicans are going to win in 2012, I think they need to make some changes so that they are friendlier to the whistle-blowers bringing them bad news about the Obama administration. Personally, I would like to see Republicans create new ways to collect negative news stories on liberals by 1) including web pages requesting opposition research from leakers, 2) establishing guidelines for leakers that help them give campaign decision makers the confidence to pursue appropriate leads, and 3) instituting feedback mechanisms so leakers have some minimal assurance that they have been heard by top campaign managers and that their information has been discarded for technical or strategic reasons and not simply because it was overlooked by a careless staff member.

I think recognition of this problem should be the first step in taking systematic action to prevent flawed Democrat candidates from winning office. In the meantime, I predict we will see more examples of media failure as the left dominates the muckraking journalism profession while the right seems too dependent on a small handful of seemingly obscure, over-worked journalists and – as my case illustrates – unconnected and often baffled citizen activists.

I watched Mitt Romney dominate the presidential debate immediately after viewing the time travel movie, Looper. If I had access to time travel, I would use it now to leverage my role as the only person on Earth willing to testify that young Obama was a genuine Marxist socialist in 1980. Energized by Romney’s performance, I am asking myself what can I do - right now - to forestall a real life enactment of the future imagined by Rian Johnson, writer and director of Looper. After all, Johnson’s vision looked so bleak that my wife’s reaction was to say: “Looks like Obama won.”

If I had the advantage of time travel, I would go full on Bruce Willis right now. I would go to 2008 and introduce myself to the television studios of Fox News, CNN and MSNBC.

I believe public knowledge of my face-to-face confrontation with young Obama’s ideological extremism in 1980 would have helped prevent Obama’s election in 2008. My account of Obama’s anticipation of a Communist revolution would have alerted voters to the reality that Obama was not a bipartisan politician, but rather a long-standing advocate of class warfare and other hateful ideas promoted earlier by the likes of Frank Marshall Davis. My story would have highlighted the real Obama, the Obama who asserted, as he did at a at a Martin Luther King Day speech at the University of Chicago in 2002, “that rich people are all for non-violence” simply because “they want to make sure people don’t take their stuff.”

I would share with the people of 2008 that Obama is stuck in the ideological past. He is a partisan extremist who cannot imagine doing what Clinton did to save the American economy or uplift the black urban underclass. Obama is the sort of ideological purist who would never pivot to the middle. I would tell the people of 2008 that Obama’s lack of bipartisan skill would blow a perfectly good deal with House Speaker John Boehner for reducing the federal deficit. Instead of cutting the deficit in half, I would tell them Obama will increase the deficit more than all the presidents before him. I would alert the people of 2008 to the fact that Obama would be eager to weaken the previously rock solid work requirements of welfare reform. I would repeat a key line from the movie: “Trust me, I’m from the future.”

Lacking the option of time travel, I still think my story helps explain why it was fairly easy for Mitt Romney to defeat Barack Obama in an informal debate. I can report that young Obama was no genius. I saw signs of that young Obama last week when Romney pointed out that in 25 years in business he had never seen a special tax break for corporations who send jobs overseas. Obama - without his teleprompter and entourage of liberal sycophants – is apparently incapable of reacting forcefully to a verbal punch from a true business and political heavyweight.

Temperamentally, I remember young Obama treated my more accurate understanding of world history with an abrupt, even demagogic hostility. I distinctly remember young Obama’s dismissive, arrogant attitude even as I was presenting him with compelling evidence that Marxist theory was dead wrong at predicting the path of European social and economic events. I remember schooling young Obama so thoroughly in just one evening myself that he left my girlfriend’s house agreeing with my more moderate neo-Marxist perspective.

Culturally, I can report that when I debated young Obama in 1980 he talked like a white guy. I did not see a trace of the phony, accent that highlighted Obama’s shocking comments regarding the redistribution of the wealth to a conference of black ministers at Hampton University in Virginia in 2007. In fact, the young Obama I met in 1980 talked like a wealthy, privileged white guy. It never occurred to me to think of young Obama as African-American. After all, the African-American students at Occidental College were largely uninvolved in radical campus politics. They were more likely to be active in the Gospel choir than the Democrat Socialist Alliance. Instead, young Obama seemed more like a foreign prince visiting in the United States.

While I cannot enjoy the benefits of time travel, I do live within six hours of Las Vegas, NV. I suspect my Bruce Willis moment will come when I share my story of debating young Marxist Obama with swing voters in the nearby Silver State. My wife and I have signed up to spend a weekend in Las Vegas walking precincts for the Romney/Ryan campaign. We will enjoy some meals, hotel accommodations, a night on the town and an opportunity to impact this historic election. I have my tagline ready: “Trust me, I’m from the past.”

Jack Cashill voices the pain of those of us who are doing the journalistic work we once thought was the sole responsibility of CBS’s 60 Minutes.  You can catch his appearance on CSPAN2 by clicking here.  I identify with Cashill. In his newest book, he indicates it is not so easy to balance his efforts to save Western civilization with his concurrent responsibilities for bagging leaves in time for the city leaf collectors. In my case, I have sought to expose President Barack Obama’s intellectual roots as a revolutionary Marxist while addressing my nagging doubts about the necessity of rinsing dishes prior to racking them up in the dishwasher. If you understand that neither Cashill or me are kidding about our lives, then you will be thrilled by the tone and fresh insight in Deconstructing Obama: The Life, Loves, and Letters of America's First Postmodern President.

As an eye witness to young Obama’s Marxist ideology, I was excited to see Cashill busting up the myths surrounding Obama and replacing them with a simpler, easier to believe story that is a much better fit with accessible, on-line evidence. Cashill’s results are politically significant because President Obama's charisma is dependent on the images Obama created about his early life in his first book, Dreams from My Father. Cashill’s new insights about the real Obama should be particularly relevant to the sort of swing voters who tell survey researchers that they do not care for Obama’s results even thought they still like Obama as a person. After reading Cashill’s book, I suspect these swing voters will be disappointed by the titanic gap between Obama’s all-American myth and the cold facts of his real life.

One of the coldest facts is that there are now nude photos on the Internet of a woman who looks exactly like Obama's mother, Stanley Ann Dunham. This news was so unpleasant to me that I was nervous about checking up on Cashill’s report by searching for these photos through Google. (To my relief, the samples I found are clear enough to show the girl’s face, but cropped tight enough that I did not feel I violated any laws.) Along with Cashill, I see these photos as evidence of a much larger pattern of unfortunate mistakes made by the young Ms. Dunham. These photos are politically significant because they offer a convenient segue into a larger discussion of an unwholesome side of the young Obama story - the odd, deviant, dysfunctional world of Frank Marshall Davis. Davis, as readers may know, was a member of the Communist party and also handy in the craft of producing pornographic literature and photography.

Cashill reframes the Obama story by pointing out that Frank Marshall Davis and his friend Paul Robeson were Stalinist Communists, a political label which is shocking to most Americans and yet useful to me in understanding the roots of the Marxist ideology and earnest revolutionary fervor I observed in the young Barack Obama while he was a sophomore at Occidental College in 1980-1981.

Cashill adds to the sheer seediness of the world surrounding little Obama plenty of new evidence that infant Obama had no conscious contact with his birth father. This unpleasant reality is an abrupt challenge to Obama’s claim, in Dreams, that his father left him and his mother behind in Hawaii after two years of dutiful fatherhood. Here, Cashill leverages the outstanding reporting done by one of our nation’s most intelligent and charming citizen journalists - Michael Patrick Leahy. Leahy interviewed a few of Stanley Anne Dunham’s childhood friends and reported the results in his book, What Does Barack Obama Believe? Leahy’s research shows Anne Dunham took infant Obama with her to Seattle, Washington in the summer of 1961 and did not return with her baby to Hawaii until Obama, Sr. was long gone from the island. Leahy, in my view, has been doing the hard work I assumed New York Times reporters should have been doing including interviewing members of the extended Dunham family, sharing freely available information from the Internet, and combing over public records to determine the precise details of Barack Obama's birth and early childhood.

Even as somebody who met young Obama in the early 1980s, I'm was still startled by Cashill’s most controversial argument – the theory that Bill Ayers was the ghost author of Dreams from My Father. Cashill’s thesis was supported, of course, by the independent reporting of a liberal author, Christopher Andersen. Andersen unwisely confirmed Ayers’ participation in creating Dreams in an otherwise flattering book called Barack and Michelle: Portrait of An American Marriage (2010). The weight of Cashill’s argument, however, rests on his careful textual analysis of the striking similarities between the language used in Dreams and the language used in Ayers’ own writing. Here, I’m most convinced by Cashill’s description of how Obama correctly applies nautical images to his life story. The accuracy of the nautical language in Dreams strikes me as much more consistent with Ayer’s experience as a merchant marine than with Obama’s experience as a community organizer.

I would like to add more details that support the idea that Ayers was a major player in drafting Dreams from My Father. The young Barack Obama I knew, for example, displayed absolutely no hostility to white people. He appeared to be culturally and emotionally white. The young Barack Obama I knew was not particularly close to the African-American students at Oxy either, but was - instead - deeply involved in the lives and political activities of the most radical foreign and Muslim students. The young Barack Obama I knew would have been excited to meet Bill Ayers, would have been comfortable with Ayers’ anti-American hostility, and would have been more than capable of persuading the jaded ex-terrorist that he was a sincere believer in the necessity of a socialist transformation of the U.S.

My only difference with Cashill is that I’m not impressed with the quality of Dreams from My Father.

This is true even after Cashill’s book single-handedly improved my taste as a consumer of contemporary literature. My reading of Dreams did not leave me with any useful paradigm shifts, any evidence of encyclopedic knowledge or any immediately relevant information. I think it is more accurate to assert that President Clinton’s book, My Life, articulates the insights and raw memory capacity of a true genius. In comparison to My Life, I found Dreams dull and boring - except for the parts tangentially related to my own intellectual development or linked to my nearly insignificant participation in what Obama reports were the pivotal, life-changing moments of his sophomore year at Occidental College.

Aside from this relatively minor disagreement regarding the quality of Dreams, I whole-heartedly agree with Cashill’s take on the challenge of confronting Obama’s charismatic power: The alarming sense that media elites greet one’s modest, factual, painfully obvious news tips with an astonishing lack of appropriate attention. I have come to believe there is something broken in American journalism. I would think a healthy, well-functioning democracy would include mainstream media outlets that would snap open the delightful fortune cookies Cashill has set out for them. For now, my confidence for winning our future rests in the outspoken courage of Jack Cashill, a writer who is willing to go to extreme lengths – short of leaving his home surrounded by leaves - to make sure that his fellow citizens learn the truth about President Obama.

I grew up poor and I thought it was unfair for me to be held back simply because of the mistakes of my parents. It drove me nuts, for example, to think that kids less intelligent, hard-working, and moral than me enjoyed vacations in Europe while I lived in a home with raw sewage in the backyard. I thought Marxist socialism would give young people in similar situations a more equal opportunity to enjoy the good things in life.

In retrospect, however, I didn't have anyone in my life to explain compound interest, or how to write a business plan, or how to apply computer technology to the most interesting questions. I think if my family had been part of a contemporary Christian church, then I would have had my questions answered and I would have made better decisions.

I got a track scholarship to attend Occidental College in Los Angeles. All the folks around me at Oxy seemed to think the best thing on earth that you could do with your life was to become a college professor. So I went with the program. I got a scholarship to attend graduate school where I got to study with the some of the best professors in the nation in American government and public policy.

My commitment to Marxist socialist thought, however, gradually came to an end by the summer of 1982 when I began to notice that there was a larger spiritual world which did not fit the materialistic atheist models of modern social science. It was a world of intuition, coincidence, and syncronicity which Marxism saw as only an illusion used to lubricate the workings of capitalist exploitation. I also figured out that my empathy for others was not a weakness...it was an extremely useful tool for generating guesses about how the world really worked.

As I became more spiritual I also started to have an unusual amount of success intellectually and academically. My thinking, writing, and observations knit together and I started to attract positive attention with my research on the causes and timing of welfare programs in the U.S.

In my case, I remember where I was the exact moment I realized I no longer believed in the ideals of Communism: I was walking through the basement of McGraw Hall at Cornell University in September 1983. I had just finished an argument with my radical thesis advisor. As I recall I began to believe that the problems associated with child abuse and neglect might be easily first through the use of European-style visiting nurse program. As best I can recall my thesis advisor, however, saw child abuse as a larger problem caused by the necessity to invest in the reproduction of social capital under conditions in which children were mistakenly seen as elements of private property as part of the larger cultural and legal structure which maintain the reproduction of oppressive class conflict. The solution to child abuse would involve paying attention to much greater issues involving the distribution of power and wealth in a modern industrialized society. (Or something like that...) Whatever the details of that argument, I remember the encounter left me  me thinking he was ideologically blinded and alarmingly out-of-touch with reality.

I inadvertantly discovered a bizarre failing in modern political science. I was able to show that much of what we consider our modern America - schools, parks, Boy Scout and Girl Scout programs, and aid for families with dependent children - were largely a consequence of the earlier effort to enforce child labor laws. I know this sounds completely obvious...but the social science development literature of the 1960s and 1970s had been written without any reference to the role of child labor law enforcement as a key step in the modernization process.

Based on my historical research, I disconfirmed the Marxist hypothesis that welfare programs arose out of class struggle. My research showed they arose as an unintended consequence of the completely independent prior decision to stop child labor.

I ended up teaching at Williams College in MA, the nation's top rated liberal arts college. I won an award from the American Political Science Association for my thesis. It is now published in book form.

Today, I'm married. I'm proud that I attend a Baptist Church that overlooks the Pacific Ocean. I have my own management consulting business. Right at this moment, I'm struggling to get up to speed on this new social networking technology...and I'm excited that it provides a way to get around the mainstream media. I was startled last year by a large number of phone calls and e-mails alerting me to the fact that my story about the real, white Regina was mentioned on the Rush Limbaugh radio program.

Apparently, Rush had read through, or scanned, my recent article on how my white college era girlfriend, Caroline Boss, became the black Regina in Obama's Dreams from My Father. Here's the actual transcript right off of Rush's website.

RUSH: There's also a guy out now, John Drew, I forget where this is. I've got somewhere in the stack. Apparently this guy dated one of the composite women in Obama's book. The woman named Regina, this guy dated her for two years. And according to this guy, Regina was not black. She wasn't from the south side of Chicago. She was white. They were all left-wing radicals. They spent their summers in San Francisco. Obama, at Occidental College, was a Marxist. This is this guy's writing. We finally found a friend of Obama's from back then. Now, this is not gonna get a wide berth, but it's out there. I don't care about the labels, communist this, we don't even need 'em. Obama is now telling us who he is. And I must admit, there's a bit of rejoicing going on with me, El Rushbo.

This, my friends, is something that I've been confident in knowing since Obama was a Senator. It's not hard. Like I said, you don't even need a high school diploma. All you have to do is understand who modern liberals are and what they are, what they want to do. After that it's easy. The hardest part is admitting that there are people like that amongst us in positions of power with so many friends. But it ought not be. The more people that could come to grips with that, the farther along we would be.

Of course, what Rush may not have realized is that I have been trying to get my story to his attention for about four years now - ever since I first realized that I had valuable insight into the real Barack Obama. Ironically, I discovered that my take on young Obama's ideological extremism was also a topic of discussion on the Sean Hannity radio program featuring Paul Kengor and his new book, The Communist - Frank Marshall Davis: The Untold Story of Barack Obama's Mentor.                         As bad as Democrats have been in the past I don’t think anything can top the situation of their reaction to the Tornado in Moore, Oklahoma.  Lizz Winstead of the Daily Caller tweeted that the tornado was “ordered to target conservatives”, a comment she now says was done in jest.  How does anyone joke about anyone, and especially children, dying from a terrible natural disaster?  I wonder if she considered it just as funny when children of the same age were killed in Newtown, Ct.!!!  Other blooming idiots in the Democrat wing of the Vulture of Tyranny Party are blaming Republicans because they deny the “truth” of man-made global warming
