Please be assured that Mr. Benitez also received such a notice from me. I deleted yours because of the language used in it. In fact, I sent a note to Mr. Benitez this morning before I left for church because of his comment. The sad thing is, you both express the same views (and these are opinions I hold,as well)-it would appear you have just misunderstood the meaning of the other. We do try to monitor all comments on postings. Our purpose isn't to stifle free speech, but to encourage open discussion that will help to clarify thinking when presenting opinions to those who don't share the same views. The major problem is that when we are loose with our language and when we resort to calling each other names and questioning one another's mental health, the trolls from the other side glorify in finger pointing and "documenting" our "wacko-bird" behavior. This certainly isn't ammunition we wish to give to the progressives, is it? If you still wish, let me know and I'll remove you from the membership. Otherwise, it will be most appreciated if you and others will tone down the name calling and rhetoric-we'll go much further if we don't over-react and lower ourselves to base behavior.

In regards to a comment you made to Mr. Benitez earlier, which i deleted, I would like to give you a little further explanation as to why it was deleted. While this site is for discussion of our conservative views, it is not quite, as you say, "for us to tell like it is". As Oren Long points out following your comments to Roberto Benitez, there are many liberal trolls who monitor websites such as this for the purpose of "proving" to the country at large that we are 'uneducated rubes'. Therefore, we ask that you familiarize yourself with the rules of conduct, which can be found under the membership tab at the top of the page. These rules were not made for the purpose of keeping this site 'politically correct', but rather to allow us all to voice and develop our opinions in a civil manner which will help us to take our message out to the community at large in a well-thought-out discourse. We will win far more arguments with this strategy.
I hate political correctness as much as you do, but we do have to keep our end-game in mind, as well.
