     How many times in the last 90-120 days this year have you been scammed out of your own prowess of web usage upon Facebook? Or, anywhere else for that matter?

I personally have 4 accts with this web server, and not a very happy camper neither.

Recently, I mean within the last 48 hours, they (FB) used a friends name to scam me into doing something in a prideful manor assuming I'd be so gullible to fall for their scamage. I did a quick chek of the information they were seeking and in the crux of their Hyperlink I saw HACKER written all over it.So I refrained from utilizing its contents and backed right out.

But, my friend didn't fare so well. I sent him a msg asking him if he'd purposefully sent the msg to me in good faith. To which he replied NO!

Then, He proceeded telling me what they did to him.

Friends, Facebook, and all of these other so called ISP ENTITIES are within the boundaries of the Federal Communications Commission Guidelines of the Policies and Procedures of The Public Trust.

What they are doing and have done have blatantly violated our Public Trust and are to be held accountable by the FCC to these charges brought about by you and I as Traitors and Treasonists.

They have NO RIGHTS as far as I am concerned to violate our trust nor our space (Which they so sullenly supply) and rights to access, privacy, and usage.

I may not know it at all about the legalistical logistics about all of this, but one thing I do know is that when I'd applied for and received a FCC Radio Operators license back in 1985, it was clearly stated and understood that this and these type of misappropriations of the Public Trust were held and deemed solely Sacred and Sanctem to the Public Trust, i.e. you and me.

If these Corporations insist that they have a seductive need to cop a quick feel of the American Right, then, Let Them Taste American Freedom  WRATH by its own people.

Instead of sitting upon our weary little hands waiting for our congress to do anything about nothing and same ol' / same ol'. We need to start our own Internal Warfare against this anti-citizenry politbureau of political pawns and do the WWF Slapdown to SmackDown Anti-Politicianry Republic of America: REDEEMED RIGHTS FOR ALL.

And please don't be so crass as to put these things into an acronym just for the mere sake of doing so. That Cliche-ism is for the flickin' birds.

This is a blatant disregard for America and its citizens to be so lackidasical as those workers were posed to be. In not assisting to thwart the assault on that woman is an outrage against McDonalds Corporation and its fundamental stand in America as to serving anyone, anytime and reaping their profits as they do.

Policies and Procedures were thrown out the door right behind their counter, as the employees just stood around and watched.

Cause and Effect?

Video Violence allowed to thrive in America is partly to blame here upon both sides of this issue.

1) On the part of the attackers, I'm not sure what purposed the incident I've just watched, I wasn't there, and neither were any of us watching or at least hearing the reports. Yet, video gaming in this country should have its course nearly completed by now and HALTED once and for all.

2) On the part of the Employees, as so called Innocent By standers, and impartial witnesses to this attack, to cowardice as part and parcel of company policy, video gaming in the effect that they're so full of the Blood, guts, and gore, that their (even subtle) Human compassion was hacked up and spit upon the floor of that restaraunt.

To put it nicely, yet not to the affect of Political Correctness:

"Don't Step There, Until It Dries!" mentality in America should be a WAKE UP call to the societal dysfunction here in this country.

How can we call this country GREAT when this kind of garbage is taking place, video taped, and broadcast within the realms of any media is a sham and shame upon the American Right.

Stop it NOW!

They quash the English Only bill by the say so of a Half Breed Chicano, only because she was looking so good in what she was wearing.

They violate states rights of Sovreignty of self support, posterity, and good will by allowing another Female, this time a 9th district court judge, to put the shut down on our basic rights as a sovreign state and our livelihood and allow illegals to sustain their rights to usurp ours.

REASONABLE SUSPICION: You don't speak even legitamate English to pass a Tail Light out, that's suspicious.

They allow some (should otherwise be a female) joker attorney to open his mouth to speak such selfish things against our own nation and states that if other states would pass similar laws is creating Chaos.

FAILURE TO CARRY ALIEN REGISTRATION PAPERS: You ain't gottem, you just ain't gottem.

PROBABLE CAUSE: If they create or cause to create a crime against anyone in this country (as if its legal where they come from, DUH!) That is grounds for deportment.

ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS TO SOLICIT, APPLY FOR, OR PERFORM WORK: No papers, no work!

How many Americans do we have in this country who've had their Identification stolen (no matter the means) are out of work, luck, ID, etc. and homeless to boot?

How many Illegals have homes, jobs, medical benefits through our welfare system, vehicles to drive (usually without insurance), even a pair of boots to wear?

The law was passed back in 2007 declaring any and all employers hiring or even transporting Illegal Undocumented immigrants as a Felony carrying a $2500.00 fine - first offense.

Who ever asked the guy, gal, or family living on the street if they cared to know what the Law Professor at ASU what he thought or interpreted the law to be?

I've worked personally with the homeless for the last 4 years, feeding, clothing, and summer sheltering them, and hearing their stories, seeing their broken lives, living from one day to the next, no support, no income, no family even caring enough to come looking for them.

They're all scared, shaken to the core, completely uncertain of the rest of just that interpersonal day they live in that they'll not be deceased in the night to come from a litany of circumstances and other persons of known whom may seek their harm, and that over the mere price of a piece of bubble gum, which is now at the price of 25 cents. The leftovers of a bottle of water, a blanket, shirt, let alone drugs, rape, or theft.

People WITH, don't really realize just how close they are to filling these unfortunate mass' Shoes.

Seriously, it only takes just that one moment in time to change your life into one of these predicaments.

Make one person just the slightest unsettled about anything and WHAM! You're there.

Think not?

I am still just that kind of person, still attempting to recover from the last 8 years of homelessness. Sure, I have a job now, a bank acct, and a home to live in with others. But, all it would take is these other individuals to have a bad hair moment and I'm back out on the streets, and believe me, In Arizona, 117-122 degrees, brother and sister you would not like it, let alone survive the heat for more than a week, if you made it that long.

I know of one who'd been homeless for 4 years, a seasoned veteran of the streets, died at 5 PM alongside a major street in midtown. Was not discovered till 5 PM the next day. And on the 30th day in the County Morgue, Identified by his mother and shortly cremated within 30 minutes afterward.

A true story. Horridly horrible, but true.

So, you tell me, SB 1070 to protect our own?

Or, sam'ol' sam'ol' and see you as the next statistic?

Think I'm joking?

Now is the time for all good men to come to the aid of their country.

Something we had to learn to type in typing 1-0-1, just to learn the keyboards.

But, it meant something then, and it most assuredly means much more now.

2011 is a vital year for all men and women in and of this Great Nation of ours to step up to the plate and vote.

Not just for ourselves for the here and now, but for the future generations to come, our children and their children.

If for nothing else, the next generation to come, if there is a next generation.

Abortion must stop, The Tax must die, Corporations must step down, Wall Street must dissintigrate, Price gougers and Home Owners Associational ways of thinking and running this country must cease/ And knowlege and acknowlegment of God must BE!

Daniel chapter 11 and verse 20 is the most provocative piece of Scripture for what we in America are going through right now TODAY in this time.

Many if not most may choose not to believe it for they've been blinded for so long by the media hype for the last 60 years.

That the Bible is just nothing more than a Book Of Poetry and not to be taken literally. That the End Time has either already occurred or will never happen at all.

That Jesus was a good teacher and nothing more.

That, only conspiracy theorists and terrorists are the only fools on the face of this planet so brain washed by it.

Well to and for all of that I respond thusly:

When the Day comes when we all stand before that Great White Throne of Grace and Judgment,

the only one seated upon that throne is Jesus, the Living Son of the Living God.

He will not be entertaining anyones reasons, excuses, nor alibi's.

He either knows you, or He doesn't!

No gray area, no weekend get away, no repeats/do overs, no time shares, nada.

90 million abortions as of 1973-2005 have been performed in these United States

of America. Who's the Proud ones now?

How many of our Sports stars are taking(or have taken) HGH, which is the pulverized Pituitary Glands

of the Unborn? Did they know or even care to realize it?

Shoot a Dog, God Forbid, Kill a baby, just a kid.

So, people still insist on despeculating the Bible and its prophetic

utterances of the truths happening all around us every day and they're

getting worse all the time. Not relenting to the Clarion Call upon and

within their lives to wake up and smell the coffee pot of time and space

swinging and swaying all over the place like a drunken pendulum.

Still, the Word continues to go out over each and every door post in this

land we live and all turn their heads and cross their eyes at the truth

slapping them in the face nearly every fleeting moment.

When or will they wake up and know for a certainty and with truthful

obedience to the Creator that what He said is truth, it's happening all

around us. Step up to the plate, open the eyes to see, yearn the Heart

to know, and unstop their ears to hear what His Word has been telling

them the entire time.

Then most will say to me: Spell it out! Speak English! Give it to me straight!

And beloved, I'd like nothing better than to do just that. But, the other voices

at large speaking big fancy words, enticing all to entertain their little ungodly

motives, have left everyone blinded, deaf, dumb, and scared. To imagine just

one thing for ourselves we're given the old soft shoe of legalism from the pulpits

to the tarpits, and no-one longs to know the truth, embellishing it into another

brand of religiocity.

So, I wrote a book about it and hoping like all get out it becomes a hit. That the

mass buy it, put it to use within their lives and grow in the wisdom of God.

But God told me one day when in angst I'd continued calling unto Him for His

help to this very likelihood of my pursuit to become an average normal bread

winning success story on the face of life. He said: My book's been around for

how long? If they haven't read mine, what makes you think that they'll even

read yours?

Point taken!

So it goes. You want help, its there.

You want freedom and security, its there.

You want that your needs are met and success is real and achievable? It's there.

But; when is all this wanting going to stop and we all get busy and just Be That!?

He is not moved by needs, wants, wishes, hand outs nor ups.

God is moved by a Right Relationship with Him and our Obedience unto Him

to know His will, seek His Face, Hunger and Thirst for His Right Righteousness.

That's God for you. Know Him, get R' done!

Keep putting Him off, sucks to be you in eternity.

ETERNITY IS NOT A GAME!

DEATH AND TAXES, How many times people traverse the ways of life make that old statement of the 2 absolutes. What I have found personally, is the prophetic voice of the Arch angel telling one in the old scriptures about the time that will come (which is right here and now). when the Tax man will be no more. Now from the perspective of the given text, did not elaborate as to the HOW it will happen. All I know is this, the VOTE is mightier than the Pen, Sword, even a Spoken Word.

If Politics can do in America what it has, then; We The Persons of this great Nation can too.

Build it and they will arrive to suit their own. Vote it, and they will arrive in Boots to suit the Mass.
