Hillary Clinton back in Newsweek in 1994 or 1995 said “Abortion is wrong.” Now she’s not only shifted her stance, but she’s gotten downright impolite about it . . . going to one of our biggest allies and taken to telling them how to run their country, ugh! Understanding that the Canucks were aiming to make maternal health the showpiece of Canada’s initiative at the next G-8 summit, Hillary, attacking that plan by Conservative Prime Minister Stephen Harper, said “You cannot have maternal health without reproductive health and reproductive health includes contraception and family planning and access to legal, safe abortion.” Talk about bad manners!
So now Hillary is telling the Canadians they must have abortion-on-demand and is willing to scold Canadians in Canada about that, but also she is indicating just how invalid the little Obama piece of paper promising Bart Stupak his anti-federally funded abortion dreams is going to work out to be. Dumb, Bart, really, really stupid! Now the normal province of the Secretary of State is clearly NOT publically pushing abortion for other nations . . . so where did this come from? Answer: Obama is trying to connect to his abortion-loving progressive-wing and remind them, “When I said that to Bart Stupak, I was only funnin’, only funnin’" . . . So Obamacare is NOT funding abortions, has been proven to be just another lie. Ah well, it was just a matter of time till the matter was taken to the Supreme Court and Stupak’s idiocy was ascertained for good. Now you know . . . your taxes will fund elective abortions. Just another Obama lie.
Initial frustration with big spending Republicans drove Ryan Hecker and other fiscal conservatives to the creation of the TEA Party but it is the Democrats today who are the ones most worried by the grassroots disgust with business as usual in Washington, D.C. This week the TEA Party comes of age . . . as they flex their political muscle with a second survey called the "Contract FROM America . . . seeking to create a TEA Party platform consisting of ten planks . . . .
http://contractfromamerica.com/
To date over 400,000 surveys have been completed and thus far the top three planks of the TEA Party movement appear to be:
#1 Protect the Constitution by requiring each bill to identify the specific provisions of the Constitution giving Congress the power to do what the bill would do. 82% of all survey responses included this plank.
The Contract From America is the brainchild of 29-year-old Houston attorney Ryan Hecker. Hecker invented the concept even before the tea party movement began in February 2009. Hecker says the ultimate objective is to “influence the outcome of the midterm elections” the way the Contract With America did in 1994, or even more.
"My dream, my hope," Hecker said, "is that economic conservative candidates and those who want to be economic conservatives in the future will sign on, and that we get a bunch of blue-dog Democrats and tons of elected officials onboard, and that they recognize that any document they craft themselves won't be as powerful as one coming from the people.”
Using the results of more than 5,000 surveys from members of the grass-roots movement, the Conservative Political Action Committee winnowed the ideas down to 21 proposals. Then they posted the list online in the as an extended survey, and directed voters to the ContractFromAmerica Web site to select the top 10 ideas.
The ten proposals that the grass-roots voters deem the most important will be included in the full ContractFromAmerica proposal, to be unveiled on April 15 during the massive Tax Day Tea Party rally being conducted in the nation's capital. Reflecting the widespread, de-centralized power of the tea party movement, the Contract From America also will be simultaneously revealed in Houston, Austin, Atlanta, and 80 other locations in the country. Hecker’s idea was based upon the Republican Party’s Contract with America in which the G.O.P. successfully passed nine of the ten contract items into law and forced Bill Clinton to abandon his liberal agenda and govern from the center.
"The Contract From America was a great document," Hecker says, "but ths time it's not top down, it's bottom up . . . It comes from the people, and it's how representative government should work."
"It started with my recent frustration with the Republican Party's lack of legitimacy on economic-conservative issues," he explains. "They no longer represented for me a proxy for my beliefs on the economic front. So this idea came from that. I thought, 'How do we move this country back into an economic conservative direction if that's not where it seems either party is headed. And then it just fit perfectly within the TEA party movement." To which Rajjpuut says, AMEN!

Latest Betrayal: Obama Turning Internet over to Foreigners
Some of the technical background for this blog can be found here:
http://www.yale.edu/pclt/COMM/TCPIP.HTM
http://www.garykessler.net/library/tcpip.html#intro
Of all the many betrayals of Barak Obama, some day the one we may all regret the most under a Brave New One-World government may be his “giving away” of the internet. The information superhighway, internet, worldwide web or just the WEB as we know it may soon become a thing of the past thanks to Barak Obama’s need to prove his compliance with the rest of the world’s power structure and just how cooperative, sharing, inclusive and multi-national in thought he can be.
Understanding the nature of this betrayal comes from first understanding that the internet was from day one an American Department of Defense creation so that computers of the American military could talk to one another, easily, accurately and quickly and so that important American military information could be shared among all American military computers. The system has remained in American hands since the beginning so that no foreign power would ever have the power to disrupt it or interdict our communications. The system as it now stands canNOT be given away without giving away immense amounts of knowledge and potential control over America’s cyber-infrastructure.
Within a year, control and key management of the internet by the U.S. Dept. of Commerce may be non-existent. Could this help tyrants control all communications in their country? Could this allow Barak Obama to control all communications in this country? Remember the internet crackdown in China last year? Remember the role the web played in Iran in allowing dissidents to communicate the activities of their illegally elected president, Iran’s police and just to keep them in touch with each other? Today 90% of the most serious internet information thefts in science, industry and even the military are begun in one country: China . . . how much easier might things be for the Chinese communists if we just give away control of the system we created?
It’s a somewhat long and fascinating story, but let’s leave out 99% of the details and look at it in a nutshell . . . (First of all, Al Gore did NOT invent the internet, in reality he had little to do with it so that statement’s just as inaccurate as anything he’s said about global warming.) The information superhighway as we know it began small with a lot of scientists sharing information over the prototypical equivalents of what today we call a local area network (LAN). A few businesses were doing the same thing, but not many because the process of setting things up was labor extensive and very expensive and worked best in small areas, not for widespread large companies. The connections were hardwired and slow and they might serve a dozen or up to a couple hundred individuals in a relatively small area. The whole thing was limited by its relation to old fashioned telephone-switching techniques which were extraordinarily slow, expensive and unreliable.
The first big breakthrough was a method of switching called “packet- switching” which, once invented, made the server as we know it today possible and changed the whole ballgame. Today’s internet grown immensely complicated and widespread since the invention of packet-switching is just the realization of predictions that go back nearly fifty years. In a series of memos beginning in August 1962, J.C.R. Lichlider of MIT discussed the potential of a "Galactic Network" and how social interactions and educational information sharing might be enabled through networking. The Internet today certainly provides such a nationwide and global infrastructure and already interplanetary Internet communication has been seriously discussed.
Just about the time that scientists from multiple universities were seeing the tremendous potential of sharing information on more extended networks, the American military saw the immense value such systems (if expanded to a dramatically greater extent) would have for offering them strategic and tactical advantages in information gathering and sharing, not to mention virtually instantaneous speed of distribution. Beyond anything else, the American military was the driving force for creating the internet.
About that same time a huge bunch of additional technical breakthroughs were happening. More importantly, two more Americans, Dr.Robert E. Kahn and Dr. Vinton G. Cerf, working for the DOD (Department of Defense) in DARPA (the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency) up to and after 1972 conceived of, designed and oversaw the development and execution of a something called “open-arching” (pronounced “arking”) or open-architecture networking, an immense breakthrough in networking and connectivity which gave birth to the internet as we know it today and gave the whole process its “weblike” quality. Instead of the need to hardwire every single connection, the process relied on a combined 1) receiver-transmitter 2) identity recognition device 3) data storage and 4) switchboard-executing machine called a“server” which in concert with virtually unlimited other servers brought together as first a few individual networks and then a whole series of interconnected networks which thus made the information superhighway virtually unlimited in size and scope.
What made the whole thing possible was the server and . . . thanks to Kahn and Cerf’s conceptions each person or (more accurately) each computer connection onto each server was provided with a unique “identifier,” now known as its tcp/ip that could be instantaneously recognized and instantaneously communicate with others and otherwise interact through the server network. When the process went beyond the DOD and became national, the U.S. Department of Commerce was put in charge.
It wasn’t too long till the whole thing went international and soon other individual businesses, universities, groups, and countries created their own webs within the greater worldwide web. Here is the key thing to understand: ALL vital communication is based upon the abilities to send, receive, identify any and all the other parties to the communication and to make your own identity known. IP means “internet protocol”; TCP means “transmission control protocol.” A protocol in computing is a set of electronic instructions that permit these processes to occur. Not to belabor things with the overly technical, but the magic of the tcp/ip identifier is that the system’s entire “integrity” is based upon it. Ceding control over such processes here in America to foreign powers could lead to sabotage of such a nature and scope as to become cataclysmic.
Nevertheless, the Obama administration is without fanfare, surrendering control over the web to foreign powers. Without American ingenuity and investment of the American taxpayer, no internet as we know it today would exist. Our control “imperative” is via management and control over the Domain Name System (DNS) and the humongous servers that service the present internet. Global coordination of the entire internet on behalf of the U.S. Dept. of Commerce is locked into a system of internet protocol resources. Without an IP address and all these other internet protocols, a person or nation would have no access to the internet itself. Allowing foreign powers that control is definitely NOT in the best interest of the United States. For example, let’s say that China or its buddy Iran wishes to black out information on internal squabbling or the quashing of dissent within its borders, what could be simpler than to simply put the whole system on the fritz until such a time as they felt open communications offered no threat to their perceived interests? The Chinese have already demonstrated the most sophisticated national hacking capabilities of any entity in the world. Obama’s actions will certainly make it much easier for the Sino-fox to dominate the world's and America's henhouses.
Within months of Obama's taking office, his administration, through the Department of Commerce, agreed to give “greater representation to foreign telecommunication companies” and countries. Control and management of this American invention is not only the right of America but also our responsibility. That responsibility is twofold: 1) for American’s economic and national security and 2) for the functionality of the web for the entire international community. No better nation than the United States exists to protect these twin interests. Americans developed and invented it; paid for it and the research for implementing it; we are, despite Mr. Obama’s desire for media control, the freest and most tolerant nation on earth; we gain nothing from the user fees paid to ISPs (internet service providers) which are operated by individual companies and countries all over the world; and we have no policy of censorship unlike an awful lot of other foreign powers. Additionally, the ability of U.S. intelligence to monitor financial movements as well as other communications by terrorists and terrorist organizations will become remarkably compromised if the give away is allowed to happen. As usual, the Obama agenda is not just NOT pro-American, but only pro-Obama and mysterious and virtually unfathomable (unless you, like Rajjpuut, understand his underlying Marxism) to those interested in freedom and prosperity as well as open and honest government dedicated to the best interests of the American people.

"Clueless" President Obama Throws Another Snow Job
at the American Taxpayer
Think of it as a government propaganda agency designed to convince a doubtful American public of the absolute validity of global warming "science." It's called the "Federal Climate Service" and it's just one more Barak Obama GSB (government spending boondoggle) coming your way courtesy of "the Chicago Savior's" progressive^^ upbringing, one more way to bankrupt America and drive socialism down our throats. Could this be the inane straw that breaks the taxpayers' backs? Here's how it works . . .
Unable to offend our sensibilities with a cataclysmically wasteful Obamacare takeover of the health care industry, the Obama administration is forming a new government agency dedicated to addressing the “impending doom of global warming.” According to U.S. Commerce Secretary Gary Locke, the “Federal Climate Service” is being created because of “big demand from the American Public for relevant and timely information about 'global warming.'” Supposedly one big side benefit is the “creation of new jobs.” Despite costing the nation almost six million jobs overall, Mr. Obama has expanded government jobs by 14% already this year. The website going up today www.climate.gov highlights supposedly “short-term cooling on a warming planet” just in time for another 15" snow storm in D.C., one supposes . . . To Rajjpuut’s jaundiced eyes this sounds like something created by Obama's crackpot Science Czar John Holdren.
Holdren was notable in 1972 for trying to frighten the bewhilickers out of all of us about the “coming ice age” and then for becoming an advocate of Al Gore’s global warming scare in the early part of the last decade. Let’s put things into rational perspective here, shall we . . . .
When it comes to cold, cold snowy winters in the east, the past may outstrip the present. Valley Forge in 1776 was part of a Pennsylvania that reportedly saw over 200” of the white stuff (over 17 feet) fall – numbers more usually associated with freak 100-year winters in Buffalo, N.Y. In 1816 also known as “1800 and Froze to Death” or the “Year without a summer” farmers in New England put three different crops into the ground and all of it died from late frosts in a year when huge late May, June, July and August snow storms destroyed the agricultural industry. Surely 2010 will never come close to that kind of winter devastation. Nevertheless, the recent 32.4” snowfall hitting Washington, D.C. and tomorrow’s predicted 10-20 inch follow-up has the folks in the nation’s capital shaking their heads and people with flat roofs fearing the worst all up and down the Eastern Seaboard. It also has Barak Obama proposing creation of this “Federal Climate Service” supposedly aimed at studying global warming but clearly just a snow job aimed at propagandizing the politically correct "truth" about global warming.
Aside from the probability that Barak Obama is preparing an insanity defense for his coming impeachment, the out and out lie known as “global warming” suffered several serious attacks in 2009. The scandal known as “Climate Gate” revealed a deep and long-ongoing fraud by both the UN IPCC ( United Nations' Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change) and the formerly trusted CRU (Climate Research Unit) from East Anglia, England responsible together for the lion's share of our supposed data and climate projections. There were also reports of a policy of deliberate “cherry-picking” of thousands of Siberian temperatures to eliminate any truly cold ones, and most damning of all the release of information that the 2,500 year climate record being used was deliberately created without including the 450 year Medieval Warm Period data to make the past seem much cooler than it really was. Along those lines, perhaps we should think of of present year 2010 as “20 Ten(d) to doubt Global Warming.”
Right now in the U.S. Senate a “Cap and Trade” bill -- designed to reduce (or tax out of existence) the human carbon dioxide emissions supposedly causing suspected global warming – languishes in committee. In the best of all possible worlds the huge stacks of paper committed to this environmental bill which will cost the nation $220 billion in productivity every single year it’s in effect . . . perhaps that paper can heat a few chimneys or furnaces? We really do need Al Gore to straighten us out on this, don’t you think? Nevertheless, “Clueless Barak” has decided to waste more of our tax dollars by creating another bureaucratic entity, this Climate Service, to aid in cooking the books along acceptable and politically correct climate lines . . . makes you want to vomit don’t it?

^^Progressive sounds so much better than "Marxist," doesn't it?
Beginning with Woodrow Wilson, the Progressive movement has regarded the U.S. Constitution as an obstacle and used an evolutionary (unending assault by slight changes rather than all-out battle) approach to making the U.S. Constitution irrelevant (in England this approach is and was called "Fabian Socialism" after the great Roman general Fabius who defeated Hannibal and his Carthaginians and elephants by never actually confronting him in any big battles just letting incremental logistics and nature do most of the work).
Barak Obama, however, was definitely raised as a communist by Stanley Ann Dunham, his mother, and Stanley Armor Dunham, his grandfather. His father, Barak Hussein Obama, Sr., meanwhile lost his job in the Economic Development Agency of the fledgeling Kenyan Governmen for too loud, far too often and particularly in writing lobbying for a communist government in which "even 100% tax is not out of the question" and for advocating an "active program" to force financial equality between Kenya's Black, Asian and White populations published in the most prestigious magazine of its day, 1965, the East Africa Journal. Barak, Jr. coveniently left his father's Marxism out of the book, "Dreams from My Father" ghostwritten by Bill Ayers of bomb-planting fame.
Barak, Sr.'s 8-page article reflects the truth about his son's beliefs today, too. To hear him say, "I am NOT an ideologue, I am not," harkened back to Richard Nixon's equally false, "I'm not a crook." Here's a picture of Barak and his father (who the mainstream media would have you believe played absoutely no part in Barak, Jr.'s upbringing) together for a month in Hawaii according to "Dreams from My Father":

Come down, come down from your ivory tower, Barak!
Contrary to all evidence from recent history, President Barak, “the Liar,” Obama still thinks that if he “ ‘says it’s so,’ PRESTO! It is definitely so.” Using an EPA directive, Mr. Obama, has decreed that by 2016 the fuel efficiency standards for all models of combined trucks and passenger car fleets of new cars in the country will be 35.5 miles per gallon . . . an efficiency increase of almost 10 miles per gallon. Just as Obama said he will create five million “green tech jobs” without any underlying technology” to back him up
. . . now the anointed wunderchild believes that his magic silver-tongue will overnight create almost 37% greater automobile efficiency. In the real world, Mr. President, cause and effect still rule the day!
Here's your "satisfy our idiot progressive base" party line: "These historic new standards set ambitious, but achievable, fuel economy requirements for the automotive industry that will also encourage new and emerging technologies," according to Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood. "We will be helping American motorists save money at the pump, while putting less pollution in the air." Such noble goals and such B.S. execution . . . get real, Mr. President! Other countries can fail to meet these ridiculous goals and live with it by selling their cars elsewhere. With your interference today, the U.S. automakers cannot survive unless they meet the goal established . . . did you just personally invent a prototype of a 40% more efficient engine process, Mr. President? If not, butt out, fool!

"This stimulus money will prevent unemployment from reaching 8%."
"I am not an ideologue."
". . . will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."
"This is NOT socialized medicine."
"I am NOT a socialist, I’m not."
"There will be no increased taxes for the middle class."
"There will be no tax increases for persons making $200,000 yearly or less or families earning $250,000 or less."
"I will be the jobs president."
"We will clean up Washington."
"We’ll run the cleanest, most open and transparent administration in history."
"We’ll have C-SPAN right in the room with us during the health care proceedings."
"I’m always open to bi-partisan suggestions . . . ."
"I do solemnly swear that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States . . . ."
"This bill will reduce the deficit and lower the national debt."
"Winning the war in Iraq has always been very important to me."
"Our energy plan will decrease the need for foreign oil."
"I will bring the troops home all of them."
"We have created or saved 600,000 jobs."
"We have created or saved 2,000,000 jobs."
"There have been an awful lot of lies told about what’s in this bill, here are the facts: this legislation will improve health care delivery and lower costs for families and businesses and reduce our deficits." The less said about the falsehoods contained in the Obamacare law and the sick process used to pass it the better . . . but those four statements are outright lies.
"America wants this bill."
(at the “Bi-partisan summit”) "That is just not true, we need to get our facts straight." Obama, supposedly moderating this conference impartially, continually interrupted every telling fact or idea of the Republicans attending to call them lies or "talking points" and re-emphasize his own misguided or false principles.
With five ridiculous strikes for unions against business, President Barak Obama has struck out on economic recovery and already cemented his place in Fool’s Paradise by showing himself the most avid job-killing president in American history. Two December’s ago, while preparing his transition into the oval office, Obama thrilled the radical left and unions by selecting Hilda Solis to head the Labor Department. Solis long noted for her ties to openly communist and socialist organization has certainly not done anything to advance Obama’s claim that he would be the “Jobs’ President.” Communist Party USA’s “People’s Weekly World Newspaper has been gushing about Solis for fifteen consecutive months now.
A year ago Obama’s key labor move was every bit as shocking and, dare Rajjpuut say it, anti-American. If you thought that AmTrack’s problems couldn’t get worse, think again. Obama appointed Joseph Szabo, Illinois State Legislative Director for the United Transportation Union, to be the Federal Railroad Administrator. Another ill-placed union toadie to push for more benefits and reducing the chance that AmTrack will ever show a profit again.
The third strike by Obama was September’s nomination for assistant secretary of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) of yet another believer in “junk science” Dr. David Michaels also yet another academic with no real world credentials who has been a one-man wrecking crew opposed to nuclear energy throughout his adult life. and a carrying 100% anti-business agenda as his proud baggage. Rajjpuut would remind Obama and Michaels that more people died at Chappiquiddick than at Three-Mile Island despite the late Senator Teddy’s similar anti-nuke posture. So Michaels is a job-killer and a betrayer of Obama’s promise of “energy independence.”
But the “most unkindest cut of all” as Marc Anthony reminds us, was the sneaky use of the recent Congressional recess to make two god awful labor appointments. Obama appointed two ultra-unionist lawyers (academics and lawyers make up about 87% of Obama’s administration) on to the two vacant seats on the National Labor Relations Board where they’d be expected to rule impartially on disputes between labor and management for the good of the country: Obama’s head weighs 607 pounds, in other words, FAT CHANCE! The two men selected were Mark Pearce and Craig Becker. Here was a chance for the display of Obama’s much-lauded “bi-parisanship” since members of both parties were concerned about the radical Becker holding down anything more significant than his own supper. Big labor is, of course, the owner of Barak Obama and labor officials have spent more time at the White House than anyone but the Obama’s and their dog. I guess that’s what you get for half a billion dollars in campaign donations. Rajjpuut could have sworn Obama said he’d govern for all the people, not just the union members, ah well. Solis and Obama were orgasmic in discussing Becker before the press . . . forgetting for the umpteenth time that the main reason Obama was elected was the Economy, STUPID! You can probably count on Becker alone to cost the country five million more jobs.
The sneaky recess appointment of Becker, who is not qualified to pick his own nose, is a huge travesty. The man is a big advocate of A. card-check B. denier of secret balloting at the work place C. allowing unions to visit workers’ homes uninvited D. union bullying and pressure at work E. Employee Forced Choice Act (EFCA) and even F. EFCA via Presidential administrative action if 60 senate votes are not available. Get the picture? Anything else that kills jobs, Becker is for . . . .
Craig Becker’s nomination is a monstrous threat to our economy because he is an ardent enemy of small business, the engine of recoveries. Becker believes small businesses “should have no right to be heard in either a representation case or an unfair labor practices case” meaning “employers have no standing to assert their employees’ right to fair representation.” Becker’s own words, published in the University of Minnesota Law Review, 1993.
This extreme nominee believes employers should have no “legal standing” in the unionization process of their own workplace. That is the AFL-CIO and the should have a voice in the unionization process and the guy who started the business should not? Then the only viable choice for the entrepreneur faced with a destructive union is to kill his own business and every job in it? Becker certainly has shown himself in the past to be in favor of many anti-job creation practices and policies when he acted through the NLRB bypassing Congressional action to unilaterally attack this country's economy.

As it stands the provisions of Obamacare that force individual states to take over a much augmented Medicaid and a very much augmented state role in paying for Medicaid are almost certain to bankrupt all 50 of the states with the possible exception of Texas (which has special doctor-friendly and insurance-friendly laws in place) by 2020 or 2022 at the latest. This much you already know if you’re a loyal reader of Rajjpuut’s Folly here or at TownHall.com . . . Listening to Fox News the other night was quite enlightening . . . .
The United States is not some single monlithic entity called “America” but rather a federal system of government with the national government holding some important dominion over 50 semi-autonomous states. The Bill of Rights of the Constitution is sort of like a protective armor designed to negate much of the potentially most objectionable power grabs that the national government (acting upon the states and upon the individual citizens) might attempt. Perhaps the least appreciated and little understood of all the Bill of Rights’ ten amendments is the 10th and last amendment which limits the power of the national government just to assume powers willy-nilly a la Obama and his czars and Obamacare.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/10th_Amendment
The 10th Amendment of the Bill of Rights of the United States Constitution:
“The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”
The main reason the states will have a powerful case arguing against the provisions of Obamacare that will bankrupt them is that like so much of what Barak Obama has done his so-called “reforms” under Obamacare are merely commandeering the state legislature’s role in every one of the 50 states for federal purposes which always in the past the Supreme Court has labeled “unconstitutional.” In a nutshell the key question is this: “Should the U.S. Government be allowed to pass laws and programs and force the states to pay for them?” If you wanted a stronger form of the question, “Can the federal government be allowed to pass laws, then force the states to pay for them and bankrupt the states?”
This question about the U.S. Congress regulating state governments has been asked many times and always the answer has been a resounding, “NO!” In Obamacare, as the law now exists, Congress has told the states to modify their health care regulation; they must surrender some areas of health care regulations; and they must spend state taxpayer money in the exact manner that the U.S. Congress is telling them to spend it. The U.S. Congress is removing all self-determination and discretion from the state governments in the health care arena.
Back to Obamacare, the judge continues: “the states have had a role in health care delivery for 233 years, a big role since about 1920, and a huge role since Medicaid was passed in 1965, there is no precedent for the federal government to just move in there. I predict that the U.S. Supreme Court will invalidate major portions of the law the president just signed.” However, according to Napolitano, the bad news is that many of the laws provisions will not be "challengable" until 2014 when they’d go into effect. In any case, the Judge says it takes the average court case four years to pass through the system to reach the Supreme Court. “You’re talking abut 2018 which is eight years from now.
Rajjpuut, of course sees a cleaner, better world and has a better way, the thing to do is for 38 states (the 3/4 necessary for citizen creation of a new amendment to the Constitution) to pass an amendment repealing Obamacare and all its provision, eliminating all the 159 new federal bureaucracies created by the law, and unhiring all 1,650 new IRS agents required by the law. This is the single most magic action awaiting the TEA Party's commitment. There has never before been an Amendment created for the Constitution, this is the TEA Party's divine purpose if ever there was one!
Other points raised by the Judge include . . . .
The federal government lacks constitutional authority to order citizens to purchase healthcare insurance or fine them for not doing so.
The sweetheart deals still in the Obamacare law are definitely unconstitutional. The Gatorade exception, Louisiana Purchase and others “create a very unique and tricky constitutional problem (they violate the equal protection clauses and equal process clauses) because they treat some citizens differently from others” based upon the state they’re living in “so these benefits or bribes whatever you call them” force people in other states "to pay for the benefits of states that pay less.”
The U.S. Constitution created the federal government and it was “not created to right every wrong, but rather to operate only in the seventeen specific, discrete areas where the Constitution empowered it to act.”
One of the more objectionable parts of the law was that a takeover of the student college loan industry was added into the bill so that students taking out loans could partially fund Obamacare. Included in the law was an exception so that a congressional member’s bank (he partially owns it, Rajjpuut believes) could still stay in the student loan business.
Exempting union members from so-called “Cadillac taxes” on expensive health care insurance policies while imposing a direct tax on other citizens is “outright discrimination” and unconstitutional.
“This health care legislation will prove that the UNlimited government folks are WRONG in a very direct and in-your-face way.”
A group very much in tune with Judge Napolitano is the recently-emerged TEA^^^ Party (acronym: Taxed Enough Already) which buys his arguments 100% and seeks to find fiscal-conservatives to back this November. One strong reason for the great distress of TEA Party members: Obama's budget initiatives carried into the future have been shown by the Congressional Budget Office to increase the National Debt to Gross Domestic Product ratio from an alarmingly high 53% to an incredible 90+%. The last nation to embark willingly on such a plan was Japan in the late 80's and early 90's. Today Japan, once thought of as an economic super power, faces a debt/GDP ratio of 192% and her glory days are far behind her.

Voters across the nation feel closer to the Tea Party movement than they do to Congress according to the latest Rasmussen poll. 52% of U.S. voters believe the average member of the Tea Party movement has a better understanding of the issues facing America today than the average member of Congress while only 30% believe that those in Congress have a better understanding of those key issues. 47% think that their own political views are closer to those of the average Tea Party member than to the views of the average member of Congress. On this point, 26% feel closer to Congress. 46% of voters say that the average Tea Party member is more ethical than the average member of Congress. Twenty-seven percent (27%) say that the average member of Congress is more ethical. There is a wide divide between the tiny Political Class and Mainstream Americans on these questions. Seventy-five percent (75%) of those in the Political Class say that members of Congress are better informed on the issues. Among Mainstream Americans, 68% have the opposite view, and only 16% believe Congress is better informed. By a 62% to 12% margin, Mainstream Americans say the Tea Party is closer to their views. By a 90% to one percent (1%) margin, the Political Class feels closer to Congress.
There appear to be no French or American officials willing to confirm a rumor from 17tuupjjaR91$$ sources that an alleged 24 year old French hacker got into President Obama’s Twitter account by guessing his password was 71tcOdeR91 and officials in the Obama Administration are pretending the security breach never happened**. In any case, the Frenchman, known as “Hacker Croll” but said to be Francois Cousteix, showed his arrogance by taking bets about his ability to hack into celebrity websites on Twitter and elsewhere and besides Obama got into the accounts of famous folk like Brittney Spears and Lily Allen also allegedly just by guessing passwords. Since his arrest earlier in the week, Cousteix has allegedly admitted responsibility for hacking into dozens of Facebook and Twitter accounts and could spend up to two years in prison for each count of hacking if convicted.
French authorities reportedly took the lead on the investigation, but relied heavily upon the FBI to monitor Cousteix's online activities. The FBI also reportedly took part in the arrest of the hacker. Cousteix who allegedly has admitted to the hacking has reportedly said, "I'm a nice hacker ... It's a message I wanted to get out to users, to remind them that no system is invulnerable," according to comments he made on France 3 television on Thursday after being released from police questioning Wednesday. Cousteix allegedly also leaked internal Twitter documents to other web sites, in 2009. At that time, Google apps were said to be in danger from Hacker Croll. Twitter relies on Google for sharing notes, spreadsheets, ideas, financial details, and other things.

** There was no word on how long a typical hack takes for Monsieur Cousteix but 71tcOdeR91 would have taken Ol’ Rajjpuut at least five minutes to figure out. Still, it’s not 01learsIlliK02 or 01narIharruH02 : > )
You can fool some of the people all of the time, all of the people some of the time and the Congressional Budget Office too much of the time. However, just as it’s not nice to fool Mama Nature, sooner or later the CBO usually does the job they’re paid to do and the fooling around stops. After showing the testicles of an emasculated amoeba and failing to stand up to the Obamacare budget projections last week, this week the CBO finally stopped squeaking liking mice and stood up like men and after projecting Obama’s budgets out into the future said:
http://www.cbo.gov/ftpdocs/112xx/doc11231/frontmatter.shtml
The CBO's preliminary analysis indicates the following:
If the President’s proposals were enacted, the federal government would record deficits of $1.5 trillion in 2010 and $1.3 trillion in 2011. Those deficits would amount to 10.3 percent and 8.9 percent of gross domestic product (GDP), respectively. By comparison, the deficit in 2009 totaled 9.9 percent of GDP.
Measured relative to the size of the economy, the deficit under the President’s proposals would fall to about 4 percent of GDP by 2014 but would rise steadily thereafter. Compared with CBO’s baseline projections, deficits under the proposals would be about 2 percentage points of GDP higher in fiscal years 2011 and 2012, 1.3 percentage points greater in 2013, and above baseline levels by growing amounts thereafter. By 2020, the deficit would reach 5.6 percent of GDP, compared with 3.0 percent under CBO’s baseline projections.
Under the President’s budget, debt held by the public would grow from $7.5 trillion (53 percent of GDP) at the end of 2009 to $20.3 trillion (90 percent of GDP) at the end of 2020. As a result, net interest would more than quadruple between 2010 and 2020 in nominal dollars (without an adjustment for inflation); it would expand from 1.4 percent of GDP in 2010 to 4.1 percent in 2020.
The yearly interest on the national debt as a budget entity by 2020 would prohibit virtually any semblance of normalcy. And that's NOT diminishing or paying down the debt, just paying interest upon it. As all truly aware citizens know, the reason for the upcoming drops in deficits shown by the CBO are that a series of new front-loaded taxes are about to be sprung upon the nation (great idea during a recession, eh?) to pay for Obamacare and all the projections for incredible benefits from Obamacare all the while cutting deficits is based upon the most optimistic possible scenarios for economic bounce-back.
Since the “jobs-president” rather than concentrating on jobs has been doing everything possible to annihilate jobs with his jobs-busting economic policies . . . it is very possible that the economic situation come 2020 may be considerably much worse than the CBO projects. Since the president has a whole deskload of initiatives like amnesty and citizenship for illegal aliens on his plate that are all very expensive GIBs and GSBs (Government Interference and Government Spending Boondoggles) . . . it is very possible that the economic situation come 2020 may be much, much worse than the CBO projects. Since Obama is looking to make many more “fundamental transformations” to this country . . . it is very possible that the economic situation come 2020 may be much, much, much worse than the CBO projects. It does NOT appear that Obama is through spending this year or ever.
Rajjpuut suggests three new Amendments to the U. S. Constitution (1. Obamacare and all its effects be immediately repealed 2. Federalism Amendment prevents country from passing laws that state governments must pay for such as Medicaid which is set to bankrupt every state by 2020 3. Federal spending be limited to 12.5% of the previous year’s GDP); that come November the voters reject all those who supported Obamacare; and that Obama be voted out for incompetence and operating contrary to his oath to “preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.”

Visit these two links. Read the words from Barak Hussein Obama, Sr., our president’s father, as he tells us the benefits of 100% taxes for Kenya. He didn't think mere socialism was good enough for Kenya, but that the country needed 100% taxes a.k.a. communism and his non-ending diatribes got him kicked out of government. His son devoted his first autobiography "Dreams from My Father" to that man but took great pains never to reveal his politics. As said and proven in these pages often before, President Barak Obama is a communist and his birth-father, mother and grandfather were all communists. The man is doing all he hoped to do, he is overthrowing the American way of life.

Whether TEA means "Taxed Enough Already" or "Taken Enough Abuse," Old Rajjpuut, has been encouraged by the Tea Party phenomenon beyond that of any other occurrence in political-activism since at least the days of Ronald Reagan, Martin Luther King, Jr. and Gandhi. Patriotic opposition and even a bit of civil disobedience against corrupt government and corrupt politicians is certainly long overdue in this country. The TEA Party, one hopes, will continue to be a vibrant fiscal-conservative backlash against the abuses of both major parties and the federal government and a strong PRO-voice
supporting the U.S. Constitution. Not a cut and dried "litmus test" but rather an intelligent range of views that define patriotism.
Just as the original Sons of Liberty which conducted the Boston Tea Party became the Whig Party; and the original abolitionists became outraged at the impotence of their Whig Party and gave birth to the Republican Party in 1854, let’s hope this new movement leads us back to our conservative, freedom-loving roots once again. Fiscal conservativism and social moderation and tolerance are worthy goals. To those ends here is a Suggested Unity Platform for the Tea Party:
Guiding Principles:
I. We hold the Declaration of Independence's truths to be self-evident that all men are created politically equal and own the unalienable rights to LIFE, LIBERTY, and the PURSUIT of HAPPINESS. We believe in equality of opportunity, not forced equality by government theft and re-distribution. Each human life is potentially of great worth and dignity. Diversity of opinion and diversity of support are vital. Patriotism comes in many wonderful packages. We are a party of inclusion not exclusion. We welcome patriotic dissent as well as patriotic agreement. We expect “discussion” to be civil and search for win-win resolutions at all times, but we totally deny the idea of political correctness.
II. We believe that political correctness is gutless and dishonest. In its place we search for political integrity and the best possible results for the American people as a whole. We do not support or agree with notions of affirmative action. The family is sacrosanct, but after childhoold, each person stands on his own within the bounds of reason and compassion.
III. Because the original Tea Party consisted of radicals whose attack on the establishment on December 16, 1773 (flinging taxed tea crates into Boston Harbor) was a defiant act of civil disobedience, we embrace peaceful but intelligent and provocative defiance toward the present political establishment. We are the people and they govern at our pleasure, they work for us, we do not work for them. We loathe their current attempts at "Taxation without Representation" and consider our pocketbooks and our persons equally sacrosanct. The methods of Gandhi, Martin Luther King, Thoreau, our own founding fathers and Ronald Reagan provide a guideline for constructive, intelligent and effective actions.
IV. Patriotism means first of all respect for the U.S. Constitution and the men and women who’ve fought, died and struggled to make this country great.
Be it resolved that we hold this type of federal government to be self-evidently preferible to all others.
A. A Republic featuring Democratically-elected representatives
B. A federal government in line with the principles of the Bill of Rights of the U.S. Constitution particularly the 10th Amendment.
C. The smallest possible federal government possible that can protect the people from aggressions foreign and domestic
D. The federal government which taxes the least, interferes in daily life the least and keeps it monetary affairs in good order
E. The federal government that honors the principles of complete separation and balance of executive, legislative and judicial powers and in honoring the 10th Amendment honors the balance of central government powers with state and local governments and with the individual.
F. A federal government that will not invoke nor allow ex post facto laws or ex post facto voting or scheduling of voting to fill vacant seats
G. A federal government which practices a balanced budget except in wartime or real emergency
H. A federal government that does NOT feature a central bank nor (except in wartime) allow national debt
I. A federal government that supports a strong currency
J. A federal government that honors and enforces separation of Church and State and favors no religion
K. A federal government which except as necessary (in keeping with the bill of rights) respects and does not interfere with or subvert the state government or the rights of individuals
Be it further resolved that the twenty-one principled behaviors and attitudes listed below outline the attributes of a true American statesman or stateswoman. We believe that candidates that adopt at least eighteen of them are worthy of our votes. We resolve to revisit and revise this list not less than once every eighteen months to keep it current, relevant and intelligent . . . .
The Twenty-One Statements
A statesman/stateswoman of integrity that patriotically represents the American people . . .
•1. Supports strong national defense
•2. Supports responsible capitalism and minimal government interference with honest and responsible captitalist endeavor
•3. Supports minimal taxation
•4. Supports smaller, more efficient, more effective and less onerous and interfering government
•5. Opposes socialism, Marxism, communism and social-progressivism in all forms and strives for repeal of Obamacare and all socialized medicine
•6. Supports reduction of and elimination of the national debt
•7. Opposes the existence of the federal reserve bank
•8. Opposes deficits and unbalanced budgets
•9. Supports market-based health care reform
•10. Supports full exploration and use of America’s present energy storehouse and potential by the free market, including but not limited to nuclear power; oil-shale development; offshore drilling; drilling in the country itself, especially in the newly discovered huge Baaken Reserve Fields. Supports green-tech with minimal research funds and leaves development of those sources of energy to private businesses and individuals.
•11. Opposes mandatory unionization and card check; and supports secret balloting everywhere in America including in the jury room and work place
•12. Opposes cap and trade or other such energy legislation and is willing to revoke any such measures should they pass. Expects "global warming" to either become a real and proven science or disappear based upon its scientific merits or lack thereof, not on political power grabs and falsified data
•13. Opposes illegal immigration in all its forms
•14. Supports victory in Iraq and withdrawal within four years
•15. Supports victory in Afghanistan and re-building that nation’s infrastructure, especially schools and insisting that nation educate its women before eventual withdrawal. Opposes all terroristic activity.
•16. Opposes “marriage” by same-sex individuals; but supports civil unions without the right of adoption. for such people.
•17. Opposes public funding of elective health care options such as abortion and unnecessary plastic surgery
•18. Supports second amendment freedoms; opposes all irresponsible use of weapons of any sort; opposes violent felons ever getting the right to bear arms; opposes fully-automatic military assault type weapons in the hands of civilians; supports a strong National Guard and other military reserve INDEPENDENT of the federal government except in emergency or wartime necessity
•19. Opposes the irrational and violent governments of North Korea and Iran and supports all measures to stop their nuclear proliferation
•20. Supports all just laws. Supports abortion as the PRESENT law of the land but opposes federal or state funding of abortions. Respects the right of non-violent opposition to abortion and the right to seek a constitutional amendment limiting late-term abortions. Respects the right of peaceful protest and demonstration against all unjust laws and all unjust local, state and federal actions and laws.
•21. Opposes all government jobs creation. Outside of its legitimate limited functions, governments cannot create jobs that benefit the greater public; they can only tax and waste our money. Specifically opposes the present green jobs program of President Obama which will, in order to create the desired five million green-tech jobs, cost the country over eleven million^^^ real jobs. Additionally, the jobs created will be temporary in 91% of the instances; be low-paying in 94% of instances and be a sham. To create jobs and especially green tech jobs the Federal government needs to stand aside, lower taxes and enourage research, period. Supports private sector jobs growth by lowering taxes on business and individuals.
Resolved: candidates whose “track record” demonstrates substantial compliance with both the spirit and the letter of these "Twenty-One Statements" is considered a “friend of the Tea Party” and worthy of our full respect and support. Candidates whose “litmus test” results are very close to the seventeen agreement threshhold may also be supported on a lesser of two-evils basis. Candidates who substantially differ from these standards will be opposed by all legitimate means at our disposal.
Ya'all live long, strong and ornery,
Rajjpuut
^^^ According to a Spanish study of the results of a similar experiment in their country leading to 18.7% unemployment, each government-created job cost the permanent loss of 2.2 real jobs from the wider economy. Some government created jobs were of extremely short duration, only roughly 9% were permanent and not many paid well.
