It is time that such unlawful conduct be dealt with using Force on Force... Marxist crowds don't respect law and order or civil discourse... the only thing they respond to is force. The rule of law requires force whenever civil conduct is not present and the historic reaction to law and order becomes violence law and order must respond with overwhelming power to stop the insurrection immediately. Failure to enforce the rule of law leads to chaos... and with each incident of pandering to criminal conduct, the criminals become more not less violent.

The rules for police engagement and the use of force must change... Law Enforcement must be permitted to use massive, overwhelming, force immediately to put down the insurrection and violent, unlawful riot ... The use of De-Escalation Tactics succeeds only when the crowds are not overtly focused on terrorizing the local population, thru the use of violence and chaos. Most of the staged protests occurring are not the rational response of concerned citizens protesting police violence.

The bulk of these destructive assemblies are choreographed incidents of Marxist insurrection; planned violence to create social unrest and to terrorize the nation. Such violence doesn't respond well to de-escalation tactics, the insurrectionist anticipates such tactics, and uses them to their advantage. They exploit such misplaced tactics, expanding their violence, terrorizing entire neighborhoods and communities... conditioning a response that generates even greater violence.

These are a bunch of paid ass holes that don't have a clue. They think that this is a game. Well, it's time to fear the hand of law enforcement. This can be stopped in a matter of minutes. Just deploy the "High-Frequency Crowd Dispersal" unit. It is the US ARMY's possession and has been field-tested. IT WORKS. When turned on, no-one can stand within 200 yards of the transmitter.
