China Ties to US Riots Exposed by Trevor Loudon

{ theepochtimes.com } ~ Most of the riots that racked the United States within the last few months were organized by two socialist organizations which have close ties with the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), said Trevor Loudon, author, and filmmaker...who has been researching radical and terrorist groups and their covert influence on mainstream politics for more than 30 years. The Freedom Road Socialist Organization (FRSO) based out of Minneapolis, an openly pro-CCP organization, and Bay Area-based Liberation Road, with very close ties to the Chinese consulate there and the Chinese Progressive Association (CPA), are behind the recent riots, Loudon said in a recent interview on Epoch Times’ Crossroads program. Liberation Road is “basically a Chinese directed movement,” Loudon said. It is a socialist organization, drawing from Marxist ideology, “with a clear focus on building the resistance to Trump,” its website said. Liberation Road whose people “burnt Ferguson, Missouri to the ground in 2014,” split from FRSO several years ago over the issue of whether to work with the Democratic Party “and it is the parent body of Black Lives Matter [BLM],” Loudon said. Alicia Garza, a co-founder of the Black Lives Matter movement is also the principal of the Black Future Labs project which is “a fiscally sponsored project of the Chinese Progressive Association,” the donation page of the Black Futures Labs stated. Some media denied the allegation about links of the Black Future Labs to the Chinese Communist regime because there are two organizations named “Chinese Progressive Association,” one in San Francisco and one in Boston. The Black Future Labs works with only the Chinese Progressive Association in San Francisco which is a different entity than its namesake in Boston, according to the New York Times. However, both organizations named Chinese Progressive Association (CPA) “are controlled by Liberation Road,” Loudon said. “Both of them are controlled by Maoist communists who have been a part of the same groups for 50 years now. They might be organizationally autonomous, but they are part of the same movement.” The CPA in Boston has very close ties and officially works for the Chinese Consulate in New York, Loudon said, but the Chinese Progressive Association in San Francisco is also very closely tied to the Chinese consulate there. They are “both front groups for the same communist organization” even though they are governed by separate boards, he added. Catching COVID-19 a ‘Blessing in Disguise’ Because of Regeneron Drug

{ breitbart.com } ~ President Donald Trump on Wednesday described his illness with COVID-19 as a “blessing in disguise” because of his treatment with the experimental drug Regeneron...“I think this was a blessing from God that I caught it. This is a blessing in disguise,” Trump said in a video posted to social media. The president said that when he went to Walter Reed Hospital, he asked his doctors about taking Regeneron’s drug to treat COVID-19. The company provided the drug to Trump in response to a compassionate use request from his doctors. The drug is an antibody cocktail called REGN-COV2. The drug has not been approved by the Food and Drug Administration although it is in a phase three trial that began in July. “I went in, I wasn’t feeling so hot, and within a very short period of time then they gave me Regeneron … I think this was the key … It was like unbelievable, I felt good immediately,” Trump said. “To me, it wasn’t therapeutic, it just made me better,” he continued. “I call that a cure.” The president also promoted a similar antibody drug under development by Eli Lilly and Company seeking approval from the Federal Drug Administration. “That’s what I want for everybody, I want everybody to be given the same treatment as your president, because I feel great,” he said. Trump said he wanted to make the drug available for the rest of Americans and also make it free. “If you’re in the hospital, and you’re feeling really bad, I think we’re going to work it so that you’re going get them, and you’re going to get them free,” he said. “Especially if you’re a senior, we’re going to get you in there quick.” Trump admitted that the COVID-19 vaccine would not be developed before the election, despite his best efforts to get it done. “I think we should have it before the election, but politics gets involved and that’s ok. { foxnews.com } ~ C-SPAN host Steve Scully believes his Twitter account was hacked, the network announced in a statement Friday...in the aftermath of a tweet sent from his account to former White House Communications Director Anthony Scaramucci that raised questions of impartiality. Scully "did not originate the tweet," C-SPAN claimed, adding that the Commission on Presidential Debates was investigating the incident "with the help of authorities," who were unidentified. Scully himself did not immediately comment. Scully had been selected to host the second presidential debate, although the status of all future 2020 debates has been unclear. The now-deleted tweet, sent Thursday night, read: "@Scaramucci should I respond to trump." Frank Fahrenkopf, a co-chairman of the commission, first made the hacking claim to Fox News Radio's "The Brian Kilmeade Show" Friday morning. "Steve is a man of great integrity, okay?" Fahrenkopf said. "I don't know this question about whether he tweeted something out or not, I do know, and you'll probably pick up on it in a minute, that he was hacked... Apparently, there's something now that's been on television and the radio saying that he talked to Scaramucci... He was hacked. It didn't happen." Scully, who was set to moderate a town hall debate on Oct. 15 – now crumbling after President Trump withdrew from the now-virtual event – sparked confusion and fury among critics, with many concluding the moderator meant to send such a message to Trump's foe privately. We look at antifa as more of an ideology or a movement than an organization. To be clear, we do have quite a number of properly predicated domestic terrorism investigations into violent anarchist extremists, any number of whom self-identify with the antifa movement. And that’s part of this broader group of domestic violent extremists that I’m talking about, but it’s just one part of it. We also have the racially motivated violence extremists, the militia types, and others.
He later reiterated:
Antifa is a real thing. It’s not a group or an organization; it’s a movement or an ideology. … We have seen individuals … identified with the antifa movement, coalescing regionally into what you might describe as small groups, or nodes. And we are actively investigating the potential violence from those regional nodes, if you will.
Following a question from Texas Congressman Dan Crenshaw, Wray further explained:
I want to be clear that by describing it as an ideology or movement, I by no means mean to minimize the seriousness of the violence and criminality that is going on across the country, some of which is attributable to people inspired by or who self-identify with that ideology and movement.
No organization exists without first being an idea. No movement can even be described as such without an ideology around which to coalesce. White supremacy is no more of an organization than is Marxism, though both ideologies have spawned political organizations such as the Nazis and communists. These organizations were simply the fruit these bankrupt ideologies seeded.
Former federal prosecutor Andrew McCarthy, who’s plenty familiar with the asymmetric ideological threat of Jihadistan, contends that Wray’s description of antifa is not an attempt to diminish or dismiss the genuine threat posed by these anarchists. Instead, he says, Wray is actually expanding the FBI’s perimeters classifying the threat. “What Wray appears to be saying,” McCarthy argues, is that “if the FBI is going to counter Antifa effectively, it has to recognize, first and foremost, the ideological thread that knits all the militants together. You can’t kill it by arresting ten guys in balaclavas mixing Molotov cocktails in Portland… Chris Wray is right. He is not saying that the FBI is making no cases on violent insurrectionists who are driven by Antifa’s anti-American ideology. He is saying that if we’re confronted by a movement, and we want to protect the country, we can’t afford to delude ourselves into thinking we can beat it by taking out any particular organization.
