Immigrants arriving in the US often do so without the multitude of vaccinations our children are required to have... and will be refused admittance if they reject being vaccinated. What would one expect them to do... refuse? Not Hardly. Immigrants are often unaware of the serious risks that some vaccines present... Once they are educated on the risks, they tend to become skeptics and refuse vaccination at rates similar to caucasian citizens.
Comments like those in this video raise very SERIOUS questions regarding the ethics of senior staff in the CDC... making loose and radical comments like those made by this woman should have resulted in the immediate verbal objections of those listening to such unethical speech. If the CDC's institutional culture allows such conduct and statements it should be shut down and reorganized... purging such unethical members from its ranks.
I was not overly surprised to hear her make such a statement ... as the institutional culture in our government is loaded with individuals holding such unethical and DANGEROUS VIEWS.
The political left in its many manifestations throughout history, currently the Democrats, in the more recent past socialist/communist and their many euphemisms, royalty with many terms denoting their exalted status, and tribal rule extending back into prehistory have all viewed rights as being privileges to be granted or denied by them. We would not have an American republic with constitutional rights had not those opposed to the idea realized they would be shot, hung, or ostracized for their stance. They and their political descendants have been at work ever since to erode and water down our natural rights with an avowed intention of eliminating them in the future. The statements of many on the left clearly show their intentions.
