Trump should have informed America that he had ordered a nationwide forensic audit of the vote and would announce its findings in 30 - 60 days.

No, I contributed funds and voted for Trump in both of his campaigns... I am simply not a sycophant and believe that constructive criticism is a positive, not a negative factor. Pres. Trump needs to deal directly and forthrightly with the embedded treason (Marxists and Globalists) within the GOP, starting with McConnel and Romney... as well as... those in the Democrat Party. He must not permit disloyalty, massive leaks, and open insubordination among his senior staff OR THE PARTY LEADERSHIP. Remove them on the first occurrence.
It doesn't do anyone any good to ignore one's shortcomings... promoting bad policy simply to remain positive, leads to catastrophic errors. Pres. Trump was constantly being betrayed by his staff. That should never happen with staff at this level. Never. Consistent leaks and open betrayal is an indication of serious personnel management problems by the Trump Administration, That is a key weakness that attaches directly to the President.
Next Term draining the swamp must be priority number one... beginning on inauguration day, with the arrest of the worst of the treasonous offenders in both political Parties. Pres. All legislation begins in Congress... however, like many bills today lobbyists submit proposed legislation in cooperation with a member of members of Congress... input from the Heritage Foundation, The ACLJ, Liberty University Law School, and a host of other conservative law firms, foundations, and think tanks would gladly provide useful input for rewriting the Federal Judiciary Act.
As to dismantling the Judiciary... that is not what I propose... the reorganization and removal of Activist Judges will not dismantle the Federal Judiciary... it is reorganizing the judiciary. This process can be done with an Amendment or by several pieces of statutory legislation designed to redistrict and remove the sitting judges, subject to new appointments or reappointment. A special committee can be appointed, in the US Senate, to handle the confirmation or reappointment of federal judges. The process to reform the Federal Judiciary can and should be phased in over several years... with a complete redistricting of the Federal Courts taking place... Redistricting (reauthorizing) the federal courts would automatically remove every sitting judge, by removing their current seat on the Federal Bench... subject to reappointment, in a new district or by filling the new seats with new judges.
