This clown New York Mayor states as matter of fact what is undeniably false to Constitutional intent. The means to self-defense, requires no litmus test to the competent user having achieved a majority of years, nor is any state agency authorized to administer such standards. Remedial action in the courts IS the Constitutional redress for society or affected individuals regarding any individuals anti-social abuse of others. But then, this is a Social Progressive politician, who only accepts the hive-mind of collectivism, and not individual empowerment and subsequent responsibility for it.

The Big Apple needs better core values than what this clod represents. IMHO
