Typical de"mock"rats - blame the gun! The gun is a tool; it can be used for good or evil. I guess the de"mock"rats are just either too corrupt, or too stupid, to realize if you lock people up who commit less severe crimes than murder, this type of crime would be decreased.

I would think she'd be a whole lot smarter if she would try to get the criminals off the streets of New York City and leave the legal gun owners alone.
