One must observe due process... but one doesn't have to sit by and watch an election be rigged before acting to stop the fraud. Elections take place over a set period in time. When one identifies violations of law that are occurring and have evidence of criminal conduct taking place, officials must act preemptively.. before the election process ends... to stop and correct the process. Election officials should detain, indict, and act to remediate the fraud... if it is impossible to identify the extent of the fraud new elections should be held.
The public has grievously errored in dealing with fraudulent elections... They should not accept the decision of government agents to certify elections where fraud of any magnitude has been proven. In cases of fraud, it is impossible to know the extent of its impact. Therefore, declaring proven cases of fraud as having a marginal impact on the results of an election is merely a convenience, not a fact. Whenever fraud is indicated the People can never be certain that the government has uncovered all the cases of fraud and any amount of fraud is too much. Elections, where fraud has been detected, should result in a new election. The people must not let voter and election fraud dictate the outcome of an election. We must demand new elections and if it takes several before the DETECTED FRAUD is eliminated so be it.
By setting high standards for election security, identification requirements, and strict control to ballot access and tabulation of votes, fraud can be eliminated... However, the opposite is occurring. State's and local governments are passing laws that introduce the opportunity for more fraud not less. Ballot Harvesting, Mail-in ballots, extended days for voting, provisional ballots, failure to demand proof of citizenship and residence at the time of registration, failure to purge voter registration records of ineligible voters, and the dead have compounded the opportunity for voter and election fraud. Election security has become so horrible that ELECTION FRAUD is now rampant and pervasive in America... regardless of what the government and MSM narrative claim, facts indicate massive fraud is taking place.
State and local election conditions or extensions not constitutionally empowered for federal elections are non sequitor. The Federal process may simply move on without regard to errant, absent, or tardy input. The extra constitutional response is where the sedition or insurrection is threatening.
If The People have no faith in the election outcomes, then due process is in breach. GAME OVER. Grab your equipment and start thinning the vermin out. Names and faces are known, and opportunities abound. We are an armed society.

As of tomorrow night, after Trump's landslide victory, all opponents of Trump will see the hammer come down on them. We the people are sick of commies fighting the greatest president in our lifetimes who has made America great again,where law and order finally matter again. Trump has even taken on the enormous task of making the elections fair. Elections have not been fair in a long time, but Trump is working to make them fair again. We know we can trust the outcome after tomorrow's landslide victory. Next time around elections will be even better and the party will win 80 or 90%, the real percentage of Americans that support Trump, because Trump won't have to fight the basic fight to have fair elections.
