Ballot Harvesting : Conservative

Harris County keeps finding itself in the news, but for all the wrong reasons. After county officials picked another fight with Texas law and Attorney General Paxton over mail-in ballots, and the Supreme Court of Texas stepping in to issue a stay, more bombshells have dropped.

One is a lawsuit filed in Harris County that investigators have evidence of large scale organized ballot harvesting, going all the way to planning by the top party officials. This lawsuit is in response to the Harris County announcement that voters could begin hand-delivering absentee ballots for the presidential election to one of 11 annexes on Monday. The plaintiffs—the Harris County Republican Party and several individuals—allege this is all part of the mail in ballot push and harvesters intend to use the extra time to collect more fraudulent votes.

And as if to underscore the importance of this issue, especially related to mail-in ballots, Gov. Abbott issued a proclamation enhancing ballot security protocols for the in-person delivery of marked mail ballots for the Nov. 3 election. Under this proclamation, beginning on Oct. 2, mail-in ballots that are delivered in person by voters who are eligible to vote by mail must be delivered to a single early voting clerk’s office location.

If true, these new developments cast a different light on Harris County Clerk Chris Collins and County Judge Lina Hidalgo’s push for widespread sending of unsolicited mail-in ballots and extended voting. Both have bucked state rules and explicit guidance—including a letter as well as legal direction from the AG’s office regarding qualifications for mail-in ballots. In suggesting non-qualified Harris County voters can use a mail ballot, they are deliberately misleading people—despite repeated court rulings going as high as the Texas Supreme Court. The departure back in the spring of Collin’s predecessor, Diane Trautman, also takes on a new dimension based on the affidavits. This all adds up to something being rotten in the county of Harris, with apologies to Hamlet.

  • Democrats have always cheated, they are trying to do it on a much larger scale now. How many seats in the house of Reps was turned blue in 2018 because of cheating? I'm thinking more than a few. The only way they get away with this is if we don't turn over every rock and investigate to the fullest extent every single red flag. Or should I say every "blue flag" That is why Pelosi said she was sure Trump would not be POTUS, because they already had plans to cheat thier asses off. I would like to see people who break election laws pertaining to vote tabulations to be given 10 years for the first offense 15 for the second. with no early release for good behavior. Make some examples and maybe others will not be so ready collude to cheat the American People out of their choices.

    • There are two parties involved in the rigging of elections... The GOP/RNC has failed to properly contest, election, and voter fraud, often colluding with the outcome to advance their agenda... GLOBALISM vs  NATIONALISM and a return to Constitutional Government.  What we have in the GOP are two arms... the deep state and establishment RINO's who want open borders, universal citizenship, free, not fair trade, and a powerful central government rather than a return to State's rights and decentralized government.

The result is a covert bias and collusion to advance big government and to retain the status quo... the people have few champions in the GOP.  The President has been struggling with his own party to achieve what he has and the GOP has been blocking an effective program to DRAIN THE SWAMP... they are in fact part of the swamp.

    • Ron, so very true.  While the devildemocommiecrats stab us in the chest republikrats stab us in the back.  Trump isn't really a republican, he loves America and honors his oath of office.  He had to run as a repub because the parties have an illegal monopoly on elections.  They have conspired together to steal true choice away from We the People.  The political parties are like "professional" wrestlers, they fued in public but conspire against and laugh at ua behind our backs.  dems treat their supporters just as bad as repubs treat us.

    • Well said, Bob... "The political parties are like "professional" wrestlers, they fued in public but conspire against and laugh at ua behind our backs..." It's time to demand they all resign (elected and appointed officials) subject to new elections and appointments.

    • They are all complicit. Trump is the only honest and straight talking politician who keeps his word and promises. Trump has indeed been struggling with his own party that is in on the scam. He hasn't really gotten very far with the GOP.

So, what can be done when the swamp is so deep? What other way is there besides this one, which is legal and constitutional: Trump needs to assume total authority over the country; he needs to control the executive (which he already does), the legislative (get rid of rinos and all demonrat), and the judiciary (replace deep state judges at once).

    • Paul, Trump isn't the only one but one of very few.  Most of them are owned by Nazi war criminal george soros and hate Trump because he isn't one of them.  They fear him because he is dismantling their New World Order conspiracy!!!!!

  • Decertify all mail in ballots, throw them on the burning stinking dung heap of marxism. The major majority of Americans do not want the stench of marxism in America. Even red states have traitors in political power, you know who they are America.

  • Stuffing the ballot boxes and other ruses are the only ways demonrats can win an election. The overwhelming majority of Americans is patriotic, loves America, and therefore votes Republican. Any election Republicans lose is obviously a rigged election. Considering all this rigging and these illegal activties, I think it is best to cancel elections for the time being until Trump can make sure that elections are actually fair. We all know who would win fair elections anyway, which makes elections a useless exercise. Fair elections only confirm what is fact: Republicans win with huge landslides.

  • Cancel all of them. Demand absentee or in person only

    • Janet, I agree completely
