A foreign made bioweapon is so mild, a government directed test must be administered to detect it, and its detected presence mandates draconian restrictions imposed on individual civil liberties by lockstep government (dictatorship) and parallel corporate business (racketeering).
A foreign made strong opioid drug is smuggled into our interior unregulated by the FDA, and is therefore not obstructed in its introduction to the Country by the Federal government with lethal risks and consequences to the population.
