Irresponsible, childbearing, overpopulation and bad government lead to horrible conditions that support such horrific acts against the most innocent. The USA is not helping by allowing them to illegally enter... it is encouraging even more of this criminal conduct. It must stop and the best policy is just to say NO to all illegal entry... let them apply for asylum in their home country with the US Embassy or Mexico the first stable nation they arrive at per international law and accords.
