You can't/don't impeach an illegally sitting president.. You just a) verify that the election was stolen, and then b) arrest those who benefited from the steal, try them, and when the case is proven, punish them according to the law pertaining. We realy need to stop looking to the Midterms to solve our problems in this theft - the overthrow of this nation's government by a bloodless coup d'etat that took place in the Nov. 2020 elections. That action needs to be taken NOW. Especially if the Repubs, as the official opposition party, haven't succeeded in cleaning up the Elections systems in all the states - and especially in the key swing states - before the Midterms. Or we are likely to experience Einstein's definition of insanity: To keep doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result.
Know this the several states certified their Electors as true and faithfully elected... Congress did in a joint Session lawfully vote to CERTIFY the Electors all as true. Congress acting on its Constitutional authority did certify a fraudulent election and Biden was fraudulently anointed the President-Elect. In EFFECT, Congress did Constitutionally CERTIFY FRAUD as lawfully electing a usurper to the Office of President. Thus Congress and the States did openly mock our elections, establishing FRAUD as lawful due process. We now have a Constitutional Fraud sitting in the Office of the President and a host of other public officials who were illlegally installed in their offices.
What shall we do... make matters worse by taking the law into our own hands... or shall we insist on exercising our Constitutional right to IMPEACH a fraudulently installed President togeher with all of his Cabinet and the members of Congress... who oversaw the events and did nothing? Will, the People now use the force of our Constitutional law for good... too, restore our Republic, or will the People add further injury to the Constitution, by going outside its remedies to cure the fraud perpetrated on the Republic?
Let the righteous stand united in their just cause... Let the Constitution speak loud and clear once more. IMPEACH the sorry fraud and his mate. Cast out the evil within Congress, the Administration, and the Courts. Sweep clean the House of our Forefathers and return JUSTICE and Lady Liberty to their rightful place at the head of our Government... and Republic. Recall Honor, to sit once more at the tables of the righteous and let Freedom's Bell sound the song of liberty, in all the land. Let the light of God shine once more in our high places, ore the fields of grain and our whited plains. Let, a grateful nation restore Honor in our homes and God in our hearts. Col., great statement. Here in lies the problem though, how do you oust not just the head dictator but all those involved? We are talking years of dragging through hearings and testimonies and unfortunately time erases memory. Too many on both sides of the aisle will throw their hands up and tell us all to move along, that was in the past. I don't think there's going to be anything short of a civil war to get all the traitors, cheaters, liars and thieves of the American people what is justifyingly due them. How many people are going to put down their phones and turn off the Kardashians to do that? The only ones that might are us OG's that still have flip phones and haven't gone to the dark side. Unfortunately, we're dying off at a pretty fast clip, and believe me, the government knows that.
