Georgia Election Board Refers 35 Voter Fraud Cases for Prosecution

Georgia’s election board this week referred 35 cases of voter fraud for prosecution.

“Election fraud is not tolerated in Georgia. When there is evidence of it, the people responsible face prosecution,” Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, chairman of the five-member board, said in a statement.

“Georgia has multiple safeguards in place that allow our team of investigators to discover fraudulent voting. They worked to catch the wrongdoing in these cases, and they maintain the security of Georgia elections,” the Republican added.

The cases include four instances where authorities say convicted felons voted or registered to vote and four other cases of non-citizens voting or registering to do so.

Authorities said a group called the New Georgia Project submitted 1,268 voter registration applications after a deadline, causing voters for be disenfranchised in a 2019 special election.

Raffensperger said last year that the project was one of several groups who sent letters to people who live outside the state in possible violation of Georgia law. The group hasn’t returned requests for comment. Sen. Raphael Warnock (D-Ga.) is a former chair of the group, which says it fights for voter rights and was founded by former Democrat gubernatorial nominee Stacey Abrams. The group ran into trouble before, when it failed to pay unemployment insurance, according to state records.

Brad Ratburger is a crook supreme.  Kemp, Duncan, and Carr are supporting him.  Georgia has sold out to the Chinese in order to get more companies, trade, etc.  Nathan Deal started this mess with his corruption.  Ratburger originally said he was certain of no fraud, election 100% clean and fraud free, etc. etc.  And is busboy Sterling helped.  There is certainly no mention of investigating the ballot farm in Fulton County in Atlanta.  But watch, the Ga. legislature is trying to come up with meager bills that give the appearance of fixing the election problems while in reality on white washing the problems.  Unless the Dominion machines and software go, Ga. will never again have an honest election.  RECALL THESE CROOKS, RECALL THESE CROOKS, RECALL THESE CROOKS.  Don't wait two years, let's get started NOW.
