    Constitutional Amendment XXVIII

    Voter rights and procedure

    Section 1.  Only registered voters may vote. A register voter must prove citizenship in the United State of America, the person must be alive in the local, city, county, state, and USA of an election. Exception: military personal who will be automatically registered at time of service. These registered voter lists must be updated every 30 days. (This should be easy to set up by contact with vital statistics and utility companies, etc...) At election time all who vote must match the voter list and get one vote each.

     Section 2. All election procedures, equipment, software, etc. Must be approved by referendum vote of the registered voters of the local, city, county and state held on July 1 every 2 years.

    Section 3. When 5% of the registered voters request a referendum vote on any government legislation, any part of any legislation or any executive order, it must be brought up on the ballot of the next local, city, county, state, and federal election to which that legislation or executive order applies too.

    Section 3.5 When 5% of the registered voters create legislation the bill must be brought before that legislative body for debate.

    Section 4. When 20% of the registered voters sign a petition to recall any elected official there must be a recall election setup immediately.

    Section 5. Any violation of this Amendment is punishable by five years in prison or $250,000 fine or both. Any deliberate violation is treason and in this case is punishable by death.

    This amendment will give the American people the power to control Congress. If congressmen don’t do as the American people want, we can get rid of them!!

    The military needs to stand fast at their post and ban together and refuse any order from anyone that harms this country.  Biden is trying to force loyalty.  It can not be done, unless the military lets it happen.  Stand up and I will stand with you.

      "(a)Any person subject to this chapter who—
      (1)
      with intent to usurp or override lawful military authority, refuses, in concert with any other person, to obey orders or otherwise do his duty or creates any violence or disturbance is guilty of mutiny;"
       
      An organized group intent on overriding lawful military authority, or refusing in concert wth others ... lawful orders or too perform their duties or incites riot or disturbance is guilty of mutiny... Try

    Update: Now 27 have resigned!  Do the math with 187 operational aircraft, thats about 15% thus far and just wait...  up next the F-35, F-18, F-16, F-15EX, B-2, B-1b, C-17, AH-64, AH-1Z and HH-53, CH-47 and UH-60 guys will follow! Biden and his Communist regeim must go!

    It takes several years and millions of dollars to train an F-22 pilot they are our best and brightest in the Airforce. Too, have a dozen of them walk off the job facing courts-martial is ludicrous... Austin needs to resign... over the mishandling of the vaccine policy and the Afghanistan fiasco.  The leadership in the GOP and SCOTUS need to all resign due to their failure to hold the Marxist Democrats accountable for the ELECTION FRAUD last November... None of this would be happening if Pres. Trump was in Office ...none of it.

    The greatest risk to our National Security Risk is the Biden Administration ... not White Males or Constitutional Patriots.  It is time for the Leadership to shut down the Biden Fiasco and declare the Election Fraudulent.

      P/S  If the Secretary of Defense actually posted this order it is unlikely that ALL of those needing the shots could even be accommodated in one day or even in a week...  The order appears to be unenforceable on its face due to its short notice and the inevitable fact that many are not near a place they can get a vaccine... Nuclear Subs on patrol, special ops nowhere near a vaccine facility, and on and on.

      With this sort of order, we now know who is responsible for the piss poor planning in the Afghan retrograde operation... this order is indicative of rash unthinking, uncoordinated action.

      Me being in the Navy during the 70's  from my knowledge of our boomer fleet, our government would have to fly the vaccine out to the subs positions first. And from what I was told while in the surface fleet, no one expect our sub commanders know exactly where they are at on a given moment. Not even Soviet satellite can track them while submerged. The only way that they can give away their position is either by transmitting a radio message, or launching an SLBM.
