Without permission such as a "Visa, in combination with a Passport or an Asylum Authorization (Temporary), received from from an Issuing Authority at an American Location (considered land) in a Foreign Nation" entrance in this Country without these is no different than being caught uninvited in "A Private Citizen's Home, and open to being shot on site by that Citizen" or held for Arrest/Prosecution/Deportation by Sworn Authorities. No one gets in Our Home except through the Door with permission.
Asylum and refugee status are by law to be granted BEFORE ENTERING THE USA...Individuals seeking asylum are to apply with the nearest US Embassy or Counsel... in their homeland or nearby. The Judges and Petitfoggers who have found that to be inconvenient and have ruled asylum and refugee status can be applied for upon illegal entry need to be disbarred.
We must remove the inept and dangerously subversive lawyers and judges from the system... Any Judge or lawyer claiming illegal aliens have constitutional rights and are entitled to constitutional due process need to be disbarred and removed from office. They are subversives or wholy unqualified to practice law. They obviously can not read the simple language of the US Constitution, which starts by clearly assigning its protections to 'We the PEOPLE of the United States .. not illegal aliens.
It was the People of the United State that did..."... ordain and establish this constitution for the United States of America"... not some illegal alien. The preamble to the US Constitution limits its provisions to: "...secure the Blessings of Liberty to OURSELVES and our Posterity..." The Constitution was created solely for the Citizens of the United States, not illegal aliens. Every judge and lawyer that doesn't understand that Constitutional mandate should be immediately disbarred. Illegal aliens have no US Constitutional rights and the legal system needs to be jerked up by their neck for establishing such a subversive and dangerous concept in our courts. Our legal system is in a serious mess... the result of years of activist adjudication and corrupt lawyers looking for profit over service and justice. Justice has become a rare commodity in today's system of arbitrary enforcement and adjudication.

Before we all become so quick to lay blame at our "Alphabet Agencies" it may be interesting to know a few simple facts. The Director of the FBI is nominated by the President and Confirmed by the Senate for a Ten Year Term. The last one was Chris Wray in February, 2017. Now comes the "Interesting Parts." The CIA Director is recommended to the President by the Director of the NSI, "National Security Intelligence." The NSI Director is appointed by the President and serves at the President's Will, as do the Directors of the FBI and CIA, both of whom are Directed by the Head of the NSI! The Highest Courts long ago determined these Agencies' Directors were part of the Presidential Cabinet and as such can be Terminated at will. So is it really of any wonder that what Biden wants, Biden gets?
