Nineteen foreign nationals face federal charges in U.S. District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina for illegally voting in the 2016 federal elections, according to federal charges publicly announced on Wednesday. These charges are the latest indictments to result from an ongoing years-long federal criminal investigation being conducted by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) Raleigh office.
A federal grand jury in Wilmington charged seven foreign nationals on August 31 on federal felony charges including falsely claiming U.S. citizenship or making false statements on voter registration application, and with misdemeanor charges of unlawfully casting ballots in the 2016 presidential election. Non-citizens are not eligible to register to vote or to vote in federal elections under U.S. law.

If convicted, these individuals face maximum penalties of six years in federal prison, a $350,000 fine, and a term of supervised release.
An additional 12 foreign nationals were charged in U.S. District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina on August 13 with misdemeanor charges for unlawfully casting ballots in the 2016 presidential election.

The charges and allegations contained in the indictments are merely accusations. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
The case is being prosecuted federally by the office of United States Attorney Matthew G.T. Martin for the Middle District of North Carolina.
These most-recent indictments stem from an ongoing HSI investigation that previously resulted in separate indictments in the Eastern District of North Carolina in August 2018.

The US Attorney handling these cases needs to be fired... First, it takes a year to figure out they are registered illegally? No wonder our legal system is so back logged... fire the investigators for incompetence. One is either a US Citizen or not... and if not the second they registered they violated thelaw... easy... it doesn't take rocket science. Those who voted are also recorded as voting by the local polling places... how long does it take to check the voting logs to see if they voted... this is crap.. fire the investigators, US Attorneys and the INS/ICE officials... for incompetence and malfeasance.
After being elected, Pres Trump attempted you get voter registrations cleaned up! California refused to turn over their registrations for inspection!

All these people involved in the legal system and immigration are not incompetent. The same holds true for the bastards responsible for election oversight. The democrats have been placing these sycophants in positions of authority for many years. They are certainly guilty of malfeasance but not incompetence. Their function is to obstruct every attempt to clean up this toilet, which they have been doing from the minute Trump took office.
The same people that were able to weaponize the DOJ, the FBI, the IRS, etc…etc… have done the same to most of the zillions of other government agencies. Thank you I have been making this very point for some time (years). Hopefully we who are still real Americans can defeat these want-to-be overlords. However, you are certainly correct in your analogy of the situation. Hopefully we can actually defeat the deep state without a civil war but I’m not certain that can happen. They are, it seems, well organized and well funded at least at this point.
If in fact the coming election is as advertised now and very close (I personally do not see how that can be) it will take a civil war to stop this coup. If we could hold both houses and the executive branch for three eight year terms of conservatives it could get done. However, one eight year term by a conservative even as great as our current president can not possibly be enough. These communists will survive one conservative president. They are way to deep and organized to be dispersed in eight years. They are deeply embedded in EVERY agency in the country. Including the IRS.
I am convinced these communist who pose as democrats have a plan to steal the upcoming election. Because of the mail in voting every state loss will be contested on the grounds that all ballets have not been counted and then thousands will be found in some obscure place reversing the outcome. Yep, and this is precisely why it is vitally important that the people take back their government through Article V of our Constitution so that, in the words of the Founders, they may be bound by the "chains of the Constitution" from further encroaching on the freedoms and liberties that the majority of us still hold dear. During the original American Revolution it has been estimated that about 1/3 of the population supported the Declaration of Independence, another 1/3 supported King George, and the remaining third really didn't care one way or the other. It is time for all patriots who love our country to decide with whom and for what they will pledge their lives, their fortunes and their sacred honor.
