And a conversation began and within that conversation, Dobbs mentions the number of the scope memos… To wit, Whitaker had a very curious and deflective response. Focusing only on the ‘scope memo’ aspect, why do you think Matthew Whitaker deferred from responding about them?… wouldn’t even put a number to them. It’s a straightforward, curiously overlooked until Dobbs and seemingly inconsequential part of the overall issue. The Mueller investigation is long-since over; so why haven’t we been permitted to see the memos, which Rod Rosenstein created, that authorized the targeting within the investigation by Robert Mueller? The implication from the non-answer, and then the subsequent conversation, would seem to indicate Whitaker knows the Scope Memos name specific targets -outlined/approved by Rosenstein- that were not charged by Mueller for anything ex. Flynn Jr. and therefore that’s the justification for not releasing them. Perhaps a valid point. However, the deflection by Whitaker has piqued Suspicious Cat’s suspicions because the scope memos could be released with non-indicted targets redacted. Who exactly is being protected?  The “targets” or Rod Rosenstein?

The PAC is a joint effort between numerous left-wing immigration activist groups as part of the larger "Families Fight Back" campaign organized in opposition to Republican politicians. The group has raised $4 million since its inception, according to the PAC’s financial filings with the Federal Election Commission. scumbag-Soros, who provided a $3 million check to the PAC on March 11, was the only donor to the PAC for nearly two months. The Civic Participation Action Fund, which carries the mission of "Advancing racial equity, economic opportunity and civic engagement," added a $1 million donation on May 31. The PAC disclosed $135,000 in federal operating expenditures, with much of the money going toward salaries to  individuals at America’s Voice, an immigration organization that fights for "A direct, fair, and inclusive road to citizenship for immigrants in the United States without papers." The PAC also disclosed a six-figure reimbursement to the group. Matt Hildreth, the political director of America’s Voice, first received payments from the Immigrant Voters Win PAC on June 21. by judicialwatch.org ~ A multi-billion-dollar government program to feed “vulnerable” Syrians has provided food for jihadist militants in a group designated by the United States as a Foreign Terrorist Organization (FTO)... American taxpayers have spent a fortune on “emergency food assistance” during the Syrian crisis that began with the 2011 Arab spring and some of it has actually gone to terrorists that hate us and want to kill us. The Al Qaeda affiliate is known as Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham and it aims to establish a regional Islamic caliphate, according to the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). Since 2012, the U.S. government has provided Syria with nearly $3 billion in emergency food assistance, approximately $1.8 billion to help “vulnerable families” inside the country and more than $1.1 billion for “vulnerable refugees in neighboring countries.” Uncle Sam took action after the United Nations (UN) declared that 11.7 million people inside Syria need humanitarian assistance. Of those, the leftist world body said 9 million require emergency food assistance to meet their basic needs, including 6.5 million people facing “life-threatening food insecurity.” The famously corrupt U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), which has a monstrous budget and little oversight, handles the money and doles out cash to groups, mostly non-governmental organizations (NGOs), that provide food. The groups are known as partners and they receive money from USAID to bring flour to bakeries, ready-to-eat rations to newly displaced populations and prepared food kits throughout Syria. Some of the USAID-funded food kits have been purposely diverted to terrorists, according to a federal audit of the program. Investigations by the USAID Office of Inspector General (OIG) have uncovered numerous instances of confirmed diversions to armed groups in northwestern Syria. Among them is Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham, which split from Al Qaeda a few years ago. In one example cited by the agency watchdog, NGO employees knowingly diverted USAID-funded food kits to the terrorist group by allowing the fighters to be included among program beneficiaries and submitting falsified beneficiary lists. In another case, 27 NGO employees operated a scheme in which USAID-funded food kits were diverted to the same designated terrorist organization. The U.S. spent nearly $50 million on the two programs, according to the audit. This is hardly the first time that terrorists benefit from USAID’s unchecked generosity. The agency has sent Yemen, the Islamic nation that serves as the headquarters of Al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP), $768 million in “humanitarian aid.” In its  Country Reports on Terrorism, the State Department reveals that AQAP militants carried out hundreds of attacks including suicide bombers, vehicle-borne improvised explosive devices (VBIEDs), ambushes, kidnappings and targeted assassinations. The media has also documented this for years with one in-depth report   confirming that “Yemen has emerged as the breeding grounds for some of the most high-profile plans to attack the U.S. homeland.” Additionally, dozens of terrorists freed from the U.S. military prison in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba have joined Al Qaeda in Yemen. Overexposure to sodium nitrite, a white powder most commonly used in fertilizers, can be toxic and even fatal to humans. Police said they were still looking for a motive in last week's incident. Schoolchildren in China have been the target of often fatal attacks by people bearing grudges or considered mentally ill. In October last year, a knife-wielding assailant injured 14 children at a kindergarten in the western Chinese city of Chongqing. The attacker, a 39-year-old woman, was taken into custody but the motive for the assault was unclear. In April a 28-year-old former pupil allegedly seeking revenge for having been bullied stabbed nine pupils to death outside a middle school in northwestern China. Another 10 people were hospitalized with injuries resulting from the rampage in the rural area. China tightly restricts private gun ownership, making knives and homemade explosives the most common weapons in violent crimes, but last week's incident in Jiaozuo wasn't the first suspected case of poisoning. In 2002, 42 people, mostly schoolchildren, died after eating snacks laced with rat poison in the eastern city of Nanjing. The killer, who apparently was jealous of his rivals' thriving business, was swiftly sentenced to death and executed.

Thomas Gallatin:  Not long ago, Democrats derided any accusation that their political agenda was to see America transformed into a socialist state. Today, the leading Democrat presidential candidates are openly embracing socialism. This hard-left “turn” should come as a surprise to no one, because Democrats have long advocated socialist-based programs while insisting they’re not socialist. In other words, Democrats deny the fundamental reality behind what they are advocating until it becomes impossible to deny it. Then they come out of the closet and celebrate what they have been denying.

This pattern holds true not just with social programs like scumbag/liar-nObamaCare but with issues like Americans’ Second Amendment rights. Democrats love to proclaim that they support protecting Second Amendment rights even if they just want more “sensible” gun control. But as conservatives have regularly pointed out, Democrats’ “sensible” gun control would do next to nothing to stop criminals from committing crimes with firearms. In fact, the vast majority of Democrats’ proposed gun control legislation would only make it harder for law-abiding Americans to exercise their Second Amendment rights.

The fact of the matter is the Democrat Party’s agenda is to essentially eliminate the Second Amendment entirely. On Monday, Democrat presidential candidate loose lips liar-Joe Biden insisted there should be “no compromise” on guns. Instead, he bloviated, “We’re talking about loosening access to have guns, to be able to take them into places of worship. I mean, it is absolutely irrational. … The idea that we don’t have elimination of assault-type weapons, magazines that can hold multiple bullets in them, it’s absolutely mindless.” loose lips liar-Biden then absurdly claimed that what he was calling for was “no violation of the Second Amendment.”

Even if loose lips liar-Biden’s statement on banning “magazines that can hold multiple bullets” was a gaffe — the very purpose of a magazine is to hold multiple bullets (cartridges or rounds), and the vast majority of modern firearms use magazines — loose lips liar-Biden’s overall message is a clear attack on the Second Amendment.

Meanwhile, Elizabeth dinky-Warren attacks the Second Amendment by labeling the issue a “public-health emergency.” dinky-Warren pontificated, “We need to treat this as the public-health emergency that it is. And it’s going to take a lot of pieces and a lot of changes that we need to do to bring down deaths from gun violence.” dinky-Warren conveniently ignores the truth — that gun-related deaths due to crime have actually been decreasing for years as gun ownership has gone up — so that she can spin her “public health” narrative with the goal being the effective elimination of the Second Amendment.

Democrats have demonized the National Rifle Association, the nation’s leading advocacy organization for the Second Amendment that historically enjoyed bipartisan support, as a terrorist organization. commie-Bernie Sanders, who in the past stood up for Vermonters’ Second Amendment rights and was endorsed by the NRA, sings a different tune of late. On Saturday, commie-Sanders asserted, “We are telling [President Donald] Trump and [Senate Majority Leader Mitch] McConnell, ‘Listen to the American people and not the NRA.’ And I would hope very much that we can overcome the fear of the NRA and do what the American people want.”

socialist-Beto O'Rourke has no love for the Second Amendment either, as he has taken to dropping F-bombs when expressing his disgust over Americans’ right to possess “weapons of war.” Along with banning “assault weapons” and implementing a national gun registry, socialist-O'Rourke also wants a mandatory buyback (a.k.a. confiscation). “Buy those weapons of war back,” he thundered. “Mandate that. Not voluntary. Let’s be really clear with our fellow Americans.”

It has never been more clear that the radical Left has taken over the Democrat Party. And it sees the  elimination of the Second Amendment as an essential stepping stone to the ultimate elimination of the Constitution.  ~The Patriot Post
