Bolton To ICC: You’re “Dead To Us”
by ED MORRISSEY
{ hotair.com } ~ Technically true since its creation, but John Bolton wants to make the point excruciatingly clear. Neither the US nor Israel participates in the treaty... that established the International Criminal Court, AKA “The Hague,” which means that it takes an act of the UN Security Council to charge nationals of either nation and other non-signatories. The ICC suggested that they might start probing US war crimes in Afghanistan anyway, which prompted today’s Bolton blast — including threats of personal sanctions against ICC judges and investigators: The United States will not in any way cooperate with the International Criminal Court, national security adviser John Bolton announced in a speech to the Federalist Society on Monday, blasting the ICC as an unaccountable, bureaucratic body that runs counter to the U.S. Constitution and is “antithetical to our nation’s ideals.” In his first speech as national security adviser, Bolton made the case that the ICC’s authority is invalid, subverts American sovereignty, and concentrates power in the hands of an unchecked authority in a way that is “antithetical to our nation’s ideals.” Bolton’s speech comes after the ICC in November 2017 the ICC prosecutor asked to investigate crimes allegedly committed by members of the U.S. military who served in Afghanistan. Bolton called those claims unfounded. The national security adviser said it was no coincidence he made his speech on the ICC one day before the anniversary of the Sept. 11, 2001 terror attacks. “Today, on the eve of September 11th, I want to deliver a clear and unambiguous message on behalf of the President of the United States,” Bolton said. “The United States will use any means necessary to protect our citizens and those of our allies from unjust prosecution by this illegitimate court. We will not cooperate with the ICC,” Bolton said. “We will provide no assistance to the ICC. And we certainly will not join the ICC. We will let the ICC die on its own. After all, for all intents and purposes, the ICC is already dead to us.”...

Peter Strzok spoke of 'media leak strategy'
in newly revealed text message to Lisa Page
by Naomi Lim
{ washingtonexaminer.com } ~ A top House Republican is calling for a review of communications between more FBI and Justice Department staffers... after the revelation that ex-FBI officials Peter Strzok and Lisa Page exchanged text messages about a "media leak strategy" while Strzok was leading the bureau's Russia probe. In a letter to Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein on Monday, Rep. Mark Meadows, R-N.C., said he held "grave concerns regarding an apparent systemic culture of media leaking by high-ranking officials at the FBI and DOJ related to ongoing investigations” after another batch of texts between the pair were provided to Congress. In the letter, Meadows points to an exchange on April 10, 2017, between Strzok and Page, who were having an extramarital affair at the time. “I had literally just gone to find this phone to tell you I want to talk to you about media leak strategy with DOJ before you go,” Strzok wrote. A day later the Washington Post broke the story about how former Trump campaign foreign policy adviser Carter Page had been surveilled by the FBI  following the bureau obtaining a warrant from the U.S. Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court before the 2016 election. The warrant has been controversial since it partly relied on the unverified dossier compiled by ex-British intelligence officer Christopher Steele...

Trump Official Fiona Hill Has Ties to
scumbag-George Soros – Is She the NYT Source?

by Matt
{ thepoliticalinsider.com } ~ I’ve always enjoyed the rare occasions in politics where people are willing to put their money where their mouths are... So I headed over to the political betting site PredictIt to see who people were willing to wager is the anonymous author behind the controversial New York Times op-ed “I Am Part of The Resistance Within the Trump Administration.” The Times claims the author is a “senior official,” but clues in the piece itself make that unlikely. To my surprise, most gamblers are betting that the anonymous writer is Fiona Hill, a woman I’ve admittedly never heard of before. Gamblers were willing to bet that there was at least a 10% chance she’s the anonymous source as of this writing. Hill serves on the National Security Council, and is Trump’s top adviser on Russia and Europe. After the Times piece was published, speculation initially turned to Mike Pence, then Nikki Haley, and even Jon Huntsman, but all have denied the allegations. But could it be Hill? She is, after all, the only person on the Trump team who simultaneously has a direct connection to scumbag-George Soros. From 2000-2006, Hill served as an adviser to scumbag-Soros’ Open Society Institute, which is responsible for many of the political donations scumbag-Soros makes. How do we know? Because she lists it on her own resume...  https://thepoliticalinsider.com/fiona-hill-soros/?utm_medium=email&...

Trump Shuts Down Assad, Shows scumbag/liar-nObama
How a Real Leader Handles Chemical Warfare
by JARED HARRIS
{ westernjournal.com } ~ Chemical weapons are some of the nastiest things to come out of war. They can’t tell the difference between a soldier and a child... Depending on the level of exposure, death can come after a few agonizing minutes. Those that do survive often live with neurological, physiological, and mental wounds for the rest of their life. It’s no wonder this was a “red line” for former President Barack scumbag/liar-nObama in the Syrian Civil War. When chemical weapons were used, however, the United States of America was nowhere to be found. scumbag/liar-nObama’s excuse? Chlorine gas, used in the attack, isn’t a chemical weapon. “Chlorine itself has not been listed as a chemical weapon,” the former president stated. Chemical weapon or not, chlorine gas isn’t pretty. I won’t list the effects here, but accounts from the First World War paint a grisly picture of chlorine’s gruesome interaction with human skin, eyes, and organs. Let’s give scumbag/liar-nObama a pass and let him play around with semantics. President Donald Trump operates by a different standard. Syria attempted to test Trump’s red line with chemical weapons, possibly expecting the same response as scumbag/liar-nObama. Within a week, Trump had U.S. warships parked on the coast. A few missile salvos made his position on the matter painfully clear...

Trump: If Congress Won’t Build the Wall, the U.S. Military Will

{ patriotnewsdaily.com } ~ In an interview with Daily Mail reporters aboard Air Force One on Friday, President Trump said that he was hopeful that Congress would ultimately fund the border wall that the American people have demanded… but that if they didn’t, he had an alternative he was taking a serious look at. “We have two options,” Trump said. “We have military, we have Homeland Security.” The president said last week that he would consider shutting down the government if Congress sent him a new funding extension package that did not include money for the wall. However, Republicans on Capitol Hill are practically begging him not to go that route as they are uncertain about the effect a shutdown would have on their chances in November. Trump, who knows full well what a change in leadership at the House of Representatives would mean for his presidency, may be inclined to take their advice and kick the can down the road once more. On the other hand, this isn’t the first time Trump and the Republicans have kicked this particular can down the road. Instead of forcing dummycrats-Democrats to pass legislation that includes funding for the wall, Republicans have conceded several times and agreed to take up the border wall legislation at a later time. Eventually, a “later time” needs to mean “this time,” or the voters who chose Trump on the basis of getting illegal immigration under control are going to feel betrayed...

The Buck
by Tom McLaughlin

{ tommclaughlin.blogspot.com } ~ Never did I see a whitetail buck act that way. Not that I ever saw too many of them over the years — I didn’t, especially not in the woods. Driving up Hatch’s Hill Road as I do several times a week, I got a half-second glimpse of a six-point buck out my passenger-side window. Rather than slow down, I went to the top of the hill and turned around in a driveway to go back and see if he was still there. “This is dumb,” I said to myself while executing the turn. “He’ll be long gone by the time I get back,” but there he was, looking right at me from behind a tree.

He’d climbed a steep bank and hopped a stone wall, but he stuck his velvet-antlered head up and looked at me without a trace of alarm. Still seated in my truck, I took out my camera, unlocked the lens, and took a few shots as he casually turned around and walked deeper into an overgrown field and out of my sight. I pulled to the side of the road and set my brake, got out, and climbed the steep bank after him to try for more pictures. Sure enough, there he was again standing broadside to me and munching on some shoots. I took several more shots.

All the while, I’m thinking: “This is not a game farm. I’m twenty feet away from a healthy, whitetail buck in the wild and he’s not a bit afraid of me.” At that point, he assumed an undignified posture and began urinating while I continued snapping pictures.

When he was finished, he just sauntered away, casually biting off more shoots as he went along, occasionally looking back over his shoulder at me. I continued snapping pictures.

Never once did he raise his tail in alarm to show the white underneath. That’s the part we humans usually see as those aptly named whitetail deer jump away from us. That was usually all I saw when I hunted them; by the time I got my gun up, they were gone. Whitetails were generally safe when I was in the woods but I was always excited to get out there again every year as November approached — until about twenty years ago, that is.

I’m not sure what changed, but the urge to hunt left me. My brother(s) would call and I’d tell them I wasn’t going out. “What?” they’d exclaim. “What’s happening to you?” Maybe it was remembering all the energy I expended hiking up and down hills all day and not even seeing a flag — that’s what we called the white tails we’d see on deer bounding away through the woods away from us. Maybe it was because I’d think of how much wood I could have split and stacked in the woodshed before snow fell instead of spending the entire day in futile pursuit of the elusive whitetail. Maybe it was because my testosterone levelswere diminishing and my inner caveman was subduing itself commensurately.

Even after I’d become more prosperous and could afford to burn oil instead of wood, the hunting urge didn’t return. Something basic had changed in me and I haven’t gone deer hunting since. I still shoot squirrels with my .22 and chipmunks with my pellet gun because they’re both troublesome rodents who damage property. I still shoot porcupines and groundhogs. I still trap mice and flying squirrels because they all invade the properties I manage and my own as well. But I don’t hunt deer anymore, and I think the buck I photographed sensed that. He knew somehow that I meant him no harm.

Squirrels, however, know I want to kill them. When I step out of my truck with a rifle they run. They don’t just climb a tree either. They run along the ground into deep woods where they’re safe — and they don’t stop long enough along the way for me to get a bead on them. This year, there are more squirrels than I ever remember and it’s harder to keep the population under control.

Shooting them guarantees they won't return

For that matter, there have been more cones on the white pines — and more needles fell from them this year as well. More seeds fell from ash trees too. Never have I seen so many. Many things go in cycles and I guess I’m no different; I’ve rotated out of my hunter phase. I eat more vegetables because my wife insists, as long as there is a serving of meat with them. I don’t have to kill it though. I’m content to buy it at Shaws or Hannaford. If I couldn’t do that, I’d be sufficiently motivated to resume the hunt.

ALERT ALERT

ALERT --> Minnesota Elects First Muslim Congresswoman In US History!!!

Minnesota voters sent Somali immigrant Ilhan Omar of the DFL party to Congress on Tuesday night after she defeated Republican candidate Jennifer Zielinski by a 78-22% margin.

Omar and Michigan House candidate Rashida Tlaib (D) both became the first two Muslim-American women to serve in Congress after their election victories on Tuesday, November 6, 2018.

Yesterday Ilhan Omar won her election in Minnesota, becoming the first Muslim woman elected to Congress.

Today, she had to appear before a judge for her hearing regarding ethics violations.

It’s been less than 24 hrs since she won and she’s already in court for her corruption.

2,159 people are talking about this

Omar, along with being the first Muslim women elected to Congress is also the first Somali-American member of Congress, a seat in Minnesota’s 5th Congressional district which was previously held by Keith Ellison, who was the first Muslim ever elected to US Congress. Minnesota’s 5th Congressional district has not elected a Republican to Congress since 1962. The district includes Minneapolis and its surrounding suburbs.

The Minnesota state congresswoman ran a progressive platform which included “Medicare for all,” criminal justice reform and abolishing Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

Omar, a Somali refugee, came to the U.S. at 12 years old, which is why she often attacks President Trump‘s travel ban against a number of Muslim-majority countries which happen to be terror hotbeds.

In August, Investigative Journalist Laura Loomer confronted both Ilhan and Tlaib, who have both expressed hatred for Jewish people and who are campaigning with pro-HAMAS Linda Sarsour and CAIR, which has been designated as a terrorist organization by the United Arab Emirates.

When Loomer confronted Tlaib at one of Ilhan’s campaign events, Tlaib assaulted Loomer, and a police report was filed.

Omar’s campaign and election, however, are still clouded in controversy. Omar has been accused of marrying her brother and committing immigration fraud.

The day after her victory, Omar appeared in court to face a judge about the campaign finance violations she has been accused of.

Ilhan Omar was also arrested in 2013 for trespassing.

This is Ilhan Omar.

She won an election last night & is now the first Somali woman elected to US Congress.

This is her mug shot.

Along w/ being a criminal, as you can see, she committed immigration fraud by marrying her brother so he could get a green card.

Good riddance.

Omar has also faced criticism for her ties to CAIR, campaigning with jihadi activist Linda Sarsour, Keith Ellison, who has been accused of domestic violence, and her public display of anti-Semitism, all of which has been either under-reported and ignored by the local Minnesota media.
