nObama Gives Lunch Money to Bully
Some outrageous news broke Tuesday night regarding Iran's release of four American hostages back in January of this year. Barack nObama agreed to pay $400 million in cash to Iran as part of a $1.7 billion settlement over disputed funds from a failed arms deal dating back to 1979, right before the Iranian revolution. As this news came to light, the State Department responded that the payment and the negotiation for release of the Americans "were completely separate" deals. However, U.S. officials also acknowledged that the Iranians working the prisoner exchange wanted the money in order to establish something "tangible." In other words, the administration insisted it wasn't a ransom payment, but Iran viewed it as exactly that.
Andrew McCarthy explains exactly what went down: "The cash payment, which was hidden from Congress, arrived in Iran the same day the American prisoners were released. ... nObama has long taken the view that the federal law making it a felony to provide material support to terrorism does not apply to the enormous aid and comfort he has provided to our Iranian enemy, the world's leading state sponsor of anti-American jihadist terror. He evidently had qualms, however, about laws denying Iran access to the U.S. financial system, which bar transactions with Iran in U.S. dollars. To skirt these, the State Department recruited the Swiss and Dutch governments into nObama's conspiracy. The equivalent of 400 million in U.S. dollars was transferred to their central banks in exchange for hard currency. The piles of euros and francs were then boxed up and flown to Tehran."
Upon hearing the news, Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR) noted that nObama's ransom payment is a "break with longstanding U.S. policy," warning that it puts "a price on the head of Americans, and has led Iran to continue its illegal seizures [of Americans]."
nObama touted the Iran nuclear deal to the American people and the world saying he was preventing Iran from developing a nuclear weapon, at the same time declaring that the sanctions which had been in place since the Islamic revolution were somehow not preventative enough. All through the negotiation process word spread as to how much money Iran would stand to gain from the lifting of the sanctions. Now Americans learn that nObama negotiated via paying a ransom to free Americans, which only proves to validate the Iranians' means of blackmail, and will only encourage the behavior. Giving the bully your lunch money doesn't stop the bully from demanding it again.
On top of this there is news out of Iran that Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, who has the final word in Iran's national security as well as other government deals, has accused the U.S. of failing to honor its pledges — negotiations, he says, were "futile." Although he has not publicly rejected the deal, it is clear that Khamenei is setting up justification for violating it whenever he sees fit. nObama famously said his foreign policy amounted to, "Don't do stupid s—!" Libya in Chaos, nObama Lobs Bombs
Despite recent setbacks, particularly in Syria, the Islamic State is on the move. Recall that in June, Barack nObama asserted, "Our mission is to destroy ISIL," and "we are making significant progress." He added, "And as a result, ISIL is under more pressure than ever before." In light of the spate of Islamist attacks around the globe, yes, he said that with a straight face.
But according to a new report, government data reveals "a stunning three-fold increase in the number of places around the globe where ISIS is operating." The State Department reports the Islamic State was active in seven nations just two years ago, but today that number has risen to "18 countries where ISIS is fully operational," which doesn't include "six countries where they're taking root: Egypt, Indonesia, Mali, the Philippines, Somalia and Bangladesh."
Roughly 2,000 miles to the west of ISIL's central command in Raqqa lies one of those cities in which the militant group is hoping to regroup — Sirte, located in Libya, a desolate and feeble nation in North Africa that once was controlled by the autocratic ruler Moammar Gadhafi. On Monday, the U.S. began conducting airstrikes in the city in an effort to reverse the group's momentum and loosen its stronghold.
The question is, what took so long? And why the hesitation? As recently as February, the nObama administration expressed deep opposition to providing aerial support. As reported in The Daily Beast at the time, "In recent weeks, the U.S. military ... have pushed for more airstrikes and the deployment of elite troops, particularly in the city of Sirte. ... But those plans have since been put on the back burner. 'There is little to no appetite for that in this administration,' one defense official explained."
And even this week's bombings took some prodding. According to Pentagon press secretary Peter Cook, "At the request [emphasis added] of the Libyan Government of National Accord, the United States military conducted precision air strikes against ISIL targets in Sirte, Libya, to support GNA-affiliated forces seeking to defeat ISIL in its primary stronghold in Libya." In other words, nObama's modus operandi — "better late than ever," but even then only half-heartedly and after our "allies" come calling — was demonstrated once again.
It's refreshing to finally see some sort of anti-terrorism U.S. response in Libya, but keep in mind, none of this would even have been necessary had nObama and liar-Hillary Clinton not bungled Middle East policy by destabilizing Libya and abandoning Iraq. nObama & Co. say ISIL is on the run. They are indeed running in many different directions, recruiting and proselytizing as they go. -The Patriot Post

Abu Mohammed al-Julani, the leader of the Syrian al Qaeda affiliate group known as Jabhat al-Nusra, announced last week that his organization will henceforth be known as Jabhat Fath Al-Sham, and it will splinter from the al Qaeda constellation of terrorist organizations. Don’t be fooled. This isn’t an acrimonious divorce; it’s a gentlemen’s agreement about how to put the best possible face on jihadist violence in Syria’s chaotic civil war. The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, Iran’s terrorist-sponsoring Praetorian guards, are now engaged in a campaign to delegitimize Iranian President Hassan Rouhani and his loyalists, claiming they have undermined the principles of the Iranian revolution. Iraq Opens its Gates to Iran’s Trojan Horse

{defenddemocracy.org} ~ The Al-Arabiya satellite station published an Iraqi government document last week revealing that Baghdad had established an “independent military formation” in Iraq’s security forces, beyond Defense Ministry control... Dating to February, the order states that the Popular Mobilization Front (Hashd al-Shaabi or PMF), a primarily Shiite militia coalition, would continue to receive government funding and report directly to the commander of the armed forces – namely Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi. The PMF has received official support for at least the last two years, but the order represents a formalization of the coalition’s presence in government, and with it, the presence of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The PMF was established in June 2014 after the Iraqi military and police were overwhelmed by the Islamic State (IS) in northern, central, and western Iraq. And though the Iraqi government has equipped and funded the PMF since its creation, and will continue to do so under the recent order, its main patron from the start has been Iran – particularly Tehran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC). Sweden: Increasing Violence by
Asylum Seekers against Swedes

{gatestoneinstitute.org} ~ The Swedish National Council for Crime Prevention (Brå), released a report which showed that 11,007 people have been sentenced to deportation after being convicted of crimes... However, the report makes no mention of how many of these individuals have actually been deported. The number of convictions that include deportation has decreased, despite an increasing crime rate among foreigners in Sweden. In the 1970s, about 500 a year were sentenced to deportation; in 2004, the number had risen to 1,074, but in 2014 only 644 received this verdict. Not only are fewer people sentenced to deportation -- but more and more, those who are to be deported refuse to leave the country. In October of last year, daily newspaper Svenska Dagbladet reported that 30,000 people whose asylum application had been rejected and were scheduled for deportation, had gone missing. The police say they lack the resources to track down these illegals. Patrik Engström, head of the border police at the Department of National Operations (NOA), told the paper: "We put these people on the wanted list, but we do not engage in an active search for them. {rickwells.us} ~ In the lead up to the discussion of the $400 million nObama hanoi-Kerry payment to Iran, Greta Van Susteren plays a Montage familiar faces denouncing their ransom payment to the terrorist nation. Charles Krauthammer says the reason why it was kept secret is because it was illegal... A liar-Clinton surrogate offered the weakest of defense, refusing to comment beyond saying she was out of office at the time the deal took place. Krauthammer points out the reason the transaction was in cash was because it can’t be traced and that the money was “going to go straight to Hezbollah.” The Department of Justice actually got one right, objecting to the transfer but were overruled by the State Department. Rush Limbaugh boils it down saying, “The regime laundered $400 billion dollars,” with Krauthammer quoted one more time saying, “If a private company had done this, this is called money laundering. The CEO would be in jail right now.” Van Susteren asks Illinois Congressman Peter Roskam if the transaction is illegal and if so what are they going to do about it. As we know there is a lot of illegality coming out of this criminal White House that goes unanswered...

nObama Continues To Lie About His
Hostage Ransom Scam But...

{redstate.com} ~ Yesterday Barack nObama gave a brief presser at the Pentagon. The subject was ISIS and we learned a couple of things... First, that the defeat of ISIS is inevitable despite all the evidence we see to the contrary. I guess that in the same way we've always been at war with East Asia, the defeat of ISIS has always been inevitable. Second, he warned us about the danger of "lone wolf" attacks and remains oblivious to the possibility that if you have enough "lone wolves" you have a "pack." In short, it was quintessential Barack nObama. There was denial, wishcasting, obfuscation, dishonesty, arrogance, and cravenness all stirred together in a potent stew and slung about as though it was meaningful. What was most amusing, though, was nObama denying that the United States had paid a $400 million ransom to free four captive Americans when he had portrayed that release, back in January, as a triumph of his diplomacy. Elections – What’s He Hiding?

{rickwells.us} ~ nObama responds to a question from one of the adoring, prissy members of his propagandists corps who asks the liar if he will “promise the American people that this election will be conducted in a fair way.”... What good is the promise of a pathological liar anyway? nObama plays cute, a strong indicator that he’s covering up some misconduct, probably his own. He says, “Of course the elections will not be rigged; what does that mean? Maybe he could refer to the resignation of Debbie Wasserman Schultz for a refresher or the stepping down of Tim Kaine from his DNC Chairmanship to make room for her. Rigging in that example is preventing Sanders from having a fair shot and the Democrat conspiracy that surrounded the events. Rigging is not allowing the DOJ to prosecute liar-Hillary Clinton and throwing her in prison because she’s his designated successor. Despite his attempts to be cute and unassuming, the anti-American has firsthand knowledge of the concept of rigging elections. He’s characteristically starting his response with a lie, with many more to come. He says the federal government doesn’t run the election process, which is true. But they and the Democrat Party do run the judiciary and they do control much of the decision making which has proliferated motor voter and the associated corruption. In Texas, which nObama refers to, a federal check was determined to be sufficient ID in the compromise deal just worked out. Try using that to get on an airplane. It’s not sufficient to prove who you are in boarding an airplane, but in determining who leads the country and facilitating multiple voting by illegals, a check is more than enough. The Democrats and feds under nObama have created the environment for election fraud in multiple ways, including the abuse of power by the DOJ...

{westernjournalism.com} ~ Christian activist Dr. James Dobson believes that a Donald Trump presidency “would unleash Christian activists to fight for their beliefs.”
Writing on the website WND, Dobson recounted a June meeting in which he met with Trump and other Christian leaders at Trump Tower in New York City.
At the meeting, he told Trump, “Our Supreme Court has struck down Bible reading in schools and even prohibited prayer to an unidentified God. Then, they banned the posting of the Ten Commandments on bulletin boards. From there, the limitation on religious liberties has become even more egregious,” he wrote.
“Most recently, President nObama and liar-Hillary Clinton have been referring to ‘freedom of worship,’ rather than ‘freedom of religion.’ Do you understand their motive? They are suggesting that Americans are free to worship in their churches and synagogues, but not in the public square,” he told Trump.
He said that Trump responded by calling it an “outrage that Christians have been deprived of their rights to speak openly on behalf of the values and principles in which they believe.”
Dobson noted that Trump criticized the Johnson Amendment, a 1954 piece of tax code that bans political participation by churches, as well as other tax-exempt not-for-profit groups. The amendment was supported by then-Sen. Lyndon Johnson, D-Texas.
Dobson said Trump’s promise to overturn the amendment “would have a great impact on Washington because it would unleash Christian activists to fight for their beliefs.”
Trump has kept faith with the ministers with whom he met. The Republican platform includes a plank to abolish the amendment.
“We’re going to get rid of that horrible Johnson amendment and we’re going to let evangelicals, we’re going to let Christians and Jews and people of religion talk without being afraid to talk,” Trump said last month.
Jerry Falwell Jr., president of Liberty University, has said that eliminating the amendment “is almost as important for Christians as the appointment of Supreme Court justices.”
Trump himself has said that ending the ban can be a catalytic moment for religion in America.
“I think maybe that will be my greatest contribution to Christianity — and other religions — is to allow you, when you talk religious liberty, to go and speak openly, and if you like somebody or want somebody to represent you, you should have the right to do it,” Trump told Dobson and the other clergy at their June meeting, saying religious leaders in America were “petrified” of running afoul of the ban.
“You talk about religious liberty and religious freedom, you don’t have any religious freedom if you think about it,” he said then.
