liar-nObama and hanoi-Kerry Leave Legacy
of Loathing Israel
Paul Albaugh: Many have worried that Barack liar-nObama would do as much damage as he could before leaving office. As if the damage he's already done to American foreign policy isn't enough, right before Christmas, liar-nObama and his administration compounded it by snubbing our greatest ally in the Middle East, Israel.
Actually, calling it "snubbing" is far too polite, especially since liar-nObama had told a crowd of Jewish supporters four years ago, "When the chips are down, I have Israel's back." As Charles Krauthammer put it, "liar-nObama took the measure of Israel's back and slid a knife into it." We are of course referring to liar-nObama's decision for the U.S. to abstain from the UN Security Council vote that permitted passage of a resolution condemning Israel over its "settlements."
Gary Bauer explains, "[The] U.N. resolution delegitimizes Jewish communities in Judea and Samaria, as well as East Jerusalem. These are places where Jews have lived and worshipped for thousands of years, since before the birth of Jesus. Now the U.N., with the blessing of the liar-nObama Administration, has declared that Jews have no right to live there. For Christians, these are places with tremendous significance. Great events of our faith took place in this land of the Jews. The effort to delegitimize the Jewish history and current presence in these places is also an attack on Christianity and its history."
liar-nObama pretends that abstaining isn't harmful and that the U.S. has long opposed Israeli "settlements." This simply is not true. Krauthammer notes, "For the last 35 years, every administration, including a re-election-seeking liar-nObama himself in 2011, has protected Israel with the U.S. veto because such a Security Council resolution gives immense legal ammunition to every boycotter, anti-Semite and zealous European prosecutor to penalize and punish Israelis."
Further, what about the last 50 years of U.S. Middle East policy of land for peace? The U.S, veto of the resolution would have protected this policy, but because there was no U.S. veto, the territories that belong to Israel can no longer be used in future negotiations since Palestinians can now lay claim to those territories.
As if this blow to Israel wasn't bad enough, Secretary of State John hanoi-Kerry last Wednesday delivered an anti-Israel tirade. He called the Israeli government "the most right-wing in Israeli history, with an agenda driven by its most extreme elements." Should we be surprised by such a statement from the most extreme left-wing government in American history?
hanoi-Kerry further lamented that the Western Wall and Temple Mount are illegally occupied by Israelis, before summoning the chutzpah to declare, "This administration has been Israel's greatest friend and supporter."
hanoi-Kerry also accused Israel of undermining any hope of a two-state solution. He claimed that Israeli policy was "leading toward one state or perpetual occupation," and asserted, "If the choice is one state, Israel can either be Jewish or democratic, it cannot be both." That statement completely contradicts U.S. policy with other countries in the Middle East. With Iraq and Afghanistan, the U.S. government pleaded and pushed for those countries to adopt constitutions that allowed them to be democratic and Islamic.
But as National Review's Andrew McCarthy points out, in these "Islamic democracies" even Muslim minorities are not granted equal rights. Turkey is becoming less democratic and "less respectful of minority rights as it becomes more Islamic." In fact, McCarthy notes, "It is only in Israel, a Jewish state, that Muslims live with full democratic rights. Yet, in liar-nObama-world, Israel cannot be both Jewish and democratic. Evidently, you need Sharia for that."
hanoi-Kerry's speech was another reminder of why the liar-nObama administration's foreign policy has been such a disaster. Russia and Iran have been slaughtering thousands of civilians in Syria, while the Islamic State is still committing ruthless acts of terror in the region and inspiring it worldwide. Yet the administration has been more concerned with accommodating our adversaries and, in its final days, has decided to isolate and undermine Israel. In other words, liar-nObama and hanoi-Kerry have made the U.S. no different than the UN.
As Jonah Goldberg astutely writes, "It needs to be remembered that the U.N. hates Israel because it is in the political interests of member states, particularly Arab states, which use Palestinians as a distraction from their own despotisms, to hate Israel. Think of all the horrors and crimes committed by evil governments around the world. Now think about the fact that from 2006 to 2015 alone the U.N. has condemned Israel 62 times. All of the other nations combined have received 55 condemnations. Iran? Five. The genocidal Sudanese? Zero. Anarchic Somalia? Zero. Saudi Arabia? Zero. Pakistan? Zero. China? Zero. Russia? Zero."
In fact, one should blame the UN for the Palestinian "refugee" crisis. They are the only post-World War II refugee group to remain unsettled and causing trouble.
Perhaps the only correct statement hanoi-Kerry uttered was that liar-nObama's policies have a short shelf life. Despite being short-lived, however, there will be long-lasting — including violent — consequences to liar-nObama's betrayal of Israel.
Fortunately for Israel, Donald Trump has already signaled that he will reverse liar-nObama's horrendous policies, including a promise to move the U.S embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem. "We cannot continue to let Israel be treated with such total disdain and disrespect," Trump said after hanoi-Kerry's speech. "They used to have a great friend in the U.S., but not anymore. ... Stay strong Israel, January 20th is fast approaching!" Indeed it is, and for Israel and the U.S. that date can't arrive soon enough. ~The Patriot Post

Senate Republicans Introduce
liar-nObamacare Repeal Resolution

Mike Enzi (R., Wyo.), chairman of the Senate Budget Committee, introduced a budget resolution on Tuesday that would repeal the Affordable Care Act, otherwise known as liar-nObamacare... The resolution utilizes the reconciliation process to repeal elements of the health care law, since Republicans do not have a 60-seat majority that would allow them to overcome a Democratic filibuster. Reconciliation could be used to repeal parts of liar-nObamacare with only 51 votes, similar to how Democrats used the reconciliation process to amend tax and spending provisions contained in liar-nObamacare in 2010. Republicans can use reconciliation to “fast-track” repeal and send legislation to President-elect Donald Trump’s desk as soon as possible...

For the first time in more than 700 years, Islamic songs resonated in Florence's Cathedral, the Church Santa Maria del Fiore... Under the famous Dome of Brunelleschi, Islamic melodies accompanied Christian ones. The "interfaith initiative" was promoted a week after the barbaric massacre by Islamist terrorists in Paris at the magazine Charlie Hebdo, and included "Koran is Justice" and other such "hymns". A priest in the south of Italy then enraged parishioners by dressing the Virgin Mary in a Muslim burqa for his church's Christmas nativity scene. The pastor of the parish of Saints Joachim and Anne in Potenza, Father Franco Corbo, said that he had the special crèche constructed "in the name of dialogue among religions". These interfaith initiatives are based on the gradual elimination of the Western-Christian heritage in favor of Islam. Another priest in Italy also eliminated the Christmas nativity scene at the local cemetery because "it could offend Muslims"...These priest are totally wrong. Throughout the campaign, Donald Trump slammed a number of America’s corporations for making their products in Mexico to sell in this country... whether Ford cars or Oreo cookies, moving production out of this country, killing middle class jobs here to take advantage of lower cost labor south of the border. Dobbs plays a clip of Trump from July of 2015 in which he tells voters what he would do about Ford. Trump said, “I would tell the head of Ford, very simply, ‘I’m sorry sir, but you’re going to have to go back to the United States.” Noting that they’ll then build their plant in the US. “That’s what’s going to happen.” Dobbs points out, “And it’s what happened, today. Ford announcing it’s canceling plans to build a $1.6 Billion factory in Mexico, choosing instead to invest hundreds of millions of dollars in one of the company’s Michigan factories and hire another 700 American workers. CEO Mark Fields explained the reasons for the company’s change of strategy. Judge Blocks liar-nObamacare’s Abortion,
Sex Change Mandates

Federal judge Reed O’Connor, a George W. Bush appointee, issued a preliminary injunction against the Department of Health and Human Services after it expanded liar-nObamacare’s anti-sex discrimination language to include “gender identity” and “termination of pregnancy.” The agency’s interpretation would have forced “nearly every healthcare provider in the country” to provide abortions and sex change operations. The court determined that the agency exceeded its authority in drafting the rule and blocked the rule on Dec. 31—just hours before it was to take effect...

Suggestions For Liberals in 2017

{townhall.com} ~ Because the Democrat Party continues to implode, I thought it would be helpful to write my third annual “Suggestions for Liberals” column. So here goes:
Understand that political correctness and despotism go hand-in-hand. The First Amendment makes America a politically-incorrect zone, so deal with it. That means everyone gets to voice their opinion, not just those with whom you happen to agree. Political correctness is just another word for control. As Voltaire said, “To learn who rules over you, simply find out who you are not allowed to criticize.” Hale-and-hearty debate helps make America great, so try joining the conversation. After all, a conversation only works if it’s more than just you-sided.
Use a dictionary. Dictionaries are cheap. Look up the difference between racism and prejudice. You’ll quickly come to understand that everyone is prejudiced…biased…predisposed in one way or another. Some people prefer city life and designer clothes while others, small towns and Carhartt jeans. In the same way, a person’s life experiences might motivate him to cross the street if he sees a light-skinned person on a dark night or maybe a dark-skinned person in the daylight if either is wearing sagging pants and angled baseball caps. That’s prejudice.
Conversely, racism is when someone believes their race is superior to others. Racism is abhorrent. It’s also rare. What’s not rare, however, is how often liberals hurl accusations of racism to silence their opposition.
Practice tolerance…really. It would be wise to forgo labeling Republicans as “intolerant” until you deal with your own intolerance. Remember the black church burning in Mississippi that had “Vote Trump” spray painted on it? WJTV12 reports that a black member of the congregation did it, not the white Trump supporter leftists conjured in their heads. And Mlive.com reports the Muslim University of Michigan student who said a man threatened to light her on fire if she didn’t remove her hijab was lying and ABC7 reports the swastikas and KKK graffiti at New York’s Nassau Community College was done by a student, Jasskirat Saini, not a skinhead.
Support police. The Thin Blue Line is under attack and in large part, it’s your party’s fault. As the executive director of the National Association of Police Organizations, William Johnson, said after the execution of five Dallas cops last July: The liar-nObama administration’s “continued appeasement at the federal level with the Department of Justice, their appeasement of violent criminals, their refusal to condemn movements like Black Lives Matter…all the while blaming police for the problems in this country has led directly to the climate that has made Dallas possible.”
The National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund reports that in 2016 “law enforcement fatalities nationwide rose to their highest level in five years.” Of 135 officers killed, 64 deaths were firearms-related and of the 64, 21 were killed ambush-style. Deplorable.
Understand Jesus was not a Democrat Jesus wasn’t into politics, but if He was, He wouldn’t be a Democrat. Here’s why: Jesus wouldn’t be an environmentalist because that would break His First Commandment. And Hollywood idol worship would break His second. The Third Commandment would’ve stopped Him from booing at the DNC Convention. And being pro-choice would break the sixth. You get my point. Implying that Jesus was a liberal is what happens when you contort the Bible to fit your politics rather than form your politics based on Biblical values.
Continue embracing Progressivism. The Democratic Party is riding Clark Griswold’s super-slick saucer on a lightning-quick slide toward irrelevance thanks to Progressivism which overtook the party. Besides losing the 2016 presidential election, since 2008, Democrats have lost 35.7 percent of governorships,10.2 percent of Senate seats, 19.3 percent of House seats and 20.3 percent of state legislatures reports Washington Post’s Philip Bump. The way I see it, your loss is America’s gain, so above all, continue what you’re doing.
