{ rickwells.us } ~ The House Intelligence Committee is now investigating former Secretary of State hanoi-John Kerry’s possible connection with the Steele dossier... They have, for over a month now, been in the second phase of an investigation into the inception, construction and use of the dossier. It’s unlikely hanoi-Kerry was doing anything without liar-nObama’s full knowledge and approval, so it’s significant in more ways than one. Sara Carter reports that questions emerged in February about possible hanoi- Kerry involvement. That same month, a long-time hanoi- Kerry crony and former envoy to Libya named Jonathan Winer, wrote a preemptive defensive op-ed in the Washington Post. In it Winer acknowledged his relationship with Steele and defending the dossier. Winer sounding as if he were responding to a prosecutor’s questions, attempting to remove potential explosive revelations and establish the narrative so all involved could get their stories straight. He wrote, “in 2013, I returned to the State Department at the request of Secretary of State hanoi-John F. { lidblog.com } ~ The gun debate has taken over the airwaves in the last couple of weeks... but flying under the radar is a set of developments in the congressional “Russiagate” probes which, taken together, could turn a definitive klieg light on the critical period before the 2016 election, and the liar-nObama Administration. What the klieg light will illuminate is the coordinated operation within the liar-nObama administration that used the Steele dossier. The critical period runs from the very end of July to the end of October when the FBI applied for the FISA warrant for surveillance of Carter Page. Rep. Palestinians: The Arabs Do Not Care about Us

{ gatestoneinstitute.org } ~ The Palestinian Authority (PA) has been working hard to persuade the Arab countries to support its position in the standoff with the US administration...The PA leadership in Ramallah fears that without the backing of the Arab countries, the US administration will "impose" President Donald Trump's "deal of the century" -- the yet-to-be-announced plan for peace in the Middle East. The Arab countries, however, appear to be preoccupied with other matters. For now, the Palestinians are getting much lip service from their Arab brothers, including promises to put pressure on the Trump administration possibly to "modify" its plan to make it less "harmful" to Palestinian demands and aspirations. What is actually happening is that the PA leadership is terrified that many of the Arab countries will support the Trump plan, thus abandoning their Palestinian brothers and leaving them exposed to international pressure to accept the "deal of the century." Trump DOJ sues California over
'interference' with immigration enforcement

{ foxnews.com } ~ The Trump Justice Department filed a lawsuit Tuesday night against California... saying three recently-passed state laws were deliberately interfering with federal immigration policies. It marked the latest legal and political confrontation with the nation's most populous state, which the federal government says has repeatedly stood in the way of its plans to step up enforcement actions in the workplace and against criminal aliens. "The Department of Justice and the Trump Administration are going to fight these unjust, unfair, and unconstitutional policies," Attorney General Jeff Sessions was expected to tell California law enforcement officers on Wednesday. Hollywood's Self-Inflicted Ratings Deflation Continues
by Thomas Gallatin: Over the weekend, most of America missed watching the 90th Academy Awards. Put another way, this year the award show set the record for the lowest viewership ratings in Oscars history. In fact, total viewership dropped a whopping 20% from last year alone, continuing a downward trend for Hollywood’s premier awards show. Jimmy Kimmel, the hypocritical late-night talk-show host and leftist demagogue, hosted the award show for a second consecutive year and his polarizing presence certainly didn’t help matters. It was a surreal combination of Kimmel’s preaching to the choir and Hollywood stars’ virtue signaling their leftist dogma ad nauseam. They ignored their own blatant hypocrisy, all the while congratulating themselves on being the culturally “woke” arbitrators of morality — a nauseating recipe for unwatchable TV. So many Americans simply tuned out and chose to spend three hours Sunday evening engaged in less vacuous pursuits. Honestly, how many people will tolerate being told, “Do as we say, not as we do?”
Following the show, James Woods, one of Hollywood’s few conservative actors, tweeted, “Sad. How can Hollywood stop itself from alienating its audience?” President Donald Trump had a more humorous take, tweeting, “Lowest rated Oscars in HISTORY. Problem is, we don’t have Stars anymore — except your President (just kidding, of course)!”
The fact of the matter is that Hollywood has long been a bastion of the Left, propagating its fantasy so incessantly it has become an ideological and isolated echo-chamber that has completely lost touch with real life in America. These Hollywood elites blame their own glaring sins on the rest of America and supposedly backwards conservatives rather than turning introspectively and seriously examining how — maybe, just maybe — they are their own monster. ~The Patriot Post
