If An ICE Agent Crosses nObama on Immigration...
Let's suppose there's an enterprising Immigrations and Customs Enforcement agent who doesn't follow the "prioritized deportation" policies handed down by a lawmaking president, but instead, follows the letter of the law. MSNBC's Jose Diaz-Balart asked Barack nObama, "How do you ensure that ICE and Border Patrol won't be deporting people like this. What are the consequences?" And mObama answered that agent would have trouble. "The bottom line is that if somebody's working for ICE," nObama said, "and there's a policy, and they don't follow the policy, there's going to be consequences to it. So I can't speak to a specific problem. What I can talk about is what's true in the government generally. In the U.S. military, when you get an order, you're expected to follow it." In effect, nObama is saying his executive action on immigration -- although unconstitutional and stayed by a federal judge -- has the force of law and his authority as commander in chief behind it. Beware any lowly law enforcement official who doesn't fall into line. More...  -The Patriot Post

Senate Funds DHS, Will Consider Immigration Separately
After weeks of impasse over blocking Barack nObama's executive amnesty, the Senate finally moved. "The stalemate over funding for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) was broken Wednesday as the Senate voted 98-2 to proceed to legislation that would prevent a partial government shutdown," The Hill reports. "Democrats agreed to support the DHS bill after Senate Majority Leader Mitch McCon-nell (R-Ky.) agreed to strip out provisions inserted by the House that would reverse President nObama's executive actions on immigration. The only votes against proceeding to the bill came from Sens. James Inhofe (R-Okla.) and Jeff Sessions (R-Ala.)." Now the legislation will move back to the House, where Republicans have steadfastly rejected doing anything less than blocking nObama. We appreciate the sentiment, but the battle has become House vs. Senate and Republican vs. Republican rather than the GOP Congress against nObama. That's not going to win much.  -The Patriot Post

Aspiring Terrorists in Brooklyn Are No 'Lone Wolves'
The nObama administration says ISIL isn't a domestic threat. All these terror attacks you hear about around the globe, they claim, are just demonstrations by "lone wolves" who can't find jobs or something. And, hey, nObama's economy is swell, so what's the worry? Well, this, courtesy of NBC 4 New York: "Three Brooklyn men who allegedly plotted to travel to Syria to join ISIS and posted online messages about planting a bomb on Coney Island and shooting police officers were taken into custody during FBI and NYPD terror raids Wednesday. ... The men, 24- and 30-year-old Uzbekistan citizens and a 19-year-old Kazakhstan citizen who all lived in Brooklyn, allegedly planned to return to New York to commit a domestic act of terror if they failed to join the group overseas, law enforcement officials said." Does that sound like "lone-wolf terrorism"? Whether it's an attack carried out by Islamists in the United States, Canada, Britain, France, Syria, Iraq or Australia, the common denominator is a twisted ideology that calls for slaying the infidel in service to Jihadistan. And while aspiring terrorists in the U.S. have for the most part kept underground, they have found new inspiration in ISIL, which is indirectly recruiting through the power of propaganda.  Hanoi Kerry Blasts Netanyahu for Iraq War Support
We get it. The nObama administration really doesn't like Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. Secretary of State Hanoi John Kerry made that clear again Wednesday in testimony before Congress, saying we can't trust Netanyahu because he supported invading Iraq. "The prime minister was profoundly forward-leaning and outspoken about the importance of invading Iraq under George W. Bush. We all know what happened with that decision," Hanoi Kerry lectured. Indeed, it was the impetus for his infamous "botched joke" about uneducated people getting "stuck in Iraq." There's also the small detail of Hanoi Kerry having voted for the war. We know he was for it before it was against it, but come on, Mr. Secretary. Have a little self-awareness.   -The Patriot Post

loose lips Biden Wants to Emancipate the Wealth of the One   Percent
loose lips Joe Biden's comments commemorating Black History Month careened right past the struggle for civil rights and mired into full-on socialism. On Monday, Creepy Ol' Joe hosted a Black History Month event where he said, "A lot of wealthy white and black people aren't bad, but they control 1% of the economy and this cannot stand. It's not fair because the business experts are saying that concentration of wealth is stunting growth. So let's do something that's worthy of emancipation." loose lips Biden continued, explaining Abraham Lincoln's Emancipation Proclamation: "What happened is not only did we move toward freeing black Americans but also the conscience of white Americans." Per loose lips Biden's usual rhetorical "style," these comments are filled with muddled metaphors and thoughtless arguments. Is he saying "emancipating" the wealth belonging to the Scrooge McDucks of the nation would be good for their souls? If wealthy white and black people are the problem, how is this in any way connected to the civil rights struggle of the '60s? Finally, why is he equating today's dollars with enslaved, antebellum blacks? While nothing is officially announced, loose lips Biden may be starting his campaign for president -- by signaling he'll continue Barack nObama's socialist engineering of America.  Rep Steve King To Sellout Republican Senators
(Rick Wells) - Congressman Steve King (R-IA) is not impressed with the actions of the sellouts in the Senate, those who are wringing their delicate little hands from underneath their desks, fearful that someone in the regime or Pravda-USA might have something bad to say about them...he disgusted statesman and defender of the American people said in a Thursday Breitbart interview, “I’ve listened to some senators over there, Republican senators, whine about being blamed [for defunding DHS].” King said, “This is a constitutional issue and they all took the same oath to the Constitution that we did. And there is no clause in that oath that says ‘support and defend the Constitution, unless you might get blamed for inconveniencing some people.’”       http://www.rickwells.us/rep-steve-king-to-sellout-republican-senators-if-youre-afraid-to-defend-the-constitution-go-home/

Soros, Ford Foundation shovel $196 million to 'net neutrality' groups
(Paul Bedard) - Liberal philanthropist George Soros and the Ford Foundation have lavished groups supporting the administration’s “net neutrality” agenda, donating $196 million and landing proponents on the White House staff, according to a new report...And now, as the Federal Communications Commission nears approving a type of government control over the Internet, the groups are poised to declare victory in the years-long fight, according to the report from MRC Business, an arm of the conservative media watchdog, the Media Research Center.       http://www.washingtonexaminer.com/soros-ford-shovel-196-million-to-net-neutrality-groups-staff-to-white-house/article/2560702

Cuccinelli rips Republicans: 'They don't have any backbone!'
(
Greg Corombos) - Senate Conservatives Fund President Ken Cuccinelli calls Senate Republicans’ decision to push Homeland Security funding that includes money for President nObama’s amnesty a “total surrender” that proves GOP leaders “really don’t have any backbone.”...Senate Majority Leader Mitch McCon-nell, R-Ky., decided earlier in the week to stop pushing a Department of Homeland Security, or DHS, appropriations bill that strictly forbids funding for nObama administration executive action on immigration in 2012 and 2014. With Democrats blocking debate, McCon-nell agreed to bring a “clean” bill forward in exchange for Democrat promises to vote on a separate bill to defund nObama’s unilateral November action to legalize five million people in the country illegally. The latter bill has virtually no chance of passing. So is this an example of Republicans letting nObama get away with an unconstitutional act, or was it the only realistic way to keep Homeland Security efforts funded?       http://www.wnd.com/2015/02/cuccinelli-rips-republicans-they-dont-have-any-backbone/

Christian Genocide, America Needs Leadership In Fight Against ISIS
(Rick Wells) - Greta Van Susteren addresses the expansion of ISIS, noting their current Christian abduction campaign, saying that there is no denying their steady expansion...Allen West asks the rhetorical question if the U.S. has already surrendered to ISIS, and explains. He notes how our military is in the process of being decimated and that we cannot fight at previous levels. He notes that because of that we are unable to address the threats in multiple combat theaters. He also speaks to the paralysis in Washington DC. He talks about how he keeps hearing that America is war-weary, but notes there are only about two percent who have been out there serving in uniform and that they are still more than willing to go and fight this enemy.”       http://www.rickwells.us/col-allen-west-christian-genocide-america-needs-leadership-in-fight-against-isis-obama-is-clearly-obstructing/

Oliver North - Shameful, To An Enemy nObama Refuses To Identify
(Rick Wells) - Retired Lt Col Oliver North spoke at CPAC on behalf of America’s military, addressing the sacrifices they and their families make in the name of protecting the American people...Col North said, “I’m talking about the 2.5 million young Americans who have deployed to difficult and dangerous places in support of operation Enduring Freedom and operation Iraqi Freedom. Many of them have served seven, eight, nine, even ten or more deployments. That kind of “optempo,” as it’s called, has strained and often broken family relationships.” He says, “Some 6,849 Americans lost their lives in Iraq and Afghanistan, to an enemy this administration cannot even identify. Tens of thousands more have returned home wounded, but every American who served in those theaters of combat and their families have been impacted. Each of them has left a piece of their body or a part of their soul on those battlefields.”       http://www.rickwells.us/lt-col-oliver-north-shameful-6849-u-s-dead-in-iraq-to-an-enemy-obama-regime-refuses-to-even-identify/

Rep Jim Jordan – Mysterious Vanishing IRS Email Records Found
(Rick Wells) - In House Oversight Committee hearings held on Thursday, Rep Jim Jordan (R-OH) questions Deputy Inspector General for Investigations Timothy Camus regarding missing IRS emails...the Inspector General’s successful efforts to obtain them and the apparent lack of effort on the part of the IRS to find the supposedly missing records. The attempts to retrieve the elusive documents were simple matters of making a phone call and driving over to the location where they were stored. Inspector General Camus simply phoned the record depository, determined that the records were there, got into his car and  drove over to that location, and taking possession of 744 tapes. Rep Jordan asks Mr. Camus if he had inquired of the record keepers as to whether the IRS had made an effort to gain the records they were supposedly looking for. Camus said he did ask and that the IRS had not already been there, according to the people he talked to.       http://www.rickwells.us/rep-jim-jordan-mysterious-vanishing-irs-email-records-found-potential-criminal-activity-indicated/

Australia: Muslims outraged at PM’s “aggressive rhetoric”
(Robert Spencer) - What was his “aggressive rhetoric against Muslims”? What were his “incredibly reckless” remarks? He said: “I’ve often heard Western leaders describe Islam as a religion of peace…I wish more Muslim leaders would say that more often and mean it.” And: “The Islamist death-cult has declared war on the world.” In response, instead of declaring their loyalty to Australia and showing themselves to be on his side against the terrorists, Muslim leaders in Australia are claiming victim status. How unfortunately predictable. Muslim community leaders have voiced their anger at Prime Minister Tony Abbott over his national security speech on Monday, saying it did nothing but inflame tensions and belittle the efforts of Muslims leaders working to decrease community antagonism. Sorry, but I stand with PM Tony Abbott.        https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Iib89Zy_8rM

Can We Impeach Now? - Can We? We Should!!
(Erick Erickson) - First Barack nObama decided to overreach and extend amnesty by executive order. One judge in Texas has told him no and Republicans are hanging their hat on that judge’s order...Then the FCC decided to declare internet a public utility. They overreached, rushed it through, and committed to as little transparency as possible to make it happen. Congress did nothing on this front and the FCC decided to replace the Congress on the matter. Now there are reports that Barack nObama, by executive order and agency regulation, will curtail the manufacture of certain ammunition. Again and again and again the President of the United States has met the boundaries of his powers and stepped across them. The Senate is now on the verge of confirming his Attorney General appointee who sees no limits to the power of Octavius nObama. Given Barack nObama’s continuous overreaching of power, I must now ask if it is time to consider impeachment proceedings. Is it even possible?       http://www.redstate.com/2015/02/27/can-we-impeach-now/

 Hanoi John Kerry: disingenuous blowhard
(streiff) - Yesterday, our alleged Secretary of State, Sen, Hanoi John Kerry, accused Israeli Prime Minister of doing something akin to cheerleading America into war with Iran...This is the kind of blood-libel-lite the left uses. Just as conservative Jews are accused of having “mixed loyalties,” Israeli officials who are trying to prevent their nation from being destroyed as part of a liberal Democrat undergraduate seminar in international relations regularly get accused of tying to involve America in wars.  nObama Dares GOP: ‘Vote on Whether What I’m Doing Is Legal
(Craig Bannister) - Pres. nObama is daring Republicans to vote on whether or not his executive actions are legal...Discussing opposition to his executive amnesty orders at an immigration town hall Wednesday, nObama said he would veto the vote because his actions are “the right thing to do”: “So in the short term, if Mr. McCon-nell, the leader of the Senate, and the Speaker of the House, backstabber John Boehner, want to have a vote on whether what I’m doing is legal or not, they can have that vote.  I will veto that vote, because I’m absolutely confident that what we’re doing is the right thing to do.” Congress take up his dare and show him he is in the wrong. Then impeach him.        http://www.mrctv.org/blog/obama-go-ahead-have-vote-whether-what-i-m-doing-legal-i-will-veto
The End of Freedom in America

(aim.org/guest-column) - The America that has existed from the days of the Declaration of Independence in 1776, when its sovereignty was acknowledged by a treaty with England 1783, and its founding in 1788 with the ratification of the Constitution is no more. The America for which thousands fought and gave their lives is no more.

That America ends on February 26 when the Federal Communications Commission, under intense pressure from the nObama White House and with the votes of its Democratic Party commissioners asserts government control over the Internet with a 332-page set of regulations, dubbed “Net Neutrality.”

Writing in the Feb 22nd Wall Street Journal, columnist L. Gordon Crovitz summed up what will occur saying “nObamanet promises to fix an Internet that isn’t broken…The permissionless Internet which allows anyone to introduce a website, app, or device without government review, ends this week.”

“The big politicization came when President nObama in November demanded that the supposedly independent FCC apply agency’s most extreme regulation to the Internet.” Of course nObama wants the Internet regulated and of course the Democratic Party will support this move to control who gets to put up a website or blog and, more importantly, who gets to say anything critical of the President.

The Democratic Party has been in everything but name the Communist Party in the United States for several decades. nObama was raised and mentored to be a Marxist. What we are witnessing is nothing less than tyranny replacing democracy.

Crovitz warned that “This week Mr. nObama’s bureaucrats will give him the regulated Internet he demands. Unless Congress or the courts block  nObamanet, it will be the end of the Internet as we know it.”

Earlier this week, as reported by Giuseppe Macri in The Daily Caller the FCC’s two Republican commissioners, Ajit Pai and Michael O’Rielly, asked Chairman Tom Wheeler “to delay the vote and release his proposal to the public. ‘We respectfully request that FCC leadership immediately release the 332-page Internet regulation plan publicly and allow the American people a reasonable period of not less than 30 days to carefully study it.'”

There is some evil at work here because, as the Republican commissioners point out, “the plan in front of us right now is so drastically different than the proposal the FCC adopted and put out for public comment last May.”

Shades of nObamaCare! Even the Democrats who voted that monstrosity into law had not read it. Now neither Congress, nor the rest of America is being permitted to see regulations that will determine what can and cannot be posted to the Internet, the greatest instrument of free speech ever invented since the printing press.

Commissioner Pai says that the FCC is “adopting a solution that won’t work to a problem that doesn’t exist using legal authority we don’t have.” He estimates that the regulations will add up to $11 billion in new taxes on Internet access.

In a commentary, “Neutralize nObama’s Hijacking of the Internet”, Judi McLeod, the editor of CanadaFreePress.com, said “Forget NSA, the FBI, the CIA, and all warnings sent by Edward Snowden. They’ve got nothing on how Net Neutrality will silence you.”

“Someday in the near future when you type in the words “Islamic terrorists” in an Internet post, you will be knocked off the Net and find it all but impossible to climb back on again.”

Do I think the Congress will exercise its oversight responsibilities and stop this tyrannical power grab? No. Do I think our court system will do anything other than bow to precedent set by earlier FCC regulations? Yes.

As a nation founded on and devoted to freedom of speech, I think February 26, 2015 will go down in the history books as the day when that freedom came to an end in America.

Thanks to a National Security Agency we no longer have any privacy regarding anything we say using telephones, the Internet or any other form of communication.

If the Democrat-controlled FCC has its way, the Internet will slow your access and could eliminate access countless sites that provide news and express opinions the federal government finds offensive. That’s what tyrannies do.
