 IG Confirms liar-Clinton's Email Violations
Well, the already feverish liar-Hilly Clinton-Bernie Sanders feud should grow even more exciting. The State Department's Office of Inspector General has released its "Evaluation of Email Records Management and Cybersecurity Requirements" for secretaries of state. According to the report, "Department employees must use agency-authorized information systems to conduct normal day-to-day operations because the use of non-Departmental systems creates significant security risks." However, the reports states, "Secretary liar-Clinton never demonstrated ... that her private server or mobile device met minimum information security requirements."
There's an important reason for the security protocols. From the report: "On January 9, 2011, the non-Departmental advisor to President liar-Clinton who provided technical support to the liar-Clinton email system notified the Secretary's Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations that he had to shut down the server because he believed 'someone was trying to hack us and while they did not get in I didn't [sic] want to let them have the chance to.' Later that day, the advisor again wrote to the Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations, 'We were attacked again so I shut [the server] down for a few min.' On January 10, the Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations emailed the Chief of Staff and the Deputy Chief of Staff for Planning and instructed them not to email the Secretary 'anything sensitive' and stated that she could 'explain more in person.'"
But last year liar-Clinton claimed "the system we used was set up for President liar-Clinton's office. And it had numerous safeguards. It was on property guarded by the Secret Service. And there were no security breaches."
The report also says that "sending emails from a personal account to other employees at their Department accounts is not an appropriate method of preserving ... emails that would constitute a Federal record," and liar-Clinton "did not comply with the Department's policies that were implemented in accordance with the Federal Records Act." Moreover, "[O]fficials, ... did not — and would not — approve her exclusive reliance on a personal email account to conduct Department business, because of the restrictions in the FAM and the security risks in doing so."
Naturally, the liar-Clinton camp is trying to brush it off. According to liar-Clinton spokesman Brian Fallon, "As this report makes clear, liar-Hilly Clinton's use of personal email was not unique, and she took steps that went much further than others to appropriately preserve and release her records." It's true that others are mentioned in the report. But the report also clarifies, "By Secretary liar-Clinton's tenure, the Department's guidance was considerably more detailed and more sophisticated. Beginning in late 2005 and continuing through 2011, the Department revised the FAM and issued various memoranda specifically discussing the obligation to use Department systems in most circumstances and identifying the risks of not doing so. Secretary liar-Clinton's cybersecurity practices accordingly must be evaluated in light of these more comprehensive directives."
Recall that in March 2015, liar-Hilly Clinton claimed, "I fully complied with every rule that I was governed by." Bottom line: liar-Clinton is a serial liar. Of course she's guilty — probably of felonies, perjury and obstruction of justice. But be careful what you ask for. As Mark Alexander has written, if liar-Clinton is indicted, the most likely replacement will be loose lips-Biden-Warren — which he believes will be a far more formidable ticket — and it will not emerge until the Democratic National Convention.

States Fight Back Against nObama's Tranny Decree  A coalition of eleven states and state officials filed suit against the nObama administration over the recent Department of Education letter "clarifying" that schools across the nation must accommodate transgender students in the bathroom of their choosing. The nObama administration issued the letter May 13 and said that transgender students have "equal access to educational programs and activities" — including bathrooms. If schools don't comply, federal funding could be at risk, the letter implied. The suit spearheaded by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton was filed Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. It alleges the nObama administration tried to create a law by executive decree when it issued the letter — a law that calls for massive policy changes.
David Thweatt, superintendent for the Harrold Independent School District in Texas, told The Daily Signal, "This federal money obviously is our money to start with. It's coming from income taxes, et cetera, and [the nObama administration] is taking this and using our own money against us to try to blackmail us into some kind of social engineering and social experimentation in public schools." The courts have almost routinely checked nObama's executive orders, from clean power decrees to amnesty for illegal immigrants, so it's not unimaginable that nObama's bathroom legacy will also be flushed by the courts.  -The Patriot Post

nObama Criticizes liar-Trump on World Stage
At a press event in Japan, Barack nObama said world leaders have reason to worry about a liar-Trump presidency because the man has little knowledge about world affairs. nObama is in Japan to attend a Group of Seven (G7) summit and to visit Hiroshima. When asked Thursday about how foreign leaders view Donald liar-Trump's candidacy, nObama replied, "They are rattled by it — and for good reason. Because a lot of the proposals he has made display either ignorance of world affairs, or a cavalier attitude, or an interest in getting tweets and headlines."
It was a cynical statement that has the potential to poison liar-Trump's diplomatic efforts if he ever were to occupy the White House. Regardless of the truth of the statement, it's improper for the chief executive to wade into election politics. It's doubly so when the president's first duty while abroad is to be America's best advocate. What is nObama saying behind closed doors to these leaders that liar-Trump may have to work with one day? This is nObama's narcissistic, partisan personality at work. If a Democrat does not take office who can further his policies, then he's going to ensure the next president starts off with a diplomatic disadvantage.  -The Patriot Post

Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei
.
{timesofisrael.com} ~ Iranian supreme leader Ali Khamenei on Monday said the United States cannot “do a damn thing” about the Islamic Republic’s ballistic missile program... “They have engaged in a lot of hue and cry over Iran’s missile capabilities, but they should know that this ballyhoo does not have any influence and they cannot do a damn thing,” Khamenei said, according to the semi-official Fars News Agency. Iran in March tested ballistic missiles, including two with the words “Israel must be wiped off the earth” emblazoned on them, according to the US and other Western powers. Under a nuclear deal signed last year between world powers and Iran, ballistic missile tests are not forbidden outright but are “not consistent” with a United Nations Security Council resolution from July 2015, US officials say...I think its time for them to be taken out.   http://www.timesofisrael.com/khamanei-us-cant-do-a-damn-thing-about-missile-program/

{nypost.com} ~ Last week’s unanimous passage of a Senate bill making it easier for 9/11 families to sue Saudi Arabia and other foreign terror sponsors was widely heralded as a major victory. It’s more of a cruel hoax... It turns out that just before the vote, Sen. Charles Schumer and other proponents of the Justice Against Sponsors of Terrorism Act stuffed an amendment into the final draft allowing the attorney general and secretary of state to stop any litigation against the Saudis in its tracks. Yes, JASTA would remove the statutory restrictions that have prevented 9/11 families from taking the Saudi kingdom to court. But Schumer helped craft an entirely new section to the original bill, giving the Justice and State departments the power to stay court action indefinitely. All they have to do is inform the judge hearing the case that the US government has engaged with Riyadh in diplomatic talks to resolve the issue...  http://nypost.com/2016/05/24/sneaky-schumer-added-loophole-to-halt-911-saudi-suits/

{truthrevolt.org) ~ Political correctness, fear of Islamophobia, and fear of guns left the audience members sitting ducks at the Eagles of Death Metal concert last year during the terror attacks at the Bataclan in Paris, says the band's frontman Jesse Hughes... Gavin McInnes recently interviewed the pro-gun, pro-liar-Trump, and pro-life rockstar for Taki's Magazine which revealed even more insight into that bloody night, including major facts the media ignored and why political correctness is killing us. Hughes said that night as ISIS entered the venue, "Fear fell like a blanket on the whole crowd and they fell like wheat in the wind -- the way you would before a god." What surprised Hughes was how many people literally surrendered or were helplessly frozen -- "gripped in terror and can't move as a result of it." {news.usni.org} ~ A mid-year review of Navy operations and maintenance funding found a $848-million shortfall, forcing the Navy to restrict flying hours, defer five ship maintenance availabilities until Fiscal Year 2017... defer continuous maintenance work for two amphibious ready groups and a carrier strike group – and nearly suspend work at the service’s largest regional maintenance center. Without enough money to continue at pace through the remainder of the fiscal year, a complex prioritization process began that looked at both lower-priority work that could be pushed back as well as what locations could absorb cuts with the least disruption. The operations and maintenance shortfall – which totals just two percent of the Navy’s O&M budget but led to some painful cuts – consists of $500 million still needed for ship depot maintenance after work delays and growth in work package scope drove up costs, $255 million for flying hours and $91 million to extend the Truman Carrier Strike Group’s deployment in the Middle East, according to U.S. Fleet Forces Command and House Armed Services Committee documents related to a Navy readiness hearing held today...You can thank nObama for this weakness. https://news.usni.org/2016/05/26/as-navy-faces-848m-om-shortfall-picking-what-maintenance-to-skip-is-full-of-risk?utm_source=USNI+News&utm_campaign=011d8e868d-USNI_NEWS_DAILY&utm_medium=email&utm_term=0_0dd4a1450b-011d8e868d-231491269&mc_cid=011d8e868d&mc_eid=3999f18767

{news.usni.org} ~ Three out of four F/A-18s are not ready to go to war and it could take up to a year for the Navy to pull together enough reserve fighters to field a surge force air wing... service officials told members of the House Armed Services Committee on Thursday. A combination of warfighting demand, delays of the Lockheed Martin F-35C Joint Strike Fighter entering the fleet and sequestration cuts from the Budget Control Act of 2011 have left the Navy’s tactical aviation force just able to meet the basic requirements to combatant commanders, the commodore of Strike Fighter Wing Atlantic, Capt. Research by the Conference Board, a US think-tank, also shows the rate of productivity growth sliding behind the feeble rates in other advanced economies, with gross domestic product per hour projected to drop by 0.2 per cent this year. …  “Last year it looked like we were entering into a productivity crisis: now we are right in it,” said Bart van Ark, the Conference Board’s chief economist. “Companies really need to invest seriously in innovation. {lidblog.com} ~ Perhaps the worst thing for liar-Hilly Clinton in the state dept. IG report is the evidence liar-Hilly lied, and then how her SPOX lied about her lies. So much of what she said about the email scandal was simply false... so much about what the Inspector General IG report revealed is that she had a disregard for America’s secrets, and so much of what her spokespeople said yesterday after the report seemed to ignore the truth, that it’s a wonder how any American could ever trust her again. This report wasn’t issued by a GOP superPac or congressional committee, this was an nObama appointed IG in the nObama administration state department. liar-Clinton has said on multiple occasions that her email setup did not violate any rules or laws but throughout the document  the IG explains that she not only broke the rules but seemed to have a reckless disregard for them including the fact that every e-mail needed to be printed and filed. liar-Hilly did not comply:...

Carter laid the racism at the feet of the Republican Party, saying that criticism of President nObama had “a heavy racial overtone” and that Donald liar-Trump had “tapped a waiting reservoir there of inherent racism.” It seems as if the peanut president is simply saddened by the fact that nObama’s policies have not helped the country which is the source of the criticism, and he doesn’t understand the voter anger at the government of any race held by the voters attached to liar-Trump and even Bernie Sanders...http://lidblog.com/jimmy-carter-accuses-trump-and-thegop-of-bigotry-ignores-the-hatred-in-his-heart/

Such theories stink of brimstone. Gnostic attempts to remake Christianity as a hatred of life on earth are not so much real intellectual options as temptations from the devil aimed at the virtue of Faith. Crime is contagious. If the Government becomes a lawbreaker, it breeds contempt for law; it invites every man to become a law unto himself; it invites anarchy." -- Justice Louis Brandeis (1856-1941)

{townhall.com} ~ Last week, this column chronicled the startling admissions of lying by White House senior adviser Ben Rhodes. Rhodes readily acknowledged to The New York Times that he lied to the public and to members of Congress during the negotiations that produced the recent Iranian nuclear deal so as to temper the "irrational" fear that some senators and representatives had of the mullahs who run the government in Iran.

He was asked -- not subpoenaed -- to testify before the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee about his lying, and he refused to show up, claiming his lies were protected by executive privilege. Because he spoke publicly about this, he has no privilege, yet nothing further happened. The committee gave up the ghost.

Also last week, in a federal court in Brownsville, Texas, the government was caught lying again -- this time by a federal judge. Here is the back story.

In 2012, President Barack nObama issued numerous executive orders directing the departments of Justice and Homeland Security to enforce a version of immigration law that the president himself had scripted after Congress declined to pass it.

The president crafted a path to permanent residence in the United States for undocumented immigrants who are the parents of children who were born here or are otherwise residents lawfully.

The president's plan would add between 4 million and 5 million people as lawful residents. That would add to the financial burdens of the states where these folks reside, because they are required by federal law to provide a social safety net -- health care, education, safety, welfare -- to all legal residents.

Hence, 26 states sued the federal government, arguing in effect that the president exceeded his constitutional powers when he issued his executive orders and that the immediate effect of their enforcement would be massive, unplanned, unfunded financial burdens on the states.

A federal judge agreed with the states and enjoined the president from enforcing his orders. During the course of the oral arguments in the case, the judge asked the lawyers from the Department of Justice who were representing the president whether the programs his executive orders established had yet begun. The lawyers replied that they had not.

On three more occasions, one orally in the same public courtroom and twice in written submissions to the court, the DOJ lawyers insisted that the president's programs had not yet begun. In reliance upon those assertions, the states asked only for an injunction going forward, not for an injunction on any applications being processed by the feds, because they were told that none existed.

The government lawyers lied.

Last week, we learned that the Department of Homeland Security has surreptitiously accepted applications from more than 100,000 undocumented immigrants for permanent residence under the terms of President nObama's unconstitutional executive orders.

The orders may be characterized as unconstitutional because the same federal judge to whom the DOJ lawyers lied, as well as a panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit to which the DOJ appealed the injunction against the president, found them so. Those findings await a determination by the Supreme Court, which is expected by the end of next month.

The problem of lawyers lying to judges is extremely serious. Our system of litigation -- lawyers present facts and argue about laws, and judges rely on the truthfulness of what the lawyers have told them -- is built on trust. Because lawyers know the facts in their cases more intimately than judges do, judges rely on lawyers to tell them the truth.

At first, these DOJ lawyers lied. Then they lied about their lying. Then they reluctantly acknowledged that they had momentary lapses in understanding, an argument that the court rejected because of the repeated nature of their lying. The lawyers said the programs had not begun, when in fact they had -- to a large degree.

The judge's response in the case was curious. He ordered the DOJ lawyers to take ethics classes. I would have done differently. Lying to the court is so severe a violation of the ethical rules, so disruptive of the moral order, that its significance is diminished by the so-called cure of ethics classes.

I would have barred all lawyers who lied to me from ever appearing in my courtroom, and I would have removed them from the case. I would also have referred what I knew about them to ethics prosecutors in the states and federal districts where they are admitted.

Lawyers have an obligation of candor to the judges before whom they appear. That duty is no less serious when the lawyers work for the government than when they work for private clients.

Because the government prosecutes people who lie to it and its liars almost never can be prosecuted, government lying is grave. It is equivalent to government lawbreaking because when people to whom the government lies -- judges or litigants or members of Congress or the public -- rely on those lies, they often do so to their detriment. They lose a right or an opportunity that often cannot be recaptured.

I have often asked rhetorically whether the government works for us or we work for the government. The answer to this inquiry is obvious. It is only a fiction that the government works for us.

Yet fear of the consequences of government lying should terrify anyone who believes in the rule of law and fair play. Those consequences can be as contagious as government lawbreaking.
