Dem Culture Of Snowflake Victimhood, FBI
Passivity and Partisanship A Deadly Mix
{ } ~Maybe if the FBI hadn’t been so preoccupied with engaging in political hit jobs and then covering up their own criminal wrongdoing... they would have had enough time to actually investigate threats to the citizens our country, threats like Nikolas Cruz. We are reminded that they had the pulse nightclub shooter in custody twice and then ultimately let him go and ignored information provided by Russia about the terrorist Tsarnaev brothers. There are many examples, many of them politically motivated. The application of real world logic and profiling have fallen out of favor in the past decade and a half, and delusion is in. That reality is particularly evident when it comes to their approach to jihais but it is true across the board. Robert Mueller removed references to Islamic terrorism from FBI training programs under Bush and in the liar-nObama regime stressed bribery and sensitivity over muscle and infiltration, what they called their CVE, countering violent extremism, program...
Mueller Indictment: No Mention of
‘Collusion,’ Russians Posed as Americans
to ‘Unwitting’ Trump Staffers
{ } ~ Far from building the case for collusion, the indictment of Russian nationals and entities for alleged interference in the 2016 presidential elections documents... a narrative that is far different from Donald Trump’s presidential campaign knowingly conspiring with Russia. The indictment was announced Friday by the Justice Department’s special counsel. The 37-page indictment of 13 Russian nationals and three Russian entities charges that the Russians stole the identities of U.S. persons to deceptively “communicate with unwitting members, volunteers, and supporters of the Trump campaign involved in local community outreach.” Specifically, the Russian nationals allegedly impersonated American grassroots activists to distribute pro-Trump material and communicate with “Trump campaign staff” involved in local community outreach for “Florida Goes Trump” grassroots rallies. The indictment does not once mention the word “collusion.”...
Vandals Desecrate U.S. Flag
at Utah High School, Fly ISIS Flag
by Trey Sanchez
{ } ~ On Thursday morning at a high school in Hurricane, Utah, an ISIS flag was found flying on a flag pole... The American flag that was there was found shredded on the ground nearby. Hurricane High School called in the FBI which investigated and said the incident is not related to Islamic terrorism. As part of the vandalism, graffiti was found on a school wall, reading, “ISIS is comi,” which is assumed to mean “coming.” The paint and black flag have been removed and a new U.S. flag is back where it belongs. Investigators haven’t found who is responsible for the act and Hurricane police confirmed, “Based on information we received from the FBI we do not believe this act was perpetrated by someone linked to the Islamic State.” Classes continued normally for Thursday and Friday and school resource officers assured students they are safe...Why is this happening in the United States.
UC-Berkeley Providing $800k
in Financial Aid for Illegal Aliens
by Trey Sanchez
{ } ~ Big bucks for illegal aliens are being set aside at the University of California-Berkeley... as part of services directed to “undocumented” students. The university has allocated between $400,000 and $800,000 to meet the various needs of the growing illegal alien population on campus, said UC-Berkeley Chancellor Carol Christ. The funds will help cover the “DACA Financial Gap” and provide aid to those students as well as help pay for demanded additional office space for the undocumented student center which has been in place for the last six years. The money will also help any student that may lose their DACA status. However, as Campus Reform noted, the money is “actually being allocated to ‘a general grant fund’ for students with ‘basic needs’ such as housing or food insecurity.” And though any needy student can benefit from the funds, it’s estimated that a high number of them will come from the undocumented community... I wonder if the people of Calif know what Berkeley is doing with their tax dollars.
Blacks, Hispanics sue over
'diversity' set-aside for whites
{ } ~ A lawsuit has been filed by parents of Hartford, Connecticut, school children charging it’s unfair to limit the black and Hispanic enrollment of much-desired magnet schools... to 75 percent of the student population. The case was brought by Pacific Legal Foundation on behalf of nine Hartford parents against the state Department of Education’s race-based enrollment quotas and lottery. PLF explains the magnet schools offer special instruction and opportunities and attract a diverse student body. They are described as far outpacing traditional public schools “in terms of student achievement.” As a result, places in their classrooms are highly sought by students and parents...
I Wish I Were as Bad a Christian as Mike Pence

by David Limbaugh
{ } ~ I've repeatedly said that though President Trump gives his leftist enemies plenty of fodder in his tweets to attack him, they would malign any Republican president unless he totally capitulated to their demands -- and switched parties. Indeed, they always have.

The liberals say Trump is such an awful person, which apparently excuses their monomaniacal obsession with destroying his presidency. Yet Vice President Mike Pence is one of the finest people around, and they can't stand him, either. Big surprise.

Remember how they ridiculed Pence for saying he has a rule that he won't dine alone with a woman who's not his wife or attend events where alcohol is served without his wife? Pence didn't originate the rule. I've heard variations of it from Christians, including my pastor, for years.

Well, the left wouldn't tolerate that innocuous practice of self-discipline. No, his rule to avoid any appearance of impropriety or unnecessary temptation incurred the wrath of some liberals. They said that refusing to meet with women is a form of discrimination because it deprives them of informal networking opportunities that could advance their careers. Sheryl Sandberg, chief operating officer of Facebook, said that to make it fair, men should apply the rule to men, as well. In other words, no dining alone with anyone.

Sometimes you just can't win. So the vice president's efforts to lead a godly life simply cannot stand. He not only isn't praised for the noble gesture; he's trashed for it.

Last week, lovely leftists were at it again, and the Winter Olympics in South Korea was their venue. The liberal networks and print media salivated over the opportunity to compare Pence, unfavorably, to Kim Yo Jong, the sister of one of the world's most despicable dictators, North Korean leader Kim Jong Un. Under this headline, "Kim Jong-un's Sister Turns On the Charm, Taking Pence's Spotlight," The New York Times had a field day, writing, "Flashing a sphinx-like smile and without ever speaking in public, Ms. Kim managed to outflank Mr. Trump's envoy to the Olympics, Vice President Mike Pence, in the game of diplomatic image-making."

I'm sure it was news to Pence that he was competing with this Nork wonder woman for attention. No doubt Ivanka Trump was also surprised to learn that the press dubbed this Commie super-sibling "North Korea's Ivanka."

But you'll have to forgive the liberals' enthusiasm. They simply can't contain their childlike excitement for communist dictators, such as Cuba's Castro brothers or the Marxist revolutionary Che Guevara.

If one were inclined to psychoanalyze the leftist mind, it would be interesting to explore how the leftist can put "charm offensive" and "North Korea" in the same sentence. Do liberals think the entire world is vapid enough to actually believe that the malevolence of a murderous regime can be mitigated by a flurry of public smiles or a squad of Olympic cheerleaders dancing in militaristic unison? But enough about that.

The latest Pence-dissing came on ABC's "The View." A few of the show's adorable hosts mocked Pence's Christian faith -- you know, that annoying superstition that inspired the "Pence rule." The segment began when they played a clip from "Celebrity Big Brother," showing former White House staffer Omarosa Manigault Newman deriding Pence.

"As bad as y'all think Trump is," she said, "you would be worried about Pence. ... Everybody that's wishing for impeachment might want to reconsider their life. ... I'm Christian. I love Jesus. But he thinks Jesus tells him to say things."

Reacting to the clip, Sunny Hostin said, "I think what was interesting is that she said that Jesus tells Mike Pence things to say." Pence, she said, is a hated figure in Indiana, where she went to law school. "I think when you have a Mike Pence that now sort of puts this religious veneer on things and calls people 'values voters,' I think we're in a dangerous situation."

Joyous Joy Behar said, "It's one thing to talk to Jesus. It's another thing when Jesus talks to you." That sent the sycophantic audience into convulsions of mindless applause. "That's called mental illness." Outdoing herself, Behar added, "Can he talk to Mary Magdalene without his wife in the room?" That was yet another swipe at the "Pence rule" wrapped in an offensively sacrilegious and even less subtle Christian slur.

There must be an acute case of collective cognitive dissonance, pathological denial or arrogant indifference among many leftists about their attitude toward Christianity.

Every time conservatives complain about the popular culture's assaults on Christians and Christianity, the left mocks in unison, as if anyone making the charge is delusional. When the national Democratic Party is criticized for booing God, Democrats gaslight their accusers as all being deceived by their lying eyes.

Why can't they just own up to their contempt for Christians -- at least Christians who actually believe what Christians claim to believe? Wouldn't it be easier to have a national dialogue on this -- as liberals are always eager to do -- if each side were honest about where it stands?

You see, in liberals' view, Trump is abominable, but Pence might be even worse because he not only claims to be a Christian but, unlike Trump in their eyes, actually is one. His ideas are "dangerous." And his going to God in prayer and believing he gets subtle promptings from the Holy Spirit just proves he's mentally ill. Is it OK to say "LOL" in a column?

Leftists had better hold their fire against Trump, lest they wind up with the dastardly Mike Pence. LOL.

Breaking — West Virginia Lawmakers Invite Persecuted Pro-Second Amendment Counties In Virginia To Join Their State

West Virginia lawmakers introduced legislation to invite persecuted pro Second Amendment Counties to join their state.

The West Virginia Senate adopted a resolution to remind Virginia residents from Frederick County that they have a standing invite — from 1862 — to become part of West Virginia.

West Virginia freedom fighters broke away from Virginia Democrat slave owners during the Civil War.

This week West Virginia has once again invited persecuted Virginia pro 2-A counties to come join their state.

Sounds like a winning plan!

Resolution 8 reads as follows:

(By Delegates Howell, Summers, Shott, Householder, C. Martin, Hott, Graves, Cadle, Barnhart, J. Jeffries, Maynard, Phillips, Foster, Hamrick, Steele, D. Jeffries, Wilson, Waxman, Bartlett, Paynter, Linville, Sypolt, Bibby, Hill, Ellington, Higginbotham, J. Kelly, Mandt, Pack, Dean and P. Martin)

[Introduced January 14, 2020]

Providing for an election to be had, pending approval of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and a majority of qualified citizens voting upon the proposition prior to August 1, 2020, for the admission of certain counties and independent cities of the Commonwealth of Virginia to be admitted to the State of West Virginia as constituent counties, under the provisions of Article VI, Section 11 of the Constitution of West Virginia

Whereas, The Legislature of West Virginia finds that in 1863, due to longstanding perceived attitudes of neglect for the interests of the citizens of Western Virginia, and a studied failure to address the differences which had grown between the counties of Western Virginia and the government at Richmond, the Commonwealth of Virginia was irretrievably divided, and the new State of West Virginia was formed; and

Whereas, Such division occurred as the Trans-Allegheny portions of Virginia perceived that they suffered under an inequitable measure of taxation by which they bore a disproportionate share of the tax burden; and

Whereas, That this perception was further compounded by the effects of a scheme of representation by which Trans-Allegheny Virginia was not allowed to have its proper and equitable share of representation in the government at Richmond; and

Whereas, That this arrangement arguably resulted in the tax dollars of Trans-Allegheny Virginia being used to enrich the Tidewater through internal improvements which did not benefit the people of Western Virginia, while the people of the Trans-Allegheny had little to no say in how their tax dollars were allocated; and

Whereas, Though this course led to an irreconcilable division, and the subsequent formation of West Virginia, yet, the longstanding peaceful cooperation between this State and the Commonwealth of Virginia is a sign that such separation, undertaken even under the most challenging and onerous of circumstances, can, with the passage of time, yield lasting results which are beneficial to both sides; and

Whereas, In the intervening years, the same neglect for the interests of many of the remaining counties of the Commonwealth of Virginia has allegedly been evidenced by the government at Richmond; and

Whereas, Particularly, many citizens of the Southside, the Shenandoah Valley, Southwestern Virginia, and the Piedmont contend that an inequitable measure of taxation exists by which they bear a disproportionate share of the present tax burden of the Commonwealth; and

Whereas, The people of the Southside, the Shenandoah Valley, Southwestern Virginia, and the Piedmont also believe that, currently, a scheme of representation exists by which the citizens of Southside, the Shenandoah Valley, Southwestern Virginia, and the Piedmont do not have a proper share of representation in the government at Richmond; and, consequently

Whereas, The people of the Southside, the Shenandoah Valley, Southwestern Virginia, and the Piedmont believe that their tax dollars are used to enrich the Tidewater and Northern Virginia through internal improvements which do not benefit the people of these other parts of Virginia, while the people of these other parts of Virginia have little to no say in how their tax dollars are allocated; and

Whereas, In recent days, these tensions have been compounded by a perception of contempt on the part of the government at Richmond for the differences in certain fundamental political and societal principles which prevail between the varied counties and cities of that Commonwealth; and

Whereas, In the latest, and most evident, in this string of grievances, the government at Richmond now seeks to place intolerable restraints upon the rights guaranteed under the Second Amendment of the United States Constitution to the citizens of that Commonwealth; and

Whereas, The Legislative body of West Virginia believes that this latest action defies the wise counsel which has come down to us in the august words of our common Virginia Founders: as the government at Richmond now repudiates the counsel of that tribune of liberty, Patrick Henry-who stated to the Virginia Ratifying Convention in 1788 that “The great object is that every man be armed. Everyone who is able might have a gun”; and

Whereas, The government at Richmond now repudiates the counsel of a Signer of the Declaration and premier advocate of American independence, Richard Henry Lee-who stated in The Federal Farmer that “To preserve liberty, it is essential that the whole body of the people always possess arms”; and

Whereas, The government at Richmond now repudiates the counsel of that zealous guardian of our inherent rights, George Mason-who stated that “To disarm the people…[i]s the most effectual way to enslave them”; and

Whereas, The government at Richmond now repudiates the counsel of the declaimer of our independence and theoretician of our freedoms, Thomas Jefferson-who stated in his first draft of the Virginia Constitution, that “No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms”; and

Whereas, The Boards of Supervisors of many Virginia counties and the Councils of many Virginia cities have recognized this dangerous departure from the doctrine of the Founders on the part of the government at Richmond; and

Whereas, These Boards of Supervisors and Councils have passed resolutions refusing to countenance what they affirm are unwarranted and unconstitutional measures by that government to infringe the firearm rights of Virginians; and

Whereas, The actions of the government at Richmond undertaken since the recent general election have, regrettably, resulted in unproductive contention and escalating a lamentable state of civic tension; and

Whereas, That, as has been proven in numerous instances, such as have been observed internationally in more recent times with the peaceful dissolutions of Czechoslovakia and the Soviet Union, and the creation of South Sudan, or, earlier in Virginia’s own history, with the formation of Kentucky, the peaceful partition of neighboring peoples can occur, and, is often very beneficial to both sides in reducing tensions and improving the tenor of discourse over ongoing political and societal differences; and

Whereas, Article VI, Section 11 of The Constitution of the State of West Virginia explicitly permits additional territory to be admitted into, and become part of this state, with the consent of the Legislature and of a majority of the qualified voters of the state; and

Whereas, In a spirit of conciliation, the Legislature of West Virginia hereby extends an invitation to our fellow Virginians who wish to do so, to join us in our noble experiment of 156 years of separation from the government at Richmond; and, we extend an invitation to any constituent county or city of the Commonwealth of Virginia to be admitted to the body politic of the State of West Virginia, under the conditions set forth in our state Constitution, specifically, with the consent of a majority of the voters of such county or city voting upon such proposition; and we hereby covenant that their many grievances shall be addressed, and, we further covenant with them that their firearms rights shall be protected to the fullest extent possible under our Federal and State Constitutions; and

Whereas, Providing that the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Virginia shall give its assent to any county or independent city presently part of the Commonwealth of Virginia having the opportunity and ability to do so, therefore, be it

Resolved by the Legislature of West Virginia.
