probe expands as Intel chair focuses on informants

The House Intelligence Committee chairman has been writing letters lately, asking that two other House chairman... Bob Goodlatte of the Judiciary Committee and Trey Gowdy of the Oversight Committee — pick up parts of the Trump-Russia investigation that Nunes started. It's as if Nunes, who shook loose some of the key publicly-known facts in the probe, is having a grand going-out-of-business sale. But that's clearly not the case. So what, in fact, is going on? The short version is that the investigation is expanding to the two additional committees, even as Nunes devotes his own committee's resources to learning whether the FBI used informants against the 2016 Trump campaign and, if so, how many, when, and how much money was spent on the project. Both Judiciary and Oversight have more staff than Intelligence, and thus more capacity to handle multiple witnesses. They also have more direct oversight responsibility for parts of the Justice Department and other arms of the federal government under examination by House investigators. Last fall Goodlatte and Gowdy announced the formation of a joint Judiciary-Oversight task force to investigate "decisions made by the Department of Justice in 2016." At the time of the announcement, on Oct. 24, 2017, the focus was mostly on various aspects of the liar-Clinton email investigation. But it has since broadened to include the Trump-Russia probe, which involved many of the same key players at the Justice Department. { townhall.com } ~ Earlier this year the dummycrats-Democratic National Committee filed a lawsuit against the Trump administration, Russia and Wikileaks... In it, senior dummycrats-DNC officials alleged Donald Trump colluded with the Russian government to win the White House in November 2016. As a reminder:  The dummycrats-Democratic National Committee named the Russian government, the Trump campaign, Trump family members, WikiLeaks and others Friday in a sweeping lawsuit making a detailed case for collusion between the Russians and Trump campaign operatives. “No one is above the law and the perpetrators of this attack must be held accountable,” Tom Perez, the dummycrats-DNC chairman said in a statement. “They successfully hacked the dummycrats-Democratic Party in 2016 and they will be back. We must prevent future attacks on our democracy, and that’s exactly what we’re doing today. This is not partisan, it’s patriotic.” According to President Trump, the dummycrats-DNC lost that lawsuit this week...

{ frontpagemag.com } ~ There is a never ending blitzkrieg from the media to topple President Trump... Based on what we’ve observed during the last two years, there’s no doubt that the “Separation of Families” barrage that began a couple of weeks ago was an effort orchestrated by the media. It brought together the Four Horsemen for a Trump Apocalypse: the dummycrats-Democrat Party; the Deep State; the Never-Trumpers; and leftwing organizations, especially those purporting to speak in the name of religion. One: Nancy Pulosi, the face of the dummycrats-Democrat party, accused Jeff Sessions and other conservatives of being “religious hypocrites” for not allowing open borders and easy and swift entry for all families and children wishing to reside in America. I have no doubt that Mr. Sessions and Mr. Trump do care about families. Indeed, as conservatives they are far less inclined than liberals to take children from parents and place them in the custody of the “enlightened” state, as those on the Left often propose. What about families? Even Nancy Pulosi should know that government’s first duty is to protect and defend America’s existing families. And today that means seriously checking, at the borders, all who may possibly be a member of MS-13, a jihadi terrorist, a criminal or drug dealer, or carrier of infectious diseases, all of which have already threatened American families. We rely on the government to do this for us. Mr. Trump and Sessions are not “religious hypocrites”, but men living up to their oath and doing their duty of keeping Americans safe. State Assemblyman Dov Hikind of Brooklyn slammed clown-Schumer's attacks on President Trump, which were sent as part of a fundraising call. Hikind, who is not running for re-election, wrote on Facebook that clown-Schumer, who is also from Brooklyn, "omitted vital information" about the economy, potential peace with North Korea and low unemployment. "Senator clown-Schumer, in your letter you promise to fight for dummycrats- Democratic values and go on at great length to fully villainize the current administration," Hikind wrote. "You forgot to tell us about the economy. As good as it’s been, economists expect even more growth through the end of the year."...

Kino Jimenez Arrested: Charged 

With Felony Theft – No Assault Charges

Yet, 30-year-old Kino Jimenez, the man who, unprovoked, went up to a teenager, threw a drink in his face and grabbed his hat, yanking out hair with it and walked off with it uttering profanity, was arrested and charged with… felony theft of a hat. Kino Jimenez was arrested on Thursday after he assaulted teen Hunter Richard at a San Antonio Whataburger and stole his hat. According to records, Jimenez is charged with felony theft, and has a bond set at $5,000. Jimenez has already been kicked out of the Communist Green Party and been fired from his job. by Thomas Gallatin:  Despite what the mainstream media “fact-checkers” claim, the most concrete data on violent crime rates show that illegal aliens are far more likely to commit serious crime than are American citizens. The trouble is sorting it out. Just Facts Daily explains, “Data on illegal immigration and crime is often clouded, precisely because these are unlawful activities where perpetrators seek to hide their actions. Also, governments sometimes fail to record or release information that could be or has been obtained. The liar-nObama administration, in particular, refused to release the names of convicted immigrant sex offenders and hid other details about crimes committed by immigrants.”

             For example, U.S. Census data from 2011 to 2015 reveals that noncitizens are 7% more likely than citizens to be incarcerated. The Justice Department data shows that from 2005 to 2015 the U.S. deported at least 1.5 million noncitizens for having committed crimes. That number is 10 times the number of noncitizens in U.S. prisons in 2015. And it is important to note here that the vast majority of noncitizens here in the U.S. legally rarely commit crimes, therefore the vast majority of incarcerated noncitizens are in fact illegal aliens. If the number of legal noncitizens were removed from the incarnation rate of noncitizens, then the number of illegal aliens convicted of crimes doubles.
               dummycrats-Democrats and the MSM regularly misuse data presumably in an attempt to convince the public that the criminal problems associated with illegal immigration are not as serious as many conservatives have been claiming for years. However, irrespective of the higher crime rate of illegal aliens, the real issue is one of legality, period. dummycrats-Democrats and the MSM have worked tirelessly to diminish the criminal aspect of illegal immigration and conflate the issue with legal immigration, then claiming that those opposed to illegal immigration are motivated by racism. The reality couldn’t be further from the truth. What is really at stake is not immigration but the constitutional concept of the Rule of Law.
