Hilly’s Email Troubles Reach Beyond Benghazi 
The Left sees the issue of Hilly Clinton's emails as a liability for the Right. If Republicans aren't careful, that may prove true.
In March, nObama adviser David Axelrod tweeted, "The email trap: If the Rs make HRC email an obsessive fixation, to the exclusion of larger concerns of people, they will pay a price. Again."
Thanks, Axelrod. An enemy multiplies kisses. After all, there are concerns about the economy, nObamaCare, immigration and what to do with a Supreme Court bent on making this nation ruled by a five-vote majority of a nine-judge panel. But Hilly Clinton's emails are the perfect profile of Machiavellian politics that she hopes lead to a Clinton White House 2.0.
On Tuesday, the State Department released 3,000 pages of Clinton's email from her time as secretary of state. This release is simultaneously huge and insignificant. Finally, after years of failed requests via the Freedom of Information Act, journalists and the public can start reading the email exchange showing Clinton telling retired four-star general John Podesta to "please wear socks to bed to keep your feet warm."
It's a massive document dump — 3,000 pages of Clinton scheduling meetings, replying to intelligence reports or firing off curt replies. Yet, it's only a fraction of the 55,000 pages of emails the State Department will release over the next few months. And it only happened because a federal judge ordered it after VICE News sued. -The Patriot Post

WALKER ENTERS RACE IN BEST SPOT TO BEAT JEB
Scott Walker will declare himself a candidate for president today. A Walker aide told Fox News that the Wisconsin governor will file a statement of candidacy with the Federal Election Commission today but wait until July 13 to publicly launch his campaign at a rally in Waukesha, Wisc.
This makes for an odd 11 days in which Walker is a candidate for president but not discussing it publicly. (Welcome to the world of failed election laws.) But whenever Walker goes from exploring to declared to announced, he arrives in the race as the person best situated to deny former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush the nomination.
Establishment-backed candidates have won every nomination since 1980 when Bush’s father got knocked out by Ronald Reagan. And while there are others who might pull off an upset, at this point Walker is the top underdog.
Walker is in second place behind in the Real Clear Politics Average, but the field is in flux. Donald Trump has crashed into second tier candidates, particularly Sen.Ted Cruz, R-Texas, like an unguided missile. This is probably a good thing for Walker. Even though the government-union foe has lost some of his vote share in this impossibly crowded field, his lead over everyone else who isn’t Bush has remained durable.
In Iowa, for example, Walker dropped from 21 points in May’s Quinnipiac poll to 18 points this week, but maintained the same 8-point lead.
The other candidate who poses a real threat to Bush right now is Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Fla., but he has had a rough run in national and early state polls. With the bounce following his April launch gone, Rubio is getting back on the circuit. Rubio heads to New Hampshire for Independence Day weekend ahead of his Tuesday policy speech in Chicago and is bound for Iowa later this month.
Unlike Cruz and others, though, Rubio’s damage has not come from the Trumpedo blast. Rubio is being smothered by his onetime mentor Bush. Bush’s campaign has picked up speed and establishment voters seem to be rallying to him in a way that they were reticent to do before. While Bush generates little love among movement conservatives, he is now thriving with the third of the party closer to the center.
That has been trouble for his fellow Floridian who’s candidacy is in many ways an argument against the Bush’s general election viability. Rubio is young, Hispanic, brimming with energy and of humble origins. Bush is none of those things. Rubio will certainly, though, be back.
Walker’s core support seems to be somewhere on the ideological intensity spectrum between Bush at one end and Cruz at the other. Rubio, having been upstaged by Bush, will now have to get serious about knocking off Walker. And that likely means emphasizing his conservative policy points and pushing the discussion to Walker’s weak spot: foreign policy.
The duel between Walker and Rubio promises to get very intense by the time debate day arrives on Aug. 6.

WITH YOUR SECOND CUP OF LIBERTY
Fox News First will not be published tomorrow in observance of Independence Day. (America and the celebration of it are too good and too important to be marred by the grime of politics.) But as you go about celebrating the founding of this “last, best hope of earth” take with you the knowledge of the magnitude of the blessing you hold.
Of all the resources with which America has been gifted, none perhaps was so remarkable as the intellect, decency, character and foresight of our founders. There were some rogues among them, perhaps, and some certainly had roguish sides, but that a group of men so large and of such competing personal interests and beliefs could unite for the common cause of founding the first truly free nation is without equal in history. That they did so in opposition to the world’s greatest superpower is nothing short of miraculous.
If they could have conceived of the size of the task ahead of them on this date in 1776, this Saturday would likely bring no celebration. Perhaps like Canada did this week, we would have a modest recognition of greater autonomies granted by a benevolent monarch. Instead, we will have something large, loud and chaotic – filled with explosions, streaked with barbeque sauce and smelling faintly of spilt whiskey. It will be, in the parlance of our times, highly problematic.
Thank God.
America has been highly problematic from the start. All of the good order, virtue and discipline that allowed this experiment to take shape and to endure was needed because of the utter wildness that was driving the movement. George Washington is rightly loved and revered for his self-sacrificing virtue and discipline, but it was the wildness of this new and ambitious people that led him to his work. The country he saw as a young surveyor in the Ohio Valley was full of danger and possibility. Foreigners coming here today are still are often unsettled by the scope of this land and how much of it remains undeveloped – wild and free. America, like most beautiful things, comes with a hint of danger.
So, it is good that the patriots in Philadelphia 239 years ago didn’t know the size of the struggle before them or how many would suffer personally in the war already begun. But they certainly had an idea. Treason is not a lark and the British Army was not for trifling. But the wildness in them – the “barbaric yawp” – drove them ahead where reason and rationality would not take them.
And when it comes to that wildness, there is none better than Patrick Henry. And there could be no better Independence Day meditation than the closing words of his speech to the members of the disbanded Virginia House meeting at St. John’s Church in Richmond on March 23, 1776.

Secret Court Revives NSA Bulk Surveillance
(Joe Wolverton, II, J.D.) ~ On June 29, a secret court ruled that a federal court and Congress were wrong to end the NSA's bulk collection of phone metadata; therefore, the mass sureillance can carry on as before — for now... Climate Change: Is a Deadly Ice Age on the Horizon?
(Selwyn Duke) ~ The last ice age ended approximately 12,000 years ago, and since then we’ve been enjoying a pleasantly warm “interglacial period.”... But given that an interglacial may last only 12,000 years, we’re confronted with a scary prospect: Another ice age may be nigh. And this could have devastating effects on mankind. So says atmospheric and space physics expert S. Fred Singer, professor emeritus at the University of Virginia and a founding director of the Science & Environmental Policy Project. While he has never been worried about global warming — emphasizing that climate alarmists’ predictions have been consistently wrong — he writes at American Thinker today that he has “recently become quite concerned about ice ages and the dangers they pose to humans on our planet — and indeed to most of terrestrial ecology.” In fact, he’s so concerned that he proposes we try to mitigate any cooling that may occur.

Silent spread of Caliphate: Saudi govt funding private Islamic schools

The Saudi’s hook their nails into a local mosque, watch it as it grows from a distance... At some stage they suddenly appear from nowhere and start offering large amounts of money to the leaders of the local mosque to “expand” or “rebuild” it. If the mosque agrees to this exchange of money and the construction goes ahead, at a later date the Saudi’s suddenly show up on their doorstep, unannounced, and demand a change of management. And what happens? The mosque is then taken over by a Salafi affiliated management and the sermons and educational books now follow Mecca Salafism and demand that children are taught the Hadiths and the extreme hate preachings. The local mosques may not even had any knowledge of this development until its too late. The reason the Saudi’s sneak around like this is that they know that local government’s in the West would add restrictions to permits of opening or operating a mosque if they immediately knew it was a Saudi operated one, so they use an existing, preferably small one, and act as a parasite on the host. In this way they avoid detection and red lights from both authorities and from the local government.

Exposing Hollywood Pedophiles
(Cliff Kincaid) ~ Director Amy Berg exposed the cover-up of pedophilia in the Catholic Church in her 2006 Oscar-nominated documentary, “Deliver Us from Evil.” On Friday night, July 3, New Yorkers can see her new explosive documentary on how pedophiles operate in Hollywood and cover up their crimes... Her film, “An Open Secret,” is being shown at the Cinema Village at 22 East 12th Street in New York City. Several journalists are included in the film, with one describing his attempt to document the sexual crimes committed by top Hollywood figures and how his story exposing this criminal conduct was killed. Even more shocking, director Berg was quoted as saying last November that she could not find any company willing to distribute her film. Iran Violates Past Nuclear Promises on Eve of Deal
(Adam Kredo)~ Senior nObama administration officials are defending Iranian nuclear violations in the aftermath of a bombshell report published Wednesday by the United Nations indicating that Iran has failed to live up to its nuclear-related obligations, according to sources apprised of the situation... The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) disclosed yesterday that Iran has failed to meet its commitments under the interim Joint Plan of Action to convert recently enriched uranium gas to powder. While Iran has reduced the amount of enriched uranium gas in its stockpiles, it has failed to dispose of these materials in a way that satisfies the requirements of the nuclear accord struck with the United States and other powers in 2013. And nObama still wants a deal.

Standing Up For Parents Against Homosexual Activist School Board

Whatever nObama Says on Immigration, Assume the Opposite is True

First is that as the deceptions have become more dazzling and audacious, they have become easier to debunk with almost embarrassing ease... Secondly, we can advise with a high level of confidence that whenever nObama, or one of his officials, makes a statement regarding immigration, it’s always prudent to assume that the exact opposite is more likely true. nObama’s earliest deceit was revealed, not by us, but simply by the passage of time and the president himself. During his first term, nObama promised to act on behalf of “kids who were brought here through no fault of their own,” thus implying a limited amnesty for a small population. The Clinton Foundation A cauldron of conflicts and cronyism

It does some good things that help people but in recent years it has functioned more like an unoffi cial campaign headquarters for Hilly Clinton’s 2016 presidential bid... And if there is one thing the Clintons are good at, it’s getting paid. The Clintons said the charity would not accept donations from foreign governments while Mrs. Clinton served as Secretary of State. They must have been crossing their fingers behind their backs because it was recently revealed that the Clinton Foundation accepted millions of dollars from foreign governments during Mrs. Clinton’s tenure at the State Department. Making matters worse, Hilly Clinton’s cavalier approach to U.S. national security has also spilled over into her family’s foundation – and a new book called “the most anticipated and feared book of a presidential cycle still in its infancy” is to be published this month. (burtprelutsky.com) ~ For a long time after 9/11, a great many non-Muslims felt compelled to read the Koran to better understand the enemy. Even back then, I knew that was a waste of time. If you want to know the heart of a person, you don’t need to read a book or even figure out how he thinks, you just need to know how he behaves..
That was the reason that I have never bothered trying to distinguish good Muslims from bad ones. Although I knew that only a relatively small percentage of them would blow up a school bus or kill someone because they had drawn a depiction of Muhammad, I also knew that a majority of them in the Middle East celebrated the destruction of the Twin Towers and the murder of 3,000 Americans.

I also knew that even after that massacre, a great many American Muslims were contributing to the terrorists in Hamas and Hezbollah until the FBI put to a stop to it. It was also no secret that Muslim clerics were in our prisons converting prisoners, usually black ones, to their vile cult. Furthermore, I knew that American Muslims were plotting mischief in their mosques and that, instead of placing a bounty on Osama bin Laden’s head, they were whining about being profiled.

That is why I would counsel Israel to never enter into a deal with those sworn to kill all the Jews. As for pandering to so-called world opinion, Israel should never even consider it. Most of the world hates Jews, but the existence of Israel provides them with cover. It allows people like Vanessa Redgrave, Emma Thompson and the administrators at a great many American universities to pretend it’s Israeli national policies they find objectionable, when in reality the only policy they really oppose is the one that calls for self-preservation.

♦ The reason that so many creeps in Europe and America respond to the siren’s call of ISIS is because for many, license to kill and pillage is irresistible. As we all know, it is far more difficult to build than to destroy, and the path of least resistance is always going to appeal to a certain number of people, whether they’re in Ramadi or Baltimore.

In the meantime, we have a man in the Oval Office who only objects to going to war with Muslims, but would delight in decimating Republicans, whom he regards as more dangerous and a far greater threat to all he holds dear than a bunch of savages burning and beheading Christians in the name of Allah.

♦ One of my readers, Karl Jenkins of Scottsdale, AZ, wrote to me recently to report on his recent visit to his physical therapist. When she told him that because her name is Caitlyn, she’d recently been the brunt of a great many Bruce Jenner jokes, he asked her if she thought Jenner might be mentally impaired. She said: “No, I think he’s brave.”

He then posed the following scenario: “Before I come in next time, I’m going to call you and say that I am now a cat. When I arrive, I want a litter box in the corner. I want everyone to call me ‘Kitty.’ During therapy, I want my back scratched. I’m also going to declare myself female, so I’d like all staff members to refer to me as ‘she.’ I’d also like you to call me brave.

What’s more, Barack nObama, who knows less about courage than I do about Sanskrit, has told us that Bruce Jenner is courageous, just as he insisted was the case with basketball player Jason Collins and football recruit Michael Sam, when they outed themselves. And yet he never felt impelled to say the same about American sniper Chris Kyle, who spent years risking his own life in order to protect the lives of his fellow soldiers. .
As a side note, it’s worth mentioning that Jenner is the very first Republican about whom nObama has ever said a kind word.

♦ I believe it is the endless repetitions of videos showing incidents in places like McKinney, Texas, that makes everyone believe we are having an epidemic of cops misbehaving. When you combine the videos that are run incessantly even on Fox along with race pimps like Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson and Marilyn Mosby, inciting the brainless black mobs, it doesn’t take much to set our cities ablaze.

If the Justice Department and the White House weren’t part of the problem, these people would all be in prison along with the creep who, in spite of knowing there’s not a whiff of smoke in the crowded theater, nevertheless hollers “Fire!”

♦ I have long subscribed to the belief that among the most important influences in determining how a person will turn out is his last name. Some names are just so imposing that it is nearly impossible to imagine that Churchill, Hemingway and Rembrandt, wouldn’t make their mark on the world.

But a name needn’t have nine letters, which, coincidentally, “Prelutsky” just happens to have, to facilitate success. For instance, I don’t think Walt Disney would have been nearly as successful if he’d had a different moniker. What he had was a perfect name for someone involved with cartoons and animation. “Disney” almost sounds like it could have been the name of one of Snow White’s dwarves, along with Dopey, Sleepy and Sneezy.

I mean, what if his name had been Gustav Schmidlapper? Would people be equally excited about visiting Schmidlapperland? Hardly. And would Schmidlapper World still be the happiest place on earth? I think not.
