Recall how Ex-CIA chief scumbag/commie-John Brennan, who is given to over-the-top rants against Trump, charged that Trump committed treason by meeting with Putin. scumbag/commie-Brennan, who is now a regular “expert” bloviator at NBC/MSNBC also declared that Trump “is wholly in the pocket of Putin.” As we noted on July 19, Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) senior fellow Max Boot, in a column for the Washington Post, relayed scumbag/commie- Brennan’s treason charge, while ex-CIA/FBI minion Philip Mudd blasted Trump on CNN and virtually called for a coup, suggesting it is time for the Deep State “shadow government” to take Trump out and take over as the official government. Similar fulminations continue. However, President Trump has fought back, claiming, “There has never been a president as tough on Russia as I have been.” At a White House Cabinet meeting the president said, “I think President Putin knows that better than anyone, certainly a lot better than the media. Bush on Friday calling on him to authorize the release of records... stemming from Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh’s time working in the White House. clown-Schumer’s request of Bush is the latest escalation in the dispute between Senate Republicans and dummycrats-Democrats over the disclosure of documents related to Kavanaugh’s time working for Bush, and specifically those pertaining to his time as staff secretary. “You have been an advocate of transparency regarding your presidential records, and you have previously taken steps to make portions of your library’s collection of White House documents more available to the public,” clown-Schumer wrote to Bush. “I believe that making Judge Kavanaugh’s complete record is consistent with your commitment to transparency and is strongly in the public interest.” Trump nominated Kavanaugh, a judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, to replace retiring Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy on the high court this month, and his selection kicked off an intense confirmation fight. Occupy ICE Camp Shut Down in Oregon

{ frontpagemag.com } ~ The filthy, illegal “Occupy ICE” encampment in Portland, Ore., that spurred nationwide protests against immigration enforcement efforts may finally have been dismantled Wednesday... but there is no indication that leftists are planning a de-escalation in their not-so-metaphorical war against U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). Occupy ICE protests are still in progress throughout the country. In Louisville, Ky., several anti-ICE demonstrators were arrested Thursday at the Heyburn Building, the location of an immigration court. Police said nine individuals bound themselves together and then blocked the building’s elevators. Occupy ICE protesters were also thrown out of another illegal camp on West Chestnut Street downtown, WLKY reports. Police previously shut down a separate Occupy ICE encampment outside the ICE building on Seventh Street. In Philadelphia, Penn., Mayor Jim Kenney agreed to meet with three Occupy ICE leaders Friday after they attempted a sit-in outside his office Wednesday. Activists are demanding that Philadelphia, a so-called sanctuary city, cease sharing arrest information with immigration officials. Portland’s leftist mayor, Ted Wheeler (D), an ally of the activists, relented to political pressure and ordered the Third World-style garbage dump of a protest site near an ICE facility removed despite its presence in one of the most politically correct cities in America. Most campers left under threat of being arrested or ticketed. But their stench remained...

Why didn't FBI tell court about Christopher Steele bias?

{ washingtonexaminer.com } ~ There has been bitter debate about the release of a heavily-redacted version of the FBI's application... for a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act warrant to wiretap onetime Trump foreign policy adviser Carter Page. The debate centers on whether the FBI gave the FISA court judges enough information to assess the anti-Trump motives of the people behind the Steele dossier. House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes, R-Calif., set off the argument last February, with the release of the so-called Nunes memo. In the memo, Nunes wrote, "Neither the initial application in October 2016, nor any of the renewals, disclose or reference the role of the dummycrats-DNC, liar-Clinton campaign, or any party/campaign in funding Steele's efforts." The release last weekend of blacked-out copies of the original application and three renewals confirmed Nunes' description; the documents did not mention the dummycrats-DNC or liar-Clinton campaign's role in funding Steele. Nevertheless, defenders of the FBI's actions in this case argued that even if the FBI did not specifically include the words "liar-Clinton campaign" or "dummycrats-DNC," the bureau fully informed the court that the people involved with the dossier had a political motive against candidate Donald Trump. Remembrance of Russia’s Past Meddling

As insiders explained, the Party was like the Brooklyn Bridge, “suspended by cables.” By 1924 the Russian Communists were intervening in American elections by running their own candidates. Ben Gitlow, their candidate for vice-president in 1924 and 1928, wrote of the quest to place the world “country by country,” under the sway of the government in Moscow. William Z. Foster author of Toward Soviet America, was the Communist candidate for president in 1924, 1928, and 1932. None of these election efforts prompted a special investigation by the federal government, which had not yet recognized Communist Russia. In 1932, Stalin deployed the world’s first man-made famine to killed millions of Ukrainians. Walter Duranty of the New York Times wrote that no such famine took place and that fake news helped the USSR gain official U.S. recognition in 1933. That opened up other possibilities for intervention. “The curiosity is not that there were undoubtedly many Reds that made government their vocation, but that the entire Communist Party was not on the federal payroll.” That was the view of Robert Vaughn, in his PhD thesis on show business blacklisting. Why Rosenstein is Being Charged with

“High Crimes and Misdemeanors”

{ saraacarter.com } ~ For more than nine months, House Republicans have been battling the Department of Justice and FBI for a cache of documents they say are necessary to conduct oversight investigations into the FBI’s handling of alleged collusion between Donald Trump’s presidential campaign and Russia. The backroom battles between lawmakers and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein culminated in impeachment articles filed Wednesday against the deputy attorney general.

The lawmakers did so despite objections by Republican House Speaker Paul Ryan (R-WI) who said to reporters Thursday, “Do I support impeachment of Rod Rosenstein? No, I do not.”

“I don’t think we should be cavalier with this process or with this term,” he said.

Nonetheless, Freedom Caucus Chairman Rep. Mark Meadows (R-NC) and Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) went forward with the articles of impeachment. The lawmakers charged Rosenstein with “high crimes and misdemeanors” and noted that Rosenstein signed off on a search warrant that deliberately withheld vital information from the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC). The DOJ under Rosensten was “withholding embarrassing documents and information, knowingly hiding investigative information from Congress,” committing various abuses of the FISA process and refusing to comply with subpoenas, according to the lawmakers. The articles were filed just before the House goes on its five-week August recess and are not expected to come up for a vote until the members return to Washington, congressional officials.

“Mr. Rosenstein oversaw the potentially improper authorization of FISA searches and electronic surveillance of members of the Trump campaign,” states Article 5 of the impeachment document. “As evidenced by the July 21, 2018 release of the Carter Page FISA application, under Mr. Rosenstein’s supervision, the ‘dossier’ compiled by Christopher Steele on behalf of the dummycrats-Democratic National Committee and the liar-Hillary Clinton campaign formed a material part of the FISA application. Under Mr. Rosenstein’s supervision, the Department of Justice and FBI intentionally obfuscated the fact the dossier was originally a political opposition research document before the FISC.”

Meadows made the decision to file the impeachment articles late Wednesday after a meeting with DOJ and FBI officials. According to Meadows the DOJ was not willing to comply with months of requests, instead, the officials argued they were in “compliance” with Congress.

“They still don’t know the total number of documents they need to produce to the committee after nine months of requests,” Meadow’s told SaraACarter.com.

“Currently, I have filed the impeachment articles as non-privileged, meaning the articles will go to the House Judiciary Committee,” added the lawmaker. “But I have the authority to file the impeachment articles as privileged at any time, and if that happens it goes to the House for a vote within two days.”

Meadows, Jordan and House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes, among others, have long stated their frustration with the DOJ’s failure to produce the documentation they have requested, saying they have been continuously “stonewalled.”

So far, the committees have uncovered disturbing evidence that exposes a pattern of behavior by FBI and DOJ officials to cover-up and withhold information from not only the congressional committees but from the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, which approved the warrant to spy on Page. The investigations have uncovered that Steele’s dossier, which remains unverified, was used as the bulk of the evidence presented to the secret court to launch an investigation into President Trump’s campaign, according to congressional sources.

Rosenstein, who signed off on the fourth FISA application on Page, would have been well aware of the information contained in the dossier and also what may have been omitted by the FBI when it turned its application over to the FISC judges.

*DOJ has failed to produce documents pertaining to the FISA application or relating to FISA applications on Page or individuals on the Trump campaign.
*Failed to produce documents or communications referring or relating to the FISC (secret court) and hearings, deliberations and transcripts related to FISC applications on Page or the Trump campaign and Trump Administration.
*All documents and communications referring or relating to defensive briefings by DOJ or FBI regarding the 2016 campaign.
*All documents and communications regarding any possible FISA discussions about the liar-Clinton Foundation or persons associated or in communication with the liar-Clinton Foundation.

Rosenstein’s Failure to comply and obstruct Congressional Investigations

*Rosenstein “attempted to conceal certain facts as documents provided to Congress were heavily and unnecessarily redacted.” According to the impeachment articles, “most of the redacted documents containing material investigative information did not contain law-enforcement-sensitive information, the Department’s stated basis for redactions.”
*Rosenstein’s DOJ redacted the price of (former) FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe’s $70,000 conference table because it was potentially embarrassing information for the FBI.
*The DOJ under Rosenstein redacted FBI Agent Peter Strzok’s personal relationship with FISC Judge Rudolph Contreras, remember this story.
*Also, under Rosenstein, the DOJ redacted the names of high-ranking liar-nObama administration officials, such as former White House Chief of Staff Denis McDonough. The DOJ also redacted the names of high-ranking FBI officials, such as former Deputy Director Andrew McCabe.
