Sorry ESPN, Bruce Jenner Isn't Courageous
Last month, we noted former Olympic Decathlon champion Bruce Jenner's bizarre transition to "womanhood." Wednesday night, ESPN awarded him for his "courage," and the rest of the Leftmedia dutifully celebrated. "Radiant in a white dress at the ESPY Awards on Wednesday, Caitlyn Jenner seemed a woman on top of the world," gushed Justin Wm. Moyer of The Washington Post. "She was receiving the Arthur Ashe Award for Courage — one of the most prestigious awards in sports — not just for her athletic achievements, but for her very public struggle to come out as transgender." First, all of Bruce's athletic achievements occurred while he was still acknowledged as a man. Second, it takes precious little "courage" for a shameless publicity hound to bask in the media's adulation. Sure he'll take his share of criticism, even from a liberal journalist like Bob Costas. But fawning reporters and celebrities are lining up to congratulate Bruce on his mental disorder. In a telling line, he declared his mission is "to promote a very simple idea — accepting people for who they are." That's ironic given that the only reason he's in the news is for rejecting who he really is.
In related news, don't ask your iPhone's "Siri" about Bruce Jenner, because the phone's Big Brotherly personal assistant will correct you that it's "Caitlyn."  -The Patriot Post

HILLY’S HOWARD DEAN PROBLEM  Hilly Clinton is in New Hampshire for a day of semi-retail politicking to try to tamp down enthusiasm for her rival, Bernie Sanders. But if she wants to do that, a better place to be might be Phoenix, where the annual Netroots Nation conference is being held.
Clinton, who touts her large number of small-dollar donors, still relied on the plutocratic caste for her substantial quarterly haul. Simply put, she has a problem with her base, and it seems to be persistent. Not unlike Mitt Romney facing a field of political impossibilities, Clinton can be confident that she can eventually defeat her own party. But that, of course, doesn’t set one up for general election success.
And the GOP knows it, for sure. The Republican National Committee is taunting Clinton for her absence, dropping a punishing briefing book on Clinton later today. Within it is a damning collection of Clinton flips and flops, base disagreements and chilly poll numbers.
The Netroots movement is hallowed ground for Democrats. This was where the movement to block establishment favorite hanoi John Kerry was born in 2003. It was also where the lessons learned from that defeat were shaped into the successful strategy that suffocated Clinton’s shock-and-awe campaign in 2008. There would have been no nObama presidency without Netroots.
Clinton relies on big donations that fund a campaign that uses social media to cram messages that are meant to appear organic. But there’s little online activists hate more than phony online activism.
And we see today another example of the perils of dropping the establishment hammer too hard on the Democratic base.
Under fire for allegedly breaking a compact with other AFL-CIO to withhold their endorsements until Clinton had staked out sufficiently liberal positions, American Federation of Teachers boss and longtime Clintonist a Randi Weingarten told Politico that the surprise weekend endorsement wasn’t to help shore up Clinton’s weakening left flank but rather because of the overwhelming support Clinton has received in two town halls and a poll conducted by the union.
Tell that to the thousands of dissidents who are backing a petition to have the union rescind its endorsement.
But Weingarten was dismissive. “Everybody loves Bernie, just like George McGovern, just like Howard Dean,” she said.
Er, that’s kind of the point. McGovern and Dean both did serious damage to Democrats. Dean’s turgid rhetoric helped push eventual nominee hanoi Kerry to the left and helped brand the party as reckless in a time of war. And the hard feelings of Netroots member insurgents that launched the Dean campaign denied hanoi Kerry the chance to move to the middle.
Nobody thinks Sanders is bound for the Democratic nomination, but a protest movement is growing and could leave Clinton with even less flexibility when she moves to, as she promised, “a nice, warm purple space” for the general election.
At the very least, Dean’s fellow Vermonter Sanders represents a similar threat to Clinton. But to invoke McGovern is just wild. Who’s Hilly Clinton in that comparison? Edmund Muskie or Hubert Humphrey? Yeesh.
Dean himself has been co-opted by the Clintons. But the energy and anger he represented is more real than ever. If Clinton tries to blow past her base with some well-constructed issue pandering and a lot of cash, she will be made to pay a dearer price.  -Fox News

Hilly’s camp spends big bucks on polls -  Weekly Standard: “Hilly Clinton has already spent nearly one million dollars on polling. According to the Democratic presidential candidate’s first Federal Election Commission disclosure report, the campaign has already spent $904,915.00 on polling…The Hilly for America campaign, the Clinton campaign's official title, has already spent $18,699,814.02. So far the campaign has raised $47,549,949.64. Clinton has $28,850,135.62 cash on hand.”  -Fox News

Feds to seize illegal immigrants’ nObama amnesty approvals
{Stephen Dinan} ~ Goosed into action by an angry federal judge, federal immigration authorities will go door-to-door demanding illegal immigrants return the three-year amnesty approvals the nObama administration issued to them in defiance of a court order... Those who don’t return their three-year permits will have them terminated at the end of this month, the National Immigrant Justice Center, one of the advocacy groups briefed on authorities’ plan, said in a statement preparing immigrants for what could be a traumatic encounter. They’re scrambling to meet an end-of-month deadline set by Judge Andrew S. Hanen for recapturing thousands of three-year amnesties the department issued even after the court had entered an injunction halting the new amnesty program.

Cockroach Luis Gutierrez Kate Steinle Death “A Little Thing”
{rickwells.us} ~ The nauseating little Puerto Rican worm, Luis Gutierrez, couldn’t care less about a white woman who was murdered by one of his imported Mexican criminals... He’s working tirelessly as one of Hussein nObama’s chief lieutenants in the invasion of the United States and doesn’t want a “little thing” like one of our innocent citizens being slaughtered to become an issue and an obstruction. It was during an interview with the Spanish language, pro-invasion Telemundo network on Saturday that the corrupt anti-American Rep from Illinois made his obscene comment. Gutierrez said, “Every time a little thing like this happens, they use the most extreme example to say it must be eliminated.” Kate Steinle’s friends and family certainly would disagree with his description. Her death was completely preventable had those such as Gutierrez, nObama and Jeh Johnson not been engaged in their importation and retention of criminals in our country.

Canada Claims It Will Back Out of TPP to Protect Its Sovereignty
{Joe Wolverton, II, J.D.} ~ The nObama administration isn’t happy with Canada’s reluctance to sacrifice its poultry market on the altar of membership in the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP)... The participation of the United States in the sovereignty surrender wrapped in a trade blanket is all but guaranteed after Congress gave the president “fast track” trade promotion authority. All the confusion over the scope of the pact’s mandates could be cleared up very easily: Just produce the text of the TPP agreement and we’ll be able to sort out who’s right and who’s wrong. The fact is that no one in Canada or the United States knows what their respective governments are giving away inside the secret TPP confabs.

Khamenei hails his people for demanding Death to America and Israel
{timesofisrael.com} ~ Iran’s supreme leader on Saturday hailed the Iranian masses for demanding the destruction of Israel and America, and said he hoped that God would answer their prayers... In a viciously anti-US speech delivered in Tehran four days after Iran and the world powers signed an accord designed to thwart Iran’s nuclear program, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei praised “the slogans of the people of Iran” which “indicated what directions they’re heading for,” according to the English translation of his speech by Iran’s Press TV. Khamenei also vowed in the speech, which was broadcast live on state television, that the nuclear agreement with the major powers would not change Iran’s policy against the “arrogant American government” nor would it change the Islamic Republic’s policy of supporting its “friends” in the region.

Muslim terrorist released after 14-yrs from U.S. prison
{themuslimissue.wordpress.com} ~ A terrorist jailed for 12 years in America has returned to Britain after being released from prison. Babar Ahmad was sentenced in the US last year for helping support terrorist groups online... He was extradited after the UK authorities failed to prosecute him but US prosecutors put him on trial for supporting the Taliban. Ahmad, 41, spent 10 years behind bars in the UK before losing a protracted battle against extradition to the US. The Home Office said he used every opportunity to ‘frustrate and delay’ the extradition process but was now free to return to the UK. nObama what about our 4 men in Iran prison? You let a terrorist go but make no effects for our men.

Iran Fines U.S. Administration $50 Billion
{Adam Kredo} ~ An Iranian court on Monday issued a ruling fining the United States $50 billion for purported damages against the Islamic Republic and its citizens, according to an announcement by Iran’s Judiciary... Iran claims that the United States is guilty of inflicting “heavy loss and damage” on the country, as well as “killing the Iranian nationals by assisting their enemies,” such as former Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein, according to Iran’s state-controlled Fars News Agency. The ruling charges “the U.S. administration with the payment of a total 50-billion-dollar fine for the losses it has incurred on real and legal entities,” according to Fars. This is a complete joke. nObama, you better not pay this bogus fine.

Iran Bans U.S. Inspectors from All Nuclear Sites
{Adam Kredo} ~ U.S. and Iranian officials confirmed Thursday that no American nuclear inspectors will be permitted to enter the country’s contested nuclear site under the parameters of a deal reached with world powers this week... according to multiple statements by American and Iranian officials. Under the tenants of the final nuclear deal reached this week in Vienna, only countries with normal diplomatic relations with Iran will be permitted to participate in inspections teams organized by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA). The revelation of this caveat has attracted concern from some analysts who maintain that only American experts can be trusted to verify that Iran is not cheating on the deal and operating clandestine nuclear facilities. And hanoi Kerry and nObama went along with this. There are a couple of stupid men. Bomb them Israel, the US won't.       http://freebeacon.com/national-security/iran-bans-u-s-inspectors-fr...

nObama’s Iran Deal Sounds a Lot Like Clinton’s Failed Korea Deal
{Blake Seitz} ~ In 1994, the Clinton administration tried to entice North Korea to forgo its nuclear program by giving it oil, nuclear energy technology, and sanctions relief... The deal collapsed after a decade when North Korea pocketed U.S. concessions and raced for the bomb. The hermit kingdom tested its first nuclear weapon in 2006 and has subsequently developed enough nuclear material for six bombs. Today, the nObama administration is trying to entice Iran to forgo its nuclear program by giving itnuclear technology, $100 to $150 billion in previously-frozen assets, and sanctions relief on its weapons trade, ballistic missile program, and top military commanders. The restrictions on Iran’s nuclear program begin to subside after eight years, leaving the Islamic republic with near-zero breakout time to construct a bomb when the deal ends. In a very direct way, then, Clinton’s rapprochement with North Korea has contributed to the crisis unfolding in Iran.       http://freebeacon.com/national-security/obamas-iran-deal-sounds-a-l...

Rep Smith Knows EPA Is Hiding Something – Lying McCarthy...
{rickwells.us} ~ EPA Chief Gina McCarthy is asked by Rep Lamar Smith (R-TX) in hearings about the refusal of the EPA to provide the “science” to the public and to the Congress upon which they base their draconian regulations... He’s not willing to accept “trust us, we’re from the government” as sufficient substantiation. He’s agreeable to allowing for redactions to eliminate personal information, but McCarthy is still not going for it. She’s clearly aware that there is no science in support of their economic destruction program and is relying upon the false argument of personal identity protection as a means to avoid having to provide something which doesn’t exist or which would demonstrate the nefarious nature of her agency’s activities.        http://rickwells.us/rep-smith-knows-epa-is-hiding-something-lying-m...

Judge Jeanine Destroys nObama: Our Soldiers...
{Rick Wells} ~ Judge Jeanine Pirro has some observations about the anti-gun, anti-American subversive who is squatting in our White House in relation to the terrorist murder of five American servicemen in Chattanooga... She plays a clip of the detached, casual, empty blather of Hussein nObama in his response to the shootings in which he described the events as “a heartbreaking circumstance.” She prefaces her comments by saying “with all due respect Mr. president,” to an individual to whom no respect is due and who is not a legitimate president. She then says, “It was not a circumstance, it was a slaughter, one that you knew was coming.” She then details justhow and why nObama knew this was inevitable and how he allowed it to happen through his failure to act.       http://gopthedailydose.com/2015/07/19/watch-judge-jeanine-destroys-...

JW Exposes Smoking Gun Hilly Clinton Benghazi Email
Tom Fitton
.      {judicialwatch.org} ~ “Nothing in the world can take the place of persistence.” That is what President Calvin Coolidge said and that is what we continue to prove here at Judicial Watch, much to the consternation of Hilly Clinton.
.
We now have information about an email that directly ties Hilly Clinton, for the first time, to the now-debunked Benghazi talking points used by then-U.N. Ambassador Susan Rice to claim that the attack was the result of a “spontaneous protest” gone awry. The nObama State Department fessed up to the existence of this email in a federal court filing. Showing contempt for transparency, the nObama State Department is refusing to divulge the contents of the email, citing a discretionary “deliberative process” privilege.
.
JW’s legal team filed a Freedom of Information (FOIA) lawsuit in July 2014 seeking records related to the drafting and use of the talking points. The lawsuit sought records specifically from Hilly Clinton and her top State Department staff about the Benghazi talking points scandal:
.
Copies of any updates and/or talking points given to Ambassador Rice by the White House or any federal agency concerning, regarding, or related to the September 11, 2012 attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi, Libya.
.
Any and all records or communications concerning, regarding, or relating to talking points or updates on the Benghazi attack given to Ambassador Rice by the White House or any federal agency.
.
The State Department then had to start producing documents and explanations about the reasons behind the withholding of any documents – which led to the July 7 State Department court filing with the astonishing news about the Hilly Clinton Benghazi email.
.
The State Department supposedly requested government-related emails from former Clinton Chief of Staff Cheryl Mills, Deputy Chief of Staff Huma Abedin, and senior aide Jake Sullivan. Sullivan and Mills provided documents to the State Department responsive to Judicial Watch’s request on June 26. Abedin has yet to comply with the request from the State in Judicial Watch’s case. The nObama gang running the State Department and Justice Department refuse to provide any details about these new documents — which is another scandal. For instance, even though it is known that official State Department business was being conducted, the State Department is also refusing to disclose the email domain names of Clinton’s top aides: Mills, Sullivan and Abedin.
.
Yet, it gets even more interesting.
.
One of the Sullivan documents is an email chain from September 29, 2012, which discussed the talking points, and was originally included in the 55,000 pages of documents Clinton provided to the State Department. The initial email was sent to Clinton’s secret email account and to Mills, while the follow-up was sent by Mills to Sullivan and Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Strategic Communications Philippe Reines.
.
Remember what I said earlier about “persistence”?  Stay with me; this is where the search for the truth runs into considerable opposition.
.
An unnamed agency staffer initially determined at an unknown time that a “talking points” email was not relevant to Judicial Watch’s request for emails about the Benghazi “talking points.” The Clinton email then was withheld from Judicial Watch. Confusingly, the State Department told the court this week that “the later message turned over by Sullivan on June 26 in the email chain, which was not sent to former Secretary Clinton, made it clear that one portion of the earlier message had, indeed, been discussing the talking points given to Ambassador Rice.”
.
The State Department, nevertheless, is withholding the emails under the “deliberative process” exemption to FOIA disclosure. The “transparent” nObama administration tells the court that the release of Hilly Clinton’s Benghazi email chain “could reasonably be expected to chill the frank deliberations that occur when senior staff are preparing points or other draft remarks for use by senior Department officials in addressing a matter of public controversy.” As I just told one media interviewer, I interpret this to mean “we can’t give out info about the nObama/Clinton Benghazi cover-up because doing so might scare future corrupt politicians from engaging in cover-ups.” (Recall that those now-debunked Benghazi talking points were used by Rice to claim that the attack was the result of a “spontaneous protest.” The nObama administration also sent false talking points about the attack to Congress.)
.
Despite these revelations, including an acknowledgement that top Clinton aide Huma Abedin may still produce documents, the State Department brazenly requests that the court simply dismiss Judicial Watch’s lawsuit, arguing that it has executed a “reasonable” search of agency records relevant to Judicial Watch’s request.
.
We have long argued that despite assertions to the contrary, the State Department has not executed a reasonable search of all documents relevant to Judicial Watch’s request. While the agency claims to have searched the 55,000 pages of records turned over by Mrs. Clinton, it has refused to recover and search the records kept by Mrs. Clinton on her “off-campus” email server. Per the Federal Records Act and other federal records laws, the State Department has a responsibility as a federal agency to obtain these records and search them in accordance with Judicial Watch’s FOIA request.
.
However, the State Department adamantly refuses to provide any information about Hilly Clinton’s mishandling of government records and why it never disclosed to the court or Judicial Watch that it knew Mrs. Clinton had taken these records. The State Department also refuses to take any steps to recover, preserve, and search all the emails on Hilly Clinton’s secret email server, which contains emails from multiple State officials, President nObama, and foreign leaders.
.
But because of our persistent legal pressure, the American people now have smoking gun proof of Clinton’s involvement in the false Benghazi “talking points” used by U.N. Ambassador Susan Rice. Only the pressure of our litigation exposed this extraordinary revelation and thwarted the State Department’s desperate cover-up of this information. The nObama administration wants to keep this astonishing talking points document secret. While this may serve the interests of Clinton’s political efforts, it is contrary to the rule of law and shows contempt for the people’s right to know.
.
In the meantime, State’s refusal to search the government records Hilly Clinton and her aides purloined demonstrates the need for intervention from the courts, not the dismissal of lawsuits seeking to preserve, recover, and search these hidden emails. Our efforts here demonstrate that we can’t even trust the State Department to disclose incriminating emails from Hilly Clinton it does have. It is urgent the rule of law be enforced at that rogue agency.
.
U.S. Ambassador J. Christopher Stevens and U.S. Foreign Service Information Management Officer Sean Smith were both killed in the Benghazi terrorist attack on September 11, 2012. Several hours after the initial assault, a second terrorist attack took place targeting a different compound located just one mile away. Two CIA contractors, Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty, were killed in this second attack and 10 others were injured. Those four dead men and unheralded injured are mocked by the obstruction we face from Mrs. Clinton and the nObama administration, but those heroes are vindicated when – as happened this week – our persistence uncovers more of the truth.

Yikes !!! Ocasio-Cortez: We Need A ‘Multigendered, Multigeographic’ United States

The United States of America needs to be “multigendered” and “multigeographic,” according to Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), who endorsed fellow socialist Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) at the “Bernie’s Back Rally” in New York on Saturday.

The freshman lawmaker and “Squad” member officially endorsed Sanders during a rally in Queensbridge Park in Long Island City, New York, on Saturday and called for more diversity in the U.S., arguing that it should not only be “multiracial” and “multigenerational” but “multigeographic” and “multigendered.”

“We need a United States that really, truly, and authentically is operated, owned, and decided by working – and all – people in the United States of America,” Ocasio-Cortez said to applause.

“That is what it – it is multiracial, multigendered, multigenerational, and multigeographic,” she said, failing to elaborate on what that specifically looks like.

“We have to come together, not ignoring our differences but listening to them, prioritizing them, understanding injustice,” she continued.

The socialist lawmaker also implied that rampant racism is still alive and well in the U.S., telling the crowd that it is essential to understand “that we operate in a context where slavery evolved into Jim Crow, evolved into mass incarceration, [and] evolved into the realities we have today.”
