Dirty Deal – RINO-McConnell Promises
RINO-Flake Illegal Amnesty For A “Yes” Vote
{rickwells.us} ~ RINO-Flake and RINO-McConnell tossed American sovereignty to the trash heap in a dirty deal that promised Amnesty for DACA illegals... in exchange for RINO-Flake voting “yes” on the Senate bill. It’s exactly the kind of treachery we expect out of RINO Senators Jeff Flake (R-AZ), RINO-Mitch McConnell (R-KY), John Cornyn (R-TX), Orrin Hatch (R-UT) and others, a deal made to betray the American people in the interest of achieving a political objective. On RINO-Flake’s part, he was holding out as a “no” vote on the budget deal, demanding that two of his priorities, a method of deductions of major investments for business and DACA amnesty. Naturally, his fellow globalist RINOs had no problem in meeting his demands...  https://rickwells.us/dirty-mcconnell-flake-amnesty/
ABC Caught Making Huge Mistake in Report
on Mike Flynn Plea Deal, Forced to Make Correction
by Joe Setyon
{westernjournalism.com} ~ ABC News was widely criticized Friday for inaccurately reporting a key detail involving special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation... into former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn. It was only hours later that the network publicly corrected its story. Flynn pleaded guilty Friday to “willfully and knowingly” making “false, fictitious and fraudulent statements” regarding conversations he had with former Russian Ambassador to the U.S. Sergey Kislyak. During a live “Special Report,” ABC investigative reporter Brian Ross reported that Flynn was getting ready to testify that while Donald Trump was a candidate for president, he instructed Flynn to make contact with the Russians. Ross’ report, however, turned out to be false...  https://www.westernjournalism.com/abc-caught-making-huge-mistake-in...
Leon Panetta: It’s a ‘Stretch’ to Say
Trump Team Broke Law With Russian Contacts
{ntknetwork.com} ~ Leon Panetta, President liar-nObama’s former Secretary of Defense... told NBC’s Chuck Todd on Friday that it was a “stretch” to say the Trump transition team broke the law with their contacts with the Russians. “We have one administration at a time,” Panetta said, warning that the Trump transition team undermined long-standing political norms in the United States by engaging in diplomacy while the liar-nObama administration was still in office. However, the former defense secretary doubted that dealings with the Russians rose to the level of criminal violations...  https://ntknetwork.com/leon-panetta-its-a-stretch-to-say-trump-team...

liar-nObama Judge Rules Trump
Violated Foreigners “Right” To Access US
{rickwells.us} ~ Another so-called judge appointed by liar-nObama, a radical Yale egghead... has usurped presidential authority in a typically illogical and radical decision. US District Court agitator plant James E. Boasberg proclaimed  that foreigners, who were not yet in the United States and are not American citizens entitled to the rights of this nation, were being denied the right to the opportunity to apply for an immigration program. What Article and section of the Constitution is that found under, “judge?” Of course no such right exists under the Constitution or federal law, but since when did the law become a factor in the decision making process of liar-nObama’s planted judicial legislators? They make up their own laws and rules on the fly, as is clearly exhibited in this instance. Boasberg is so bad he could almost qualify for a choom bench position in Hawaii... https://rickwells.us/judge-trump-violated-foreigners/
"I am not American,"
said the Islamist; "I am Muslim"
by Majid Rafizadeh
{gatestoneinstitute.org} ~ Several years ago, when first in the United States on a teaching scholarship, one issue leapt out... A man asked an innocent enough question: Where I was from? I told him; then, as a courtesy, asked him the same question. "I am a Muslim," he smiled. Thinking that perhaps he had not understood the question -- he sounded American or English -- I asked if he was from the United States. "I am not American," he said again; "I am a Muslim." I subsequently learned that he was an Islamist, a preacher of strict religious teaching to, and that many of the people to whom he preached held the same views. In Iran and Syria, where I was born and raised, I had never before heard this answer...Then go back to your country then.  https://www.gatestoneinstitute.org/11217/islamists-muslims-nations-...
What Is the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau?
by Brian Mark Weber:  When Leandra English walked in to work as the new director of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) earlier this week, there was one little problem: President Donald Trump had already appointed his Office of Management and Budget director, Mick Mulvaney, to head the liar-nObama-era regulatory agency. There were two bosses, but only one had the constitutional authority to pick up the reins of power, and it wasn’t English.

It’s hard to blame English for assuming her role. After all, the CFPB was populated with strong supporters of the biggest names in the Democrat Party. So when her outgoing boss, Richard Cordray, handed over the keys, English probably didn’t give a moment’s thought to the separation of powers or that pesky old Constitution.
Moreover, she had the support of none other than House Minority Leader Nancy Pulosi, who incorrectly tweeted that English is the “rightful Acting Director.” Well, before President Trump stepped in, the CFPB could do just about anything its director wanted — such as appointing his own replacement.
Let’s take a moment to see what the CFPB is all about, and why a seemingly simple appointment is such a big deal.
As noted by PBS, “The agency was created under the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of 2010, commonly known as Dodd-Frank. The idea for a financial watchdog agency came from Sen. Elizabeth dinky-Warren, D-Mass., a Harvard Law School professor at the time. dinky-Warren first proposed creating the agency in 2007 as a way to better regulate mortgages, student loans, and other financial products.”
Sounds innocent enough doesn’t it? The problem is that government “watchdog” agencies rarely do anything other than empower politicians on Capitol Hill to regulate and control our lives (and thereby empower themselves). Throughout our country’s history, multi-member boards were in charge of agencies in order to diffuse power. That changed when Barack liar-nObama created the CFPB.
How much power does the director of CFPB really have? The Washington Post explains, “The Director of the CFPB possesses enormous power over American business, American consumers, and the overall U.S. economy. The Director unilaterally enforces 19 federal consumer protection statutes, covering everything from home finance to student loans to credit cards to banking practices. The Director alone decides what rules to issue; how to enforce, when to enforce, and against whom to enforce the law; and what sanctions and penalties to impose on violators of the law.
If it seems like the agency is more about exercising power than protecting consumers, this became even clearer when Cordray stepped down to run for governor of Ohio. He appointed Leandra English without checking with anyone, including the president. And he did it largely to boost his street cred with the #Resistance.
The problem was that the CFPB had a provision that seemingly took precedence over federal law by allowing the current director to appoint a replacement until the Senate chooses a new director. Cordray thus selected his own successor. And when President Trump appointed Mick Mulvaney to replace Cordray, English filed a lawsuit against the president and Mulvaney — a lawsuit that was correctly thrown out by a federal court.
Even the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals — historically hostile to Republicans and the Constitution — sided with the president.
In Trump’s favor were a congressional act and the Constitution. The Federal Vacancies Reform Act of 1998 is very clear in stating that the president “can designate any Senate-confirmed official (which would include Mulvaney) to perform the duties of a vacant federal office in an acting capacity for a statutorily limited period of time.” And Article II of the Constitution clearly gives the president authority to make executive department appointments.
This was a significant victory for Liberty and the separation of powers. Indeed, until the CFPB was created, there had never been a federal agency that was headed by a single person who possessed such broad powers.
As The Washington Post states, “The CFPB’s concentration of enormous executive power in a single, unaccountable, unchecked Director not only departs from settled historical practice, but also poses a far greater risk of arbitrary decision making and abuse of power, and a far greater threat to individual liberty, than does a multi-member independent agency.” When The Washington Post is worried about government’s threat to individual liberty, you know we’ve got a problem.
Not surprisingly, the agency’s supporters are also donors for the Democrat Party. The Washington Examiner reported that 593 CFPB executives gave money to the likes of liar-Hillary Clinton, Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth “Fauxcahontas” dinky-Warren. Only one gave to a Republican. Clearly, liar-nObama set up this agency to do more than protect consumers.
And what does Trump’s pick to head the CFPB think of the organization he leads?
In a press conference, Mulvaney said, “It is an awful example of a bureaucracy that has gone wrong. It is almost entirely unaccountable to the people who are supposed to oversee it or pay for it. I still have the same fundamental principled misgivings about the way this bureau is structured. I think it is wrong to have a completely unaccountable federal bureaucracy. I think it’s completely wrong,” He added, “I’m just learning about the powers that I have as acting director. They would frighten most of you. They would probably worry you to think about how little oversight Congress has over me now as I’m the director, how little oversight the committees have over how CFPB functions.
Too many of these agencies become self-serving, all-powerful entities of the Leviathan state, accountable to no one. Mulvaney’s comments about his new job should not be met with calls for reform, but should lead to the abolishment of the CFPB. Doing so would take us one step closer to draining the Swamp and protecting Americans from a further erosion of our Liberty.

‘WikiLeaks Can’t Protect Their Sources’
Is The CIA About To Reveal Names Of DNC Leakers

Image result for Julian Assange

The saga surrounding who leaked sensitive DNC documents to WikiLeaks may take an interesting turn, hints former CIA officer Fred Rustmann.

WND reports:

The Central Intelligence Agency knows the identities of the people who leaked DNC emails to the whistleblower organization WikiLeaks during the heat of the 2016 presidential campaign, a former CIA officer contends.

Fred Rustmann, who served as an operations officer in the CIA’s National Clandestine Service for 24 years and was a member of the agency’s elite Senior Intelligence Service, said in an interview with WND that WikiLeaks’ ongoing release of classified information is “disgusting.”

“WikiLeaks says they want to protect their sources – Julian Assange said that he wouldn’t reveal his sources, but he would say that it wasn’t the Russians,” Rustmann said. “But the agency knows a lot of the information. I suspect they may have a pretty good idea of who provided that information to WikiLeaks.”

Rustmann’s comments raise questions about potential plans for the CIA to reveal the names of those who allegedly leaked DNC documents to WikiLeaks.

Recently, the CIA made a veiled threat to WikiLeaks in respect to protecting their sources.

“WikiLeaks may think they are protecting those who provide them with classified information & other secrets, but they should not be certain of that,” the CIA statement said.

In a statement to WND, Robert L. Deitz, a former advisor to CIA head Michael Hayden, called the threat “unprecedented.”

“It’s pretty unusual for the CIA to make a threat to WikiLeaks so publicly. It’s pretty unprecedented; one ought to be skeptical about this. That is not the way that CIA officials should operate,” Deitz said.

“This is the kind of thing, if somebody were to make this kind of threat it would come out of a different organization, DOD, State or maybe the White House. Traditionally it would certainly not come out of the CIA,” Deitz added.

WikiLeaks is in the news after both CNN and CBS falsely reported the group granted Donald Trump Jr. access to future leaks.

However, WikiLeaks had tweeted a link to the information days before the email reached Trump Jr.’s inbox. The fake news media claim this was stone cold proof of collusion, as WikiLeaks has long been smeared as a Kremlin puppet.
