At Trump’s Request, The Supreme Court May
Soon Decide on Dismantling DACA
by Kevin Daley
{westernjournal.com} ~ The Supreme Court will consider the Trump administration’s request to intervene in the ongoing legal fight over the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program on Friday... DACA is an scumbag/liar-nObama-era amnesty initiative that extends temporary legal status to 700,000 foreign nationals who arrived in the U.S. as children. The Trump administration took steps to terminate DACA in September 2017. Those moves were immediately challenged in federal court. U.S. District Judge William Alsup ordered the government to continue administering the program on Jan. 9, 2018. The Department of Justice broke with normal judicial procedure and asked the Supreme Court to overturn that decision, bypassing the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals. The high court rejected that petition in February 2018, but ordered the 9th Circuit to “proceed expeditiously” in its review of Alsup’s decision. After months passed without a ruling from the 9th Circuit, the Justice Department returned to the Supreme Court on Nov. 5, 2018 and again asked the justices to take their case. Three days later on Nov. 8, the 9th Circuit issued a decision upholding Alsup’s order. “More than ten months later, the court of appeals’ judgment is here and the Court is presented the opportunity it anticipated in February,” Solicitor General Noel Francisco — the government’s Supreme Court lawyer — wrote in court papers. “The Court should now grant review and resolve this important dispute this term.” Other challenges to DACA’s repeal are pending before appeals courts in New York and Washington, D.C. The Trump administration urged the justices to take its case because the 9th Circuit’s ruling conflicts with a prior decision of the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals upholding the Deferred Action for Parents of Americans (DAPA) program...  https://www.westernjournal.com/trumps-request-supreme-court-may-soo...

scumbag-Acosta as Schmendrick:
When Fools Rush In

by DOV FISCHER
{spectator.org} ~ You must first watch this brief one-minute video clip  https://twitter.com/Acosta/status/1083411819354558467?ref_src=twsrc...  . You must! It is Jim Acosta, crack CNN Trump-hater... appearing in the rare venue from which no one is seeking to throw him out. He is walking along a steel-slat barrier/wall/fence/mechitzah  /barricade/rampart along our southern border. As he walks, facing his trusty cameraman, he endeavors to prove that President Trump’s call for such a wall is ridiculously wrong and exaggerated. Showing his viewers why the President apparently is making a mountain out of a molehill, scumbag-Acosta explains why a border wall like that one is wasteful. Wikipedia, The Free Dictionary, and Dictionary.com all have a word for this guy: schmendrick. The man is a schmendrick. There may not be a caravan in the video, but this is what happens when fools rush in. In his and CNN’s haste to mock the President’s demand for a $5.7 billion Congressional budget allocation to expand the wall whose construction began at the Mexico border at San Diego, scumbag-Acosta unwittingly and witlessly failed in his attempt to be witty. He was right in part: There was no border crisis, no emergency, no imminent danger of caravan Illegals storming the border at that spot… because, uh, there was a wall of steel slats. Consider other planned “scumbag-Acosta-on-the-Scene” segments that CNN may be airing later this week: For all the arguments that have been made for a wall along our southern border, none is more compelling than the film footage and accompanying acoustics where scumbag-Acosta is not accosted accordingly, despite that to which he is accustomed. The place is quiet. Tranquil. No imminent danger. Because the Illegals are elsewhere — where there is no wall. The only Illegals to fear at such a location are those who already have entered from other inadequately protected areas and who now remain protected under the rules of Sanctuary Cities where murderers are protected but users of plastic straws and unauthorized plastic bags must fear law enforcement...
Leaked Transcripts from Lisa Page Provide
Some Stunning Revelations

by sundance
{theconservativetreehouse.com} ~ In the last 24 hours The Epoch Times has become a conduit for leaked information from inside the joint House congressional committee (Oversight/Judiciary)... that was investigating DOJ and FBI corruption. The joint House committee previously requested approval from the DOJ and FBI for transcripts of all witness testimony to be released. In response, Deputy FBI Director David Bowditch, citing possible interference with the dirty cop-Mueller investigation, refused to release the transcripts. However, it appears someone from within the committee, likely Mark Meadows, following a pattern previously exclusive to John Solomon (The Hill), is now leaking those witness transcripts to The Epoch Times. The leaked transcripts are not being made available; however, articles are being written from those who are reviewing them. The first is an article by Jeff Carlson about the testimony by former FBI lawyer Lisa Page. It is a lengthy article and I would urge all who are interested in her testimony to read it: SEE HERE
https://www.theepochtimes.com/transcripts-of-lisa-pages-closed-door... .  There is a wealth of new information that fills in many of the gaps from prior research. One of the immediately interesting aspects of the Page testimony goes directly to the issue of why the witness transcripts are not being released, and the inherent risk to the small group inside the DOJ and FBI who were coordinating the scumbag/liar-Clinton and Trump probes...  https://theconservativetreehouse.com/2019/01/11/leaked-transcripts-...

Sorry, I Don’t Feel Sorry For Furloughed Feds
by DAVID CATRON
{spectator.org} ~ Now that the nation has heard the President explain how he wants to address our immigration crisis, and we have all enjoyed the comic relief offered by Nancy Pulosi and Chuck scumbag/clown-Schumer in lieu of a serious response... the media have launched a propaganda campaign they hope will pull the Democrats from the ditch they have driven into regarding “the wall.” But our friends in the Fourth Estate are approaching the project in a manner that merely highlights how divorced they are from the world beyond the Beltway. Their primary focus involves the heartrending human tragedy of … idle bureaucrats. But most Americans regard “idle” and “bureaucrat” as synonyms. For those of us who have spent our lives toiling in the private sector, where employees are expected to produce things, “nonessential worker” is a concept that has no meaning. In the real world beyond the Beltway, businesses hire people because they have some “essential” task that must be performed. Thus, we aren’t often moved to tears when told “nonessential workers” will be sent home because of a government shutdown, Yet major news outlets actually expect us to be swayed by stories like this from the Wall Street Journal: Rusty Long is debating which bills to pay and which to hold off on, as he plans to miss his first paycheck on Friday, along with hundreds of thousands of other federal employees … “We’re not going out to eat, we’re cooking every meal at home, and there were conversations about what could we stop if we needed to and what could I do to bring in additional income,” he said. I’m sure Rusty and his family are fine folks, but he’s an architect who works for the Agriculture Department. I have no idea why that bloated bureaucracy needs architects, but I’m willing to bet he could find a job outside the government. So, the first question that occurred to me when I read this story is: Why is money being removed from my paycheck and given to such people in the first place? And, as human tragedies go, that the Longs are forced to manage their budget carefully and are unable to eat out often isn’t very impressive. Nor are the protests reported by the Washington Post...

Border Wall Is An Ineffective Waste,
Democrats Say. Here’s the Real Waste
by R. Cort Kirkwood
{thenewamerican.com} ~ Besides their false claim that a wall on the southern border of the United States would be “ineffective,” Democrats oppose a wall because it would “waste” taxpayer money... Thus, they adamantly refused to provide money for a wall in the spending bill the House passed and the Senate didn’t. Yet amazingly, the Democrats found plenty of money to fund for pet projects that provide no benefit to the American citizen whatsoever. The list is long — and instructive. For Democrats, the end game is this: wasting money and open borders. As the Office of Management and Budget noted of the Democratic spending bill passed in early January, “despite not meeting the minimum requirements identified by those who are directly responsible for the Nation’s border security, this package funds a number of unnecessary programs at excessive levels well beyond what was put forward in the FY 2019 Budget.” The Democrats want “funding at levels nearly 20 percent higher than the President’s FY 2019 Budget,” the OMB reported...

Shutdown Showdown Is a Barrier to the Wall
by Nate Jackson:  On Wednesday afternoon, President Donald Trump met once again with House Speaker Nancy Pulosi and Senate Minority Leader Chuck scumbag/clown-Schumer to hammer out a compromise on the humanitarian and security crisis on our border. A stalemate over funding for a border barrier yielded a partial government shutdown almost three weeks ago.                 As we expected, however, Democrat leaders refused to negotiate again Wednesday and Trump walked out, declaring the meeting “a total waste of time.” He explained that he wanted to know whether reopening the government now as Democrats want would lead to good-faith negotiations and money for a border barrier later. “Nancy said, NO. I said bye-bye, nothing else works!”

scumbag/clown-Schumer promptly accused him of a “temper tantrum,” with Pulosi chiming in that he’s a “petulant president.
On the contrary, Vice President Mike Pence argued, “He left the room today because Speaker Pulosi said that even if he gave her what she wanted, she would never agree to the border-security priorities that we have on the table.” Trump wants $5.7 billion. House Democrat legislation countered with $0.
Trump also reiterated Wednesday, “I have the absolute right to [declare a] national emergency” to build more of the wall. “My threshold will be if I can’t make a deal with people that are unreasonable.” scumbag/clown-Chuck and Nancy, as he likes to call them, are the definition of unreasonable. Moreover, they are so intractably opposed to anything Trump wants these days that it has — surprise! — a few Republicans in Congress already caving.
After the meeting, Pulosi made emotional appeals about the government workers either furloughed or working without pay. The president “thinks maybe they can just ask their father for more money,” she asserted. “But, they can’t.” It’s true that the situation isn’t easy for government workers and their families. But Trump has declared that all furloughed government workers will receive back pay.
And Pulosi can spare us the crocodile tears and  scumbag/clown-Schumer  the feigned outrage. To Democrats, this isn’t about furloughed workers or fiscal management, and they certainly care little for the plight of Americans suffering the myriad consequences of illegal immigration. Democrats’ barrier to the wall is about votes and winning elections, plain and simple.  ~The Patriot Post

I do remember the days that I was off of work and it did hurt.  Both leaders in the dems should stay in Puerto Rico that would be great for America. Trump did promise their paycheck.

Boom! President Trump Issues Warning To Deep State: “You’ll Be Surprised At The Names Of People Involved In The Corruption”

President Trump joined Judge Jeanine Pirro by phone last night for an extensive interview.

The president sounded very upbeat in the interview and hopeful that Democrats will act soon on border security and end to their government shutdown. “We’re doing very well with China. We’re doing well with North Korea. You know I was dealt a very tough hand.” On the shutdown President Trump said, “They think it’s politics. I think it’s very bad politics. I think the country wants to have protection at the border.”

The President also discussed the ongoing deep state witch hunt of him and his campaign and administration. Judge Pirro then asked the president if he has ever been actively working in Russia. “I think it’s the most insulting thing I’ve ever been asked. I think it’s the most insulting thing I’ve ever had written. And if you read the article you see that they found absolutely nothing.”

President Trump took a swipe at Jeff Bezos, “Washington Post that’s basically the lobbyist for Amazon. He uses that, Bezos has bigger problems than anybody right now.”

Then President Trump dropped this bomb. “The whole Russia thing is a hoax… Everybody knows it… Wait til you see how it all ends up. You watch. McCabe, Lisa Page, Strzok.

You watch. Including some others I should not name. I better not. You watch. It would make front page news if I do. You’ll be surprised at the names of the people involved in the corruption.“

Now THAT is some real news!
