 Sessions Details Immigration Policy Changes
Attorney General Jeff Sessions went to Arizona this week to spend some time visiting the U.S.-Mexico border as well as to give a speech in which he highlighted parts of the Justice Department's plan for further tackling the problem of illegal immigration. Sessions referred to the border as "ground zero" in the fight against criminal aliens. Sessions said, "Transnational gangs like MS-13 and international cartels flood our country with drugs and leave death and violence in their wake." He continued, "It is here that criminal aliens and the coyotes and the document-forgers seek to overthrow our system of lawful immigration." Sessions then warned, "For those that continue to seek improper and illegal entry into this country, be forewarned: This is a new era. This is the Trump era. The lawlessness, the abdication of the duty to enforce our immigration laws, and the catch-and-release practices of old are over."
Sessions then outlined five areas of change from Barack liar-nObama's immigration enforcement policy. These changes include cracking down on individuals who illegally transport and harbor illegal aliens, increased punishments for those found illegally crossing the border, tougher sentencing on repeat-offenders, adding fraud and identity theft where possible, and implementing greater protections for border enforcement agents via prioritizing the prosecutions of those illegal aliens accused of assaulting a "federal law enforcement officer."
On that note, Fox News reports, "The cartel member suspected of shooting and killing Border Patrol agent Brian Terry in 2010 with a gun supplied by the U.S. government was arrested in Mexico Wednesday." Terry was killed by a gun that was run as a part of liar-nObama's "Fast and Furious" scam.
Donald Trump is clearly committed to keeping his promise of making dealing with illegal immigration a top priority. The issue is one of the major reasons he was elected in the first place. Recent news reports showing a significant decline in illegal immigration since the election are validating many Americans' vote, as well as Trump's choice of Sessions to lead the Justice Department.

Norway: Threat of Jihad
Najeeb ur Rehman Naz, recently appointed the
first Muslim chaplain of the Norwegian military
by Judith Bergman
{} ~ The Norwegian Police Security Service (PST) just published in February its yearly threat assessment. It concluded -- as did its threat assessment for 2016 -- that Norway might experience an Islamic terrorist attack... from Islamic State (ISIS) sympathizers acting upon ISIS's call to carry out independent attacks. The PST explains: "These calls to action are one reason why we have seen an increase over the last few years in the number of lone terrorist attacks in the West. The likeliest scenario for a terrorist attack in a Western country is an ISIL-/AQ-inspired attack carried out with a simple weapon against a target with little or no protection". "Lone wolf" attacks are rightly described as an actual terrorist strategy, rather than what the media likes to describe as random "mental illness". In addition, this threat assessment now fits all of Europe...
A Modest Proposal: Deport liar-nObama
to Libya and liar-Clinton to Kosovo
by John Zmirak
{} ~ The Constitution forbids retroactive laws. Otherwise, such an act would demand that our recent ex-presidents reap the harvests that they sowed:... Bill liar-Clinton forced to live in Kosovo, under the rule of increasingly radical Islamists who blew up its historic churches. They are also training al Qaeda and ISIS operatives for attacks all over Europe. He might not feel comfortable there, but Huma Abedin would, so at least poor liar-Hillary would be happy should she choose to join him there. George W. Bush living in Baghdad, enjoying every day the exciting sights and sounds that his invasion and occupation of Iraq left behind. He might have trouble finding a church to attend, since most of the country’s 1 million Christians were driven out on his watch — precisely as antiwar conservatives had warned him would happen. Barack liar-nObama living in Benghazi. As a beloved elder statesman who holds a Nobel Peace Prize, he could certainly work out a diplomatic solution among the many violent factions — al Qaeda, ISIS, and a dozen tribal militias — which his bold, decisive action put in control of that country. But that might put a crimp in his golf game...
North Korea Just Made
a TERRIFYING Move. Oh My God
{} ~ One such recent movement has dangerous implications. North Korea, at the behest of its dictator, Kim Jong-un, has forcibly evacuated 600,000 residents from its capital, Pyongyang... This massive exodus will reduce Pyongyang’s current population of 2.6 million by 25 percent. That’s a quarter of its population. Kim Jong-un’s goons chose these people based on a number of disturbing factors, including, as examples, whether the deportee’s relatives defected to the more stable and free South Korea or whether someone had ever been jailed in one of the nation’s prison camps. This news comes as we’re made aware the North Koreans are prepping for a sixth nuclear test. It looks like this vile dictator is starting to get a little paranoid. History’s shown us that when a dictator starts to get paranoid, then violence, genocide, and war are imminent. It would be a shame to waste brave and valuable American lives on this selfish, piggish little dictator...
Ethics complaint filed against Dem Adam
Schiff after he targeted Nunes...
by Samantha Chang
{} ~ People who live in glass houses shouldn’t throw stones. That’s the harsh lesson Democratic Congressman Adam Schiff is learning right now... Schiff — who had sounded the drum beats accusing Republican Congressman Devin Nunes of disclosing classified information in violation of House ethics rules — is now accused of doing the exact same thing. Thanks to baseless accusations from Democrats like Schiff, Nunes graciously recused himself from an investigation into alleged collusion between the Trump administration and Russia. Nunes still remains chairman of the House Intelligence Committee...
Multiple ISIS arrests across America: “Brother
there is no such thing as a moderate Muslim”
by Pamela Geller
{} ~ Lots of ISIS activity this week here in America. Two Florida men have pleaded guilty to conspiring to provide material support to the Islamic State, according to the Department of Justice... A South Carolina Muslim was charged with trying to join ISIS was willing to commit a terrorist attack in the US, court documents obtained by WCSC say. A Texas Muslim was charged with aiding ISIS. And two Chicago Muslims face up to 20 years in prison if convicted of providing material support to ISIS  What’s clear is just how seriously these Muslims take their Islam…

An about face in a world of fright and fear
by Wesley Pruden
{} ~ The peasants are excused if they think nobody knows what's he's doing. Mr. Nobody can't help noticing that the world seems to be careening to a destination we know not where.

It's enough to make a peasant quit reading the newspaper. Russia and Iran say they will respond of further American missile strikes in Syria. A Russian politician warns that North Korea could strike at any moment.

President Trump scorns claims that some of his 59 missiles missed their targets on a Syrian air force base, and a 7-year-old Syrian girl captures the public imagination with a tweet that she supports the American missile attack. A tweet, no matter where from and where and to whom it goes, is the new authoritative communication.

Donald Trump, however, has disposed of one pernicious notion, widely held in the salons of the West, that he's in secret cahoots with Vladimir Putin to arrange a sell-out to the Russians.

Mr. Putin and Hassan Rouhani, the president of Iran, relieved themselves of a joint communique daring President Trump to strike Syria again, and promising a "response" - just what kind they did not say - to any further aggression.

"What America waged in an aggression on Syria is a crossing of red lines. From now on we will respond with force to any aggressor or any breach of red lines from whomever it is and America knows out ability to respond well."

Red lines are the new black. Mr. Putin clearly prefers Barack liar-nObama's red lines, because the former president drew his red line in invisible ink, and invisible ink that fades quickly. President Rouhani, like a little boy boasting that his daddy can lick everyone else's daddy, even called Bashar Assad in Damascus to tell him, one rogue to another, that the American missile barrage was "just a pretext to disrupt the Syrian peace process." Another peace process in the Middle East? Who knew?

That brief burst of bipartisan solidarity that followed the missile strike, with Chuck clown-Schumer and even Nancy Pulosi offering praise and promises of support, grudging though they were, evaporated quickly.

Once upon a time in an America now receding into the past, a moment of national crisis invited one and all to close ranks and support the president, whoever he was, and all his men, whoever they were. We don't do solidarity in America any more. Destroying Donald Trump and chopping a hole in the bottom of the ship of state is the only legitimate task at hand.

The quibble that the missiles were overkill, that America was not threatened, misses the crucial point. A message to Basher Assad is a message to Kim Jong-un, a message to the mullahs in Tehran is a message from the White House to the old KGB hand in Moscow that Barack liar-nObama does not live here anymore.

Secretary of State Rex Tillerson had a not-so-subtle message for the Russian president on the eve of departure to Moscow. Mr. Tillerson, once a favorite guest of the Kremlin when he was just an oil man from Texas, is something else now, the president's mouthpiece abroad. He has told his staff, friends, important members of Congress and most important of all, the president himself, that the American relationship with Russia has reverted to what a president in a previous century might call "reverting to normalcy."

Distrust, fear, suspicion, friction, doubt and distraction are the words to live by again. This should satisfy all those critics who said the Donald was soft on old KGB hands.

It's one of the greater ironies of our time that the intellectual class that is so skeptical of the Russians, and of everybody who doesn't share that skepticism, was once upon a time trusting of everything about the old Soviet Union. "This was inevitable," Philip Gordon, once a coordinator of Middle East intelligence

It's one of the greater ironies of our time that the intellectual class that is so skeptical of the Russians, and of everybody who doesn't share that skepticism, was once upon a time trusting of everything about the old Soviet Union. "This was inevitable," Philip Gordon, once a coordinator of Middle East intelligence at the National Security Council, tells The New York Times. "Mr. Trump's early let's-be-friends initiative was incompatible with our interests, and you knew it would end with tears."

Russian ideology has changed, since lots of Russians have discovered the value of a buck, but behavior has not. "They are using every means they can," Mr. Gordon says. "Cyber, economic arrangements, intimidation, to re-insert themselves in the Middle East and Europe."

The Trump critics are correct that the administration is singing a very different tune than it was even a week ago, but circumstances, after all, alter cases. The president was clearly moved by the photographs of Syrian children gasping pitifully for their last dying breaths, but who among us - sentimental or not - wouldn't wouldn't be overcome with pity for the "beautiful babies," as the president described them in words now widely mocked.

"He seen his opportunity," as a famous Louisiana pol once said, "and he took it." That's how the world turns.
