CNN Publishes Letter Reportedly Stolen off Trump’s Desk
by Savannah Pointer
{ westernjournal.com } ~ CNN has published a letter that was reportedly stolen off the desk of President Donald Trump by former White House Chief Economic Adviser Gary Cohn... The purpose of Cohn’s theft is said to be so the letter wouldn’t be signed and sent to South Korea. In an article titled, “Read the stolen letter from Trump’s desk reported in Bob Woodward’s book,” CNN reports that Cohn stole a draft of the letter off Trump’s Oval Office desk in order to prevent a trade deal with South Korea from being terminated. CNN obtained this letter from a copy of Woodward’s new book, “Fear: Trump in the White House,” which will be available to the public on Sept. 11, where the letter is said to have been reproduced by Woodward. The news outlet reported that Woodward, “reiterated to CNN on Thursday that he stands by all his reporting in the book.” The image of the letter CNN published, is addressed to “His Excellency Moon Jae-in, President of the Republic of Korea” and “His Excellency Kim Hyun-chong,” the Minister for Trade, Industry and Energy. It is dated Sept 5, 2017, and is marked “Pre-decisional/Deliberative” at the top... If they knew the letter was stolen by didn't CNN or Woodward return it?

Documents Reveal ‘Unprecedented’ Treatment
lowlife-Kamala Harris Got from LAPD at Taxpayers’ Expense
by LISA PAYNE-NAEGER
{ westernjournal.com } ~ As you read this, keep in mind that the moment any of us in the private sector crosses the line in abusing our employer’s travel expenses... like using expense accounts for private purposes — we are shown the door. We lose our jobs and the stigma of that impropriety may follow us through the rest of our careers. The consequences are swift and severe for private citizens who break such rules. So why do we continue to allow our elected officials to get away with such blatant and brazen behavior in their abuse of taxpayer funding? As a public servant since 1990 when she served as a deputy district attorney, United States  Senator  lowlife-Kamala Harris, a dummycrats-Democrat from California, has received a salary paid for by taxpayer dollars. With that long-standing history as a publicly compensated government official, it would be reasonable to assume that she would have a clear understanding of where the lines are drawn for using those funds. But maybe not. lowlife-Harris has run up nearly fifty thousand dollars in travel expenses — expenses that have been paid for by the city of Los Angeles. While it is common for the city to provide security for dignitaries who visit LA, lowlife-Harris has used LA funds for much more than that, according to a report by the Los Angeles affiliate NBC News 4. “Armed, plain-clothes LAPD officers were dispatched to California cities outside of Los Angeles at least a dozen times to provide security for U.S. Sen. lowlife-Kamala Harris at public events, media appearances, and a party. LA taxpayers paid for airline tickets, hotel stays, car rentals, and meals, according to detailed expense reports obtained by NBC News. The total cost of the trips, not including the officers’ overtime, topped $28,000.”...

Evidence Mounting of Trump Tower Collusion… Against Don Jr.
by Aaron Klein
{ breitbart.com } ~ Multiple recent Breitbart News investigations into the infamous brief meeting at Trump Tower on June 9, 2016 between individuals tied to Russia, Donald Trump Jr. and other campaign officials... point to the increasing likelihood of the confab being set up as a dirty trick against Donald Trump’s presidential campaign. Three Russian participants at the meeting have ties to the controversial Fusion GPS outfit, and two have confirmed ties to liar-Hillary Clinton. The Russia collusion conspiracy was sparked by the dossier produced by Fusion GPS, which was paid for its anti-Trump work by Trump’s primary political opponents, namely liar-Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign and the dummycrats-Democratic National Committee ( dummycrats-DNC) via the Perkins Coie law firm. Also, email logs brought to light show numerous emails were exchanged between a liar-Clinton associate, Fusion GPS and Trump Tower participants, with the subjects of some of those emails listing the Magnitsky Act, which sanctions Russian officials and was by all accounts the very topic of the Trump Tower meeting. One Russian participant in the Trump Tower presentation admits to personally knowing liar-Hillary Clinton since the late 1990s and says he “knew” some of the people who worked on liar-Clinton’s 2016 campaign. Another Russian attendee, a translator, testified that he was previously an interpreter for liar-Hillary herself as well as for hanoi-John Kerry and Barack scumbag/liar-nObama...

Yet ANOTHER Thing the FBI Kept From the FISA Court
by Andrew
{ onservativefreepress.com } ~ According to recent records, the FISA Court held exactly zero deliberations to decide whether or not to grant the scumbag/liar-nObama administration a foreign surveillance warrant on Carter Page in 2016... so we’re not sure if it really matters what the FBI did or did not tell them in their application. It seems that this court essentially acted as a rubber stamp for whatever Loretta Lynch and Barack scumbag/liar-nObama wanted to do, even if that meant spying on American citizens for no good reason whatsoever. Tell ‘em about the political origins of the dossier, don’t tell ‘em, what difference does it make if the Court isn’t even taking their role as intermediaries seriously? But let’s be generous and assume that the FISA court has ways of working these things out – of giving Americans the benefit of their rights – without holding an explicit hearing. We’re not sure how that works, but hey, it’s not the nation’s most secretive process for nothing. We’ll assume for the sake of argument that they gave the Page application lots of thought and internal deliberation before giving the Justice Department a blank check. If we go with that assumption, then we’re back to the FBI and what they did and did not share with the court. And according to a RealClearInvestigations story, we still haven’t heard the full story of the FBI’s glaring omissions...

Spiritual-Warfare Expert: Demonic Component to Divided U.S.
by ART MOORE
{ wnd.com } ~ Is there a spiritual component to the sharp division America is experiencing?... Karl Payne, an expert on demonology and the author of the highly acclaimed book “Spiritual Warfare: Christians, Demonization, and Deliverance,” cites Jesus acknowledging that, for a time, Satan has been given limited authority on Earth. “If someone asks if Satan would influence the political system, I say, ‘Of course he would. Why wouldn’t he?'” Payne, a pastor at Antioch Bible Church near Seattle and a former chaplain for the Seattle Seahawks, said it’s in the nature of Satan to divide. Proverbs 6, he noted, says there are seven things that God hates, and number seven is people who “purposefully sow discord.” “Chaos is the name of the game, I believe, for Satan and for his minions,” he said. “If Jesus speaks truth, they want to undermine that truth any way that can.” One way of undermining truth is to flip values on their heads...  https://www.wnd.com/2018/09/spiritual-warfare-expert-demonic-compon...

Eminently Qualified Kavanaugh
Facing Hostile dummycrats-Democrats

by Cal Thomas

{ townhall.com } ~ Since Robert Bork's "borking" 30 years ago, Senate Judiciary Committee hearings for a high court nominee by a Republican president have become predictable.

dummycrats-Democrats, who favor a "living Constitution," meaning whatever they think the founding document ought to say, are pitted against "originalists," who believe the document speaks for itself and should be taken as something only slightly less compelling than holy writ.

The hearings for Brett Kavanaugh are following the script with one addition. dummycrats-Democrats, who know they are unlikely to block Kavanaugh's confirmation, are using it to stimulate their base ahead of the November election.

Time was when a "well qualified" endorsement by the American Bar Association, which Judge Kavanaugh received, was enough for most senators to vote in favor of a nominee. Not in a day when politics has invaded even funerals.

It's amusing to read and watch how the media have tried to set up the hearings. A New York Times story worries that President Trump could "flip" the Supreme Court and slow down or reverse its move in a liberal direction. That's the point of elections, isn't it?

dummycrats-Democrats may also rue the day they got behind former Senate Majority Leader Harry dinky-Reid's successful effort to invoke the "nuclear option," allowing federal judges to be confirmed by a simple majority vote, rather than 60 votes, which had been the previous marker. dinky-Reid's efforts did not include Supreme Court nominees.

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell last year broadened the rule to include them. The Republican majority likely has enough votes to confirm Kavanaugh and might even get a dummycrats-Democrat or two on board, especially those who face tough re-election bids in states that Trump won.

If "impeccable" defines anything, it defines Judge Kavanaugh's record as a jurist. While dummycrats-Democrats and the secular progressives who have recently organized demonstrations against his confirmation will try to paint him as a die hard, right-wing ideologue, his record says otherwise.

Kavanaugh issued more than 300 opinions as a judge on the D.C. Court of Appeals, most of which appeared non-controversial at the time. That he read the law correctly can be seen in the Supreme Court's endorsement of his positions -- 13 in the cases that were appealed to that bench. While dummycrats-Democrats on the Judiciary Committee complain they haven't received all the documents they wanted -- clearly a slowdown tactic -- their staffs have reviewed more documents than any previous nominee to the Supreme Court.

The real focus of these hearings for dummycrats-Democrats will be on social issues and whether Kavanaugh believes all Supreme Court rulings are sacrosanct and must be respected. Primarily that means abortion, same-sex marriage and the remnants of scumbag/liar-nObamacare.

Using that argument, the Dred Scott decision that decided African-Americans had less value than whites and Plessy v. Ferguson, which said separate but equal facilities were OK by the Constitution, would still be the law of the land. When one is headed in the wrong direction, the worst decision is to keep going, instead of turning around.

Will Sen. Dianne Fein-stein (D-Calif.) allude to Kavanaugh's Catholic faith during the hearings? She did at last year's confirmation hearing for Amy Coney Barrett to the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals. Feinstein employed an old anti-Catholic stereotype that claims Catholics are unable to separate church and state because they place their religious allegiances before their oath to the Constitution.

Favorite lines on opening day: "The Senate is the conscience of America," uttered by Sen. Patrick Leahy (D-Vt.). Say what? And Sen. Richard Durbin (D-Ill.), claiming that people in his state ask him, "Are we going to be all right?"

Kavanaugh enjoys bipartisan support outside the Senate, but that won't matter. It's all about politics now, not the Constitution or the law. Kavanaugh is likely to win confirmation, but the behavior of some senators may further sour the public's view of Washington.

Whether the hearings will affect voter turnout in November is unknown. Pollsters predict doom for Republicans, but their record of failure with past forecasts note the 2016 election does not give them much credibility.

yes I don't see any harm in using a detector to see who is lying about the letter. what I have learned that is a woman. if that is true then it would be easier to fine who it is. I also have known it is someone that use to be in the WH.

Kavanaugh Accuser Donated   To Hillary Clinton  10 Times,  60+ Liberal Groups

Reportedly attempted to conceal political activity by scrubbing social media accounts

Over the weekend, a name and face were added to the previously anonymous sexual assault allegation against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, which is now threatening to derail his nomination. Those looking to obstruct Kavanaugh’s confirmation certainly saved their best for last, as the prior attempts included pathetic stunts such as:

– Claiming to file perjury charges against Kavanaugh, which only Jeff Sessions would have the ability to file.

– Packing the hearings with hysterical protesters, resulting in hundreds of arrests.

– Threatening female Republicans with extortion.

– Cory Booker comparing himself to Spartacus, the escaped slave who led a revolt against the Romans.

The identity of the accuser was revealed as Christine Blasey Ford, who has agreed testify before the Senate Judiciary Committee. Ford reportedly made the allegations back in July in a letter to Senator Dianne Feinstein, and Feinstein waited until it was close to the vote to confirm Kavanaugh before making the accusations public.

There’s a record of Ford making the accusation in a 2012 therapy session, though Kavanaugh isn’t named in the session notes that Ford gave to the press. Ford alleges that in the early 1980s, Kavanaugh entered a room drunk, pinned her to a bed, and groped her over her clothing. Kavanaugh “categorically denied” the allegations.View image on Twitter

Fin Gomez @finnygo   NEW: Statement from Judge Brett Kavanaugh:

There is a slight discrepancy in the account Ford provided in her letter to Feinstein and in her therapist’s notes, but that could simply be due to an error on her therapists part.

There are however some other questions that need to be answered which call into question Ford’s motives.

As Grabien reported, they include:

1. Why Ford deleted her public social media accounts before revealing herself.

Ford deleted all of her public social media before she came forward, making it difficult to see the advocacy and partisanship she was engaged in the time leading up to her making her allegation public. Of course, Ford may simply value her privacy, but the act of deleting her public postings will inevitably make some wonder what she didn’t want seen.

2. That Ford may have an unrelated grudge against Kavanaugh, as his mother, once a circuit court judge, ruled against Ford’s parents.

In August 1996, Christine Blasey Ford’s parents, Paula and Ralph Blasey, were foreclosed upon. Kavanaugh’s mom, Martha, was then serving as a judge on the Montgomery Country Circuit Court, and she ruled against Christine Ford’s parents.

3. That Ford is a Democrat who donates to left-wing causes, attended the anti-Trump March for Science, and previously signed an open letter challenging Trump’s border policy.

Ford is a political activist who has made dozens of donations to left-wing causes. According to OpenSecrets, she has made more than 60 donations to liberal causes, with almost four dozen to the pro-abortion group, Emily’s List, alone. Ford also donated to the DNC, Hillary Clinton (more than 10 times), Bernie Sanders, and the progressive organizing group ActBlue.

Ford likewise attended the anti-Trump March for Science, where she wore a hat knitted like a human brain, but inspired by the feminist “pussy hats” worn at the Women’s Marches. Ford also added her name to an open letter from health professionals who argued the U.S. border policy resulting in temporary separation of some families was harmful to children’s development.

There’s no statute of limitations on sexual assault in Maryland, where she claims that the assault happened. Rather than go to the police, Ford went to Dianne Feinstein. If her accusations are true, she should immediately file a police report against Kavanaugh and take him to trial. If she doesn’t, perhaps that’s because she knows the consequences of filing a false police report.
