Trump says court ruling sank DACA-wall deal
by Melissa Quinn
{washingtonexaminer.com} ~ President Trump said Thursday that a deal for border wall funding in exchange for legal protections for young immigrants fell through because a federal court blocked the Trump administration’s efforts... to rescind the scumbag/liar-nObama-era Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program. “The reason the DACA for Wall deal didn’t get done was that a ridiculous court decision from the 9th Circuit allowed DACA to remain, thereby setting up a Supreme Court case. After ruling, Dems dropped deal - and that’s where we are today, Democrat obstruction of the needed Wall,” Trump tweeted Thursday. The Trump administration announced last year it would be rolling back the DACA program and gave Congress until March to enshrine its protections into law. The White House early this year attempted to tie funding for Trump's border wall to the DACA program and called for Congress to OK $25 billion for the wall in exchange for a multi-year extension of the scumbag/liar-nObama-era program. The deal, however, failed in the Senate. Trump's attempted rescission of DACA was swiftly challenged in federal court, and several judges, including those in San Francisco, New York, and Washington, D.C., ruled against the president...  https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/news/trump-says-court-ruling-san...
dirty cop-Mueller-target Corsi says
special counsel harassing family members
by wnd.com
{wnd.com} ~ FBI special counsel dirty cop-Robert Mueller, who was assigned to investigate the claims in a Democrat opposition research compilation that the 2016 Trump campaign “colluded” with Russia on the election... now has been harassing the family members of one of his investigative targets, the man’s lawyer states. Larry Klayman, a former U.S. Department of Justice trial lawyer and founder of Freedom Watch, is representing New York Times best-selling author Jerome Corsi. Corsi reports he refused a plea bargain with dirty cop-Mueller because   dirty cop-Mueller was demanding that he lie in it, and he has filed a $350 million lawsuit against dirty cop-Mueller and his team of mostly Democrat investigators over their attacks on him. He’s also told leaders of the Senate Intelligence Committee, who demanded that he produce massive quantities of his records, to “take a hike.” Corsi contends dirty cop-Mueller set up a “perjury trap” to force him to testify against the president. On Thursday, Klayman released a statement regarding the “criminal persecution” of Corsi by dirty cop-Mueller. “Not to be undone by having previously criminally threatened Dr. Corsi with indictment if he did not lie under oath to try to incriminate President Donald J. Trump, and then when Dr. Corsi refused to accept an illegal plea deal, having criminally smeared him with leaks of grand jury information in retaliation, the less than ‘special counsel’ is now sending FBI agents to intimidate and effectively threaten my client’s family members as well as continuing to illegal surveil them without any probable cause to do so,” Klayman said in a statement... Its time to fire dirty cop-Mueller.
Turkey Gears Up For Anti-Kurdish
Offensive Once US Troops Leave Syria
by James Carstensen
{cnsnews.com} ~ President Trump’s decision to withdraw troops from Syria has sparked concern over the future of U.S.-backed Kurdish forces... there as Turkey prepares an offensive to eliminate what it considers “terrorists.” In a tweet following a phone conversation with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Trump said the pullout of 2,000 U.S. troops who have been supporting local allies fighting ISIS in eastern Syria will be “highly coordinated” with the Turks. Coalition allies such as Britain and France have criticized Trump’s move, disputing his assertion that ISIS has been defeated. They and others are also concerned about the fate of the Kurdish-led Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), considered an effective U.S. ally in the fight against ISIS since 2015. Prominent in the SDF are fighters from the Kurdish People's Protection Units (YPG), a group Erdogan views as terrorists because of its links to the Kurdish Workers’ Party (PKK) – which Turkey, as well as the U.S. and European Union, has designated a terrorist organization. With U.S. and coalition support, the SDF has captured much of northern Syria, which borders Turkey, and large parts of eastern Syria from ISIS...
The dirty cop-Mueller Investigation Is Stirring
Up More Trouble Than It’s Finding
{nationalreview.com} ~ After 19 months, special counsel dirty cop-Robert Mueller’s investigation has charged a number of targets with almost every conceivable sin... except collusion with Russia to throw an election. Yet suspicion of collusion was the reason that dirty cop-Mueller was appointed in the first place.  President Trump’s former consigliere, Michael Cohen, pleaded guilty to lying to Congress. But as part of his plea deal, Cohen also confessed to a superfluous charge of a campaign-finance violation. Cohen allegedly negotiated a nondisclosure agreement concerning a supposed past Trump liaison with porn star Stormy Daniels. Yet no one alleges that Trump used cash from his 2016 campaign account to buy Daniels’ silence. Instead, the accusation is that Cohen and Trump used Trump’s own money, but they did not report the payout as a “contribution” to his campaign. But Trump likely would have paid off Daniels anyway to protect his marriage, family, and reputation, regardless of whether he was running for office. If you take media-sensationalized sex out of the equation, Trump, like any other American, has the right to pay anyone whatever he wishes to keep quiet about past embarrassing behavior, whether that be secretly gulping down too many Big Macs or cheating on the golf course. Apparently, Cohen was leveraged by dirty cop-Mueller’s team to plead guilty to a crime that was likely not a crime. And in circular fashion, his confession was used as proof that the non-crime was actually a crime after all — and thus could serve as yet another way to find something on Trump...
dirty cop-Mueller’s Russian Target, Concord Management,
Responds to Request to Block Discovery
by sundance
{theconservativetreehouse.com} ~ Almost everyone who has researched the substance behind Rosenstein and dirty cop-Mueller’s heavily promoted Russian indictments knows the underlying claims are centered on the thinnest of evidence... Given the nature of the politicization behind the dirty cop-Mueller investigation, many people argue there is no actual evidence at all; it’s a manufactured ruse created only for purpose of advancing a necessary political narrative, an excuse for media column inches and pundit talks. And there is a great deal of reason to believe the cynics are entirely accurate; particularly when you overlay the series of events that highlight the prosecution never thought anyone would actually show up in court and challenge their claims. Greasy Bear hackers and Macedonian Bot Farms might sound like a good justification for a prosecution when pitched to an incurious media. However, when Greasy Bear and the accused Macedonian’s show up in court, well, the prosecutors might just have a problem. That is the backdrop for a series of bizarre requests from the Special Prosecutor to seal the evidence against the accused, Concord Management, and the defendants response. In July,2018, dirty cop-Robert Mueller asked a federal judge in Washington for an order that would protect the handover of voluminous evidence to lawyers for Concord Management and Consulting LLC, one of three companies and 13 Russian nationals charged in a February 2018 indictment. They are accused of producing propaganda, posing as U.S. activists and posting political content on social media as so-called trolls to encourage strife in the U.S...
Who Decides What the 14th Amendment Means?
by Nate Jackson and Mark Alexander:  The Constitution and its amendments mean what its authors said, not what modern politicos wish.
If you want to understand what the Constitution means, read The Federalist Papers. In those essays, the Constitution’s primary author, James Madison, as well as leading defenders Alexander Hamilton and John Jay, explain what the Founders meant in the legal document that established our government. Likewise, if you want to understand what the 14th Amendment means, revisit the words of its authors. Specifically, let’s look at the clause “subject to the jurisdiction thereof,” which is being debated after President Donald Trump’s proposal to eliminate by executive order birthright citizenship for babies born to illegal aliens in America.
Michigan Sen. Jacob Howard, who sponsored Section 1 of the 14th Amendment (the Citizenship Clause), noted in 1866 that “subject to the jurisdiction thereof” was “simply declaratory of what I regard as the law of the land already.” He stated further, “This will not, of course, include persons born in the United States who are foreigners, aliens, [or] who belong to the families of ambassadors or foreign ministers [emphasis added].
In 1873, the Supreme Court concluded (albeit in nonbinding comments indirectly related to the case) that “subject to the jurisdiction thereof” was meant to exclude the children of “ministers, consuls, and citizens or subjects of foreign states born within the United States [emphasis added].”
However, in 1898’s Wong Kim Ark decision, the Court ruled that a man born in the U.S. to Chinese-immigrant parents was a citizen, as were “all children here born of resident aliens.” That still doesn’t settle the question of illegal aliens.
Essentially, what this debate is about is what all contemporary constitutional debates are about — whether the Constitution is to be understood as our Founders and subsequent authors of amendments intended it to be understood (Rule of Law), or, as Democrats insist, however the political majority du jour wants to interpret it to comport with its contemporary political agenda (rule of men). As Thomas Jefferson warned, the latter means one thing: “The Constitution … is a mere thing of wax in the hands of [those who will] twist and shape into any form they please.”
Unfortunately, not a few Republicans and other conservatives insist that Trump’s interpretation is unconstitutional, but we believe this is because they fundamentally misread the 14th Amendment and its authors. To be sure, whether Trump has the authority to, by executive order, undo decades of precedent is another matter — one he intends for the courts to help decide...  ~The Patriot Post

SICK: Anderson Cooper Says Demographic Decline Of White Americans Is “Exciting”

“It’s an exciting evolution.”

CNN’s Anderson Cooper said during an interview with Univision anchor Jorge Ramos that he found the demographic decline of white people “exciting”.

“The idea that, you know, whites will not be the majority, I mean, that’s — it’s an exciting transformation of the country, it’s an exciting evolution and you know, progress of our country in many different ways,” said Cooper.

Ramos agreed that whites becoming a minority in America was inevitable and a positive development.

The Judge@V8POW

Anderson Cooper barely able to contain his excitement about Whites becoming a minority.

Not thrilled about being replaced in the country your ancestors founded: you're a "Supremacist"

Understand White People, you're already in a race war.

“There’s nothing really they can do against this incredible demographic revolution. And in 2044, everyone is going to be a minority,” he said.

The media has repeatedly asserted that even raising the “conspiracy theory” of “the great replacement” or the demographic decline of white people puts you on a par with mass shooters and terrorists.

However, it’s apparently completely fine to talk about the issue so long as you proclaim the demographic decline of whites to be a positive thing.
