Thomas Jefferson once wrote in 1787, "And what country can preserve it's liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants..."

One thing that truly amazes me nearly on a daily basis is the amount of immaturity that our political leaders have. In particular, a single man has stood out recently with a level of immaturity rivaled by only my 5 month old son, except my son has the decency to not know any better as of yet. The man I am referring to is the infamous Harry Reid who just recently threw a temper tantrum calling the Tea Party "Anarchists."

When I first heard this, I was upset because like most people, I take great pride in my country and to be called an Anarchist is incredibly disrespectful. Especially being someone who honorably served and fought for his First Amendment right to insult me. Then a realization occurred to me...

The liberal agenda has shown time and again that when they risk losing anything, they will utilize every resource and means to fight themselves out of their corner. Even if it means destroying the very nation they are supposed to be a part of. They do not care about the Constitution, to them it is cheap paper. They do not care about your family, they will rip it apart to pass their propaganda. They believe in one entity, the Democrat party. If you are not in their party, you are an enemy. Sound familiar? Look up some world history on the Communist party or even the Nazi Party, the list goes on.

What Harry Reid has proven today is that the Democrat Party is actually frightened by the Tea Party and has been so. They are hitting us with everything they can, yet we are still here. The reason why they are doing this is that Democrats are losing power. The majority of Americans are sick of them.

At the same time, I have to say that the Republican Party needs to stand up to the Liberalist challenge head on instead of kneeling before every onslaught with "We will just let it pass and worry about the next problem." Grow a spine and stand your ground. I elected you to represent two things, myself and the Constitution. If you cannot do that then get out of office, because someone else needs to do your job for you. I managed to see a bit of that spine today, but America needs you more than anything so don't fail Lady Liberty in her hours of need. Just some food for thought...

When people used to think of the American Dream, they thought of a loving family, pet, home with that white picket fence, and a stable job. This was the standard stereotype that everybody wanted. It is what I grew up wanting. Yet, something happened... Somewhere, someone changed our dream and corrupted it. Twisting our words into propaganda, and using the deaths of children to push an unconstitutional agenda down our throats. Suddenly, the American Dream changed from what we may achieve if we try hard enough to "the government owes me."

I have worked hard my entire life and still do to this day. I have been a lowly janitor at an animal hospital cleaning animal feces, to serving my country in the Middle East twice, and now to a job as an instructor where a 50 hour week is considered normal. I manage to bring home enough after taxes to pay my debts and get gas for the month. My wife manages to buy groceries and the other essentials before we are waiting for the next pay check. Before taxes, I would make what many would consider a substantial sum, but after taxes I make about half of my paycheck, which is enough to literally drag along each day. So where is our money going? I certainly do not get a say where my money goes any more. I can barely afford to pay the personal property tax on my car. This is just my story, but many people in the middle class are feeling the same way, so what happens when capitalism collapses to the Liberal agenda?

"Liberal's" believe that the government should coddle anyone who falls through Food Stamps, Unemployment, Welfare, and other such means. They also believe in the share the wealth concept, where if I make more than you, you are entitled to a portion of my money and/or income. They would also have in power a system where if I work hard to run a business my entire life and it becomes successful, I should not reap the benefits, but have to share them with everyone who makes less than me and be taxed substantially higher because I worked hard my life and I am successful, where as, others should not have to work hard to achieve. These "Liberals" would also have your weapons removed so criminals are free to commit robbery, rape, and even murder your family without fear of armed defenders. After all, you'll get over it with and through government programs. The reason I quote "Liberals" is that not all Liberals are bad or evil, many are normal people that have a slightly different perspective which is needed to reach a consensus of millions of Americans. The "Liberals" I refer to are the Regime in power who are set on the complete destruction of our glorious capitalism and Constitution in exchange for their Socialism and Feudalistic rule.

I normally keep my composure, but it becomes more difficult with every day. I did not vote for the people in power, they do not respect me as a taxpayer, and they walk all over my beliefs. I fought and served for my country, losing some very great patriotic friends in the process protecting freedom. On that note, I know we found chemical weapons of mass destruction in Iraq, so why do you lie openly saying we did not? Obama and the Democrats in power have pissed on our income, threatened our jobs, and threaten daily to take away our Constitutional Rights. Well, to the government that serves me (yes me, I pay taxes, I vote, you serve me, a citizen of the United States and every other citizen of our country) I have one word for you, NO. NO to Obamacare, NO to Marijuana, NO to Gun Control, NO to your Regimes' Bullshit...

My rights may be an illusion, but it is an illusion that I live for. In the words of Patrick Henry, "Give me Liberty, or Give me Death."
