If There is No Victim There is No Crime

4064290628?profile=originalIn order tor a crime to take place there must first create a victim, The individual accused of a crime must violate the life, liberty or property of another individual. One of the rights mandated in our Bill of Rights is a person accused of a crime is the right to cross examine the witnesses against him. In other words the defendant has a right to confront the injured party.

If there is no injured party, and no one to cross examine the individual accused of the crime can not defend himself in a court of law.

An government is a legal fiction and has no rights and can not be an injured party. Only human beings have rights. Individuals can testify against an accused person but a legal fiction can not. When a unjust law is enforced the accused individual becomes a victim.

 Amendment VI

In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the state and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the assistance of counsel for his defense.

98% of the people in prison were never found guilty by a jury. In order to avoid the possibility of being convicted of a more serious crime the accused pleads guilty to a lesser crime. In many cases they have committed no crime at all. This practice is an enemy of justice and an great way to raise money for corrupt lawyer and judges.

In the land of the free, we more of our people in prison than an other country in the world. The biggest crime today is that we incarcerate people for committing victimless crimes.

Disciplining a Spoiled Brat

4064286470?profile=originalOur government is like a spoiled child. When a child has a set of rules given to them and they know that hey will never be disciplined for violating the rules, they will continue to misbehave.

When the parents of a disobedient child does not enforce the rules they actually encourage their children to misbehave. Do you think it would be a good idea to give your irresponsible teenage son your credit card and expect him not to abuse the privilege? Giving Congress the authority to spend your money is like giving access to your bank account to a thirsty alcoholic.

Is then out of control child to blame,  or is the it is the parent who refuses to hold their child accountable. Our government officials like children can not resist temptation and both need to be supervised by a responsible parent.

The Constitution is not a suggestion, it is the rulebook for government officials. Only when the Constitution is strictly obeyed and enforeced can it prevent the abuse of power by our servant government.

Wake Up and Smell the Coffee

4064284928?profile=originalIt is time to wake and smell the coffee. The men and women we elect to serve us in the House of Representative are not representing the people in their Congressional Districts. They are working for the International Bankers and the Wall Street Corporations.

The average Congressman elected in 2016 received over $1,000,000 in campaign contributions. The donors were not philanthropists, they criminals offering bribes to the candidates in exchange for political favors.

If we are going to regain control of the House of Representatives we need to reduce the size of Congressional Districts. The Representatives in the first Congress of the united States represented 30,000 people. Today the average Congressman represents over 700,000 constituents.

Congress consist of 435 men and women who average over a million dollars in net worth, while their constituents are struggling just to make ends meet.

It is time to wake up and join AmericaAgain!

Falling Asleep at the Wheel

4064284634?profile=originalFalling asleep at the wheel can have tragic consequences. Failure to keep your eyes wide open is both dangerous and irresponsible.

potentially very dangerous. Our founding fathers knew their experiment in self government required the people to be eternally vigilant.

They predicted that like cancer, the newly formed government would metastasize if the people failed to hold the government officials accountable. It was to be their job to follow the job descriptions given to them in the Constitution and to honor their oath to preserve, protect and defendant the Constitution. The Constitution can protect our rights if we don't defend it.

By remaining silent and complying with unconstitutional laws we give our consent. By obeying rules, regulations, codes and statutes we must ignore the provision in our Constitution. In order to defend the Constitution we must read and understand the principles upon which it was written.

We should always comply with just laws and refuse to comply with those that are not. In order to be free, we must be responsible. For far too many years the American people have been asleep at the wheel and our and are about to pay the price for our negligence.      AmericAgain!

The Titles of Nobility Amendment

The authors of the Constitution wanted the men who served in the Legislative, Executive and Judicial branches of government to owe their allegiance to the people, not to any foreign monarch or country.

In Article I Section 8 Clause 9 they prohibited individuals with ties to foreign powers from serving in positions of public trust. Lawyers who pledged their allegiance to the BAR Association became Attorneys and disqualified themselves from serving in any capacity representing the people.

The problem with the provisions in this clause is that there is no penalty assigned to the attorneys who owed their allegiance to a foreign power.

In order to assign a penalty, in 1810 Congress passed the Titles of Nobility Amendment and sent it out to the seventeen states for their consideration. The propose amendment was lawfully ratified by the necessary 13 states.

This amendment stripped lawyers who had sworn allegiance to the International Bar Association of their citizenship and their right to hold any office of public trust.

John Quincy Adams had sworn allegiance to the BAR Association would have disqualified  him from  serving in any official capacity in the United States.

All of the Presidents from John Quincy Adams to Abraham Lincoln were all BAR Association Attorneys except William Henry Harrison and Zachary Taylor. The vast majority of the members of Congress are BAR Association Attorneys that have sworn an allegiance to a foreign power and gave surrendered their citizenship.

Before the ink on the newly ratified Constitution was even dry, lawyers with an allegiance to a BAR Association began to seek positions in the legislative, executive and judicial branches of government. Any piece of legislation that received a single vote from a non-citizen lawyer would make that legislation unconstitutional.

Even though the Amendment was lawfully ratified men in high places have hidden the 13th Amendment from the American  people.

Shooting Fish in a Barrel

By having 435 Congressional Representatives concentrated in one place make it easy for the representatives to be bribed by lobbyists and special interest groups. For them it is like shooting fish in a barrel. We need to send our Congressmen and women back to their home districts.

4064283422?profile=originalIf 27 of our state legislatures were to ratify the originally proposed First Amendment there would be one representative for every 50,000 people. This means the power currently in the hands of 435 representatives would be shared by over 6,000 representatives.

If these 6,000 representatives were to vacate Washington DC and return to their Home District they could better represent their constituents. Currently it costs so much to run for office candidates take vast sums of money of special interest groups in order to get elected.

By reducing the number of voters in a Congressional District anyone who could afford to run for the City Council could afford to run for Congress. If our local representatives were to leave Washington DC and return to their Home Districts, the people would be better able to hold their elected representative accountable. The time has come to join AmericaAgain! to restore the House of Representatives to its rightful owner

Executive Orders and Royal Proclamations

Executive Orders and Royal Proclamations

royal%2Bproclamation.jpg

When a King issues an edict without consulting with or getting the approval of Parliament it is called a Royal Proclamation. When a President makes laws it is called an Executive Order.

In Article I Section 1 of the Constitution, it is clear that all legislative powers reside in Congress. The Executive Branch only has the responsibility to execute the laws passed by Congress. An Executive Order is not legislation, it is a order issued by the President to enforce laws passed by the Congress.

All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives. Obviously the President does not have the Constitutional authority to legislate.

Once a proposed bill becomes a law the President's responsibility is to enforce the law. In order to do so he may issue an Executive Order to facilitate the execution of the law. The President does have the authority to run the Executive Branch of government and he does have the authority to issue orders that effect the employees of the Federal government.

He can create rules, regulations, policies and procedures in order to administer the Executive Branch of government. The =President does have jurisdiction over government employees, but he does not have the authority to issue decrees that effect anyone non government employee.

Most Executive Orders are an attempt to circumvent Congress and are an a flagrant abuse of power by the President. By allowing the President to violate the Constitution the Supreme Court Justices are violating their oath to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution.

During times of war of national emergency, Presidents are authorized to issue Executive Orders with the consent of Congress.

Whose House is it Anyway?

 Whose House is it Anyway?

House.jpg

In the Constitution the legislative branch was to consist of a House to Represent the States another House to Represent the people. The House of the States was to be known as the Senate and the House of the people would be called the House of Representatives.

In order to guarantee that the people would be fairly represented it was proposed that each representative in the House would be responsible to serve a community of no more than 30,000 people. They believed that larger districts would make it more difficult for voices of the people to be heard.

Today the average Congressional District has over 700,000 people. It is impossible for that many people to be adequately represented  by one Congressman. As the number of constituents in a Congressional  District rises, the voice of the people become a whisper.

Over the past century bankers , lawyers and lobbyists have moved into the People's house and as a result the hostile takeover, our Congressmen and women are now controlled by a cabal of the financial elite. To restore we the people as the lawful tenants we need to those elected to represent us our are now working
to  serve the financial elite.  Click Here

In order to reclaim the People's House we need to transfer the power from 435 representatives to the people by reducing the number of constituents in each of our Congressional  Districts.

The original First proposed amendment mandated that there would be one representative for every 30,000 people in the state and that once the House of Representatives reached 200 members the ratio would change to 50,000 to 1.

This amendment to sent to the states along with eleven other proposed amendments. The First and Second of the proposed amendments failed to be ratified by 3/4's of the states and failed to be tatified/ Amendments three thru twelve were ratified and became the Bill of Rights.

Eleven states voted in favor of ratifying the proposed First Amendment and if 27 more state legislatures vote to ratify the proposed amendment it will become the 28th Amendment.

Awaken tbe Sleeping Giant

Awaken the Sleeping Giant4064282802?profile=original

The Constitution was written to limit the power of the government in order to protect the life, liberty and property of the people. The power in the United States is in the people, if and only if the people are willing to take responsibility by holding government officials accountable for violating the Constitution.

A single ant can not eat an elephant, but an army of ants sufficiently large can. In order to restrain the government the people need to harness the power which has been lying dormant for many so many years.

The government was created to serve us and to protect our rights. We were supposed to be the Master and the government officials were to be our servants. people Due to our apathy and negligence the tables have been turned and now the few exploit the many.

To restore our Constitutional Republic it is our responsibility to educate ourselves and many of our friends as we can/ The key to this restoring America is to shrink the size of our Congressional Districts so the voice of the people in the Districts will be heard loud and clear.

It is not possible for one man to adequately represent over 700,000 constituents. We need to transfer the power of those serving in Congress back to the people living in the Districts.

Draining the Swamp

Draining the Swamp

4064282641?profile=original
The men at the Constitutional Convention in 1787 voted unanimously on a proposed amendment limiting Congressmen to constituencies of not more than 50,000.

They believed this would insure that the voice of the people would be heard. limit the power of the abuse of power by their representatives.

The originally proposed First Amendment and the originally proposed Second Amendment failed to be ratified by three fourths of the states. The Third though Twelfth  were ratified and became the Bill of Rights.

In 1983 the originally proposed Second Amendment was ratified and became the 27th Amendment.

The originally proposed amendment was ratified by eleven states and when 27 more state legislatures vote for its ratification it will become the 28th Amendment.

By sending the representatives back to their home Districts ,the people would be better able to supervise their Congressional Representative. With a Congressional District of 700,000 people the Representative has nearly 15 times as much power as the a Congressman representing  50,000.

Washington D.C. has become a modern day Sodom and Gomorrah and by vacating the District of Columbia, the Wall Street bankers, lawyers and lobbyists will no longer be able to wheel and deal with all of our fish in one barrel.

The Government is Picking Our Pockets

picket%2Bpocket.jpg

It is a crime for an individual to steals money from others. It doesn't matter what the thief does with his new found wealth. Even if he gives the money uses the money to feed hungry children, he is still guilty of a crime.

When individuals are caught stealing the property of others, they are put on trial and if convicted they will  be sent to jail. When the government takes the property of  one man  and gives it to  someone  less  fortunate the government claims they are performing a humanitarian service.

Governments only legitimate function is to  protect the lives, liberty and property of the people. When a government tries to help one person it is necessary for them  to hurt someone else. In the Declaration of Independence Thomas Jefferson  proclaimed that it was a self evident truth that all men were created equal and were endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights including the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

We are free to use our time, talent and ingenuity to create things of value. The things that we produce is called property. If the government  has the power to take  the fruits of a one man's labor, his God given has become a privilege granted to him by his government.

A Nation of Sheep Ruled by Wolves

owned%2Bny%2Bpigs.jpg

If there was a community of 330 million sheep elected 435 wolves to be their leaders what do you think they would happen to the sheep?

The average family in America has a net worth of less than $60,000, but the men and women who they elect to Congress have an average net worth of over $1,000,000. Do you think the wolves can be trusted to represent the best interests of the sheep?

The average Congressmen spent approximately 1.6 million dollars to get elected to the House of Representatives. Most of the money spent was money donated to them  by financial institutions, unions and Wall Street Corporations.

With an average of 710,000 constituents in the average Congressional District, the voice of the people is seldom heard. If the size of the Congressional Districts were the same size today that they were in the 1790's we would have nearly 6,400 Congressional Districts.

With smaller Districts limited to 50,000 the voice of the people would be heard loud and clear. It would cost as candidate as much to run for Congress as it would for him  to run for his local City Council.Electing representative who are financial aristocrats can not adequately represent a community of peasants. Our Congress is a modern day version of the House of Lords.

To reduce the size of Congressional Districts we need to amend the Constitution. In 1788 a amendment was proposed that was ratified by 11 or the 15 states and failed to be ratified/ This amendment would limit to 50,000 the number of people in each Congressional District.

To be ratified there needs to be 3/4 of the states to ratify the proposed amendment. We already have 11 and only need the legislatures of 27 more states to vote in favor of the amendment to make it the 28 Amendment to the Constitution.

History Repeats Itself

4064280513?profile=original
In 1790 the total population of the United States was 3.9 million and there were 59 members in the House of Representatives. There was one Representative for every 66,000 people.

Today a population of 330 million and have 435 members of the House of Representatives. There is one representative for every 750,000 If the ratio of today existed in 1790 there would have only been 4 or 5 members in the House of Representatives

In the Congressional Districts of today the Representatives wield much greater power than they did in the early days of our country. Conversely the power of the people has diminished significantly.

The war for American independence was fought over the colonists lack of representation in the British Parliament. The colonist knew their rights as British citizens were being ignored.

Today, the American people are being victimized all over again by our own government. Just like in the 1770's, the voice of the people is not being heard. By increasing representation in the House, the political power will shift from Congress the people.

Power Corrupts

4064280237?profile=original>

Whenever the too much power is concentrated into the hands a few individuals, a situation exists which leads to tyranny. When power is vested in the hands of many, the potential for the abuse of power is greatly diminished.

Justice is unlikely in a society where 9 lawyers are appointed by a corrupt President and confirmed by an equally corrupt group of Senators. To grant these corrupt lawyers the authority to determine the meaning of the Constitution is like hiring Jerry Sandusky to supervise the boy's locker room.

That is why the authority to interpret the Constitution was not granted to the Supreme Court in Article III of the Constitution. The authority to interpret the Constitution was a power invented by Chief Justice John Marshall.

The power of the Supreme Court to interpret the meaning of the Constitution was not granted to it in the Constitution. The Supreme Court was given the task to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution. In 1803 Chief Justice John Marshall in the Marybury versus Madison decision declared that the Supreme Court had the lawful authority to be the final arbiter of the Constitution. This power was not delegated to the court, it was an implied power.

This unauthorized usurpation of power has led to the concentration of power into to the hands of Justices that are not accountable to anyone. If the Supreme Court makes a mistake, who is there to prevent a miscarriage of justice?

If they people are sovereign it is the responsibility of the people to decide what is and what is not constitutional.

Individually we are weak, but with sufficient numbers we can collectively move mountains. The first thing we all need to do is understand the principles of individual liberty and personal responsibility. We need to embrace the principles which gave birth to our Constitutional Republic.

Our ancestors shoulders muskets to win their independence, but all we need to do is demand that our elected officials obey their oath to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution. We need to organize groups within our local communities. If we stand alone the government will continue to be our master and we will continue being their slaves

The more people a Congressman represents the greater power he has over his constituents. With 435 members in the House of Representatives all of the government power is held in the he hands of a few. By increasing the number of representatives the political power would be returned to the people.

Congress passes unconstitutional legislation allowing the bankers, lawyers and lobbyist to pick our collective pockets. They routinely pass laws that benefit themselves and the financial elite.

The people in the colonies went to war because King George and Parliament refused to hear the voice of the people. The colonists were oppressed by a tyrant 3,000 miles away, today, we are being oppressed by wolves in sheep's clothing.

It is a well known axiom that power corrupts and that absolute power corrupt absolutely. With the concentration of power in the hands corrupt politRiciqns of in Washington DC is the why the few are able to control and exploit the many.

The time has come to restore the power to the people. We need to restore AmericaAgain! We can either sit back an accept our role as peasants and bow down to our masters or we can stand up and fight for what we believe in.

The best way restore power to the people is to mandate that no congressional district shall represent more than 50,000 people. This can be achieved when 27 more state legislatures ratify the originally proposed First Amendment.

The men at the Constitutional Convention in 1787 voted unanimously on an amendment to be proposed to the states that would require that each representative in the House of Representatives would represent no more than 50,000 people. They believed this would guarantee that the voice of the people would be heard loud and clear. It would also limit the power of the Representatives to abuse the people they were elected to serve.

This was the first of twelve amendments proposed to the states in the Bill of Rights. Only 11 states voted in favor of its ratification and if fell one vote short of being ratified.

If the representatives spent 365 days a year in their own office in their Congressional District we could shut down the District of Columbia and return the land to Maryland and Virginia.

And now for the good news, 11 states have already ratified the originally proposed first amendment and only 27 more states are needed to amend the Constitution. Under the originally proposed First Amendment we would have approximately 6,250 representatives. instead of 435 and the power would shift from the representatives to the people.

Washington D.C. is a cesspool where lobbyist, bankers, lawyers and politicians congregate to exploit the American people. We need to send our representatives back to their home Districts where they can effectively represent the people they were elected to serve.

If your Congressional District was limited to 50,000 and your representative spend 365 days a year in your community, do you think that we the people could regain control over our rogue government?

And now for the good news. Eleven states have already ratified the proposed first amendment and only 27 more states are needed to ratify it and restore our liberty and Constitutional Republic.</
