sought you out; am impressed with Rand Paul and others (and was disappointed Ron Paul did not become prez... the world would have been better off); and Sarah Palin is an inspiration as well. Concerned and becoming more so that the two established political parties will end our country in the largest societal downfall in all of history.

Is America a republic?

Yes. He is dangerous; he is the worst president ever - and he, and other democrats seem intent on spiraling the United States into hell for their own gains/guilts. On the other side of the aisle: the Republicans have become complacent and without courage - i.e. seem more interested in "winning" back their power than fixing what has happened to the United States. Corruption and/or cowardice to speak up.
